My husband and I went for couples massage with a Groupon deal and it was amazing. Staff was wonderful. The ambiance in every room was great. The candles, the dim lights, decor and the music definitely started our zen time. Our massages were given by Tamera and Denise. They asked very good questions prior to our massages. They were attentive to our needs and the massages were so calming. We left Spavia feeling relaxed and on cloud nine. Definitely visit the Spa. Overall an awesome experience. Thank you Spavia !

Kristen did an awesome job giving a deep tissue massage. It was absolutely wonderful. Amie did an amazing job with my facial. It is the best facial I’ve ever had. I loved going to Spa and I will definitely return soon.

I had my first visit recently at Spavia. I have yet to find a Spa that I really like and this place was immediately my favorite. What an exceptional massage experience I had at your spa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the serene atmosphere and the professionalism of your staff. I was greeted from the the sweet girl at the front desk with a friendly smile. The massage itself was incredible from Tamara. She was attentive and skilled, ensuring that every aspect of the treatment was perfect. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. I will definitely be returning and will recommend your spa to friends and family.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I attended a bachelorette spa day with a few friends. The facility is beautiful and my friends enjoyed their services but the masseuse I had (Amy) seemed to have no knowledge of how to give massages. The best way I can describe the odd experience I had was jerky and uncomfortable. Instead of massaging muscles, she almost seemed to hit/jolt my body repeatedly. She also focused on tips of my bones (rubbed the edge of my shoulder blades, the top of my foot bone, knee caps) versus the muscles. After asking her to be more gentle four times, I eventually ended the massage 20 minutes early because I felt so uncomfortable. As someone with chronic pain, I unfortunately left with more pain than I came in with. This was a really disappointing experience. Hopefully Amy gets a bit more training before continuing to perform services at this beautiful spa.

Teresa was absolutely amazing! Seriously she is talented and I will definitely be back! My husband said the same about Tamera and he is very picky about his massage. From the minute we entered we were treated like friends that have been there before. Jaylen was very attentive, so sweet and very helpful when I was looking at the different products as well as samples of the music and lotion selection I was unsure of. All around amazing! Whoever owns this place is doing it right and cares about the customers and obviously their employees, based on how they are with the customers.

Pleasantly surprised!!! After a mishap with our booking, which the owner quickly made right, my daughter and I had a lovely experience here! Staff were helpful, inviting and kind. Customized lockers with our names on cute little chalkboard nameplates greeted us upon entering the Womens area. The Retreat area where you wait for your service is small but cozy, and well stocked with amenities like warmed lavender neck wraps, cold & hot water and an assortment of herbal teas. We also ordered charcuterie boards for in between our services. It was generous with a nice variety of meats, cheese, fruit and chocolate! These could easily shared by two people. First we had massages- very attentive service in cozy massage rooms. We followed this with facials, which we both absolutely loved! I have traveled extensively and been to many wonderful spas and the service level here will definitely bring us back! I even got the membership to make sure I take a little time to treat myself each month!

I went for a massage and a facial that my wife got me for my birthday. The staff are all great. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the staging room. They have a room where you wait for your appointment that has water, tea, warm neck pillows, comfortable chairs, and soft music. Oh yeah, the place smells great. I had Dave for my massage. He is the nicest guy and a great masseur. Yasmine did my facial and is sweet and kind. There is no doubt that I will be back!!

I am always hesitant to book a deep tissue massage as I am a wimp when it comes to the discomfort of getting into those deeper layers of muscles. The deep tissue massages I have received at Spavia have been fantastic! As a former massage therapist myself, I can appreciate the care and attention to detail that the therapist have given. Amy P did an excellent job at finding those areas of tension in my back and neck that needed a little more love, and she eased into it with precision. When she was done, my body felt so loose and relaxed! I will definitely book with her again to work out all these kinks that have lived in my back for years.Furthermore, every employee at the spa that I have encountered has been warm and inviting. The facility is clean, and quiet, and although the relaxation area is small, it has never been too crowded or felt uncomfortable. Also, I appreciate the warm neck wraps and the hot tea that is offered while you wait or that can be enjoyed after your service. If you are looking for an affordable, relaxing environment close to home, I highly recommend Spavia!

I really enjoyed my first visit to Spavia with John. My massage was comfortable, relaxing and just what I needed! The check in process was thoughtful and gave me the opportunity to select scent, music, and conversation preferences. The lounge area where you wait is very relaxing where they offer water, tea, and even a heated neck pillow. John asked me about any specific areas that I wanted to focus on and even gave me some tips on how to do some techniques on my own at home. I will definitely be back!

