First time coming here and I really enjoyed it. The massage was really good, and although I paid for a foot massage, they massaged my back and shoulders as well. Everyone was really nice here and the place is very clean. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Quiet, clean and a very thorough massage. I usually do 120 minutes, 90 body and 30 foot, I’m feel very loose after. Therapist is quiet and checks that pressure is ok. Prices are fair.

Sofia was definitely 5 star. My only issue was with the receptionist. I had signed and tipped on the receipt but the receptionist felt the tip wasn’t large enough. I was told I needed to tip $5 more or the massage therapist would feel I didn’t enjoy the massage. It was an odd exchange. The ambiance and massage were great and I want to return. The owner should institute a mandatory gratuity because who would tip $15+ on a massage without being told? Apparently the therapists only work on commission so they’re paid very little.

Hidden gem. I came with someone else, and we both agreed that our masseuse knew what they were doing, targeting acupressure points during the full body massage to relax all of our tension. Pricing is fair, similar to Chinatowns

Absolutely loved the entire experience from start to finish. I am currently pregnant and will be having my baby tomorrow. I wanted to do one relaxing thing before. I chose the 90 minute footworks massage and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I received. Scheduling was quick and easy via text message. Overall amazing. If you’re thinking about going here, do it. You won’t regret it. Money well spent!

Today was my first visit for foot/upper body massage .I was greeted promptly. The Spa was clean, relaxing and smelled good. I was not “wowed” by the foot massage but I would return for body massage.

Best massage ever!! I love it how they get straight to business! No wasting time! You lay down, and right away they are working hard for the next 30 minutes! Way more productive than an hour massage.I bought the 30 minute back massage and 30 minute foot massage. You get way more than just a back or foot massage. You get a pampering and relaxing experience. As soon as you enter the front doors, you are quietly checked in and assigned a massage therapist and asked what pressure you prefer. Then I was taken back to the back massage area. I took off my top and laid on my stomach on a massage table. The pressure and treatment was perfect. I had a very tight back and a big knot in my shoulder blade.The foot massage was more of pampering and relaxing. You’re taken to a reclining chair and given a blanket and a cloth to cover your eyes. They do a quick scalp massage shoulder massage and work briefly on your arms while your feet are soaking. There was a foot scrub and then lotion used to massage my feet ankles and calves. The massage therapist at a very thorough job. As my time was coming to an end, he pushed down on my thighs and knees and calves. I felt really nice!After my services were completed I was greeted with a bottle of water and a peppermint.I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I went and got 30 min back and a 30 min foot massage. The back massage was everything you ever wanted and more in a back massage. OMG! He got my shoulders and neck, the two stress areas. The foot massage was a little luster just because I really wanted him to massage my feet like get into the arches and it was more like a feet cleaning instead of a massage. But I would go back again and give better instructions on what I want.

I was under the impression (not sure why) that a walk-in massage would be okay here. Lady at the front desk (very nice, dont recall her name) was able to work me in for a 30 minute back massage (thank you, thank you!).Julie was my masseuse. Best massage I have ever had!The place is neat and clean. I went for the basic 60 minute footwork session. Cindy performed massage which was super good and very relaxing. I have been to several massage centres like elements massage, hand & stone massage, etc. but this place is better, cost-wise. Also, the massage was very good. The focus is more on your neck area, shoulder and back. They are also focussing on the leg and foot. The scrub used for the foot made my feet feel very soft. In the end, I was given a ginger, lemon and honey tea which was hot and soothing after the session. Above all, this footwork session is only $25 on Tuesday. Must try place!

Great place for foot or whole body massage! Derrick fid deep tissue on my trouble spots and got the kinks out. My daughter had Sophia and loved her too. They are all good and cater to your specific needs.

BEST deep tissue and massage place in Katy and Houston!!! Nothing fancy but who cares! I have several injuries and it’s the only place where I leave feeling a huge difference in my muscles and body. They also have warm stones included and a delicious ginger tea. LOVE IT!

I had the most amazing 30 minute back and 30 minute foot massage ever at Footworks! My boyfriend gave me a gift card, and I’m so glad I used it! I don’t have knots or aches and pains, but it was a wonderful treat on a Saturday after a long work week!I really appreciate how it was firm, but not too light or rough. Derrick was very professional and awesome! The customer service was wonderful from beginning to end. I will definitely come back!Cash tips are appreciated, but they let me give a digital tip too. They are very nice, provide a gentle yet firm foot/lower leg massage, it’s clean and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing.

