My second time to the All is Well Holistic Spa on August 15th, exceptional experience both times! My massage therapist, Miranda is amazing! My experience was SO relaxing, I left feeling relaxed and not tight in the areas I asked her to focus on. The staff is SUPER friendly. Inside the spa is very clean, smells great and a calm, chill vibe. I signed up for the monthly membership & am looking forward to my next visit. I HIGHLY recommend this place & Miranda if you need a massage. EXCELLENT PLACE!
They honored a Groupon discount that my friend and I found online, without us purchasing the voucher, so that we could come in the same day and get the service. We both received a 60min European Facial with a peppermint scalp massage and it was fantastic. My skin is glowing like never before and I feel so relaxed. My therapist, Moon, was so kind, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job taking care of me.
Have been a member over a year now with the spa. They always make a way to get me in even if it’s the last minute. I always enjoy my massages and facials. If you want that medium to firm massage, they are the best. They also use the best face creams for facials. The place is always clean and quiet.
My husband,13 year old and I spent an amazing Saturdate here getting an amazing family hot stone massage together. She loves having ua do this together as usually it’s just my husband and I. But, when I saw this family room with three beds, I had to try it out. And it was so nice. Our three female massage therapists were amazing with us and her. The facility was super clean, therapists very professional and did amazing massages based on our needs. Our daughter does lots of sports and was complaining of pain in her arms and back and she loved the light sports massage she received with us. Everyone was amazing and will definitely come back.
I love it here. The massage therapist Arlene is very attentive. She did back walking so much good. I really love going there to relax especially when I have a lot on my mind. I enjoy it every time!
The supervisor/manager, is an extremely incompetent person. She treats her employees like absolute garbage. My sister only went for an interview and she was forced to do free labor, memorize scripts, do laundry etc. she was not getting paid for this and neither did she have the job yet. All that woman does is belittle the people that work for her. There are so many other med spas with more affordable prices and kinder owners, please don’t give your money to this heartless organization.Edit: you can read the owners response to my review below. While I understand every company has its own unique hiring process, at no point should the recruiter be yelling/insulting/disrespecting the interviewee, especially when they’re doing labor for you WITHOUT BEING PAID . Did you forget to mention that in your reply? We have both worked plenty of jobs so we’re well aware that every person has different managing styles, some might be a bit blunt and that’s perfectly fine but it’s never for any reason acceptable to be treated the way that you treated my sister, if that’s any reflection of how you are with your current employees then I pray from the bottom of my heart that they find a better opportunity elsewhere. I have read all your replies to bad customer reviews and I find it appalling how you always have excuses locked and loaded. An ethical business should know when to take responsibility for their actions rather than shifting the blame and putting it on the customer. Do better.
Arlene is amazing. She listens to me when I explain where my pain is. Her pressure is always on point. She makes me feel comfortable during my session. The staff is also so wonderful when I come into to my appointment. Thank you guys so much for helping with my back and neck pain!
This owner opened a massage spa just want to grab money. My friend went to look for a job and she promised high wages and good treatment, but she had to pay a $500 deposit. My friend is a licensed professional massage therapist and doesnt need training at all, but agreed to pay the 500 deposit in order to be able to work as soon as possible. During the course of his employment, the owner treated his employees extremely badly. It was intolerable so my friend offered to quit and the owner offered various reasons stating that she would never return the deposit and that she was withholding two weeks pay. This is NOT a massage spa!!This is a money grab using recruiters! Thats why no one wants to work here, many customer who bought gift cards cant make reservations just because there are NO employees. I hope everyone stops falling for this and stays away from this place and we will look for legal ways to defend our rights!!!!
This place was sheer perfection.Every detail was attended to.The ambiance gave high end spa, the staff was top notch. I cannot say enough about it. You just have to see for yourself. I will be back. Spa trips are my jam and I have attended some of the best Vegas has to offer, as well as other places. This one definitely gives them the competition and run for their money. I highly recommend.
David did a great job on my massage. I was not pleased with the lady who checked me out at the end. I paid for a 60 min massage, which ended up only being 45 min. When I asked why, she said I checked in at 10:01. In fact, I did not, as I am not the one who checked myself in. She then told me I needed to be there 10-20 min before my massage started(understandable), although they do not open on Sundays until 10:00, this is posted on Google, and the front door. When I said this, she then said they get there at 9:00(as if I was informed of this). I would have come back, but the lady at the front seemed as though she could care less as to what I was saying. Did not make eye contact with me, did not apologize, and she wasnt very friendly. I was planning on getting a membership, but after interacting with her, it put a sour taste in my mouth. The lady that checked me in was very friendly, as was David.
The most horrible spa.. I went with my parents and my husband to get a full massage. The Asian lady which I believe is the owner is so rude with her employees and clients.. she was yelling the tech and the technician was really nice with us…the owner asked for more tips I left 25 dollars for each tech in cash and owner were asking more money… we won’t coming back here I lost my money because I was needing a massage and I left the place more stressed, when I got inside the car I see a notification from my back that she charged me 10 dollars more without permission…so that’s mean she is a thief. PLEASE BE AWARE… ready the reviews and believe in the bad reviews before you come to this place.. BAD place if you want to lose your money come here then…🤮
I recently reinjured my shoulder. My husband booked me a surprise 1 hr full body massage and herbal foot detox treatment at this spa. The entire staff was extremely kind from the moment I arrived. It was pouring down raining outside and they greeted me with warm towels to dry off with. This was a huge plus. One of the first things I noticed was that the spa is very well kept and extremely clean! During check in they notated the areas I wanted to focus on during my massage. This was also very helpful and made me feel like they really cared about my experience. We started with the herbal foot detox. The room was very relaxing and the music playing was also very therapeutic. Then I went in for my 1 hr massage. The woman that completed my massage was very professional, kind, and respectful. She did an amazing job helping relieve most of the pain I was feeling in my shoulder and down my spine. Check out was very easy. I was able to browse their in house line of aromatherapy products, candles and oils. Which all smell amazing by the way. The prices are based on the quality of service you are getting, which is definitely a 10/10. I look forward to my next session and highly recommend this holistic company to those seeking natural healing.

I have been a member for about 6 months and I always see Nour, she is absolutely amazing. I have been to a few massage places and I have to say this is the best massage I have ever had.I couldn’t recommend her enough.
I went for a facial last month and was extremely upset by the customer service at All is Well. I came to this location because my kids gave me a gift card, but I ended up being accused of theft by the staff. After my facial was over (during which time the staff kept pushing me to buy extra services and products), my facialist insisted on showing me some skincare products, so I sat down at the reception area to look them over. After I returned the products and was checking out with the manager Vicki, she asked me to return a 1-ounce moisturizer that I had been looking at. I told her I didnt have it and helped her look for it all around the reception area, under the chairs and around the cash register. She even asked me to check my purse, which I checked and then eventually emptied out on the counter in front of her, because she kept insisting that I had it. I have never been so humiliated in my life, because she was basically accusing me of stealing this 1-ounce product (worth $3.50) that had been misplaced. Ive patronized this business in the past, but after this experience I will never return here or recommend their services to anyone else.
Should have listened to all the other reviews claiming scam. Beware of paying an online deposit and get everything in writing. I purchased a gift for Mother’s Day for my mother, a $220 service. I paid a $50 deposit online, booked the appointment for my mother, and she received wonderful service from Nikki and gave her a cash tip via the envelope provided in the massage room. Victoria called me at the end of the day saying my mother did not “check out.” I reminded her that I was taking care of the remainder of her service and that Nikki received a cash tip, and confirmed remainder I owed was $173. After hanging up, she charged my card $212.60. I tried to call back, no answer. So I disputed the extra $39.60 with my bank. On July 4th, I receive multiple calls and email with threat of legal action. First, she tells me they reimbursed the full amount, which isn’t true, and that I have until the 7th to pay $212.60 in cash or else “legal action” will be taken. I got back $39.60. Then, she tells me the $39.60 was the tip I left for Nikki and signed for it…I WASN’T THERE to sign. She disregarded our conversation on the phone, lied about the amount she was charging me and is now claiming there was no way of knowing if a cash tip was given. Sad to lose this place, I truly enjoyed the service but the front desk, Victoria especially, is extremely unprofessional. Never thought giving a gift would become a nightmare.
Had a great massage this last weekend! Staff is always very friendly. Highly recommend Max, he applied just the right amount of pressure for my sore muscled and always does such a great job!
My experience and all is well was absolutely magnificent. My check in was amazing. They were helpful and informative. My massage was everything and if he’s never had the ion foot detoxification, you are doing yourself a disservice. Michelle the massage therapist is sooooo pleasant and personal I’m a nurse and I’ve been in severe pain. she hit all my required areas and I am feeling so relieved! I can’t believe how fast my results are. The atmosphere was clean, and soothing. I’m so happy I live in the area so that I can return asap!
Best facial massage ever! Massage was good too. Only thing made it uncomfortable, was the attempt at a hard sale of products at the end. I had shopped prior to massage and was going to get an item, but after the hard sale tactic, I said no thank you paid for services and left.Very timely, clean, and professional. Will be back
I just talked to an asian speaking lady (she talked so fast and I cannot assimilate the i formation she had given me) I am asian too and I fully understand. She sent me a link to pay for 3 people and instructed me to txt all the personal information to her so she can finalized the appointment. I clearly asked her if I can send the information on the same link for the self pay and she said “yes”. I called her to confirm if she got the txt. She got mad and she said she did not received the information and it was not supposed to be the same txt message (how would I know?) I told her then txt me another link to send the personal information. She got mad and the more she talked so fast that I got a headache to understand what she wants me to do so I said I will call another time. She hung up on me slamming the phone (without letting me finished my conversation). I told my daughter who used to regularly had her massage here. She said that was the owner! Very rude! Am glad I did not finish the transaction😁