This experience from the moment you walk in is relaxing, friendly, and luxurious. Once you arrive you are taken back to the changing area after which you get to sit and relax in the beautiful lounge with assortment of teas and beverages and nice warm neck pillows. I got a facial and massage (Amy & John) that were both amazing. Went back to the lounge after and relaxed and got changed and was almost too relaxed to drive home. Perfect gift for a loved one or just join as a member like I did so I can keep going back 😊

I recently had the Summer Citrus Facial with Amy, and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! The experience was so incredible that it should be renamed Otherworldly Experience with Amy. From start to finish, Amy’s expertise and the refreshing citrus elements left my skin glowing and my spirit rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Spavia jumped started my journey to wellness from start to finish. I absolutely left feeling revived refresh and restore. Amy, and Carrie were extremely nice. The icing on the cake was David! He is skilled and passionate about the work that he does. I will recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone. I hated to leave. Can’t wait to come again.

Spavia is a hidden gem in Katy. I drove from downtown for a premiere age defense facial and it was easily one of the best facials I have ever had (I get one every couple of months).I felt welcomed at the front desk and Jenny is very kind and humble. Spavia is intentional with what it stands for, the clean brands and products it carries, along with the entire curated experience.Ask for Anila for your facial, she has the perfect amount of pressure and is still so gentle. She is an expert in the field and attaches importance to the products used. The quality of the facial is truly unmatched and the price is reasonable.I’ll be bringing family and friends in the future. It’s worth the drive out to Katy and it’s the perfect pause in the day or for a weekend connect with your mind, body, and soul! Grateful for this Spa in Houston!

BEST FACIAL EVER!!!I had the 70-minute facial with Amy & it was truly AMAZING from start to finish. All of the products felt so nice on my skin and left my face glowing. I saw a noticeable improvement in my skin right away. Everything was calming & relaxing and she also gave me an incredible shoulder & neck massage (which I badly needed.) Thank you Amy for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

Spavia Cinco Ranch is a great addition to the Katy/Cinco Ranch/Flusher area.. I’d normally drive to the galleria for this type of atmosphere and the fact that this is so close to home is amazing to me.A luxurious spa experience from arrival to departure.I booked a brightening oxygen lift with Yasmeen. Superb service. Hot stones on the arms and neck, and I loved the warm hand treatment that was included.Yasmeen is fantastic… super sweet and outgoing, I felt taken care of.Asked me a lot of in depth questions regarding my home care & gave me great skincare advice without overwhelming me. She really explained Everything in a simple manner. I was surprised with the amount of stuff she got out of my face in the extraction time she was given. I didn’t feel a thing.High attention to detail from Yasmeen. The moment I walked in the room any questions I could have had were already answered in her instructions before she left the room for me to get in the warmed bed.Front desk staff was super sweet, Amy great I think that’s her name, got me booked super fast and helped me decide what facial to get over the phone.I really enjoyed my experience, and the amount of relaxation you get in the facials leaves you just as relaxed as getting a massage. I got my first massage here last night. Jennifer, the owner, is very nice and makes sure you feel welcomed! It’s nice and clean. I loved the retreat room. I had a chance to relax before my massage which is a nice touch! Booked a massage here on Sunday via ClassPass. What a lovely time. I wasnt expecting such a customized experience, and this is the best massage experience Ive had in Katy. Intake papers asked you the usual massage questions, but also confirmed which scent and music youd prefer. After intake, youre lead to a locker to change into a plush robe and spa slippers. It was my birthday, and they even included a little Happy Birthday pouch with spa product samples, which was a nice touch. I liked the waiting area - a darkened, relaxing room with water, tea, and warm neck pillows. The massage itself was awesome. Overall, this place is a gem hidden deep in Katy/Cinco, but well worth the drive.

Found this spa on Groupon, super excited it was only a few minutes from my house! Upon arrival we were taken back to the retreat room and changing rooms to change into our robes and slippers. Adrian and Rasheeda were our massage therapists and they were amazing, made sure of our needs before beginning. The massages were the best, we left feeling relaxed, the retreat area had coloring books, water and tea to come back to relax too after your service. We will definitely be back and get a membership!

