I always look forward to coming to this spa. I never have to wait,.. everybody is professional and friendly. Elizabeth is great with the Botox. The prices are very reasonable.

The entire staff is super friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. I have never felt judged for any of the services I have purchased. They take their time to answer all your questions and concerns. Typically, the entire experience is very pleasant, and they get you taken care of in a timely manner, as long as you are on time. Elizabeth and Melissa have a light hand when it comes to injections and are extremely knowledgeable in all the procedures. I am a customer for life!

Bait and switch!!! They market their services cheaper than their competitors, but just like Spirit Airlines they charge you fees which bring their attractive offer to market rate!; therefore they BAIT you with low prices but when you get to the bottom line costs are the same or higher than competitors. I walked out for this reason because as a buyer I am aware and decided not to be deceived. I hate they still have my details. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR $30+ fee. I find this deceptive marketing practices not common amongst their competitors.

I am never unsatisfied when leaving Selah Med Spa. I see results immediately and great hospitality. If your have never been here, you must stop by and book an appointment.

Ive been going to Selah Medi spa for over 15 years. Trish and the staff there are amazing. Theyre friendly, professional and occasionally act as my therapists. I left the spa just now after receiving my botox injections from Elizabeth. I have no bleeding, swelling or bruising. Injections are not fun but you cannot deny the results. I will continue to return to them for many more years.

Absolutely love this place. The ladies that work there are so nice and professional. From the moment I called to make my appointment, checking in, my appointment and even checking out is such a wonderful experience. The office environment has that feeling of zen and relaxation. This has to be one of the best spa places I’ve ever been to. :)

I have been going to selah medispa for a while now for the b12 shots. They have giving me so much energy and also helped boost my weight loss. The girls in the front have always treated me so nice and are always happy to assist me. I recommend them to anyone who ask what am I doing to lose weight and for energy. Im doing the HCG Diet. Im doing great. Ive lost 10 pounds in almost 3 weeks. Im not hungry and Im feeling great. I cant wait to get my measurements after the 4th week. Melissa is so knowledgeable and supportive. She gets an A+ in my book.

I recently went for my second laser hair removal treatment for arms, legs, and face and Ive been loving the results. I was super satisfied from the first treatment! They use Clarity II and the difference in the hair growth has been amazing. Danielle has been super kind and professional with me. She makes me feel very at ease and I can relax during the treatments with her around. Its been a great experience and I am excited to continue to get my treatments here!

All I can say is ooh la la ! The best facial I have ever received! It was better than facials I’ve had at 5 Star hotel/spas! Right in my backyard! I felt so good! The facility is clean, professional, and the staff is so friendly! They are on time and proficient!!! I felt I was in good hands! I fell asleep during the facial and forgot where I was! I had been so stressed from work but when I got there I felt well taken care of!!!! Awesome! You must give them a try , you won’t regret it! The service was so awesome I booked additional services before I left and prepaid for them!

The staff here is awesome!! I have been to many different Spas in the Katy area, and this is by far the best value and best service! I have had a couple procedures here, most recently the HCG and Super slim shots. The whole team welcomes you with smiling faces and really supports you on your weight loss journey... and the results are GREAT! I would highly recommend Selah to anyone in the area!

I had hair removal performed in the chin area, it took all of maybe 20-30 mins and a quick 10 min info session on what to expect, how to proceed and then I scheduled my follow up appointment. The services was beyond affordable and if you never had it done, it feels like rubber a band popping you in the face. Lol--alarming, but youll get mentally used to it after a few zaps. I am super satisfied with the results thus far, as well as the experience. I have since recommended Selah to my friends and family in the Richmond/Katy/West Houston area. The staff is very professional and personable; and the services are great! I plan to be a customer for life!

I really enjoyed my massage and facial today. The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My husband got me a gift card for my birthday. They have a wide variety of services offered at a competitive price. I love that it’s not a franchise and they work hard to keep their clients happy. I’ll definitely be back!

I was really nervous when I made the first appointment because of many horror stories about other spas, but decided to give this location a try. The location is somewhat new and is in a professional strip center with other medical professionals. This made me feel at ease when I parked. The waiting area is inviting, calming, and stress free. I was greeted within minutes of signing in and welcomed to the spa. I have been going for seven months for various treatments and the staff makes me feel comfortable each time. My first visit was for weight control, which can be an intimidating subject but the staff made me feel they sincerely cared. It was also exciting to see the results of some of the staff who are also patients at the spa. I will continue to visit the spa and enjoy the same treatments my dermatologist performed but in a more relaxing environment. I also have to add that after reading some of the other comments, I agree with the lack of front desk staff. Since I have been visiting the spa they have had some not so pleasant employees but management has taken care of this issue. My recent visit (today) was enjoyable and the office staff seemed to have a team/friendly balance which adds to the whole spa experience.