Dereck was phenomenal! And Im picky.. I am an LMT as well and studied in Denver so was spoiled with the best teachers and am usually disappointed with other massage therapists but not Dereck, he was fantastic! He has a beautiful quality of touch, clearly has perfect knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, and is well versed in tying all the deep tissue strokes together with a lovely effleurage. He definitely deserves a raise.. if this place is like all other franchises the therapists themselves make a small fraction of the price of the massage (i briefly worked at a place that charged $90/hr but paid us therapists $22, its nuts!) so tip accordinglyl!! :)

The receptionist was extremely nice. Nicole was an amazing reflexologist. Footworks is very clean, the music is relaxing and this place is a total zen zone. It’s dark, warm, and humid just the way it should be. All of my muscles were relaxed when my service was finished. I will be going back again and again.

Footworks has never missed a beat since they opened. By far the best, consistent, complete, professional massage effort anywhere we have ever been around the globe. Each therapist is a little different so you need to tell them how much pressure you want. Some of them are very strong and if you need deep tissue work they can be amazing.

They fit me in for a quickie and I am so appreciative. I will be returning for a longer message.

This was unlike any massage I have ever had. But that being said, I enjoyed it. For such a little woman, she had a lot of strength. If modesty is something you are concerned with, then this is not the place for you. You are in your own private curtained area. But youre covered with a towel. Not the big sheet that you are accustomed to. But once you get past that it was a good massage. I enjoyed it and I would go back.Update.. have returned several times.Julie is the BEST. Her touch is very caring, and relaxing. A lot of the time when she is doing my foot massage, I fall asleep... I try so hard not to but she relaxes me so much...

They are very professional, prices are reasonable, the place is clean, they knew how to remove knots in places where they are tense. The plus about this place, they dont corner you in asking for more $ money on tips. We tried different places and they pressure you in giving more money for tips. We will be going here once a month from now on. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because it wasnt long enough. In a good way 😅 we will be a frequent customer from now on.

I love this place so much! I’ve gone 3x already and each masseuse does something a little different and I really like that! Optimal massage for a good price! $75 for deep tissue for 90mins! Can’t beat that here in my area.. so I am definitely willing to make the extra drive for this quality work.. from the entrance is very relaxing and forthcoming.. they see you right on time and finish right on time.. they are all nice and professional workers! I have made this my place to come and recommend this place absolutely!

I usually go to Milk and Honey for massages. However, it is a far drive and very pricey so I cannot go as much as I would like. We found footworks by searching for other massage places near us. I was expecting something mediocre due to the prices…BUT let me tell you! This massage is better than any massage I get at other massage places. By far my favorite place! We will continue to go monthly and in between when we can fit it into our schedule. It is quiet and peaceful and always just what we need to feel relaxed. Can’t rave enough about it!

My first time here and the foot massage was an absolute delight. I called ahead to avail of their discounted rates for appointments. Theresa did such a wonderful job. I love that they do your head and neck/shoulder/back first and then the foot. She applied the right amount of pressure and was very polite. I also liked that despite the open seating, they had curtains for added privacy (something I havent experienced at other foot massage spas). Im definitely going back (and hoping Theresa never leaves!)

The service was great, nice calm atmosphere. The reason I rated 4/5 stars is because they offer a scalp massage on their website, but when I requested it upon my visit, no one knew what I was speaking about so I ended up with a body massage, which was fine, but I honestly was in need of a good scalp massage and was looking forward to it... I may return if in the area again.

The light was out at westheimer and highway 6 which literally made me more than 40 minutes to my appointment. I still went with honestly the thought I would have to reschedule. They were extremely nice and was able.to honor my appointment even though they definitely didnt have to. The ginger tea at the end was the best!

Loved the experience! We had a couples massage. Lisa and Julie were great!! Only a few things that could improve. Hot towels were a bit scratchy — could be softer. Also, from the area for couples message, you could hear the dryer running, the microwave being used and staff talking. It was a bit distracting, but not enough to ruin the experience. Amazing place. The technicians are well aware of what theyre doing. Place is cleaned and price is affordable.Updated: I called today (sept 8th) at 2pm to ask if theyre available for 2 full body. The vibe was not very welcoming since the phone call when the girl answering it with 2 words FootWork, didnt bother to greet! And the most interesting part is when we arrived, she asked me for 1 person right? I said no I called and asked for 2 people full body service. She started to give me the attitude, with her eye rolling, she told me I asked you is it for 1 person when you called and rolled her freaking eyes again like Im some idiot bothering her. If you gonna let that attitude guard at the door, youll lose more than just me!

Me and my wife came here several times. Overall, we had good experiences with the place. This last visit, we called for an hour of massage, and was told to come in. Got to the place, proceeded into the room, was strip down on clothes then was told they can only do for 30 mins. If youre overbooked and cant do it, should have said so, instead of wasted our time to come in. Wont come back.

I recommend them for a very relaxing foot massage. I recommend trying to book at least 24 hours in advice because it is difficult to do walk-ins if they are already booked.

