I recently had the most incredible facial experience, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Margo was not only professional but also took the time to understand my skin concerns and customize the treatment to my needs.The facial itself was pure bliss. The products used were high-quality and felt amazing on my skin. The combination of cleansing, exfoliation, and massage left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the gentle extractions to the soothing mask that left my skin feeling deeply hydrated and refreshed.What really stood out was Margo’s knowledge and care. She provided helpful tips for maintaining healthy skin at home and didn’t push any products unnecessarily, which I truly appreciated.Overall, this facial was an indulgent experience that left my skin looking radiant and my mind feeling relaxed. Even though I dont do massages often, I can definitely say that this was THE very best Ive ever had. Earnest was by far the very best! I couldnt stop bragging about him to family and friends!! I wanted to pack him up and take him back to NC. Thank you Earnest!

I originally had a 60 min booked but once I arrived I asked if they could fit me in for a 90 min, Margo was able to do so and I’m so glad because this was one of the best facials I’ve had at ME. Margo made sure to tell me what each product was used for and how my skin may react, precise with extractions and was very friendly. Afterwards I actually had an amazing glow and not redness and a sore face like previous ones. I highly recommend seeing Margo and the front staff were really great as well!

Alisa was awesome! Took her time and made sure to try and work out the issues Ive been having. Very good, very sweet and courteous. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a good massage

I just had the best massage Ive ever had at a Massage Envy at the location on Tom Watson Parkway and Chatham.Carmelita was fantastic. It wasnt just a therapist doing a routine. She addressed my concerns and was very effective!

I had a prenatal massage (34 weeks) with Carmelita today, and it was a very pleasant experience (also my first ever massage.) I came out feeling brand new. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant ladies needing some relief. She is very personable and good at her craft.

Kayla does an amazing job and is always so kind and accommodating. She listens to the needs of her clients and is always great to chat with if you need a gab session during your massage as well. If you need a quite session shes good for that too!

No tea or water was offered before my massage, and no water offered when I emerged from the room after my session. I was told I could wait in the Tranquility Room before my massage, but was not shown where it was (in all other locations I have been walked to the room). Xavier applied the perfect amount of pressure--truly medium to firm! This was my 1st time at this location.

Shai did great! Great experience so good that my lashes were off by the end 😂 but seriously helped me feel safe and comfortable while getting a massage!

Overall it was a good massage. Jade found spots in my back I didn’t even realize were sore. Great pressure. While I did ask for her to spend most of the time on my back she hardly did my legs. I wouldn’t be so bothered by this had there not been at least 5 minutes left in my massage when she said she was done. I need to use a timer because I don’t think they give me my full 50 minutes.

My massage therapist, Erica was great. She asked me lots of questions to determine what would and would not work best for me. My neck issue is feeling much better!! Thank you 😊

Had a prenatal with Heidi. She was awesome and really worked on specific area of was having extra pain for the additional weight of the baby. Would go back to her next time

Maela was incredible. Ive had tension headaches for weeks and she hit all the spots I needed with the right pressure. Ill definitely be requesting her when I need my head, neck and upper back area worked on.

FacialIt was ok.. but I won’t do again. She has a very soft voice. Told her my hearing wasn’t. great..but she talked behind me..ok.. but even standing wasn’t great! The music was awful..a monotonous piano music..I have done the Florida location & it was really nice. Would go there again.I guess when you go for a facial, you should come out feeling pampered & I didn’t.

Had a massage with Alexis yesterday and she did fantastic! Pressure was perfect the whole time. She gave an incredible foot massage, I didnt even know my feet hurt till she started working on them. By the time she was done with the right foot the left foot just hurt by comparison. Great job, will definitely schedule with her again 😊

Ericas service was fabulous. I had a 90 minute session with her. She was very focused, nice touch. She aimed to please.

Kayla was incredible! She really listened to not only what my words said, but what my body was saying too. I feel much more loose today and confident that I will be back for Kayla, unless she books up too quickly!

It was my first time going to massage envy and I worked with a nice lady Olivia. Olivia was very attentive… paid attention to the spots that needed to be worked out that I knew and didn’t know of that needed to be massaged out. She’s a positive person and professional, along with going the extra mile on my self care as a mom to a toddler which I needed. I will always choose her

I got my daughter a massage for her birthday. Christine was wonderful. She did just the right amount of pressure and she made sure my daughter was comfortable. I would highly recommend Christine.

Maela is a talented therapist and nice as well. I went in with a specific problem, we talked it over, and she loosened my back up enough to where I was able to walk normally again and focus more on my work this week and less on pain. Thank you, Maela!