Ive been going to Selah MediSpa for several months now to receive my Vitamin B12 shots. The staff is friendly and professional and the service is prompt. Ive recently started working with Gabby for my skin and shes been wonderful to work with as she very patient with my many questions. The work shes doing with me makes me look and feel better than I have in years.

I have been going to this spa since 2014. The atmosphere alone makes you relax and unwind as soon as you walk in the door. The professionalism of the staff, timely attention to appointments and treatment options let you know that you are in a class A center. Every treatment that I have had has been wonderful. True artists at their craft, and their prices are always on point. I highly recommend this spa and would not go anywhere else.

Ive been coming here for many years now. Its truly a relaxing and soothing environment. Wait time is never too long. The consultants are very sweet and knowledgeable about the services and treatments. The prices are very competitive and well priced. I enjoy the monthly specials and added value Selah adds to it. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. But there was no communication with me when my appointment was rescheduled due to a delayed shipment… and when I showed up for my new appointment, the shipment still had not arrived and no one contacted me. So I ended up not receiving the product I desired and made two trips.

My husband and I began coming to Selah Medi Spa three weeks ago. The staff is AMAZING!!! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We signed up for the 6 week HGC package and absolutely LOVE it! I have lost 11 pounds and 2 inches on both my waist and hips in two weeks! I am super excited to see the end results! Have visited Selah Medi Spa on various occasions for different treatments, the spa it self is very relaxing and a peaceful environment. The staff are very friendly and are eager to help with any questions or advice.The prices at Selah Medi Spa are very reasonable and they offer a good range of treatments.I have to make a special mention of Cassandra as her work is awesome, her results are very natural and i never feel she is trying to ‘oversell’ treatments which would not be of any benefit to me or give me a result that I would not be happy with. I would not waste your money here if youre looking to really work on your skin. They dont seem to care. They offer so many services so maybe thats why they are not experts on anything. I got a hydrafacial and expressed my concerns with dry skin and dark spots and she seemed so annoyed with answering any questions. My skin isnt horrible in the picture but I have a lot of texture. They seem more willing to take your money and go.

Great relaxing environment. Wonderful, client centric staff. Ive been coming here for over one year now and with each visit, I want to try more services. I am currently receiving the B-12 shot and I am happy with the results. They do not try to up-sell, but are willing to inform you of their other offerings once they listen to your needs. Everytime I come here, I am immediately relaxed.

I went for the HCG program and I am ecstatic with my results! Everyone there is very nice, helpful, and encouraging too! They have a clean facility with nice decor and the whole environment in every room is relaxing. I went to Selah MediSpa for the modified HCG protocol by Dr. Emma, which allows to have some exercise while taking the HCG. The spa provides clean, inviting, and relaxing environment and the whole staff is very nice.Tricia, using her extensive knowledge and experience, customized the treatment specifically for me, and Melissa provided continuous support and encouragement during my weekly weigh-in sessions. I lost 20 lb in two months, which is a very healthy weight loss rate. I am so happy with the results and started to feel like myself again!!! Thank you so much!!! Having never been to Selah Medi Spa I was a little apprehensive about trying a new place; however, that apprehension was misplaced as there were no problems. The personnel were great! Very professional and kind. I had 2 services which I tried simply because of the Groupon they offered and they sounded good. I did enjoy both tremendously!! After being to Amerajuve 3 visits and not being helped with anyone that showed passion in their art I chose to find a new place and followed the ratings for Selah. Their phone etiquette was my first impression and they were amazing and worked me into their schedule for same day ! The in person experience was great and Carrie is absolutely talented. I first came to Selah a few years ago because of a Groupon special, even though I live in the Spring area and it was quite a drive I decided the special was worth giving it a try. Im SO glad I did! It has become my favorite spa. The staff is so friendly and the service very professional.

I heard about Selah through a trade show in Katy I was attending. THey were giving away free massages and at the time, being 8 months pregnant, I jumped on board. They had a special for a massage so I bought it and went the next week for a prenatal massage. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! I did have to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but I would say it was worth it at the end because of the wonderful massage I had. Clean environment, nice relaxing massage room.

I had my Miradry procedure and I am very happy and satisfied with my results! I wish I knew about it sooner. No more sweating! They were very thorough about explaining the procedure. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I had a great consultation that made me feel so comfortable and they answered all my questions. There was no Pushing of any treatment. I went ahead and got my first botox and noticed a difference right away. I have had compliments starting the very first day and it just gets better!