Please dont trust the owner of this establishment and anyone in a managerial capacity, when I first went to this place I felt the massage was average, however, when I left they recommended that I purchase a membership card, and the promise of points every time, and on weekends over the next couple of weeks when I tried to use the points and the membership card a woman would always repeat that there were no more appointments scheduled for the day, and that Ihad already paid money to them but could not use the service, if you are a rich person they would love nothing more than your money, the more the better, leave it to them
This establishment is fraud ! They are scammers!! Please beware ! We had montly membership and canceled with more than 10 massage sessions left. Upon cancelation they claimed we only had 6 sessions left. When we called to use them. Vicky told me that we had none left. After much back and forth she says now we only have 5 left but they had no appointments available. They are con artists. Please beware of giving these establishments your banking information. If you choose to do business with them, be sure to get everything in writing ! They are dishonest, crooks and will steal your hard earned money without rendering services. Im also in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB because you literally stole $!!!4/25/24: This is a response to your reply. There was absolutely no confusion or discrepancy about the remaining sessions we PAID for! Vicky was ready to set up an appointment when she assumed I was a gonna pay for my appointment (not knowing we have over 6 unused sessions we already paid for via your (fraudulent) membership)Once she realized I was gonna use the credit, she immediately told me there are no appointments available . She hung up on me 3 times when I tried to explain to her pur credits are not expired ! In my opinion, your goal is to get ppl to sign up for membership, charge them monthly and misrepresent the # of massages left. Since the amount of massages left is not in writing. The number kept reducing . Its quite awful! I even asked to forward you the email of my cancelation (when Vicky claimed our credits have expired ) she said no!, and was very loud and boisterous, then hung up! I will warn ppl on every single platform about your business practices! Because money is not easy to come by, and for you to steal it openly and be so rude and loud about it, is quite ludicrous and alarming !

Miranda was very professional. She was very attentive to how much pressure she was using. The facility is very clean. I went in with shoulder pain and feel much better today.

She then tried to play it off like they were just playing around but I saw her employee with tears in her eyes. Wow wow woow Miranda and Moon out did themselves with our mother daughter massage. My back was literally hurting when I came. I left feeling relaxed and the pain was gone. I never write bad reviews, especially not for a SMALL business but please be warned. This place is sketchy.The spa was nice and relaxing. The services were decent for the price but you know where the problem lies with this business?They will gaslight you repeatedly when it comes to terminating a membership and will do anything but actually refund you.Ive been dealing with the long and lengthy process of terminating my membership since before October.I was charged again in November which they said was because I submitted my paperwork 3 days too late to avoid the next months membership fee. I had to get my moneys worth by booking services with them instead of receiving an actual refund where they tried to pressure me to buy more stuff. I literally had to back out of the building saying no thank you, I moved away and will not travel all the way to Houston for this spa.Here we are in December, the month I was finally supposed to be done with this fraudulent sketchy business and guess what? they charged my card again!! Ive been reaching out via email requesting this be refunded and terminated and have been lied to repeatedly about them already processing my refund and termination. I had to finally reach out to my bank and check with them before finally reporting them for fraud.I would recommend them for a one time thing but do not get into a commitment with them. Do not give them your credit card information. Save yourself the trouble.Im still fighting to terminate this membership.Incredibly disappointed and stressed after dealing with this run around. Thankfully Ive communicated via email so I have plenty of receipts if they try to clap back with a reply denying these claims. I asked nicely several times. In what world does it take nearly 90+ days to terminate a membership???

If I could leave zero stars I would. My 1 hr facial was constantly interrupted with the convo of the people in the room over getting their service done. It was not quiet whatsoever & was disappointed that the bed was ice cold & not warmed. The facial was okay, she did not seem like she was trained. After it was done I went to checkout & my mom had prepaid for the service on her credit card. However the owner told me that they refuse to charge the card because my id doesn’t match the name on the card. Well duh, it’s my moms. She told me she can’t let me leave until my mom emails her a picture of her id, her contact and a picture of her credit card. My mom unfortunately is at work and can’t answer her call no informed her that she would not be able to answer her phone for 5 hours. She said well you can’t leave until I verify so it’s not fraud. So I’m currently being held hostage at the all is well spa by the owner. What’s funny is that on their website it says that if a client fails to show up to their appointment they will charge the card on file. But the owner has repeated multiple times to me that she cannot charge the card on file without authorization. So if a client doesn’t show up they no longer need authorization? This place is unethical and so unprofessional. Oh! I also forgot to add when I was waiting, a customer was getting signed in for his appointment & she told him to go behind the counter and enter in his contact info himself. I was appalled that she made a guest do her job. He even made a remark, “dang I feel like I’m at work but not getting paid for it, this is weird I’ve never been asked to do this.” I am so disappointed and ashamed that my money was wasted. Also when waiting for my mom to call back for the card authorization, I scrolled through their google reviews and they were bad. Saying that the owner is a scammer and tries to just doe and manipulate the customers. Long story short, DONT GO HERE!!!

Everyone was exceptional. Great customer service. I had an issue with my Groupon being expired. The lady who assisted me at the desk was so compassionate and empathetic. Really took care of my issue. Loraine, my masseuse was incredible. The ambiance is perfect and they use natural products. I immediately purchased a couples massage. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Overall experience a 10! Thank you to the entire staff for being so exceptional.
The best facial massage by Moon, soothing and relaxing. I did purchase and expect a European facial - there was cleansing, steam, light extractions, mask, but that was less than half the time. Most of the time was the amazing massage. Tho I loved the massage, I truly needed deep cleansing, the other reason for a 4 out of 5, there was a lot of “sales push” to buy membership, products and New Year’s special. If you want just a facial massage, ask for Moon, she’s amazing.

The therapist possesses intense knowledge is incredibly experienced on perfect techniques specific to my injuries, that I can feel are efficiently healing me; better than therapists from other locations .... Been there few times just because of excellent massage but there is a lot of push to buy membership, forced to pay tips, promotions etc. Upon checking out there will be an option to pay tip pre calculated percentage of regular price but not the discounted price. Please watch out with that or you can end up paying more on tips without realising. Just need to keep our eyes open when visiting this place. Also note if you buy Groupon coupon, they will not entertain you on weekends and will ask you to come back on weekdays when they are less busy. This is kind of a discrimination to those who were wise enough to save through Groupon. Also, the lady on the counter was very rude and if you pay less tip, she would curse you..!!

