Mary is extremely knowledgeable about the product at Vape World. Many vape shops recommend based on what they want to sell, vs the customers preferences. I will be back! Finally a place I dont have to roll the dice, leaving with product I dont like.

Im always pride of myself on giving people the benefit of the doubt especially in times of stress. But this shop clearly does not want to do business with people. Very dismissive and arrogant. First impressions are everything and not only will I never be back I will tell everyone I know never to shop here. I waited several minutes for anybody to even acknowledge I was there when there was only one other person in the shop. The dude with the beard was a total weasel. After you can tell I was very annoyed by his unprofessionalism he started the cry about how busy he was. I was very patient and never showed any frustration in waiting but if you cant handle two customers youre in the wrong business. I definitely caught him on the wrong day. But it will be the last day thats for sure.

The owner had just got back with his lunch but didnt try to rush me out.They had a really great discount selection with even nic salts, seems like they have higher quality juice without the higher price. This place is way over priced. They are almost double the price than other vape stores in the area. I Do NOT recommend this place. They also do not accept any returns even when the product is brand new still in the box.

Goood store with lots of vapers and juices. Prices are pretty good too. The staff worker Arron, was a great help. He didnt try pitch a sales like those annoying car salesmen. Seemed honest and genuine. Helped me with any questions I had. Would reccomend any friends I have to come here.

We love this shop and have spent a couple hundred dollars at a time in here, but have been waiting for over a month now for coils to come in for a specific mod! We have been told that the owner just doesn’t want to come all the way to the shop, come on man!! 🙄 If we wanted to go to a different shop we would have, but now it looks like the owner just doesn’t really care about keeping the stock of necessary items here or the loyalty of customers then we will be taking our business elsewhere ✌🏼

I went to return a set of batteries that were sold to me for a vape. The battery have manufacturer markings printed on them that says: Fire hazard! Not for Vape! Never install, carry or handle! I went to exchange them or get a refund and the employee wanted to give me guff about them being perfectly safe. Then refused to refund or exchange the product. I would stay away from this place poor customer service.

Bought a five pack of coils that has had issues with threads and shop was aware of the situation. I ask if I had any issues with these coils could I bring them back and exchange them for good ones. The counter person assured me there would be no problem. Well guess what? There was a problem. Took all 5 back to exchange and they wanted to charge me for another 5 at a slight discount price still over $20 with taxes. So now I have 5 useless coils and they have my money. I will never do business at Vapor World again. They dont support customer base nor the products they sell. It all about getting our money. UPDATE 3/2/19 Returned to Vapor World today and exchanged coils without any issues and was given an apology, therefore I will continue doing business at this establishment. House brand juices are good and cheap priced. Glad we got this issue resolved.

In the past year Ive been to this store three times and twice the juice I purchased was over the expiration date by two years!!! The other time I purchased a vape device that afterwards I hated it, but thats on me for relying on someone elses opinion on it. But I do know that before you leave the parking lot check your merchandise very carefully especially expiration dates!

Awesome place, the mánager went way beyond the call of duty. I was here visiting my son, who recommended Vapor World. I wanted to get some vapor juice and really wanted a certain favor. She called the precious store and asked for the blends of my particular flavors. Then took those blends and made my juice happen. Now that is 150 % great service. I make trips yo KC often due to family living in this área. My New favorita place. Thank you so much👏😁

Disappointed!! Last few times Ive been in to buy coils they dont have any. When I bought my vape from the store. I was promised that the coil in the particular Vape was very popular and they always stocked plenty. Today is the last time going in that store! Talk to the assistant store manager Ryan didnt seem to care much. Sorry I drive a truck over the road dont have time to run in there every day and check on your product.

Had exactly what I wanted. Only downfall is the 100 Percent mark up approximately from the price the stores online sell the pods for. I use the Lost Vape Orion with DNA chip and online the pods are 2 for $10.00 for a Two Pack basically. Here they charge $20.00 for the same thing. I can understand marking up some but, that is a little extreme. Ill stick to online for my pods. The store is nice though. Just watch the pricing.Response to Owner: In reference to the pods I use proving is not competitive. Other Vape Shops charge approximately $6 each per pod. Thats still $8 more than Shops North Of The River as you are.. Thx for the reply.

High prices, not so friendly staff. Wouldnt recommend anyone coming here. Just Google another Vape Shop close to this area. I was around the area and miles away from home. Called and got a quote on a few pods, price was off from what she/he said on the phone to the purchase price in store. The he/she obviously doesnt like what they do. Behind on the table where customers can sit, she/he had their churros from Taco Hell, their laptop out and their phone, like it was a hang out spot for the employee. Horrible.Take your business elsewhere and dont read the other comments of newbies trying vaping for the first time.P.S. to owner, I dont want you to, reply to this post. Just let it be.Their prices on mods and AIOS are OUTRAGEOUS.Plus, look at the other reviewers with their 1-25 total reviews. Obviously this particular Vapor World entices their, customers to put a Google review for some, extra point reward.

Asked for an item via the serial number over the phone. Dude said he didnt know by that but to come in anyway because they had Everything for Everything! #1 right! They didnt... When I finally got help dudes like yeah, no we dont carry stuff for that... Thanks, man...

Guys here are great. I work in liberty from over an hour away, and every time Im here and I need anything vape related, theyve got me covered, 100%. coils, juices, mods, and tanks. Impeccable service.

I shop at the leavenworth store and the liberty store and both places have excellent selections on fluids and hardware. The customer service is always top notch and friendly.

I loved this place until the two guys who worked there left, and someone named Mary started. Whereas the two guys were great to work with and always helpful, this girl was nothing like that. Discounts for big purchases and repeat customers? Not anymore. I had to listen to Mary arguing with a repeat customer over a small discount on a $100+ order.Friendly service with a smile? Nope, not happening. Need your receipt? They used to hand it to you when you paid. Now you have to ask the girl for one, and she makes sure you know its a big deal to print it out. Strange. Its like the store is the same, but the management team got replaced. Its annoying at best, but I guess its time to find a vape shop that still appreciates their customers.
