Massage Heights Tiffany Springs

I work retail and have fallen behind on my massages. Because of my commute I don’t get home till after 6pm most evenings. I wanted to freeze my account to get caught up but was told if I freeze my account I can’t use my massages I have paid for. This is my money I paid and it feels like I’m being robbed. I have cancelled my membership today since they are unwilling to work with me. I would highly recommend DO NOT sign up for their membership!!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage and it felt like absolutely no effort was put in. I really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but half way through I was still wondering when the actual massage would start. Incredibly light pressure and no special focus on my sore areas. At certain points he was just resting his hands on my back with no intention it seemed. I honestly left more frustrated than I arrived and got no tension relief. Hopefully it was just an off day for him.

I had a wonderful time here. The front desk staff was extremely inviting and the atmosphere was very calming. The massage room was well lit, but a little cold for me(I get cold easily). My masseuse was very knowledgeable in the field and made me feel very comfortable. Great experience. I would go back.

This was the best massage and cupping I’ve ever had! My neck and back were terrible after a long trip and Essence got almost all of them out. It was the most relaxed I’ve been in months, and I feel so much better.

I have been coming here for a year now and had Essence for the first time yesterday. She was AMAZING. Of the 5 therapists Ive seen at this location, she is by far my favorite. Book with Essence. You wont regret it.

Cassidy provided such a luxurious and wonderful facial service for me. She was so educational and addressed all of my concerns in a way that I could understand. Such a therapeutic and calming experience. Will definitely be referring to her.

I always have improved motion and reduced muscle tension after seeing Carl. He knows how to drill down to the exact problem areas without leaving me bruised. Carl is a true professional.

Amber is a great massage therapist. She listens to my areas of discomfort and always creates a plan of action! Nadja is such a great asset as well. She ensures my massages are booked out and always welcomes retreat members!

Stephanie was very good. She was able to make my shoulder fell better. I would have given her 5 stars, but I really wanted Eli to do my massage.

Carl is absolutely fantastic. It means so much to me to have a feeling of comfort while he does his job in a professional manner. I will always request him as my massage therapist.I have had 2 other therapists at this location and Carl is most certainly by far the best.

I just love going here. The therapists are out of this world. I especially love Amber because Ive walked in with an issue and come out feeling a million percent better. From plantar fasciitis to golfers elbow. Truly restorative and holistic approach which is hard to find. Kim and the others are also fantastic.

Laduska did an amazing job with my massage. She was kind and professional the entire session. I having a lot of shoulder and neck pain, and she was able to help resolve that, it was wonderful.

I bought $2k worth of gift cards to “earn” $500 worth of promo cards, the employees did not use the promo cards first and let them expire. Ashley the “managers” response. Sorry that I (the customer) didn’t make the employees do it right. And I’m just out the money… so beware we the promo cards… it’s a scam ;)Emailed and called the retreat after the response below…. 4 days later and still no response. Will update IF they do respond

Not worth the price. The staff was very friendly! However, I asked for a massage for specific areas, mostly my neck. I put it on the form and went over it with the therapist. I think maybe a total of 5 min out of the 60min massage was spent on my neck and it was hardly a massage. My neck was just stretched out from side to side (I already do that at home). I had knots everywhere that I wanted taken care of that didn’t. Also, the place is not as calming as I thought. The massage rooms smell weird and not pleasant (it costs extra for aromatherapy) When you walk in it feels more like a doctors office. I’ve gotten a massage done at a different place before for way cheaper and there, it felt like I was in a calm, quiet, garden with amazing essential oil scents in the lobby area. With this place, not so much. Also, after your first massage, the price doubles from $70 to $140. Absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend.

Stephanie is a master of her craft and always super friendly. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great massage therapist!

I have been going to Kim for years and try to go once a month. She is a magic worker!!! She’s awesome in every way - she does my deep tissue massages and talks me through breathing to make the most use of our time. She always gives me exercises to help with my trouble areas after too! At this point, my whole family and a lot of our friends go to her now as well - total proof of her awesomeness. MH is great to offer the membership to make my monthly appearances more affordable!