I received a gift card today to get a Maternity massage and facial to pamper myself for my birthday before my son arrives in a few weeks. Unfortunately, with young kids I am not able to do that on a week day as I work full time. This location has no weekend availability as I was repeatedly told by the front desk receptionist. I did not anticipate waiting a month to redeem a gift card that was purchased today less than an hour ago. I requested a refund on the gift card and was denied so will be disputing the charge as I am unable to redeem it for the services needed. I will take my business elsewhere this weekend to pamper myself for my birthday! Multiple other spas with availability and much more friendly staff to meet your needs!

I got gifted a massage deal off Groupon and booked with Kristen. She applied nice firm pressure. I just wish I allotted more time for my visit to fully enjoy the spa amenities. Next time I’ll plan to go 15mins earlier and stay 15min after!

I’ve been going to Spavia for a while and just signed up for their membership. It is truly an amazing place; the staff are so nice and helpful and their signature massages are amazing. So far I have tried Amy and Kristen and they are both great!

I initially found this place by purchasing the Grupon deal, and I booked a facial with Anila. I was so impressed by this spa that I ended up signing up for the monthly subscription. I already visited this place three times, and I was super happy with the service. Anila recommended Hydraderm treatment, and although I was skeptical at first, she was 100 % correct, and I was able to see the results right away. I am looking forward to going back each month and pampering myself with a massage or a facial.

Today was a great Sunday my hubby & I had a couples massage. The atmosphere was very clean & soooo relaxing. We really enjoyed our masseuses Amy & Rasheeda they did such an amazing job attending to all of our pressured areas. We will be going back really soon!

Amy Park gave me real good massage especially on my left Leg which has been aching a lot. Deep pressure at the aching point relieved aches when the massage was finished!!Great massage therapy!!!!

I always get an amazing massage when I come! But, Latisha was amazing !!! I let her know I had been helping my brother move all day so she made sure my aching muscles felt relief !!!Again, everyone who he given me a massage is amazing so no matter who you chose you win !!!

Overall great experience. Very friendly staff. Nice relaxing waiting area where you can apply a heated neck pillow and have some hot tea of your choice. I have cancer and receive chemo regularly so my skin often looks dry and ashy and my undereyes have developed dark circles. I got the soothing recovery facial and added on a eye treatment. A nice surprise was the use of hotstones during the mini neck, shoulder, arm massage (I don’t recall if it mentioned hotstones in the facial description). I came here because I was gifted a Groupon and I finally had the time to use it! Everything was great, massage was great. Until… at the very end as I’m walking out the masseuse came up to me and said basically he wasn’t supposed to work on me he was supposed to be working on someone else and then said “when I approached you and I asked if your name is “Renae” you said yes”….Then me of course being a people pleaser, I apologized and said I thought you said melanie.Though, after I left & thought about it. He never even said a name lol AND I was the only one in the lobby area 🤔Anyway my point is, why even tell me about the mix up? Why even tell me you had the wrong client? Obviously this was a mistake on their end, I was perfectly fine not needing to know any of that information. To me it was a bit unprofessional. Because then he blamed me and said “you told me your name as Renae” like no sir.. I in fact know what my name is lol and i know damn well you didn’t approach me with a name, you asked if I was ready.In my opinion if that were to happen again, letting the client know about the mix up and then blaming the client for the mix up is unprofessional. The client doesn’t need to know anything. Especially after a relaxing massage and then they are approached with this error. It’s rude honestly

From the minute I went into the changing room and found a Locker with my name on it, and a luxurious robe to change into, I knew this was going to be a different kind of experience. What a wonderful experience. Bc that’s what going to Spavia is all about. Leaving stress behind to reside in the present, relax, recenter and regenerate. I got the signature massage, a scrub & wrap and a facial. In between I was wrapped in a luxurious robe, with slippers, hot tea and a retreat room to disconnect. I was also provided a snack as part of my package. Every service was great with just the right amount of explanation with a constant focus on well being. The services, environment and staff were wonderful. I will absolutely be back!

She asked what part of my body needed work and she got to work.I also had a facial with Anila and she has the softest hands.The ambiance was great and very relaxing.Also, where can I buy a robe? Those were the softest, plushest robes ever!I loved it to much I have signed up for the membership. Can’t wait to go back.

LOVED IT!! I went in for a summer citrus facial and left filling totally revived & with glowing, happy skin. The staff was very customer-focused and thought of every detail to make me comfortable and relaxed. They welcomed me with a personalized sign, a correctly sized robe, sandals, etc in my locker. WOW! Amy did a great job on my facial - lots of amazing smells and good feels. My skin loved it too. The spa customized my experience with my preferences for music, scents, talking, etc, (Something I hadnt experienced before at other spas.) I went early and took my time in their zen relaxation room & enjoyed some delicious tea and a warm neck wrap in a plush robe. There was zero pressure to buy products (which I appreciated, having had that at other places.) I will definitely be back! Thank you Spavia for every special little detail. I definitely noticed!

