If you are visiting Kona or a resident, you simply must check out the Big Island Social Dance Club! Whether you’ve never stepped foot on the dance floor or have been dancing a long time this is the place to go. Dancing here has been the highlight of our trip and we’ve made so many wonderful friends not to mention the level of teaching is off the charts! The studio is stunning inside with the most amazing murals covering every inch of the studio plus it’s air conditioned! I just can’t say enough good things about it. It’s brought so much joy to our lives to be a part of the dance community here! Life throws challenges at all of us but when you’re on the dance floor it all goes away. Private lessons, group lessons and wonderful social dances make this a very special place and gift to the community! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been going to the Big Island Social Dance Club for the last three months and have had the time of our lives. Not only is Denise a fabulous instructor, she is a wonderful person, fun, creative and kind! We have met lots of other great people as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this place!

Great dance venue! They have all kinds of dance options from ballroom, Latin, and even swing. My favorite is the blues/fusion night first Sundays of the month.

Great ambiance, great teachers, all around a lot of fun!