We love All Is Well Massage & Spa! Went for a 60 min deep tissue massage, and within 10 minutes asked if I could add another 30 min for a 90 minute massage because my masseur was so spot on. So glad I did too! Front desk staff is accommodating, attentive but not pushy, facility is very clean and private, peaceful & relaxing. I have done massage & holistic bodywork therapy for years, and All Is Well is at the top of my list. I will be trying their facial services in the next month... cant wait!

This place is amazing! I have been a member for 2 years. I have always been greeted graciously, and the massages are the best in town for a very reasonable price. I recently got a facial. It was very thorough and my skin was glowing afterwards. If you are looking for a self care day, this is the place to go!
Had a facial but it seems as though all they did I was put clean/moisturizer /hot towel and repeated this process 3x. Had the extra add on avocado/ice but it to, did nothing for me. I can say it was very relaxing but I feel as though they failed on the facial. When they give you a mirror at the end, the lighting is so dark you can’t see if the facial made a difference. Very disappointing, won’t go back.
I got a gift card for my dad for a costume full body massage and he absolutely loved it. he said the therapists were Amazing! The front desk was so helpful and so sweet. Truly an excellent experience and I recommend this place to everyone 🫶🏼
This was my first experience with this establishment. The receptionist was very warm and made us feel welcome. As we progressed to the room to begin the massage, our therapists were very engaging and informative and made us feel comfortable. The actual massage was great, and my therapist paid attention to my requested areas of need. To wrap up, the receptionist was still engaging when we were paying and prepare to leave. I feel as though we received the full package.
I’m so grateful for how I am treated from when I walk in the door to when I leave. A very peaceful atmosphere.

Hands down (no pun) Lee performed the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had quite a few. He took the time to work on my most tense areas and was so helpful with post-care options to help me with my tension and aches. Can’t wait to go back!
I was made to pay a deposit and never received it back. Not during my appointment, not when I called the following day and not when I called the following week. When I physically show up to the spa the front desk service is berating a woman trying to use her VALID coupon to pay for her service. Safe to say I wont be receiving my money back.
This place is a scam. I received a Groupon for Christmas and tried to use it but was told that they had no appointments available for weeks. So I called back to schedule one the next day and the lady that answered got me in the same day (first red flag). Second, they make you pay a $25 deposit (since when do spas do that?). Anyways, I paid it and relieved my massage. It was average, I didn’t feel much afterwards. After my appointment, not even 10 minutes after I left they charged my card another deposit without my authorization. I’ve been trying to call them for WEEKS and they either don’t answer or answer and refuse to refund me. So it’s now being disputed through the bank. Never booking here again.
I normally don’t review places but I had the most amazing experience here at this spa. I purchased a Groupon and booked a 1hr massage with Juana. She was beyond sweet and professional and the massage itself was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to relax. They charged me already for one session which I didn’t take and I wanted to reschedule it . She started arguing and being rude with me . I went with my partner for the 60 min couples massage with hot stones and hot towels, ended up adding a Thai Massage. The two massage therapists that took care of us were professional, did an excellent job of getting out persistent knots and we felt very well relaxed after the experience. Would definitely recommend!
Not too happy with my service. I requested a body scrub online. I was hoping I could get a female to do it for me since I’m a woman but when I got there, they had aassigned a man to do my body scruff. I told them that that’s not what I wanted that I didn’t feel comfortable, but they had nobody else. They told me either that or I had to reschedule which I couldn’t because it was my day off and I couldn’t reschedule until the following week and I wanted that on that day. Also the price was outrageous for a body scrub that only lasted 45 minutes. When I had paid for one hour they included the 15 minutes that they had me in the waiting area filling out papers and discussing about rescheduling me, I would not recommend this place if you want to get what’s worth for your money
My husband and I have been members for several months now, and every massage has been awesome! Each therapist does things a little different but each has been great. We treat ourselves to a couples massage once a month and would highly recommend this spa. Bert & Cici are amazing!
I wish I could give this place 10 stars because I would. First, I had to change my reservation 3 times because my husband and I was pushing for time. Not once did they get upset and was willing to help me. Once we got there, the atmosphere was very professional and the check in lady was so friendly and helped us first timers out. Our massages were amazing! Julie and CiCi did an awesome job. We felt comfortable and walked out totally relaxed. I totally recommend this place and advise you to ask for them. I will definitely be back soon.

I was just about to book them. Good thing I talked to my sister about her experience. They steal your money. And lie with a smile on their face! Crooked business.
Reserved a couples massage for my parents birthday weekend! Only for them to be charged an extra premium for services they didn’t get and to be harassed and mistreated once the massage was over by the receptionist(Vicki) Horrible service and experience,what was supposed to be a relaxing experience ended up being a nightmare for my parents! Would not wish anybody go through this type of experience would not recommend and definitely will not be coming back! Please pick another great massage place to do business with these people definitely do not deserve your time and money!!!

Ive been here a couple of times. I apologize for my late reply but I want to review this spa as one of my favorite spas. They are very welcoming and prove is decent. This is not zaza hotel spa or Omni so Im not going to compare because these people are super awesome and very attentive. They listen to what I have to say and how I want my experience. They do their best to meet my needs and their hospitality is awesome. Great job to this place. Im definitely coming back

I’m so surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve been coming to All is Well for many years. I have held a membership for years but because I don’t go frequently, I normally only go when I need to. Have a had a couple of therapists that I wasn’t too impressed with, but you can’t win them all. Every masseuse has their own techniques and if I don’t like the massage, I’m sure it’s that I don’t like the technique. One less than satisfactory massage would not turn me away as the professionalism, cleanliness and charm of this place that is unmatched. I literally go maybe every 3-6 months and I’m greeted by name and receive immaculate service.The complaints about the manager I’ve read are ridiculous. She’s a business woman and if you’re being wishy washy and trying to get something at a discount or free, she deserves the right to get frustrated. Don’t assume that her personality is offensive. She’s an incredibly helpful and sweet woman doing her best to help her clients. I absolutely appreciate the fact that she defends her establishment and employees when necessary. There are TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY.As I’ve said, I’ve been going for years now and everything is thoroughly explained to me every time as if it my first visit. If I have had a complaint, it was handled with the utmost professionalism and I left knowing that my concerns were heard.If I could give 10 stars I would. We cut all extra expenses but my massage membership I refused to cancel. I would drive from the other side of the city to come here.
My wife and I were gifted a couples massage here for our anniversary. Staff is extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Our massage therapist were awesome. Will definitely be coming here in the future.

I went once again today and my experience was the complete opposite of the first one. Julie was amazing, and this time I was able to relax and enjoy an incredible massage. We started and ended on time. Front desk lady was also nice and friendly. I am very much pleased and will be definitely coming back!Thank you!-This place seemed nice and felt promising, but my experience proved otherwise. My appointment was scheduled to begin at 7pm. I had arrived early to fill out the paperwork and had it completed prior to the appointment time. I wasn’t called into the room until 7:15pm. Nikki didn’t return to the room until 7:25pm. The nature of the massage felt rushed and once I was told it was finished, I realized the time was cut short too. She was done at 8:10pm. Being new to the Houston area, the outer appearance of this business drew me in as I was looking for a regular place for massages. Overall, I felt cheated on time and quality.
Everything was so amazing from us walking in to us leaving out. Would definitely recommend! My fiancé and I got the couple’s massage full body and it was such an amazing massage! We really enjoyed our selves. We are going to try and go 1X per month! ❤️

