I wouldn’t go back to this location just because of the guy who works there.. so arrogant and rude… bald guy with glasses and a cross necklace. He seemed to have lot of hate towards other races.

Love coming to artisan always great prices and killer deals the crew is always so helpful happy it’s so close to the house plus they do military discount which is always awesome for us veterans and active duty.

Dan was super helpful and answered all my questions, he was really knowledgeable and I’m really happy with everything I purchased, would recommend this shop

The a good place to go and visit for a person who wants to quit smoking. The manager who we spoke was very good person and honestly explained about the flaws and pros in the juul which we thought to buy. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clear about the product and said what are the consequences he faced when took in more than what he required.He showed the sample product and one his colleague was using the same which he showed us how it works and how long does it lasts. Not a bad place to buy a vape they say everything about the product and recommend you which suits you according to your daily intake.......................

Very unfortunate experience at this store. They sold me coils and promised me my glass tubing would come in the next week so I could use my mod again. After two weeks of “waiting on it from the warehouse” I tried to return the coils and they said they couldn’t take them back after they opened the box for me in store to try them out. Couple that with a very unfriendly person at the front counter and I reccomend not going to this location. Usually never have these problems with artisan vapors.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and its almost like an episode of cheers. They know what u like and they know your name when u come in. My husband and I started here and we tried a few other places but always come back. We love it here!!!I love the pear apple crumble!It always takes me longer to figure out if I wanna try a new flavor then it does for them to get my stuff taken care of and get me out the door. Totally awesome! I just went there for my first time. The guys behind the counter were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable.I went there because it was close to my new job and I was almost out of juice. They let me try lots of flavors, filled my tank and replaced my coil. An all around great experience. The flavor I got was Pear Apple Crumble and it is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend!

So I went into the store and what an amazing feel it was. It feels like a very welcoming bar or hangout. The two gentlemen there were absolutely amazing. The let me try all sorts of juices and when I got to the menthol, the coil was burned out. Well instead of saying oh well, the two gentleman actually changed the coil out and let me taste it. Normal vapor places that I have been to in Colorado would have just told me to go to the next flavor, but these two guys were great. I ended up buying a new mod and two flavors and a charger pack. The two guys there absolutely love their jobs. I stayed in the shop for a while longer and just chatted with them and they both absolutely love their jobs and treat people like family. Not just great customer service, but real and true. These guys are the best; I have known the guys behind the counter personally for years and only recently met Alex Taylor the owner. By far, and hands down, the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Before he even knew me, Alex drove across the metroplex to downtown to pick up replacement parts for a product line they didnt carry... all I did was email him asking if they carried it and later that day he emailed back to let me know he picked it up for me in downtown. Charged me the cost of the units... at what I can only assume was a loss for him (gas/travel time/etc. accounted for). In addition, they are one of the few establishments that show love for civil servants and service members. This is not only in the form of discounts, but just a general appreciation for what they (police/firemen/military-perhaps more that I am unaware of) do. Top-notch group of people... thanks for what you guys are doing; keep it up!

Came from out of town and was looking for some quality juice. Not only are these guys super nice, but they have an awesome selection of premium juices. Their house blends are note worthy as well. Husband got breakfast club (fruit loops) and its the best Ive ever had!!!

Not my normal store, but I wish it were. Staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering any questions about juice and/or hardware. All very friendly and welcoming. If it werent 30 minutes out of the way, Id ditch my neighborhood Artisan in a second to make this my go-to.

AVC is the absolute best!!! Nothing compares to the convenience of the locations, the comfort of the atmosphere, the caliber of the staff, the knowledge behind their recommendations, or the quality of their juices and products. Their flavor, forbidden fruit, has been my go-to vape juice for years, but they have an incredible selection if I ever feel like switching it up. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years and they’ve always taken care of me. Each shop features different discounts so be sure to ask about those and capitalize on their holiday specials. This location is great — Topher and Greaser are awesome and I love their Wednesday night ladies night!

Nathan was very helpful. Its great that there is a local vapor shop that is clean that has reasonable prices locally here in Irving. They make their own juice its not from who knows where. Terrible place. Came in 2 separate occasions and they still did not have my liquid. Poor inventory control. Very disappointed as I thought I found a decent place that operates with customer service first.Update: The owner Alex reached out to me the next day and addressed the issue. Really enjoyed my visit to the Artisan Vapor Company. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. This quaint little shop has a great ambiance. I was impressed to learn after commenting on the custom bar that they made the bar themselves. They have a huge selection of flavors and accessorys. I recommend this place for all your vapor needs.

Staff was friendly. 1st timer & was very disappointed with stock. I came into the store to buy a NEW Smoking Device & some liquids. Unfortunately everything I liked was Out of Stock. The 2 people ahead me ran into the same problem as well. This was at 11AM, so not like they had been open all day. Waste of time ! I had to go to another vape shop to purchase everything. I recommend CALLING to make sure they have what you need before wasting a trip.

Today was my first visit. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and encouraged me to try as many flavors as I wanted. During my visit it became fairly busy, but he was still very attentive and helpful. The place was very clean. I found the atmosphere to be at once laid back and very professional. My wife and I are new to vaping (having used it to quit smoking - Yay!), and weve been to this shop four times now, and every single time come away loving it more. Its set up almost like a bar, where you can sit and learn from the very knowledgeable staff, who are cool as they come (and also super hep on n3rd culture - a bonus for us!). Theyll let you sample flavors and help you out with how to replace coils and tanks, and how to maximize the effects of your vape. Theyve allowed us to maximize sales and last visit, even gave me a free coil for one of the tanks I brought in to help fix, because I told them Id purchased a full pack recently, which I couldnt find, and for some reason they couldnt sell me a single coil.Just a fantastic store! Especially if youre a beginner like me.