I had a massage yesterday 2/10/23. I asked for a deep tissue massage and the pressure used was barely light. My right shoulder had knots in it and I could barely tell he was touching me. I left there and went to the chiropractor & he was able to massage the knot that was hurting out in less than 5 minutes. That was an absolute waste of money and time

Mrs. Candi was phenomenal with my service today. She did an amazing job with making sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. I suffer from lupus and fibromyalgia yet my entire body is feeling like silk.Her A+ service is highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Sad to leave a negative review, but my experience was far from great. I booked a deep tissue massage on Sunday, February 20th with Monica. I asked specifically for firm pressure and the massage was light- medium. I did not feel any relief and was unsatisfied. I spoke with Haley the receptionist about my poor experience, gave her my contact info. She told me that Nadia the assistant manager would be in touch. By the end of that week, I hadn’t heard anything. In addition I called to follow up, but got the VM. Still no response. I am disappointed that I wasted my time and money.

Had a great Therapist (Stephanie G), and the whole experience was great. Membership is the way to go, and the pricing is more than reasonable. Great team, clean premises and very professional.

Thang was very knowledgeable and had great technique. He listened to my problem areas and spent the whole time targeting those areas for me and I left feeling so much better. He also offered some great tips for stretching! I definitely recommend him. The lady at the front desk was also so sweet even with me being the last client in of the night.

Just had my 4th massage from Monica here in Tiffany Springs. It’s real close to the house and my wife told me I should take better care of myself! I can’t say enough about Monica though! She does an awesome job! Any business would be happy to have an employee like her!

Scheduled a last minute apt with this location recently. They took my card info and said “We will not charge it’s just to hold the appointment.” I was unable to make the apt as I was stuck on the floor for two hours at home from throwing my back out. Two days later I’m mobile and make it to the shoal creek location..which they would get more stars. Then I see a $65 charge from this location as well. I call and talk about it with the manager Tricia and she said we charge for no shows. I told her what the employee had told me and she cut me off, tried speaking over me and telling me for future ref we charge for no shows. I replied for future ref you should tell the employees to say that instead of telling people it won’t be charged and just to hold the apt. She was very rude and don’t recommend anyone spending their money here. School creek location they were very professional and would recommend that location to anyone over this one on the zona side.

Massage Heights is amazing! I have had both Monica at the Tiffany Springs location and Heather at the Shoal Creek location and they are AMAZING!!!! I always ask for them! You cant be the service, quality, kindness, and professionalism especially at that price!

I had my first massage in over a year today and it was amazing! Amadeo did a wonderful job and I feel super relaxed. He took the time to work on my pressure points and gave me tips for stretching afterward. Can’t wait to go back!

Carl is amazing. Ive been seeing him for well over a year and I am never disappointed.

We had a membership for years (since 2018) and I didn’t use it super often but when I did the massages were usually decent - some better than others. We even paid for the membership through COVID despite not using it much - I think maybe once? We emailed them to cancel the membership in October, and have been charged since, despite following up. It’s now April. We are moving on to disputing the charges with our bank. Will be going elsewhere for massages in the future.

Monica always listens to what my needs are each time. The massage is very relaxing and I always feel so much better after I leave, whether I’ve had a stress headache, pulled muscle or just need to relax. I would highly recommend her because like I stated above, she is very in tune to what you ask and just doesn’t do what she’s used to.

Amber Lynn addressed my pain level respectfully and and gave me a follow up plan to continue the healing process. She has a comprehensive understanding of the body and specifically identified the shoulder problem and went about relieving the discomfort.I recommend her to anyone who is dealing with a specific problem area as that is all I’ve had her treat so far!

Excellent customer service and the entire staff is knowledgeable about what pressure is needed during the massage, even if you have a preference, which is a huge bonus. Best experience for me, especially since chiropractic and massage therapy go hand in hand. I wont go anywhere else.

Kimberly has been relieving my chronic back, neck and hip pains for over a decade. She’s the best massage therapist I’ve met in over 30 years of treatment. Massage Heights is top notch professional massage therapy. If you haven’t tried deep tissue massage for chronic stress, you owe it to yourself. The hot stones and cupping are amazing too.

It was a great experience to reduce the stress of the holidays and Connie was absolutely fantastic. My daughter enjoyed her service immensely too, but I dont remember that therapists name. Great experience and I cant wait to go back.

Amber-Lynn is simply amazing. She more than understands her job, she is intuitive regarding where I need the most work and is able to make my back feel so much better. She always has a smile on her face and is a great representative for your company.