I got a few gift cards for my birthday and decided to try it out. My massage therapist was Geovanna; she was phenomenal. Already booked my follow up visit. It looked clean; ambiance was on point. Threw me off with requesting my credit card on file to bill cancellation fee but understand the precautionary measure.I wouldve given a 5 star but was a bit perturbed with the interaction at the front desk. Im not sure if the young ladies were being trained but the owner/manager (not sure which) was very hands on and kept interrupting the ladies when customers asked a question. If theyre being trained then thats understandable; if not then she might need to release the reigns a little bit and let them help (she might even like it 😉). I have no issues with waiting while they go ask a question; thats the only way theyll learn. Ill see what happens on my next visit.Great visit otherwise and look forward to going back! Super friendly and attentive to your needs while you wait. Will bring a friend as well.
The massage was okay, not the greatest. One thing I liked, is that they were nice. However, I didn’t like the fact that the room I was in was cold. I felt pressured into adding on additional services. I’m not sure if that’s because I used Groupon, but in a way I felt as though it was. Anyhow, I added the extra service of a sugar foot scrub, that I felt was a waste of money and time after experiencing it. Another thing that I really didn’t like, is that the person checking me out was forcing a tip. Which I would have given if I wasn’t pressured into an extra service. Meanwhile, she tried adding the tip anyways after me explaining why I wasn’t tipping. What’s even more strange, is that I would have been charged a twenty dollar tip if I hadn’t paid attention to the total as I was being rung up. It’s a little sad because I was an out of towner and I wouldn’t go here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
Went with a friend and we both had an awesome experience. We originally booked with another company but after their massage therapist was a no show we called and they were able to schedule us in within the next hour. Everyone was very friendly and they had great customer service. All Is Well came through and we were able to have our relaxing girls day out as planned. I definitely recommend them.

My husband and I received a gift for a couples massage. Deep tissue, full body with hot stones and hot towels. Front desk receptionist was very nice, place was nice, clean and inviting. I really tried to relax into the massage, however it was not as relaxing as intended. 95% of the massage was rubbing stones on my body. At first it was nice but then it wasnt. When I assumed it was a *warm up* to the real massage 25+ minutes into it realized it wasnt going to change. When giving a deep tissue massage you are working with the fascia tissue and a therapist is really tuning into your body and what feels like it needs work. At one point I was getting a hot stone rubbed directly onto my spine. Typically after a massage, I may feel a little sore , but Im actually bruised and its been 2 days. I would not go again due to the therapists not being intuitive, the value is far too expensive for a typical foot massagefacility offering massage and hot stones.i would say to get these therapist in training as they are injuring their clients.
We had a wonderful and relaxing couples massage! It was long overdue but totally worth the price! Juana did a fantastic job working on the knots on my back! My wife love Julies skills too, when she focused on her lower back problem area. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend those two!
I first visited All is Well yesterday. They were able to get me in immediately for a deep tissue and trigger point massage. Their customer service on the phone and in person was pretty spectacular so I felt confident in my first appointment. I knew something had to be a miss. This was the worst massage and worst 1.5 hours and $104 Ive ever spent. I felt like the the therapist didnt have proper, or even real training on massage or maybe it was her first day giving a massage. Either way, wasnt worth the time or money. Ive been getting messages for decades and have been searching for a regular massage therapist or company for years since I moved to Houston. This is definitely not the place. Im just sick over the time and money lost. Unbelievable
I had a one hour cbd massage and cold stone face massage with Max. I feel absolutely rejuvenated afterwards. The pressure was just right and he was very professional. I have had massages before but this one took the cake.
Im from Tennessee so my BFF thought wed go a little self care. Boy did we receive a treat. The staff was great from the time we entered the doors until we left! I cant say enough about the Hot Stone massage, along with the herbal add on I got! My body felt so relaxed afterwards! This Spa offers so many services and holistic items! I want to tell about my experience in the SPA because I would like to save you some trouble. The receptionist Jennifer does not have the profile to provide good customer service, she puts many obstacles to schedule my appointment, I bought a couples massage thru Groupon. I think that it bother her that I got an special price through Groupon. So she wanted to schedule my appointment in 3 weeks. Jennifer told me that the Spa was celebrating its anniversary and that I could not schedule on that day because the event (because they were going to decorate it that day). On Groupon only mentioned as restriction that it cannot be use on Valentines Day and Mothers Day. I mentioned that to her so she told me that she was going to make an exception for me and she was going to schedule me the day that I requested, but she began to make it so hard to schedule my appointment. I asked her to book it at 11:00 am and she didn’t want to do that. Finally she accepted but without saying anything she put it at 10:00 am , thank God I saw my email and I told her that I had asked for it at 11:00 and she continued being so difficult. To make the story short, my experience was very stressful scheduling my appointment. Jennifer spoke to me very rude, she has a horrible attitude. She did not want to give me proof of my appointment with the correction, it seemed as if she wanted me to miss my appointment. I did not stop there I made my appointment with requesting a male massage therapist for my husband and a female therapist for me and she didn’t do what I asked. She accommodated me in her own way regardless of my preference. And in the end I left a tip for the therapists with the highest amount that the Spa suggested to me, I paid it because the therapists were excellent with my husband and with me, however Jennifer the secretary charged me double without my authorization, I realized a day later when I saw my receipt that they sent me. She is so unprofessional and she gives you an unpleasant headache. I do want you to know that the massage therapists are excellent and so is the place, but because of the bad experience with the receptionist Jennifer. I dont think I will return.

Then they canceled my last 3 credits early saying I canceled in April. Yes I did but you billed in May.So their solution is to credit my last month back and steal a massage from me. Pay as you go. Stay away from memberships with these people!!!
I really dont like to leave negative reviews but this place is quite frustrating and I regret having signed up for a monthly membership. I was swayed by the idea of monthly self care all for the low price of $69.99 but it comes with strings that I wish I had known were attached. First, I was introduced to this place by Groupon but once I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appt I was told that Groupon visits were three months out and that Id be better off canceling my Groupon. They were able to honor me my Groupon price but why even go the measure of promoting on their website if you dont endorse it?Secondly, they did not hear me carefully when I specified a withdrawal date. The agreed upon date was nowhere close to what I originally signed up for. I just completed the first massage couple days ago. I would have appreciated the debited amount couple days apart as agreed.Thirdly, every time you make an appointment as a member they charge you a hold for services. Right now its $40 hold for facials and $35 hold for massages. Quite annoying to have to pay for a membership and then pay again only to have the holds reversed. Ive had memberships to other spas before and Ive never had this happen elsewhere.For deceptive marketing and unnecessary charges I decided to cancel my membership. If I ever return here it will be only to pay for individual services.
I just did a couples massage, and it was amazing. Julie did my full body, and sugar scrub. This was my first massage, so I went firm, and man. I feel like a new person. Never experienced something so amazing in my whole life. Julie, you were awesome, and I hope I get to see you again next time Im in Texas. You changed my life! 5 stars. My girlfriend had Juana, who she said was also amazing to where I had to give them each 50 dollar tips. You deserve it.
The WORST massage Ive ever had, and I get massages once a month. My friend got me a Groupon for my birthday for this place which is the only reason I went here. Definitely wont be coming back. The massage therapist HIT MY SPINE several times while massaging my back with his elbow or the hot stones even after I told him he was doing it. Not hitting the clients spine is a basic principal that every licensed therapist knows not to do. Now I have pressure sores on my spine where he kept hitting. I left in more pain than what I went in with. AVOID this place at all costs, its way too overpriced and the quality is horrible.
I went in with my husband tonight for a couples massage. My masseuse Edna was amazing, I will definitely be requesting her again. I got a deep tissue massage & we decided to sign up for a membership. The young lady at the front desk was friendly & helpful also. Very satisfied with our experience.
I have had better. They are pricey. You do not get an hour. They start counting when you enter the room. Remember you have to undress and then they consult with you. Which all comes out of your hour. It is not a real full body massage. They miss multiple areas. I would not go back! They do not honor Groupon!!!!!!!

I got scammed here. THEY DO NOT HONOR GROUPON!!! The staff member told me to come in and they’ll honor it but previously said they were fully booked when I mentioned their Groupon special. However the massage was great and this establishment is clean. The massages does not last for an hour you getting dressed is also part of your one hour.
I had the absolute best time ever. From the front desk conversations to the ending, it was an all around success. I’ve had experiences with massage therapists in the past but my masseuse Kevin was the best I’ve ever had. I walked in with a sprained ankle and he not only tended to me to make sure I was taken care of, he also explained to me how he could try and help with the pain and pressure. After he massaged around and on my ankle, I immediately felt release in pressure and was blown away. He was gentle and super professional. He asked before he did anything to my ankle. He also was very friendly and super personable. I am pumped to come back and visit Kevin for him to work on me and my ankle again before I go out of town in June. Thank you to the entire company for your hospitality and genuine care for your customers. This place is the best place ever and I will never go anywhere else.