The overall visit was good! They greeted me, called my name to come back for my session quickly.They explained the services well. The massage was excellent! It went so well that I booked a different type of session.

I went to Selah Medi spa for their HCG program, and I was very pleased with the amazing results I got. In addition to losing all of the fat pounds like I wanted, the staff was soooo nice and easy to work with; and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing that I enjoyed my follow-up appointments. After the HCG, I did Botox and I also was very pleased with the results and the care I got from the nurse practitioner and the rest of the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. I absolutely love this place!!! AAAA+++++

I have had 1 incident where I was canceled for a follow up on my botox and was rescheduled bc I was told the Practitioner was going out of town for a family event.The following week when I came in on the rescheduled appointment I learned that event wasnt happening until later that month.I didnt voice my concern over my rescheduled appointment until I had another incident where I showed up for an appointment and was told the super slim shot was unavailable.This was my first experience receiving botox. I am noticing movement in my forehead about 2 months post procedure and was explained bc I work out this could happen.My other small issue I have is with my procedures being called out in front of other patients- I do not prefer for my name to be called out and to be asked if I was coming in for this procedure or that openly. I prefer to be at the window and discreet communication for privacy. They have a sign in sheet as well open to others that asks what procedure you are coming in for.However, the 4 stars is because of my overall experience: The nurse practitioner Patricia took her time with me explaining the botox procedure. She was very nice and I had no complications with the procedure.The office staff seems friendly and although issues happened over scheduling they politely listened.The office is clean and the rooms seem relaxing.Pricing is also affordable.UPDATE on review: On the same day as writing a review I was given a more detailed reason why my 1st botox follow up was rescheduled and an apology was provided. I appreciated that and found Selah to be very professional with handling it.This puts Selah at a higher standard for customer service. I would recommend this Spa.

Ive been coming here since August and I love the girls! Ive lost 39 lbs since starting the program (49 this year altogether) and plan on staying on until I get to 70 lost! Cassandra is super positive and helps me stay strong :)

Mishka does my lashes, peels, dermaplane and facials. She’s wonderful, and I’ve loved the results. I’d recommend her to everyone.Cassandra did fillers on my lips, smile lines, forehead, and crow’s feet. At first, I was unsure of my results, but after two weeks everything settled and looks great! I’d say about a week it was looking nice, but I could really see it after two.Selah staff in reception has always been helpful and nice. Environment is nice too.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service is exceptional and the facility is immaculate and well organized. I have been going there since November 2014 and each time that I go, the staff has been wonderful and polite. I have been going to Selah Medispa since May 1st. I have been on the Phentermine protocol, I love how they monitor you on a consistent basis! I have lost 26 lbs and about 17 all over.The staff is very friendly, and flexible when I am stuck in traffic. The office is decorated beautifully, I always feel very welcome and that they appreciate my business.

I have been getting facials here and I can honestly say, it has helped the appearance and texture of my skin significantly. I also get massages on occasion. The staff is friendly and kind. They explain the services before you receive them. Im addicted to coming back. Selah is a great spa. I would recommend this spa to anyone!

I would highly recommend them. I have been experiencing wonderful relaxing massages and other services for many years. The owner is friendly and extremely helpful, and makes one feel pampered. The foot detoxes have allowed me to lose weight by eliminating toxins from my body, which allows my body to work more efficiently. They dont advertise as a couples massage, which would require larger rooms. The sad thing is that if you had asked beforehand, they just might have accommodated you. They are that nice. And showing up late for a massage may mean you get less time, or your tardiness pushes everyone else after you to start later than scheduled. They strive to be nice to everyone.

Very professional, warm, caring, considerate, kind, and knowledgable! I went thru them for the Mira-dry treatment to stop excess sweating. They were more than accommodating throughout the entire process. I have female friends that have gone to them for botox & fillers and they shared similar experiences and results as well.

Cassandra is my go to for my Botox treatments. I love that she is conservative on her approach, which allows you to go back for more, but you never have to worry about getting to much… The Spa’s treatment prices are also competitive!

Im currently receiving the super slim shots at Selah Medi Spa. I have scheduled an appointment to be consulted in regards to the HCG diet plan and protocol. Im interested in weight loss and/or miaintenance program, and any other services available to clients. There are several services as well as healthy food choices that are provided to clients. The staff there is very courteous, thorough and knowledgeable about all the services available. The atmosphere inside the Selah Medi Spa is very serene and calming. I myself will continue to go there and explore other services I feel that will benefit myself and help to improve my overall health care. I would definitely refer Selah Medi Spa to family and friends.

