Employees have great customer service and are very knowledgeable about every product in the store. Plus they have the lowest prices around! My favorite one stop shop to get everything I need at one place!

The fact that I had to wait for Tyler to have a conversation while trying to ring someone up is crazy. I got tired of waiting and asked Tyler if he can speed up the process his customer told me pretty much to shut up and wait 🤣🤣🤣 and of course Tyler said nothing and thought he was right and said he’s not going to stop talking to someone because someone walks in to spend money 🤣🤣 big joke I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD. There’s no more common decency anymore . The man wanted to fight me because I asked Tyler if he can speed it up 🤦🏿‍♂️.

Called to ask to speak with the owner, a simple “they’re busy” or “they aren’t here” would have been fine. But I was just immediately hung up on as soon as I finished my question to the person over the phone..

This place is fabulous. A friend turned me on to this place.I’ve been going next door for a while.. but after I went to Kc smokes. I’m there faithfully, nice tax bracket and punch cards. Good strands. Even have a gram section👍🏽.It’s affordable

Best shop in Westport open from 9 Am-10 Pm best part there open 365 days all year Tyler and Chris are very helpful they always go above and beyond to answer whatever questions I may have to the best of their knowledgethey also have the best Cannabis and the best Kratom in Kansas City Mo but that’s just my personal opinion lol

Best prices on flower and edibles. The new moon rocks they have in are INSANE! never going to a overpriced dispensary again. Chris is wonderful too, really kind/cute/helpful.

Lady inside told me they get the flower they sell from Oklahoma.. How is this even legal? When bringing it up to the shaky manager, he got upset and security had to escort me out.. All of this started when I asked if they had an industry discount. Seems to be a shady store front.

Visited for the first time on Friday, December 28th and worked with Christian (hope Im spelling his name correctly). What an awesome young man. I had so many questions about Kratom and what product to use for each issue Im having. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes people make you feel ignorant when you ask so many questions but not Christian. He was patient and gave me some great advice and encouragement. I will come back later with a review of the Kratom I purchased. I can say right now that the price was more than reasonable. The greatest asset to any business is the customer service the employees provide. KC SmokZ knocks it out of the park. I will be a return customer ... no doubt about it!! Thanks again, Christian!!

I got charged an extra 25 on my credit card. I didnt get a receipt and felt kind of funny. I just called my cc company and they said I had a balance of 65 for 40 dollars worth of stuff. They just lost a good customer!

Poor customer service. Guy with the black hoodie and nose piercing was very disrespectful. . He will most likely say something different and try to demean or condescend me somehow. Will not be coming back. Theres a better shop across the street.Edit: Management has reached out with a sincere solution. It is much appreciated.

I went in Saturday desperately in need of a new coil. It was my first time in the store. Davids service was excellent! Also, he is very knowledgeable on which E-liquids should and should not be used, which is so important to me.I have been sold my share of nauseating junk from various retailers in the past and I will not go back to them! The people that work at KC SmokZ are not only exceptionally knowledgeable on every single product they sell, but they provide customer service above and beyond any other head shop in the Kansas City area. The staff is very personable and are there to consult you and make sure you are buying the right product that’s fits your wants and needs. I won’t go anywhere else for any glass pieces or vapes, as they are cheaper and better quality than their neighbor competitors on broadway.

There were several reasons why this was a negative experience:- Its overpriced, I purchased a Juul for around $55 for a Juul starter kit when it can be found at Quick Trip for $35 (I did not know this at the time)- Immediately after I purchased the Juul I noticed it wouldnt hold the pod correctly, so I always had to push the pod down to hit it.- The pod kit it came with included a pod that was broken so the first time I hit it, it leaked and got into my mouth and that was disgusting.- I understand why they dont allow returns, but not even exchanges? Its not my fault I got a damaged/broken kit.I will not be returning here for any of my smoking-related needs.

This place is awesome! Its big and open with a huge selection of pipes. They have the best prices in town by a landslide and the staff is super helpful and honest.

Of all the places that Ive gotten Kratom in town they have by far the best quality. Always great service and prices.

I went in there to buy Some Kratom last weekend , I tried their stuff and it was good I liked it.so since I started liking it I thought about getting a kilo from them and they charge $300 for a kilo that’s ridiculous.you can get a kilo for half price around town and they did not even lower their price down for me.so I would recommend going other places then coming here and the service was rude and are possibly racist.