I came in with a Groupon and was expecting much more based on the great reviews. First off, the toilet was clogged which was already a red flag for me. Pretty gross.Next, although my massage therapist was very nice, she definitely seemed unlicensed and was generally winging the entire massage. I would definitely not return.
I was going to go to this place before I chose Cloud 9 this place had good reviews but when I told the lady that I may be a few minutes late because of the storm we had last week she was very rude so after her rudeness , I didnt even want to go. I told her she could keep the $50 deposit and I just would not come she tried to be nice after that but the initial conversation was not good with her so I lost 50 bucks but I ended up going to a better place with Cloud 9 the customer service was good at cloud 9.
I had a wonderful couples massage here a year ago. I attempted to a repeat of the same experience with my loved one. The manager unfortunately will attempt to swindle you out of every penny before you even make it to the back room. Do not go here! You will not find relaxation and harmony. She literally yelled and screamed at me and my loved one all the way out of the door. It was terrible.
I have been here twice for couples massages so far the best experience, great customer service and massages! Each time a different massage therapist first had Eva she was great! I did requested her again but she was unavailable at the time. So I had massage therapist Stephanie she was awesome helped my lower back pain that I had for 3wks after that massage and her techniques my back was back to normal no more pain!! I even signed up for the membership specials they had going on. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful place to get a massage and it’s close to my home and close to Typhoon Texas. I always enjoy the wonderful therapeutic massages I get from the therapist during my full body massage. My favorite therapist are Eva and Young. I always feel so much better after my deep tissue massage. All the therapist there are very professional and good! Great service from the front office. Business has increased so they have added more rooms!
I purchased the Sweddish 60 minute massage with hot stones for $49. It was really worth it! I loved the spa and the friendly staff! The receptionist was so friendly and very informative about their services. My therapist was Roy. Hes nice and makes sure that youre feeling comfortable. Roy was awesome. I recommend this place!
Cannot say enough good things about this place and the service! The inside is beautiful and calming from the minute you walk in. Check in was easy and they have you fill out a little chart circling and detailing areas to focus on for your massage etc. I booked a couples massage for my best friend and I to celebrate her birthday.Our message therapists were super professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience! The ambiance was EVERYTHING. Calming music, dim lights, aroma therapy! I died and am born again. My massage therapist was Peach! I can’t rave about her enough ,she was super nice and did a great job adjusting the pressure she was applying for when I asked her too. After the massage I kept saying I’m a new born baby lol, all the tension in my neck and shoulders were released. I had forgotten what it was like to not have a stiff neck + shoulders + lower back. The price paid for the services received are 100% worth it. Do yourself a favor and book yourself a massage here, you’ll literally be so happy you did!
We recently moved to Katy and wasnt really familiar with the area, and didnt know anything about All Is Well. So we bought two Groupons - for me and my husband - just to give it a try.What can I say... We LOVED it so much that immediately after our sessions we signed up for membership, as we knew there is no need to look further, that is our place. Both masseuses - Eva and Lily - were really good, very attentive and strong. We both felt so relaxed and refreshed after the session.And thanks to the lady at the reception (sorry forgot her name) as she spent a good deal of a time explaining the membership benefits and patiently answering all our questions.Would definitely recommend All Is Well to everyone!

I did the couple - mother/daughter - and it was my first time getting a massage. My mom got medium when I got medium and hard. I love the pressure that was put on me and how afterwords my body felt so amazing, light, numb, and tired. I can’t wait to go back!😩😩 (edited - this was 11 months ago)
I received a gift certificate for my birthday for this spa and it was perfect timing because I always wanted to try a chemical peel. It was very difficult to schedule a facial and chemical peel as it took two months to even get an appointment. I was very specific when scheduling my appointment as I knew exactly what I wanted. I scheduled what I thought was a facial and chemical peel for 11/30/2021 at 12:30 p.m. i arrived at 11:50 as I was told there was some paperwork. I inquired about the two types of chemical peels as this is what I was at the appointment for. The person at the front desk said she didn’t know and the person performing my facial would tell me the best one to chose. I waited and was not brought to a room until 12:32 to first be told the weather was right for a chemical peel and then I was told the person completing my facial was not the best at chemical peels and the one who was was off that day. I asked to at least schedule the chemical peel so that I wouldn’t be waiting another two months and I was told she was off and they could tell me when her next appointment was. They suggested to get the facial anyway to prepare my face for the chemical peel and the front desk person would personally call me for my peel do to all of the confusion. I was not offered anything for my frustration and paid full price for the service performed. It is now December 14th and I have yet to receive a call to schedule my chemical peel. Sad part is it is a gift card so I have no other options to take my money elsewhere. Not a good first impression or visit.
Don`t go here. They scam you out of money. I went in 3 weeks ago and got charged an extra $50. This wasn`t already included in my final bill. The $50 should have been included in my final total ,but some how it wasn`t. They charged my card $50 for the reservation, which they said is refundable and still hasn`t been refunded. Have been asking for this refund for 3 weeks now and Lin who works the front desk won`t even give me a name or let me talk to a manager. They are frauds who charge you for no reason. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON`T GO!
This place is very clean and serene, and I couldnt believe how nice it was. The staff was very friendly, the front desk try to get you done with your paperwork as quickly as possible to get you started. This was a gift to my significant other and I was sincerely impressed with the service they provide, and its right in the middle of a Walmart strip center!? She said that the massage was incredible and that she would definitely return. They also have deals available on Groupon if youre looking to save on your massage too!
I have no idea how the massages are here but I can tell you forsure the staff, especially the owner, Victoria Lu is HORRIBLE. I have no idea how she is still in business. They will NOT honor Groupon deals, for whatever reason I have no idea. I walked in there & was attacked by the owner trying to sell me everything they offer all at once. She wouldnt let me get a word in. Ontop of all of that, I saw her full blown yelling at a front desk associate because she apparently didnt do something correctly. Later on I found out she is new to the place. I also found out she replies to bad reviews on here plus Yelp, under another profile named Bill E, acting like that man. I know someone who used to work for her awhile back & stated to me that she was the worst boss she had ever worked for.
This was the WORST experience EVER! The massage was fine but I couldn’t enjoy it due to the unprofessionalism at the front desk! My sister is a member of the spa and gifted my husband and I a couples massage through Groupon. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there to be treated like nobodies. The lady at the front desk kept telling me to redeem my coupon on the Groupon account, but I told her several times that it was a gift and I didn’t have the redemption coupon. I called my sister who purchased this for us and she stated that she did not have a Groupon account she just purchased it as a guest. This caused sooooooo much confusion! The email that I received from Groupon only had a voucher. I told the lady this and she stated that wasn’t what she needed , she need a redemption coupon. At this point, I was stressed out! I literally cried. I asked her what did she want us to do because we drove all the way out here and everything was paid for and on top of that, we purchased an additional 30 min so we could relax and enjoy a 90 min massage for driving so far. She told us that she did not know what to do and that everyone else that uses Groupon doesn’t have this issue. I felt so little at that point. She was NOT trying to help us at all. Finally, she asked to see my phone to look at the email, once she saw it, she said that’s what she needed! I told her that’s what I kept showing her and telling her the whole time!!!!!!!! I was really upset. Once the workers in the back saw that I was upset and what was going on, they came to console me and checked on me. Once she saw that they were checking on me, she asked if I was okay! In my head I’m thinking, “are you serious?!” I have never been upset like this at all and treated like this at a place of business. I never got an attitude with the lady or anything. I wanted to leave but everything was already paid for. The whole time I was getting my massage, I couldn’t enjoy it. I NEVER had an experience like this. My husband and I purchase couples massages at various places quite often through Groupon and NEVER had an experience like this. The women in the back were super nice. The lady in the front, HORRIBLE!
They were so attentive to our needs. Helped us last minute to get a couples 90 minute massage. So accommodating…. Had special drinks and snacks for us and even took pictures of us together when we were all done to remember the special occasion.
My Wife surprise me on Feb 14, 2018 for my first ever massage and let me tell your that I enjoy it. From the front desk to all of the staff members were all professional, caring, and respectful. My wife is currently a member and she loves every bit of it. Keep up the great work guys and Thumps up!!
Had a massage with Julie H and it was amazing. I was gifted a groupon for my birthday and she worked almost every knot out of my neck and back. I opted for add ons of the peppermint scalp massage & hot stones ($15 ea upgrade). She used the hot stones to get the knots out as well & it was like a gua sha. In the middle of the massage, she asked if I wanted to add 30 more minutes for the knots in my neck and I agreed to it. Shes super attentive to the troubled areas & I highly recommend her.The only reason Im giving a less than 5 star review is how the payment was managed. I was charged $25 to hold my massage & I thought this would be either credited or returned to my card after the massage. Neither of these were done & I didnt realize it until a few days later. I also added 30m to my massage and was told it was going to be $30 by Julie. After I checked out, I didnt double check the price break down and was charged $40 for it. Six days later, I contacted the shop when I noticed the $25 charge wasnt reversed (or it shouldve just been credited to my add ons) and that the add on was $40 instead of $30. I was told a manager would call me back about the charges/that it would be reversed and no one has. Called back 2 days later and had the same answer so Im leaving this review.Great massage but make sure you triple check your charges because if I never looked, I wouldve overpaid by $35 and Im sure they this happens more often than not.
The front desk team , Courtney and Christie were very courageous and helpful with my first booking. They were able to get me in with Jauna for a custom massage and cold stone facial. It was an absolutely wonderful massage and I will definitely enjoy the new All is Well monthly membership massages and perks.
Purchased a GROUPON as a gift and when we called to schedule an appointment we were told they had a 2:15pm appointment today but when we mentioned a Groupon they said their next appointment wouldn’t be until another 3 months. How convenient. When I mentioned the sudden change the representative gaslit me and told me to “listen” as if she didn’t just switch things up. I do NOT recommend.