I went to Selah Medi Spa almost a year ago and as a last resort I tried their HCG special. It was incredible!! So easy to do and the staff was extremely helpful!! I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off since then. Most importantly, they taught me what I was doing wrong in managing my weight, and I am EXTREMELY THANKFUL!!! I never thought I would be back into a size 4 after having two children. THANK YOU SELAH MEDI SPA!!!!

My first time to Selah, I did NOT have an appointment.I walked in on my lunch break on a FRIDAY. Yes, I was one of those. :)I have to stay- from the MOMENT I walked in the door- I was greeted and accepted as I was already a patient of record. They handed me paperwork and explained to me thoroughly how to fill it out. Once completed, It was not even TEN minutes and they took me back. The staff was very sweet and very informative (That girl knew some big words!). I left with my HCG that day, with PLENTY of time to go get my lunch and get back to work on time!! Thank you, ladies!P.S. The only thing I would change is- to receive a reminder of some sort that I have an appointment! It would be great to receive an email, text, or phone call the day before!

My fiance and I had an enjoyable time at Selah Medi Spa. The massages were good. The only thing that we wished could have been different was if we were in a room for a couples massage. I didnt like being split up from her.

My experience today was 10/10! My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for a back massage and a facial. Tho it had taken me a few weeks to finally book an apt it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The staff is friendly and my masseuse Dana I think?(forgive me for not remembering her name) but she was great! She made me feel at ease and most important PAIN FREE. I Have over ten years of bad back history and From the second she touched my back I knew she knew what she was doing. She concentrated on my trouble areas and even gave me an extra 15 min! After i was escorted to a cimfirtable waiting room where my massuese handed me a glass of refreshing lemon water in a beautiful blue wine glass (I felt fancy) where i discovered pamplets for other services they provide.Overall,the experience was more than i expected and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a good deep tissue massage or just a massage in general. I will be booking an apt very soon!

This was my second visit with gabby today for lip fillers and botox. The spa is clean and has very welcoming feel. Service went quick and smooth. I was in and out with out any issues! Will be back!

I had a great experience the day of getting botox for the first time at Selah Medispa. My nurse was very nice. Unfortunately, I have gotten botox for a couple of years and they have always lasted a full 3-4 months before any forehead movement. I wanted to try a cheaper place per botox unit and that’s where I went wrong. I was warned ahead of time by a friend that her botox did not last very long from here, but was worth the price to last 2 months. However, mine only lasted about 3 weeks before I started seeing resting wrinkles again and now at 4 weeks, my wrinkles are already at least 50% back. I called to see if there was anything they could do and at least let them know, and was told I would be called back. I never was. Poor communication.Was hoping it would be worth a better price but unfortunately was not!

Gabriela is my go to lady for injectables. She has a good eye for what can be done but is conservative . Her consultations are thorough and I never feel rushed. You’re in good hands and the pricing is very reasonable.

I have visited Selah on several occasions. Each time I have found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I appreciate the expertise of the staff and how they take the time to explain everything and the extra effort they take to ensure my comfort. Be sure to ask about any specials they are running! The savings is a big plus!

We bought the package for massage, facial and detox on Groupon for two persons. It was a wonderful experience. Both massage and facial was quite relaxing. Staff was very polite and considered our requirements.The only advice is to reach the place at least 20 minutes before your appointment because of lengthy paper work. We reached exactly on time and my husband massage was cut-off for 15-20 minutes.

My daughter treated both her and I to 2 rounds each of the HCG weight loss packages and the super B-12 shots, we lost lots of weight.and we also indulged in a few foots baths. We both couldnt have been happier with the staff and especially the owner. She was so full of knowledge and really took the time with us explaining everything to us.We have both been to other Clinics and Spas that offer the HCG and both had little results. Selah Medi Spa has pure HCG where the other Clinics and Spas has weaker doses from adding in other ingredients. I had a massage, facial, and detox footbath. The massage was very relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and I felt a difference after the detox foot bath. The staff are very professional and helpful. I plan on returning and would recommend Selah to a friend.

The place is nice and the staff is friendly but I have issues with the Botox itself. The first time I went here, it lasted a month. I called to let them know, and they told me I may have a natural resistance to Botox, so the suggested I use Xeomin. I tried xeomin with them and after 4 weeks I had the same result. I got fed up and went somewhere else. Their product lasted over 4 months. I was told the reason was that this place uses inferior products. For that reason I do not recommend this place at all.