My massage therapist is Shirley, and I feel so fortunate she was assigned to me because she gave me such a fantastic massage with such a great touch that I have made multiple future appointments with her. She honored my requests for different pressures on different body parts. Shirley listened to both my verbal and nonverbal feedback about pressure. She worked quietly unless I spoke to her. I absoluely love TWP -Massage Envy Staff and this was my second time coming to Courtney for a 90 min facial. She explained everything as she went and conversation and laughs flowed freely!! We tried Obagi and m skin came out glowing and I had 3 other services that were seamlessly integrated with a lip exfoliating treatment and a neck and decoulage treatment and the high frequency treatment!! Im going to try the micro derm next time!! Both were amazing

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 12 years. Ernest has been my massage therapist for the past few years. He alters my massage according to my needs at the time, and I am very satisfied with his knowledge of that would benefit me the most. If you havent tried any of the enhancements, Ihighly recommend the Rapid Tension Relief for overworked muscles.

Just visited Shirley again. Yesterday I actually fell asleep on the table and that has never happened anywhere before. At the beginning of the massage, she is so good at asking if you have any trouble spots and working them out just perfectly. As always, I will continue to see her every month.

Earnest is possibly the best masseuse I have ever had! He is highly skilled, incredibly consistent and very considerate, it feels like he can read my mind at times and goes right to the trouble spots. I have never had a bad experience with him, would highly recommend booking.

Earnest has God given healing hands !I will follow him ANYWHERE !HE KNOWS EXACTLY where n how I hurt.He knows EXACTLY the right amount of pressure in different areas of my pain.I suffer from RA and this kind Blessed Soul knows what my body needs.In past non Earnest therapy I would feel sore going home, or if I did feel ok it only lasted for A Day of Relief.When I leave Earnests Table Im a new person and it lasts up to 2 weeks of pain Relief.This Man is it.I will never ever settle for anyone else EVER AGAIN.MUCH LOVE & RESPECT TO YOU EARNEST.AND I THANK GOD DAILY WE FOUND EACH OTHER .......YOURE THE BEST OF BEST

I’ve been going to this massage envy location for about a year now. I recommend it to everyone looking for a self care option. They offer many different services. One of my favorites is facials/skin care treatments with Cambre. She is amazing! So friendly, helpful and non-judgmental to me (who doesn’t know much about skin care). She’s great at recommending personalized treatments and products without being pushy or overbearing. Cambre is a 10/10 esthetician!!

Overall this location isn’t good but if you can get Shirley, she’s a 10! I needed a deep tissue to loosen muscles in my neck and shoulder; Shirley left me feeling new. She had just the right amount of pressure for me.

I had been suffering from lower back and SI joint pain for nearly 2 months. On a whim I booked a massage with Maela. She listened intently as I described the painful areas, and she then explained how she planned to approach them. She was not only knowledgeable but so empathic and kind. I highly recommend this Massage Envy location. Carmen, Sales Associate, Cheyenne, Massage Therapist, and Emily O., Esthetician were all amazing, very friendly and exceeded customer expectations. I really wish I had this team at the massage envy locations near me in California. A special shout out to Carmen for answering all of my questions on all their diverse product selection that this location offers. I will definitely visit again when back in the KC area.

Xavier was incredible. For someone like me who RARELY allows themselves to get a massage he was perfect. He was firm enough to work out the deep tension from the rare maitenance. His attention to stretching and making sure the joint was allowed it’s full range of motion was phenomenal. I can’t say enough about my experience.

Cheyenne is the best. She’s the only reason I continue my membership with Massage Envy. She’s always listens to my needs, she’s receptive to feedback, professional, and consistent. She makes the drive from downtown worth it. I can always count on feeling amazing after one of her sessions.

Brandi was fantastic! She really focused on areas where I hold a lot of tension and she worked through massage and stretching to improve my range of motion.

This was my first time visiting Massage Envy. Chelsea was very pleasant and did a fine job if you are looking for a light massage. They do push you to sign up for their recurring massages. I decided to sign up for the month to month pkg., which I believe will be worth it for me. Next time I will try a different person since I need a more firm massage.

I’ve seen Jacqueline the last 4 or 5 times and she has done a great job working the knots out of my upper back without it being too painful. Just the right amount of firm pressure that my 80 minutes is still relaxing.

Chelsea did an amazing job. I was alittle worried at first because she was Light to medium but at the beginning I told her Id just communicate and let her know if I needed more or less. I barely did two words..I just enjoyed my message and I would recommend her to anyone.

Im not saying anything the staff at my ME hasnt heard before over the last decade, but Erikca is a massage Zen Master! Never had a meh experience with her. She has some very talented peers, but Ericka is a cut above. I feel lucky when I am able to schedule with her. She is intuitive, strong, resilient, and charming. Clone her now!

My session with Xavier epitomizes how I envision what a massage should be! It’s restorative and therapeutic. I appreciate firm pressure, and this is the first massage therapist that’s provided pressure at a level that I could truly feel. My range of motion and general comfort level have both improved since this session. I look forward to booking sessions with Xavier regularly.

The service has been wonderful after a mixup with an appt. They bent over backwards to ensure I got in right away. Molly and katherine have been great helping me with leg swelling and extremely tight muscles.I used to get a massage, maybe once a year. Looked at it as an extra. However, it has been wonderful that I get one at least once a month now on subscription. I would love to do more.well worth it!