My wife and I visited this location on 6/2/18. We had a couples massage which was great. There was a mix-up as we were supposed to get a 90-minute, but instead the two therapists stopped at 60-minutes. After clearing up the confusion, we got our extra thirty minutes. We wished it wouldnt have gotten broken up like that, but the therapists were great.
The best massage. And the therapists are so nice and patient. Booking was a little rough because of a language barrier. But she was sweet and tried her best. I loved the place and will be back. It’s beautifully built and decorated. Feels high end. Good job!!

I’ve always had a great experience as a member for over a year! Lorenzo is amazing at achieving a relaxing but therapeutic massage. I feel bad for not going back to other therapists who were good because he’s so good. Great place. Very clean, relaxing.
This spa All Is Well Massage & Spa is very beautiful and My therapist is Hunter, she is absolutely one of the best therapists I have had. I work myself pretty hard in life and its nice to be able to trust your therapist to know exactly what you need to relieve the issues and be able to provide just that. She is also very personable and makes you feel very welcomed and like a person rather than just a client passing through. I will also note that the front desk staff have always been kind and helpful as well. I will continue to come back to this spa.
My mother in law got her gallbladder removed three days ago. She had been fighting a migraine since. I told her a massage would help so I took her to the spa by Katy Mills. Lorenzo was her masseuse and he did an AMAZING job! He was so gentle and caring. He told us he wanted her to heal from the migraine and feel better. He was very compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. I was not disappointed AT ALL when I trusted her in his hands. WOW! The smile she had from ear to ear was rewarding to see. She had been miserable for days. I highly recommend Lorenzo!!! I know I can trust him with anything no matter the circumstances! He has anointed hands!!!!!
My husband and I got a couples massage, I really liked how nice and clean the entire place is. My massage was exactly what I wanted, a light Swedish massage.As for my husband, which was his very 1st massage, he ended up receiving more of a deep tissue massage vs. a Swedish massage as he requested. I was hoping for him to leave feeling more relaxed but ended up getting a rougher deep tissue massage because the lady felt he “needed” it.Which I’m sure he might have. He said it was a good massage, but I’m a little disappointed that for his 1st massage ever in his life, he felt a little sore (with some red marks on his upper back from the massage) the day after vs. just feeling relaxed.We did buy a monthly subscription for him to return and hope moving forward he receive the massage he want vs. what is felt he needs. 🤞🏼

Last year, I gave this business a chance despite all the negative reviews and until now, I was blind to the negative things people were saying. Its crazy to think that just one month ago I posted a 5 star review for this business and was a raving fan of their service. However, let this be proof to the owner(s) that mistreating your loyal customers comes with high consequences. To sum it all up and keep this to the point, my wife and I were charged 5 times for our monthly membership fees and had not used those credits due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Management claims that we only have 2 credits total despite the fact that their records and my credit card statements, (which I provided per their request), show proof that we were charged 5 times. Ive spent the last two months going there at least once per week to speak with someone who can get my account in order and provide me with proof that they acknowledge the fact that I have 5 credits. Last week, I finally got that when Victoria gave me a printout of my credits after I had to physically go in to speak with her once again due to her lack of follow-up. The very next day at approximately 10:46pm, (late enough for there not to be anyone to speak with), I received a random e-mail from their generic e-mail account and no specific name (cowards) tell me that Victoria gave me incorrect information and that my account only has 2 credits...back to square one. Enough with these games. Despite all the proof, they have treated my wife and I as if we need to prove that they took our money and owe us the corresponding amount of services. I hope people take my experience seriously and steer clear of this place unless you want to get robbed by their sloppy and disorganized management/accounting department. In addition to this review, I will be posting on all social media platforms and filing a formal complaint with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. I do not wish to be contacted by anyone at All is Well; that time has come and gone. Two months worth.***Update***Within an hour of my negative Yelp review, I suddenly get a call from them, which I politely ignored as I clearly stated in the post that I do not wish to be contacted by ANYONE from All is Well at this point. Bill E., you need to get your facts straight instead of trying to spin my negative review into some type of error on my part. Take ownership of your companys mistake. What needs to happen in order for a person who recently wrote am amazing 5 star review (me) and turned it into a 1 star review. You know what happened? You guys tried to steal from me. First off, the counter was not busy and if you check your cameras, the people who were there were all sitting down and waiting to be called in for their appointments. There were two people at the counter, one of them being Victoria. Secondly, I gave her plenty of time and even offered to step aside when one other customer had just walked in. She agreed to that and again, if you check your cameras, I sat down for almost 12 minutes as she helped customers and eventually called me back over. I have been super patient and compliant with all the details you needed from me, even providing you with my credit card statement three separate times. You guys messed up and you had two months to make it right. To clarify further, you charged me 5 times (twice in March, twice in April, and once in June) for both my wife and I. With that being said, I have also provided you with both of our phone numbers so you can confirm what Victoria showed me on her screen. Please do not call or e-mail me again. This review is well deserved. I hope you learn from this one and start treating your valued members well.
I had the most wonderful experience me and my boo have been working extra hard and just needed some R&R time and this wellness facility made it so much more than just an excursion it was pleasant it was full of aromatherapy scents. I really enjoyed the atmosphere the people were especially friendly and the massage is one that everyone needs to track
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at All is well massage. Their professionalism and attention to my areas of concern were unparalleled in my experience. The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility are far beyond any spa you will encounter in the Katy area. The staff could not be more gracious in assuring that my experience was exceptional. I have been diagnosed with suffering from Cervicogenic headaches and their massage helped eased it. The massage was perfectly balanced with attention to every area I requested and especially the hot stones! I can go on and on but I think whoever reads this will have gotten my point...All is well massage is the place to go if you want an excellent and professional massage experience. :-)
My fiancé and myself booked an appointment three weeks ago for Valentine’s Day. For the last week leading up to our appointment they have been calling us like crazy to change our appointment and we declined each time because it seems they over booked for Valentine’s Day. When you make an appointment online and pay a $100 deposit you hope to get what you booked. When we just arrived at the spa a minute ago we were told that our appointment had been changed because we agreed to it and that they were going to squeeze us in even though we were paying $300 they were going to make room for us And that we should be grateful I don’t think the manager had realized we had been there before but I’m not gonna pay anybody that much money and they think they’re doing me a favor...
I won’t take everything from them the staff was super nice. BUT I won’t be back the day after the massage I feel like a dump truck hit me , my back as so sore and my shoulder feels like I have a pulled muscle. I had to tell the technician more than once it was too much pressure applied. U was not feeling this way when I went there. And the smell of the center is not inviting at all . I’m sorry I won’t be back. But continue to be nice .

