Helpful employees and hands on owners. Great selection but often runs of favorites. Not to worry, they always have more stock on its way.

I visited black lava vape recently for my first non-disposable device and had a million questions. My new best friend John helped me with all of them. Hes a saint for having the patience to help me though the transition from disposable to refillable. I ended up purchasing a geekvape and a bunch of different juices. I will definitely come back for all of my vaping needs. Thank you John!

Very competitive pricing, truthfully they usually annihilate the other local competition with pricing structures. Some of the other vape/smoke shops are completely gouging their clients. The owners of Black Lava Vape are extremely friendly people, and it seems as though the staff that they hire is just the same. Ive never had an issue here, Ive never had a discrepancy over any of their pricing and their staff has never been rude to me or other people that I have witnessed, unlike some of the other similar stores in town. I wont bring my business anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Ive been here more than 3 times and have always felt welcomed by the staff and have found the products I needed when I needed them. Now if i come back a 4th time, Ill let you guess what that means regarding my satisfaction. They sell hemp wraps, pipes, and a large selection of vape juices, mods, and other related products!

I LOVE THIS STORE! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a customer account there and Ive gotten discounts, free merchandise from their point system.The best part is, I ALWAYS forget my coil type and size and my vape juice nicotine count. They have my info of what Ive bought to help me shop! Their so AWESOME!!!!!This is my favorite vape juice, I hope it doesnt sell out, lol!

The customer service here was amazing!! They were very nice people and helped us out when my partners tank broke on our vacation. They knew we were tourists and would likely never be back but they treated us like locals.They worked hard to try and find us a tank that took our filters and fit on the battery. I often feel at vape shops they upsell you all new parts when one breaks, but this was absolutely not the case.They also have a very fun chalk board that I enjoyed while my other half shopped.

These guys are THE BEST in the business, seriously. I have been elsewhere, but only shop at Black Lava because of thier amazing customer service! Everyone who has helped me and my husband where fast, courteous, and knowledgeable, from the owners (who are super nice people, and very cute office puppies!) to the seasoned employee, or a new hire, you can tell they are doing their very best to give you what you came for. My husband is super picky, and they helped him find his favorite flavor. Ive gotten mods, juice, pipes everything from here. Never a problem except once with an order (yes, they order stuff for you if you ask 😉) but of course they immediately made it right. Thanks Black Lava, dont change a thing!

Black Lava not only has the nicest and most professional staff but they have the best selection in town. Not to mention their prices are the best in town. Go here for all vape needs. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I was visiting from Cali and forgot my 510 thread charger. They hooked it up with one and because they were so nice I bought another battery. Ended up staying for 20 mins talking about the Australian shepherd that was there. Such wonderful folks!

I initially thought it was cool because these guys were super nice and knowledgeable. But the disposable vape I bought had so much left and yet the battery died. I dont know how common this is to happen, but I really dont think its good for business. But the worst part is that I wasnt informed about this at all. I called and asked about it, and they said that It is hit or miss with certain vapes. Well, it would have been nice to know that so I could have bought a rechargeable one that would be worth my money.I dont hate it, but it is incredibly frustrating. I think itd be good if the workers were more informative about the risk because then it just feels scammy.EDIT: I ended up throwing the vape away before I saw the reply, but just the fact that you were willing to replace it is good enough. I shop at both the waimea and kona stores and always get great customer service. I always take forever picking a new flavor disposable and Every employee that helps me at both locations are patient and very helpful

I Love Konas Black Lava Vape. They are curtious, friendly and have excellent customer service! I want to give Joe a special shout out for going above and beyond EXCELLENT customer service. He had told me a few weeks back that my favorite vape juice had been discontinued by the manufacturer, I was sooo bummed! But several days ago I got a call from him at the vape shop, he had been over in the Pahoa shop saw one last bottle of said vape juice and brought it over to Kona side for me!! I am so HAPPY, thank you Joe and the rest of the black lava vape family! Also my mom has recently started vaping instead of using the E-ciggs and she is so happy with how helpful they all are, and always comes home happy with her purchases and something nice to say about Joe!!