They gave me my new patient paperwork before getting Botox and I rushed through it hoping they would see me sooner, well that was my mistake, because it was 45 minutes before I was seen. Gabriella the nurse was apologetic and apologized for the wait. Then she asked what I wanted and did a great job and was professional. I ended up getting Botox as well as a syringe to fill my cheeks. I had zero bruising and it’s only been a day, so I can’t attest to how well the Botox worked, however according to Google the fillers should show up right away. I don’t see a difference in the fullness of my cheeks. Gabriella even said it looks like I could use more product next time. I wish maybe she would have used a different type of filler, but it was my first time, so I could see why she was conservative. All in all i had a good experience. I will be back.

Had a great experience with the HCG. I lost about 6% bodyfat and went from 21% - 15% in just 4 weeks. Definitely would recommend it to anyone whos trying to lose fat even if youre not too overweight. Its perfect for athletes who are trying to trim up as well.

I found this place on Groupon about 2yrs ago or so. Seemed nice enough so I have continued to get the B12 w/lipo shots from them. However, it began to seem as though they maybe only giving B12 in the injections I get from them as Ive had the B12 w/lipo injections in the past but mostly to help w/my chronic fatigue syndrome. Regular B12 shots have an opposite effect on me and make me sleep. So my doctor suggested the B12 w/lipo. Well since this place is closer to me I just started purchasing from them.However, as time went by when I would get refills on the injections, they would seem to have the same effect on me as the injections w/ONLY B12 in them. So Ive been really suspicious of it but havent wanted to out right say or ask them. Now usually if you get scripts from a doctor you will get your own bottle of B12 to draw from, here Ive never actually seen them draw up the solution so it just really makes me wonder.Well today I ran in to get a refill w/o calling bc I usually call ahead for a refill but I couldnt today bc of a family emergency and having to go out of town. On my way out of town I stopped in to ask if they could give me a refill w/o having called ahead and a lady that Ive never really dealt with since Ive been going there greets me at the window and tells me they are going to lunch. So I explain to her my situation and having to hit the road and shes unmoved and not helpful at all and says that they will be back at 2pm. Well to say that I have been a regular customer for the past 2yrs w/these people and her lunch was more important than helping me to just do a simple quick transaction to help a loyal customer. Lets just say that I wouldnt refer anyone go to them bc I would hate for anyone to get treated as I have been treated. If this place is that unappreciative of the clients they have they shouldnt be in business! Or could it be that they dont want you to see their only giving B12 and not the weight-loss B12 w/Lipo in the injections their selling??! Either way I will NOT be returning thanks to their very understanding and helpful employee who meet me at the window today!

Gabriella was fantastic! I just moved to Texas so I was a little nervous starting with someone new. We talked about the treatment and Im thrilled with the results!

I went to get a hydrafacial from this place today. There was no difference whatsoever after it was over. This treatment is supposed to be better than microdermabrasion, but mine felt like I paid someone to clean my face. The esthetician asked me if I had hydrafacial before, I said no. But Ive watched from different channels on Youtube how its done and its not how she did it. The exfoliation step was supposed to be all over the face, but she just did it on a few random spots. My face didnt feel like it was exfoliated at all. My exfoliating wash at home gives me better result than the hydrafacial I got from this place. Also, hydrafacial treatment is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I was out of the treatment room at Selah 15 minutes tops. When she told we were done I was like That was it? What a waste of money!

My appt was a while ago, but I do remember the massage was ok. A beautiful place. The 30 minute heat therapy (like a dry sauna with sun lamps) was made me sweat alot, so I hope toxins came pouring out. However, I noticed I had some sunburn on my neck. At the time I wish they would have explained the heat therapy beforehand and I would have come better equipped with extra panties or a swim suit and some sun screen. Havent felt the urge to go back.My true rating is 2.5 stars

Recently purchased a Groupon for a facial. I explained to the esthetician that its possible I can bruise if you go to hard on my extractions. The facial was going well until this point. I have had many facials before that have resulted in a smooth clear face but this one left me with bruises all over my nose and forehead. I contacted Selah via Facebook to speak about this and ask for suggestions on what to do to clear up my skin because the bruise marks even show through my makeup. Needless to say they left me on read and did not respond. Its one thing to bruise a customers face but completely unacceptable to ignore them after they reach out. This is poor service all the way around.

The staff at Selah are both professional and friendly. Selah’s environment is welcome, clean and comfortable and they offer many services to choose from including massages.

This place is completely unorganized. And unprofessional. Make sure you double check on your facial appts since they only have one facial lady if that person calls out YOUR APPT IS CANCELED! and the services they offer for the inconvenience MAY NEVER GET WRITTEN DOWN IN YOUR FOLDER FOR SCHEDULING! smh. The actual massages are nice and the people that did my mom and is massage were great...but that front desk..needs some assistance!