Scheduled a 2 hour massage. When I scheduled it, the website said that it would be a 1 hour body massage followed by a 1 hour foot massage. This did not happen. I had already explained to the therapist that I definitely needed a lot of attention on my feet, but I wound up getting maybe 15 minutes for my feet (Picture is below regarding the service I was supposed to receive but didnt).The other part that definitely will keep me away from this place is I had already mentioned to the therapist and had put on my initial paperwork that I did not want my left hand massaged due to a problem with my finger. I had explained this to the therapist a couple of times even explaining to him that even a light touch will cause sharp pains. When he got to that area he made sure which area it was by asking me and then decides to rub over it. I again told him not to massage that area. He then proceeds to see how close he can get without it hurting. If someone has already requested not to have certain parts massaged, they need to respect that and not push the issue.I had found this company online and thought I would give them a try. Definitely will not be going back!
Update 2: Another bad experience in booking a massage. Despite my first unpleasant experience, I decided to give them a second chance and book a massage. The same issues happened again. I was on hold for 6 minutes on the phone (check the attached screenshot of my phone) although I clearly asked for booking a specific type of massage the moment they picked up the phone. Didnt ask a single question about the massage to avoid the long waiting times for booking an appointment similar to last time (it took over 1 hour wait last time to be able to talk to the reception for booking an appointment) . They got my information and then asked for my Credit Card to hold the appointment!!!!!!!!!!This is the ONLY place that asks for the Credit Card information over the phone to just book you in. If you are not willing to provide your credit card information, you need to call them 1 hour before your desired time. However, there is no guarantee that they get you in. Considering the long wait times in booking an appointment each time, it is not worth the time to give this place a try. I hope the management doesnt keep calling me again on why I left this review. This is my honest opinion about my experience in booking an appointment.Update 1: Although I didnt try their services due to the issues faced with booking an appointment, I appreciate the fact that the manager tried to call me several times to address my concerns. So, I have removed my initial review.

Unlicensed Therapists that barely speak English and Victoria fired her good Therapist for missing a meeting at 800pm on Sunday night. Three of them were her best Therapist and have Families to support, avoid this place and go anywhere else. She is telling people that I am in the Hospital, lies. She cant keep front desk people because she treats them like third graders. Very condescending to everyone and I am being nice. Oh and Bill Evans, Hunting Season opens in November, so you dont know what you are talking about. You burn people with hot stones and deny liability, you do Prenatal without Certification, so basically, you do nothing wrong and you dont pay me to come to meetings on my day off. I was visiting my 85 year old Dad while he is still alive. Actually, I am over qualified to work for your Chinese sweat shop being Nationally Certified with 20 years experience and speaking fluent English. Working there is a joke, you also owe me 30.00, thief. When Alex, Jenny and Maggie were also fired, you dont have any Licenses on the wall and you are supposed to. Texas Department of Health will be notified. You should be worried.

Received a gift from my bff for a monthly 2hour session membership and have absolutely no complaints on the masseuse services for my 3 months thus far (Max is the best), however the service at the front desk and owner have left a bitter taste in my mouth! I was overcharged and called to discuss the matter and after 3 calm calls and a visit getting my monthly massage today (over a month’s time). I walked in and asked the cashier who had been taking my calls each time I called (Vanessa) if the manager was present. Accordingly, the manager/owner Vicki was in a meeting. Vanessa then rudely referenced that I made a mistake and requested a tip amount erroneously (which was not the case) and attempted to show me on my receipt where the error occurred. 1. I verbally told cashier Sarah what my tip was and also wrote it on my receipt. 2. I didnt think it was appropriate for Vanessa to discuss the matter with me when Ive been requesting to speak with the manager for over a month. Several other things happened after my massage including Vanessa referencing that today was my last session per my membership (without looking up my account) which it wasnt at all!! I leave and the owner Vicki calls me today and informs me that the money I was mistakenly charged was given to the masseuse then suggest that I come into my remaining sessions and just don’t tip the masseuse for the amount of the erroneous tip. She adds insult to injury suggest that we in America tip and that I shouldn’t have informed the front desk the amount of tip and now want to take back the masseuses tip. I couldn’t get a word in inch wise to correct her presumptions. I was given service as a gift, purchased enhancements and I verbally informed the cashier of what I wanted to tip and I also wrote it down. Still talking over me, Vicki proceeds to tell me she has customers and need to call me back, I asked is she going to allow me to talk as she keeps interrupting me ...I inform her that I’ve heard what she’s advocated and I would like to resolve this now, I’ve been patiently waiting for over a month! She interrupts again to tell me about the customers at the counter. She cuts me off and hangs up on me!! Calls me back and proceeds to tell me how the customers in the lobby overheard and stated I was being difficult and she doesn’t want to deal with me! I’ve never seen anyone conduct business with such poor customer care! Max the masseuse is great and if I can afford to tip him more I would! I paid $30.00 for enhancements and gave a $10 tip but was charged $70. What would be a fair resolution for the cashier erroneously charging me? How was this supposed to be handled? Hanging up on customers and being rude is not the answer! Lastly, it appears that Max may not have gotten the full $40 tip as well so now what? Vicki the owner suggested I come in for my remaining sessions and dont tip my masseuse (I think thats crass and unacceptable considering I will be getting a service from Max and hes not the one who made a mistake). Nor do I think its fair to make him refund me the tip when the cashier made the mistake!!! I suggested giving me any additional enhancements (30.00 worth for free; Vicki states she cannot do that, again I am paying customer coming in for repeat services and THIS IS HOW I AM ADDRESSED. I am appalled.I’ve changed my 1 to 4 bc Max is awesome, the new counter employees are awesome but Vicki still remains a horrible business person who I have no respect for! Thank you Bill for your help and customer service!!
It was my first time ever having a massage done for my body and ufff I tell you what. Cindy did a fantastic job, wouldnt have expected anything better!
Let me start off by saying soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from Emma. She is absolutely sweet and I felt comfortable right away. I was a little nervous this was my first massage, and I had bought a groupon for my first prenatal massage. I was offered refreshments filled out short paperwork and was than greeted by the wonderful Michelle. I absolutely feel amazing. I’m literally sitting in my car writing this review because Michelle and Emma blew me away. I definitely recommend All Is Well Spa. Michelle has hands of magic and I definitely will be back to see her. I was nervous since I am pregnant but she put the perfect amount of pressure and I felt so comfortable. I cannot thank you enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ll be back.

I saw an offer to this place on Groupon for $49.It included a 1 hour custom massage, a “complementary” beverage, and hot stones. I thought I’d give it a try since I’ve never had a massage before. So my appointment was at 4:00. I got there at 3:25 because I was told I needed to fill out paperwork, and I wanted to be there early just in case. I was done filling out paperwork in less than 10 minutes. I was the only one there waiting. The therapist didn’t come out until 4:05, so already taking 5 minutes off from my hour. Then the time it took to get undressed and for her to come in and get ready took another 5 minutes. So she started giving me the massage at 4:10. The massage was okay, a little painful. The hot stones were the only good part about this. Then she told me she was done, I checked the time and it was 4:55. I still had 15 more minutes to go since she started at 4:10. I didn’t say anything because she left really quick after she said she was done. I was already mad, so I go to the front desk and I was waiting for the supposed complentary beverage that is included. And as I was about to pay, the lady gave me a little 8 oz water bottle. That was the “complementary beverage”. It wasn’t even a full 16oz water bottle. And then with the tip, I basically spent $60 for a 45 minute massage that wasn’t even that good. It wasn’t what I expected. Never coming back to this place again.
Wonderful place to get a massage and it’s close to my home and close to Typhoon Texas. I always enjoy the wonderful therapeutic massages I get from the therapist during my full body massage or reflexology. I do like how you always get your full 1 hour massage vs other places where you don’t. My favorite therapist are Jack and Ms. Young. I always feel so much better After massage.
This place is amazing! The interior is beautiful. Cici was great with her hands and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My friend had Alan, and she said he was wonderful as well! Vicki was great at checking us in and out and helped us so much. I definitely recommend this place!