Today I received the best massage in my entire 34 years. Julie/Julia was fantastic! She hits every point requested and more. I called to schedule a foot massage but I was offered their promo. Foot+ body combo so I chose that option. Wow, what a spectacular job. I will be back next week thats how awesome my experience was. Perfect place for gift cards since we are near Christmas. ;)!! Cant wait!

Today is my 2nd time visit at Footworks Massage Spa. Each time I am very satisfied. All the staffs were very friendly, nice calm environment and soothing music, very enjoyable massage.The 1st time they ask me $ 45.00 for full body, $5.00 discount for advance appointment. After the massage, I was so pleased with the lady (who massaged me) I paid $20.00 tips, around 45%.Today, for three of us, they charge $135.00, I gave $40.00 tips, around 30%. But, the front desk woman (Helen, she knows little better english than rest of the massage therapist of that place), I noticed, wanted some more. But I thought, 30% is more than enough, and I left. This made me surprise, I felt it is not fair, 20% tips are for extreme satisfaction, and I gave much more than that. This is a small negative point of this place.Otherwise, overall the experiences are fairly good.

First time customers. Read the reviews on this place and they are phenomenal. Was super excited for me and my hubby to come and get a massage, it was his first. I prepped him for what to expect, but this was defiantly not something i was prepared for. I have never had a massage like the one i had here and im not even sure how to explain it. It was more painful than relaxing and it was supposed to be a Swedish massage. I am not sure we will be returning unless we decide to try out the foot massages, but i know my hubby is not anymore comfortable with getting a massage after this experience.

Second time coming and its perfect everytime. So relaxing I fell asleep. Get the combo, its the best. Two different rooms. The music is tranquil and the ladies listen to what you are needing from the massage

Tip: youve seen it in other reviews: call ahead for large discount.I did the combo massage: 45 minutes feet and 45 minutes body. $65.Tucked in a Katy strip mall off of Mason. The conversation level is very quiet which is nice because rooms (bed/area) are made of ceiling high curtains. Theres nice spa music in background. Very nice receptionist. I logged my info on an iPad which was way faster than most massage places (envy, heights, etc) that ask you to fill out paperwork.Before massage, the foot bath and scrub was unexpected and awesome. My masseur was polite and always quick to bring towels in etc. I initially asked for medium pressure but he went deep tissue most of the time on my back. I felt I had knots and he would change pressure when I asked but I had to ask repeatedly. Then he messaged with hot stones and last part was a cool mini Thai bending of arms and legs and to me it felt relaxing to stretch after 1.5 hours. I initially rated 5 stars but dropped to 4 after my back felt super sore overnight. I think he was excellent at deep tissue and seriously dug into the knots but I preferred a medium pressure, which is 2 levels under deep. Next time Ill ask for light pressure.Am really happy with price. In the Katy/Richmond area I havent found single massage options... Theres all 3 subscription places: envy, heights and elements. Ive been to them all and really loved elements but it was too expensive and sometimes I dont have the time to go monthly so not being a member is definitely an incentive for me.

Derek is the best! Ive seen him multiple times. Very professional! Relaxation begins the second you walk through the door. If you havent given them a chance, you should! I promise you wont regret it.

I have been coming here since they opened. Clean and quiet. We have seen several management and pricing changes. Currently the staff and program is awesome and I Always feel welcome. Attention to detail is important to me and the girls are diligent In order to keep her open for me I will not share who my favorite is but they are all very good and the products they use are excellent too. I dont know how you liked this place. Its very pretty. I had a full body massage, a few months ago, and it was weird. I decided to give them a second chance. I went for the footwork a massage, and the guys hands smelled of cigarettes and his fingernails were long enough that I felt it. It was gross. He massaged my ears and was rubbing the inner part of my ear and scratched it. The foot massage was more painful than enjoyable; I left with foot pains I didnt have going into the place.

This place is AMAZING! Clean and professional! I go get pedicures not because I cant paint my own toenails but because of the massage! Coming here is like spending $30 on a pedicure but getting one hours worth of massages minus the nail polish and all the talking! LOL it is super relaxing and very safe! Ask for Jack and you will be completely comfortable and at peace! Im also a stickler when it comes to symmetry, like dont spend so much time on my left foot and neglect my right side of equitable minutes. Jacks massage was as if there was a mirror between both sides of my body in terms of how much time he spent on each leg and foot. If like me, you are leery of foot massage places… Rest assured this place, its perfect for a newbie and exceptionally professional!

Very nice ambiance and great massage for $30. The location where you get the massage could be quieter and more private though. You can hear people moving around and talking and walking through the front door. But overall, it was worth the $30.

