The customer service and the DJ were good. However, the other patrons were a little pushy with trying to get your attention and smoke with them.

BYOB, comfortable seats and DJ was mixing the best songs. I had so many refills, best price in town and cool staff. I’ll recommend Queen Hookah Lounge to anyone

If possible I will not add any star everyone that wrote a good review about this place actually related to the owner they are 3 security working at this place the big security guy is cool he talk to you with a respect the other 2 gus are very rude two of them talk to you like they’re your father n threaten people with gun that makes me feel like its not save and he doesn’t do that when there he wait until you pay will 20$ to got in we went outside n the guy n the security guy came to us he grabbed me and tell us to go inside or go home I asked him why he said because he said so I told him his not my father then he said he was going to shoot me

My friends and I went to this hookah lounge from Embassy Hotel and it was the best decision we made in Irving, Texas area. Great Dj, busy crowd after midnight and owner is friendly and professional. Check it out if you’re nearby and best hookah in Irving.

Do not come here unless you want to be attacked & harassed by security. Waste of $$$

The place looks nice but we were only in there for a hour before everything we had with us was stolen. We were told by security outside that our car had a flat we went to check on my cousin’s car. By the time we got back to our section our bottles, vapes, lipgloss (ew), etc was stolen and there were 2 people in our section that we didn’t know smoking the hookah I paid for for my birthday I guess they thought we left !!! Keep in my the Dj told me I would have 2 free hookah with my section but when I made it some how I ended up getting charged $40 for a hookah then the 2nd one was suppose to be free but we ended up leaving because we were so upset that no one did anything about our stolen items. The Dj claims that he going to reimburse me for my stolen items but it has been 2 days and he has yet to do so