I think the management here is a really messed up. I made a reservation with groupon ticket 2 weeks in advance. However when I reported for my appointment, they rejected appointment. Rather they require that I pay additional $25. I made a mistake buying their groupon. Based on my experience and some you could read online, dont plan on getting a decent service if your have groupon. Its just fraud.

I came in for a deep tissue massage on April 6. Max was very polite and receptive to my needs. Took his time, definitely felt longer than 50 mins! Felt amazing afterwards. The massage was definitely 5 stars! However, I give the company 1 star for lack of transparency when it comes to their prices and so called specials and because of that, I will not be returning.
This place is horrible! Terrible services and they continue to charge you even after you cancel the membership!! BEWARE!!! They only respond asking for a 5 star review without even addressing the issue. I am definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting the local authorities. This place is one big scam; Only hustling for your money (multiple reviews mentioning it too), unprofessional/unlicensed massage therapists, Will not honor your groupon...And Dont even think giving them your personal info or credit card over the phone! They will use it against you when you have a dispute over a charge, I was charged 60$ after cancelling my appointment due to lack of transparency of this scam massage place! Be careful dealing with them, There are so many other honest and professional massage places in katy!

I doubt that the lady who did my massage was even a certified therapist . She had no clue what she was doing . She was just randomly slathering lotion and rubbing my back. I now have pain due to that. I never had any pain before. The whole massage was extremely rushed . She left the room once without reason .Extremely dissatisfied!
I was a member of All is Well spa, but due to COVID19 decided to cancel my membership. The spa was accommodating and understanding. I would have considered becoming a member again in the future, until my experience with cancellation.I spoke with the manager and she stated that she would cancel my membership, but I would be billed on last time in September. I submitted my request for cancellation. Now, in October All is Well charged my debit card for services. I called and asked to speak to the manager, explaining the situation and was told they would have her call me back. They did not, so I called again and AGAIN, and AGAIN. I called a total of FOUR TIMES, each time speaking to the same woman on the phone. Each time she acted as if she didnt know who I was and why I was calling or had spoken to me before. Ive asked for the manager to call me back and IVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK. It is infuriating that the manager cant even take 5 minutes to return my call. I have no idea if All is Well plans to refund my money. They say they are, but I havent spoken to the manger (the person with authority to do so), because she refuses to call me back.This is a very frustrating situation. The customer service has been subpar. Ive decided that I wont be returning in the future due to this experience.
Had a appointment at 2 laid on bed at 2:15 which was fine. But for some reason my hour massage was over at 2:50.I filled out paperwork, no one text me about coming early. And when I came out the guy at the front desk even said why am I seeing you back so early. Its ok, I wish you the best with your business.

I had forgotten about my membership while out of Texas. There were two withdraws from All is Well Spa 2.8.2021, and they were notified of these withdrawals within a couple of days of the transaction. I sent them the paper work and pictures they required. And was assured they will look at it and get back to me. It has been two months and I have called multiple times. No one has contacted me and the issue has not been resolved.
Loved the place. It was clean, staff were good respectful and the massage was great. Came in with huge body pains , after the 90mins massage felt a little relief. Would go there again.
What an amazing place!! When I walked in the door I was greeted by an extremely friendly front desk staff! The place is spotless!!! Because I was a first time client, I had to complete a short questionnaire. Once that was complete, I was taken back immediately. I had Yan as my massage therapist!! She was amazing!! I’m hooked!! I will definitely be treating myself more often!!
Very unhappy with the services. I spoke directly to Lauren to book my fathers massage appointment regarding his pain, the location and warning not to apply too much pressure. I was told my notes would be discussed with the therapist directly to avoid any further health risks. She seemed to want the same goal as I had...not causing undo pain or health risks to my fatherThe instructions/information was completely and blatantly ignored. They performed a massage with too much pressure, the exact concern I presented during the booking conversation. I called after the massage appointment (she committed to calling me when they were done..that didnt happen) to find out what happened and why the massage was deep tissue instead of light pressure with an emphasis on stretching. Lauren explained that the paperwork (reminder above he is new to this service) over-rides any previous information with no apologies or concern for my dad. We will never return to this salon. Beware if you are providing instructions they could be totally ignored at the detriment of health risks and exacerbating pain situations.

I booked a surprise massage session for my mom and aunt (prior to a wedding). The front desk took down their names and phone numbers when I scheduled the appointment and assured me that they will not call or text to confirm the appointment (because it was supposed to be a surprise). The day of the massage, they called my aunt to confirm the appointment and my aunt not knowing what this was for, she cancelled the appointment. I arrived to the spa with both ladies during the appointment time (because again, they had no idea what was going on and the front desk assured me that they will contact me for any issues or confirmations), when I arrived - they told us the appointment was cancelled a few minutes ago and they did not have any other massage therapists available. We could not reschedule for a later time because the 2 days prior to a wedding, time is crucial.Very disappointed with the service from the front desk.
Well I was going to visit with a Groupon, but after reading reviews, I would not give this place the benefit of doubt. Thank you reviewers for alerting the public about what a scam this place may be. The owners responses are also discouraging. They even admit to language barriers and misunderstandings... those arent excuses, but sounds like problems the owner hasnt addressed from the range of time of similar reviews. You have inspired me to seek service and spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
This is by far the best massage Ive ever had. Ive been 3 times and this time I had Adam and he really focused on my trouble areas. I havent felt this well in months. Definitely returning and reccomending to everyone. They also have the best package options of all the spas I have been to.
I visited them last week for a couples massage and I called to set an appointment and was asked to prepay over the phone which I refused. The scheduled me regardless. I got there 30 mins prior to my appointment and went in to pay and confirm my appointment. While I was making my payment I was asked to leave gratuity which I said Ill give after my session, I dont believe in gratuity before getting my service.The massage was great I had a great time, but then upon leaving I said goodbye and went to my car. The front desk associate came running after me asking if I left gratuity for the masseuse, and I said yes I handed them cash and he said I just wanted to know because sometimes they lie and say that our clients didnt leave a tip even if they did so I just wanted to know incase they lie.Well you lost me as a customer from that experience, that was very unprofessional and you should never push for gratuity because at they end of the day its still my choice and dont say youre masseuse are liars to your customers, thats pretty basic to know.
Love this place!! Friendly staff, wonderful service, and Juana is an awesome massage therapist! I highly recommend her!! I have a membership and get monthly massages. I won’t ever miss one and I always look forward to the next one!!
😍Trudy was AMAZING!!! 😍 I’ve been dealing with back pain for over 5 years after epidural and giving birth. Pain has intensified over the years. Husband purchased a full body massage because of the pain in my back. I felt 1000 times better after my session with Trudy. I will defiantly be back!
I do not recommend this place to anyone! The absolute worst massage ever. Booked a deep tissue hot stone full body massage and got a hot stone back rub nothing deep tissue or full body about it. When I spoke with the manager he showed no concern and offered me an extra 15 minutes!
Kevin is really great at what he does! Ive seen him twice now and he really listens to my needs and checks in with me throughout my massage! Highly recommend this place. Took my mom for the first time today and she loved it too!
I’ve been here a couple of times for couples massages and Vicki always takes care of myself and my guests. Last time Juana was my masseuse and she knew the exact pressure to apply. I love it here!