This was one of the best facials I have ever had! Yasmeen was wonderful!I had the Citrus Squeeze Summer facial and I feel like Im glowing.The robes are very comfortable (and they fit) for this tall girl, and what a welcome as I walked into the spa, great staff.Its a fabulous relaxing spa and I will definitely be back!

I am disappointed in the lack of availability for the weekends especially for a spa which is the busiest time. The front desk receptionist was also not kind or helpful. No one should have to wait a month to get booked. Please hire more staff!

Very luxurious place without the exorbitant prices. They give you a personalized locker with a comfy furry robe, I’ve yet to get a facial without falling asleep. John’s massage was incredible + he was an amazing person without taking the massage into account.

I had the pleasure of being one of the firsts to receive a facial at Spavia. It was amazing! Jenny the owner greeted me and gave me a quick tour of the spa and all the amenities. The ambiance is welcoming and warm. A perfect place to come and relax right in the heart of Cinco. I had the Brightening Oxygen Lift facial from Yasmeen. Let me tell you, this facial and Yasmeen are both wonderful. She told me each step she was doing as well as giving me the information about the product. This wasnt done in a pushy/upsell way as some spas do, but more of an informative, supporting approach. Their retail selection is wonderful with the items used in your treatment as well as some extra pampering essentials we all want and need. I decided to become a member, where once a month I can experience one of the treatments at a reduced price - along with other benefits. This is a great way to not only take care of myself, but gives me an incredible reason to take time for me too. I cant wait to go back to Spavia and recommend you should visit as soon as you can!

O my Geeze this place is absolutely wonderful! First of all it’s a true spa where you get slippers and robe and a true relaxation area to sit and just chill before and after treatments. Second, I got a facial by Yasmina and my face was literally glowing afterward! I am a bit of a skin care junkie and the products they use are so awesome! - farm house fresh, image and comfort zone. Great for sensitive skin and she got everything right for my 40 yo dry skin. I just simply loved it!

I called late afternoon to get a 90 min message and they got me right in and took AMAZING care of me during my time there! The facilities are very clean and updated. I was able to shower off before my appointment and relax in their womans lounge. Enjoyed hot tea and warm neck pillows. Walking into Spavia Day Spa - Cinco Ranch is truly an escape into a world of calm & relaxation. You can easily forget you are in Katy, TX 😜 The aestheticians that have given me my facials have been very knowledgeable about proper skin care and product ingredients. I am already noticing a decrease in my fine lines (wrinkles 😝) after 3 treatments. The staff is so friendly & welcoming, If you haven’t been to Spavia - Cinco Ranch, you should put it at the top of your to do list! And you can thank me later 😍

Booked a Couples massage package with the Sugar Scrub add on. So disappointed. My boyfriend was not Pleased, and hes such an easy one to please. The two masseuses must have been Newbies, they kept bumping into tables/objects (the room was pretty cramped), which took away from Relaxing. Their massages were, OK, not the level I was expecting. The sugar Scrub, OH My! There must have been a Shortage! I have Never had such a Skimpy scrub before. It felt like water with a Hint of Sugar. We left feeling no better off than we started. I felt worse because he lives out of state, and entrusted me to pick the establishment for our Special Couples Day....so Disappointing.

This place is amazing.Everybody is super friendly, the environment has been carefully curated to induce relaxation, the bathrobes are so soft I did not want to take mine off… I felt recharged and looked great after my treatment yesterday.Give them a try. You will want to keep going back.

I had an amazing spa day rejuvenating treatment. Started with an 80 min massage, then a 60 minute wrap and ended with a 60 minute facial!! Had my locker all ready with a robe, shoes and name tag! I even got charcuterie snack board between 2 of my services!

AMAZING!! I got a facial from Yasmeen and she is the absolute sweetest!! she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back for another facial and can’t wait to try the massage as well.

Just had the most effective deep-tissue massage that I have ever had. Teresa worked the problem areas and stretched/loosened a lot of tight areas. It was great. Clean, organized and a great staff.

It was my boyfriends birthday so we got the couples massage and Rasheda was so attentive to the areas of concern and her firmness was perfect. We ended up signing up for the membership. The heated pillows in the Retreat area and the soft spa robes made for an incredibly relaxing experience.
