First time in and was given excellent customer service

Bad customer service, They intentionally sold us a vape with broken seal. I called to report the incident. The FDA is currently investigating the situation. Also the nicotine flavored oil that was to come with the vape was not included. Please verify all your purchases before leaving the store or premises as there has been lots of complaint about missing merchandise which has been paid for but not included in the package.Secondly the new vape came with a pair of batteries thats normal for (AEGIS LEGEND KIT) and it normally has some charge but the batteries we both and a friend of ours previously bought had no charge and wasnt even charging when connected to charge via the usb port. This pandemic period as encouraged a lot of swindling as customers arent allowed in the store so there could be a potential swap of good for bad batteries which is sold as new to customer , so just be on alert and verify very item you purchase from this place before leaving.Note: Paying a close look at the batteries you can tell these could be potential used batteries as you can see the label on one seem to have been manhandled or have been in and out the battery host of the vape.Please be careful, verify your purchases and Stay safe.

I can clearly read the signs that say curbside service but the phone number on the door is not working for whatever reason this time. Myself and another person in a different car tried to call and didn’t get thru so I went to the door to attempt to tell them the phone line is not working. Here is some advice for you, sis. Good customer service is not looking at me like I’m crazy and laughing. I was just trying to help. Being that it’s 30 minutes later and the phone is still down, I’m assuming your still seated. Lol stay safe

They guys that work here are very nice. Service was great and location is perfect. I hate to even give a 4 (should be a 5) but there is a very limited rebuidalbe selection and alot of older inventory. Thats obliviously based on the demographic of users they cater too. But wouldnt hurt to bring in some of the newer mechs and addys, some great products being made that would definitely bring in new younger clientele.

They are always so helpful and nice when I need something. They include a battery and bottle of house liquid when you buy a mod from them.I went back and bought a second mod from them. Again, I was given a free bottle of juice and a battery. They had a mod thats very new, not sold anywhere else, and sold out online. Im starting to love this store even more.

Definetly wouldn’t give this place my business !! Called first time and was hung up on by a male employee and the second time a younger female answered and was very polite but unwilling to help me out. I’m in a semi and can’t park near their store so asked if I spent enough money if someone would deliver .8 miles down the road. They declined. So I called NTX and he was more then happy to deliver to me !!! Outstanding customer service / above and beyond !! Order was 80.00 and tipped him 10.00 for driving it down here. No even a mile !! NTX is a nicer and better located store anyway !! Down with freedom up with NTX

The customer service is great. Amazing selection of new and used mods. Prices are very competitive and they have sales often. Also, the house liquid is the best I have ever had. They have perfected a lot of their house flavors and can mix them in-house at max VG for those who drip. This is my vape shop of choice!

Legit, this place has the best deals in Irving, whether it be scoring yourself a free 15ml or a 30 ml with a purchase of a mod (usually sold for great prices), or racking up points through the five star loyalty program, Freedoms does it right ! Great customer service with warm and welcoming associates/employees.

Best vape shop Ive found yet. Ten bucks for thirty milliliter bottles of house juice that come in a huge range of flavors, including things like hibiscus and tea that are so hard to find cheap elsewhere. General manager is professional and extremely helpful. Hes gone out of his way to make sure I dont regret any purchase I make, and doesnt behave at all uncomfortably or awkwardly with a beautiful (female) friend of mine, which is a near-inevitability at other vape shops. I never write reviews and honestly felt like they deserved one to be recognized.

Went in there for the first time and will never go back, one of the guys (somewhat muscular tattooed guy) is a straight up a** whole, another customer walked in while I was paying and started cussing because she came 2 min before they closed. over priced compared to the others, and really didnt like their quality of the tips.

These guys are the best! Even took the time to warn me I needed a new battery for a new tank so it doesnt blow up. Unlike other places that dont even mention itCustomer service is hands down the best. They always take the time to make sure I know what im buying, and make sure that I have what I need to have the best vape experience possible.Unlike other places Freedom never is out of stock on coils or juice which easily puts them in a league of there own.If you havent tried them out come on down and give it a shot you wont be disappointed!

Love these guys! Try the Wicked Woman, its one of the best juices Ive had.Two year update: yup, still a top notch shop. Tons of house flavors and theyll mix you up pretty much whatever you want if they dont stock it.Post 08/08 update: no more custom blends, but thats the FDAs fault. Still an awesome vape shop.

I went in today just to buy a couple batteries and possibly a new tank, but after talking with Darrell and Michael who listened to my needs and wants, their suggestions made sure I walked out with what I needed, which included one of the best tanks Ive had to date. On top of that, they saved me some money instead of letting me waste it on something Id be unhappy with. It was a tough decision to not spend the rest of the money in my pocket in there. It was an awesome experience and Ill definitely make the drive from Arlington to shop there again. I highly recommend Freedom Vapes, especially Darrell and Michael, to anyone either looking to begin vaping or upgrading what theyve got.

When I lived in Irving these guys took care of almost all my vaping needs. Customer service is stellar, as well as product and vaping knowledge. Device and juice selection is great. I still cant find a shop back in Louisiana that makes a flavor similar to their Happy Ending.

The manager is very knowledgeable and respectful. The prices are not bad for the area and they have a great selection of Kratom. I will be coming back!
