Excellent customer service. These guys, with the help of my friends and family, got me off cigarettes. I have only bought and smoked 2 packs since Feb 2017, its now March of 2018. I have never looked back. They always point people in the right direction, and are honest, sometimes brutally honest. You will never leave this place unsatisfied, and if they cant satisfy you, they will tell you where to go get satisfied at. Great people. God bless them.

Good selection, very helpful staff and nice and tidy store. Would/will visit again, probably regularly.Edit: After shopping around elsewhere in the city Ive found Aqueous Vapor to be a bit on the expensive side. Its still a decent store, but if your strapped for cash you may want to look elsewhere.

Do your research, they will talk you into an Upgrade which will probably be worse then the last mod you had... Within two weeks had a mod go bad that was recommended by the guy running it. Told me it was an Upgrade. This thing cant even hold its batteries... Soo much money wasted... Honestly he tries too hard to force you to buy certain things... I definitely will be finding a new shop after i get this fixed... GUY IS SUPER FORCEFUL... Be careful...

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! A friend and I went into the store and purchased a 2 for 55$ e cigarettes. At the time of purchase they stated that if returned within 30 days they would refund if anything was to happen. Well, the e cigarettes they sold us DIED within a couple days of the purchase. We called to state the situation since we dont live very close to the location. The guy who answered said there was NO REFUND and he may exchange them. Then stated the e cigarettes ONLY LAST ABOUT 7 days. WE where NOT told this at ALL at the time of purchase. HE said that I would have been the one who sold you them, and I would have explained that. In an unprofessional tone. Frankly HAD he stated that information at the time of purchase, there WOULD NOT have been a purchase as we have had other e cigarettes that have lasted several months. I wouldnt recommend this store or their products to my worst enemy, because even my worst enemy doesnt deserve how this company treats paying customers.

I love this shop! Theyre always super awesome and the manager Andrew is very helpful. Sad to have seen some of the nice workers leave but its still the number one vape shop wed go to before all the other ones in kck and OP. Love the juices as well! 👍👍

Customer service is starting to decline, a friend stopped to get me juice, she told him the strength, she was handed lower strength juice and the nicotine and told her that I mix my own all the time (which I never have.) They also wont follow state mandate on masks (I have diagnosed asthma and not required to wear mask due to breathing issues while wearing one.)

Awesome shop with a great selection. Everything I wanted to try prior to purchasing. Batteries all worked on testing devices, which isnt always the case at other vape shops Ive been to. Found my current favorite E-Juice called THE FOUR FOGGERS: HAMILTON. Its ruined me for all other juices. Flavors of Pumpkin Mousse, Vanilla Creme, & Graham Cracker Crust! Hmmm...

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Now I may have just shown up on the wrong days but the selection is average. This is a nice shop and I will continue to go there.

The staff here really actually took the time when I was jus a beginner vaper all the way up until now and I can honestly say ive not been to any other vape shop how ever I did buy a prince smok at a convince store w a few e juices.... Never again. If Id of jus waited am went to aquas vape there would have told me right off that the prince is a more harsh draw. Now they got me all set up with my 3rd vape and I couldnt be more happy the dimond is a perfict fit for me. (Employee in glasses I cant remember his name yet but I owe a big thanks to him because if id of went anywhere else odds are me getting ripped off jus so thy can make an extra buck but glasses dude keep doin what you do ill be back for more juice next Friday.💯

AJ was awesome super friendly, super knowledgeable and informative. Great selection of brands and flavors. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Bought a Kanger Tech Top EVODWhen purchased the sales associate stated I could use it like a normal cigarette.After using the first min determined it was getting to hot to use again until it had sit for 20 min to cool before using again.When I asked other friends that had quit with e cigarettes about the heating up they all stated this was not normal.Believing the unit was defective I attempted to exchange for a different one but was refused by the manager Andrew Dilfer who stated it was normal for the unit to heat up to the point of not being able to use until it had cooled if I tried to take more than one drag every 3-5 min.

Great service and the employees were nothing but helpful.Im new to vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and I feel they wantto help me do that.

Staff is cool AF. Theyre also very knowledgeable about the vape products they sell. Its my go-to spot for all things vape!

Great selection great products the only thing I didnt like was the was all the suggestions as to what mg I should smoke Im a 24 mg vaporizer point blank get it for me and shutup

Great juices, amazing knowledge. Small hardware selection but its pretty much the best of the best, so I cant complain.

The service was horrible and the manager their was extremely condescending. I told him i had been to another location before and he told me how horrible of a store that was. I will never return and my family wont either. Shame on you dude. You know who you are.

I used to go here until Vapor Maven hit the Dotte. I feel like the service here was good but slowly degraded over time.