Drive further to anywhere else. Understaffed, common juice not custom made, lack of knowledge. There is one good employee, but when they get slammed - because they are understaffed - then you are just out of luck or have to wait forever! When they are not busy, staff is more interested in watching TV or working on their own equipment to really take an interest in what you need other than a quick sale. Owner doesnt even bother to show up any more.

I’ve been a frequent customer at several of the artisan vapor shops for a while now and have always had great service, with a great selection of juice and equipment. I went into the las Colinas shop yesterday and met Topher, and he could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to help me try to fix my Smok Morph (which is locked out because it created a passcode in my pocket - different review there). He also helped my fiancé out with her vape. Would give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend for all vaping needs. Very knowledgeable and all around friendly.

I went in for a replacement glass for my tank and the guy was extremely helpful I wish I knew his name but it was like a lil after 9a.m. Friday 12/20/19 cuz I want him to get his credit.... He couldnt find one to fit at first but instead of rushing me off he went to look for a 2nd time and was able to find one, all of this took like 15min and he was very patient and willing to try his best to find what I needed....👍👍👍👍

I didnt really know what juice I wanted. They provide different samples of juices for you to try. Very knowledgeable on the products that sell. If youre looking for cigarette type flavors they have it. Menthol, fruity, sweet, bitter, they have them all. Best shop to go to for all your vaping needs!

Hands down the best vape shop in the metroplex! In fact, it’s best vape shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life! The manager Topher is the most knowledgeable dude I’ve ever ran across in the vape scene. Very cool dude! I’m new to the metroplex and came in at 9AM before work because they were the only vape shop in the area that was open. They now have a lifetime customer! I came in just to buy a $1 unicorn bottle but Topher was so good and friendly and made me feel so comfortable that I ended up buying 2 bottles of naked juice, a pack of coils a new drip tip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I have been coming to this store in Irving for over two years now. I would not even THINK of going anywhere else for any of my vaping needs. Alex runs a top notch over the top Vape Shop. Every single worker in this shop is extremely customer service oriented. You can tell they actually care about your vaping experience and your need for supplies. They have never not had something I needed. If by chance they might not have what you are looking for, they can either get it quickly or help you find it. All of them are SO unbelievably knowledgeable about all things Vape. If you have an issue or are in need of some instructions on your Vape, these guys have ALWAYS been able to answer/fix everything that is actually possible to be fixed. This is my absolute favorite vape shop on earth and my home away from home when I want some great company and an escape from the traditional bar scene. The immensely helpful and welcoming staff is knowledgeable beyond measure, always eager to help customers achieve the best vaping experience possible in a laid-back, Cheers-style atmosphere that feels much more like a cozy hometown watering hole than a retail store. Half the reason we come here, aside from getting our obligatory nicotine fix, is to talk to the dudes who work here about weird stuff we find on the internet or random trivia. Probably wont ever come back here to this location, the guy behind the counter was to busy talking on the phone which I get it some things are important but 10 minutes dude seriously? Get it together guys and Im aware all thats going to happen is I get an apology if the owner replies but why not try actually doing something about it and the fact hes was rude to me when I asked for help after the ten minute phone call was a pretty poor decision on your part like I get your pissed at whatever situation was going on in your phone call but dont take that out on the customer. But dont apologise if I get a response to this and no Im not going to throw the employee who did it under the bus just please address the situation to all your employees the one who did it will know who Im talking about. I come here at least once a week and the company has great prices and products but I advise everyone who reads this to go off lemmon Ave if you can way better customer service untill they get the issue at this location resolved.

Great Vapor Store. The selection of ecig juice is massive, and the staff recomdations are on point. The selection of mods, tanks, kits, etc isnt huge but for once thats not a bad thing. They wade thru all the mods, kits, tanks, juice, etc to find the best quality products for there customers. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and wont try to sell you the most expensive products, but one that suits your needs.I recently needed a new vape for salt nicotine ecig juice. After describing what I wanted in the vape (decent sized hits, could vape while charging, travel friendly, and pods where you could put in your own juice. The person helping me (will update review next time I go with his name) sold me the Vopo Panda. It has lasted me 3 months, absolutely no issues. And it was $25.If you are looking for a vape, and want a quality tested product, this is the place to go. Theres not 200 different options with the sales person pushing expensive ones. Theres a few options for each category of vapes that you know will work well, and be dependable. I love the fact I can save time and have the piece of mind knowing the options of what I buy in the shop is the best available product on the market.Ive been to many different vape stores, shopped around for products, but always end up coming back. The products are top notch, the employees are polite and knowledgeable, the point system is awesome. 2 years of solid service has made me a loyal customer.

Nice bar setting for relaxing and vaping. Pre-made juices instead of making their own. They do let you try any/all before you buy. A decent selection of batteries and tanks. Nice guys and they really know their stuff. It felt more like a regular bar than a vapor shop which kinda threw me and the juice is pre-made so no tweaking the PG/VG mix and a limited number of size selection. Also a limited amount of nicotine percentage options for those who need it. They do have no-nicotine as well.