No matter how long or stressful my work week is, I always leave Massage Heights relaxed. My therapist, Sydnie, actually cares about helping me and relieving the chronic pain in my shoulders. She explains the treatment plan and recommends other areas to massage that might help relieve my pain. I highly recommend the membership - its more affordable than paying for the massages on their own, and has pushed me to do something for myself once a month. Normally, I think that places that push memberships are trying to scam you, but getting a membership at Massage Heights was the best decision that Ive made for my health in a while. Definitely consider it!

I had the best massage Ive EVER had here tonight!! Jenny was my technician. She was very friendly but not too chatty. I have chronic back pain and left almost completely pain free. It was amazing!!!!

The Tiffany Springs location is great. They have some excellent therapists and everyones very friendly. Been going here for years. I cant speak for everyone there, but I would personally recommend Stephanie and Kim

I bought a Groupon for myself. They were very quick in being able to book me and get it used up. Was great and very relaxing. Easy and quick sign in and then gets the job done! Highly recommend

Kendal is amazing! I’ve been going to him regularly for quite some time. I’ve had massages all over the world! He is the BEST. Always 5 stars with Kendal.

It all depends on the therapist. Has went thru a few ownership changes. Recent ownership seems to be a positive thing so far. Find a great therapist and be careful booking an unknown. Some not great experiences with that. The long timers know what they are doing.

I have been seeing Krissy for well over.year now, she is amazing! Works the kinks out, rejuvenates the body and the spirit! Hands down recommend her as the go to message therapist in the area!

Ive had some trouble with billing issues due to miscommunication with the staff but the manager Debra reached out to me and is definitely making it right and then some for the issues Ive been having. The massages are wonderful here and even though the customer service side of the business has been lacking a bit they seem to be working on it and are fixing their mistakes and that to me shows that they actually care!

Kim always listens to any areas of your body that you need extra work on and you always feel better when you leave

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage. I will definitely need to go back.My only disappointment was that I recevied a gift card for the massage and I didnt know it came with 3 elevations. I declined the elevations during the massage because I knew they cost more. After the massage I was informed that the elevations were included. I was offered a package deal and they would note on my package I have 3 elevations.

Jaime (massage therapist) was extraordinary. I have never had a therapist that was so knowledgeable and dedicated to making me comfortable and relaxed. The massage was the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend trying them out.

On February 4th I scheduled a couple’s massage (via phone) for February 18th at Massage Heights Tiffany Springs as I was going to be in Kansas City for the weekend. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of my control my plans changed. I called on Monday February 13th (5 full business day in advance) to cancel my appointment and was told that they would not be able to refund the $99.98 that they charged me to hold my reservation due to the fact that it is February. Not only was this not mention by their associate when scheduling my appointment but their cancellation policy on their web-site say:Cancellation Policy: You may cancel any appointment that you have scheduled without charge ONLY if you notify us before the close of business on the operating day before your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.I am currently trying to touch base with their corporate office in hopes of this company doing the right thing.Not impressed with their morals or customer service. 0 STARS

Dont fall for the reoccurring payment/membership scam!!Still waiting for a refund after being billed for 2 months of services after formally requesting (in writing) to have the service cancelled . First lady that said she would take care of it quit and it was not cancelled so was told by the new person that it was my fault for not cancelling. After going around about whos fault it was (did I mention they have prime customer service skills?) an agreement was reached to have the funds credited back to me. All procedures for cancellation were followed to a T and they still billed my account and to date I have not received the credit that was promised to me.Terrible business, terrible massages (why I cancelled in the first place) and they have to hide behind a reoccurring payment plan to get money.1 star because thats what i had to do to leave this review. This business doesnt even deserve that

The massage therapists are great there. But when it comes to the billing and communication with the manager and the customer service reps it is terrible. My membership there was not great at all....very shocked at the customer service there. Hopefully know one will have to experience what I went through the last 3 months there.

We had a gift card so we tried this place. They talked us into the 3 month trial deal, so we did it. We filled paperwork out to stop payments... They keep pulling money out of our accounts and when we call to ask them about it and ask for a refund, we get nowhere. They treat us like we have done something wrong. Umm you guys are the ones taking out money still, months after we told you to stop! Crooks!

Thang..is very good applied good pressure with sensitivity areas with the Swedish massage. He showed me some exercises to do to keep my muscles loose and deal with stress. Be coming back soon.