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER had a problem with this spa! But with that being said today I go in there like I usually do twice a month. I usually can call to set an appointment but I was running a few errands around this area so I did not have time to call which I thought wasn’t super important because it says walk ins are welcome right? On yelp, google, there website etc. Once I arrived the usual lady Monica was not at the front (super sweet lady) and I was greeted by some new lady. I walked in at 4:45 PM and she said no one was available until 5:15PM. Ok cool don’t mind waiting since I didn’t set a appointment.So while waiting I walked to the restroom in the back and literally almost all their seats were empty. I was confuse it’s barely anyone here so why would I need to wait 30mins (maybe severely understaff) to be serviced? But that didn’t bother me either I actually did not have to wait the full 30 mins which was great but still odd I had to wait if barely any customers were there like seriously maybe 1 or 2 customers was there but again maybe they are short staff.So the massage came and went and it was time to pay for my service. What made me upset and why I decided to write this review is that they charge me more for walking in! If you say walk ins are welcome which they should be because it’s usually slow Mon-Thurs no one was hardly there today why are you charging me more? Do you just want all your customers to come from appts only? Just say that, but it’s very convenient as a customer if you are not far from this location to just walk in and not pay more to get the same service. Disgusted with the new lady at the front desk. Please find someone else for your receptionist you will lose many customers because of her until then I will not be back.

It was a very pleasant and clean facility! I felt very relaxed after my foot massage. Amazing deal for an hour foot massage which included a little bit of a massage on your scalp, shoulders and arms. Will definitely come back!

Probably the best massage parlor in Katy. Never had a massage that I didnt like from this place, the atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing, and the masseuses have magic hands. Everyones really nice and it is the only place I go to now. Reasonable prices as well.

I cant say enough about this place! I used to go to Chinatown for my foot massages, but recently discovered this place and have been addicted. If you call ahead, can get a discount on any of their services, which are either the footworks boutique massage, or the full body massage. I believe they also do a couple massages. When I go here, I usually get a combination, which is heart body massage on the table and part foot massage. Its always cheap and always worth it, and the massage therapist and the owner of a very nice and accommodating. They usually have same-day appointments, so be sure to call before you go so you can take advantage of the discount. Their foot massages are different than the ones that they have in Chinatown. Over here, they actually exfoliate and scrub your feet, its absolutely Heavenly. Its almost just like a pedicure without painting the nails. As a matter of fact I cant wait to go back!

The receptionist was extremely rude, my massage was good, but my husbands was horrible. He was sore for days, it was physically painful and not in a good way for the muscles. She spent all the time in his feet with the brush instead of actually massaging and she again was painful. She never took her time, she was rough, fast and painful. We will NEVER come here again.

Couple’s massage and they assign 1 male and 1 female therapist? And their reason is, i did not ask when I book. No protocol at all.

Great massage. Although I asked only for general Swedish relaxation massage, masseuse Julie got the horrible tension knots out of my shoulders and made my heel with plantar fasciitis feel better than it has been for many months. Will definitely return.

Nice place, But I asked if the foot massage include a deep tissue on my shoulders they told me yes. It did not. So for me this was a waste of money. Need to find a place that do more work on my shoulders with a foot massage. Had a perfect place but I moved. To far to go now.

Came in with one hour foot massage the guy tried to sell me the foot and body combo. price is higher .before I agree with him， he already took my top off and left me so embarrassed in that area with the curtain pull up there and he can see my top. I am a female I couldnt find their manager to complain nor he speak English. massage is very rough .their sugar scrub container is not for individual use and I feel gross to see his hands dig in that sugar scrub container to get sugar scrub .not sure how many people feet he touched and also touched that sugar scrub container nasty. gross ,rough .definitely not come back

Walked in and place was nice and quite. 👍🏽 However, I did not get a choice on type of massage (lost additional money), old lady could not give me the deep massage that I asked for and finally she kept stopping to help customers coming in. UNHAPPY FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.

Friendly management. I wish the therapists there understood that deep tissue meant. especially when there is an upcharge for it Left feeling like I needed more. The management makes it worth going but dont go if your body aches and needs it - go when you want to take a break and relax.

I requested to get a back and foot massages. The lady only hurt me and I nearly got the foot massage. Everything felt rushed and I am so disappointed with the service I’m considering doing a chargeback on my credit cards. I’m never coming back here again.

This was my first time and at first I got the footworks special then I asked about a full back massage when done and I was told I could get a full back massage, Cindy was the same girl that did both and it was super relaxing and felt great, Will surly go back.

I probably get a massage 2 to 3 times per month...it doesnt matter who I get...they all offer something different in technique The price is very reasonable and the place is extremely clean and professional.

Really great place for aching feet. I had a guy , not sure of his name , but he was really good. You can ask for more or less pressure. I got the foot package it came with massaging of the scalp/ face, shoulders, arms/ hands, thighs and of course feet.
