I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and they were very hospital and attentive to us. My mom got a Swedish massage and said it was the BEST thing. I was so happy to see she enjoyed this place. Amy was her therapist but everyone was super sweet, we will be back!

Hands down, this is the best massage place in the Katy area! This place is small, nothing fancy, but it offers great massages, and you get a lot more bang for your buck; what more could one ask for if you want to get massages regularly? Also, this place offers more than foot massages, so dont be deceived by their shop name. That said, I walked in for a full-body deep-tissue massage, and it was probably the best massage Ive ever had in the Katy area!From my personal experiences, I went to a lot of Thai massage or Trigger Point massage places around Katy, but they often leave me with additional pains; I guess those styles are just not for me. my stiff neck, shoulder, and back pains that had been bothering me for a while were immediately relieved. The only thing is they got super busy, so I was not able to get the foot massage, but I will definitely go back to try more of their services next time.

This is my second time visiting, and it was another great experience. I got the Swedish massage, and it came with a free add-on of hot stones for only $60. Not only are the prices affordable, but the massage was amazing as well. The facility was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Go ahead and book that appointment!

I had a 90-minute massage here and it was very disappointing. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. I known she do her best, I am very appreciative that but this is a business. She pulled my hair and used her elbows on my bones, which was painful. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. No towel. I use a blanket for cover my body while getting massage. When we got here the boss lady said they if we get a 90 min massage we can get 10% off. After we finished, she gave us 10% in coupons for NEXT use (what is this shady practice?). I had to insist on 10% on this visit. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

First time coming here and had a great experience. I have a very unstable shoulder and can’t move it certain directions without the risk of dislocation and the lady who gave my massage was very cautious of this throughout the whole massage. Prices are good and I left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely be returning.

The place is clean, quiet and smells good. The therapist did a great job.After the massage my back pain was relieved and I felt comfortable and relaxed.Everyone here is very professional and polite, I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a phenomenal experience with Rachel at the place, she was professional, knowledgeable and caring, she took the time to understand where my pain and concerns were and focus on these problematic areas. I left feeling so much more relaxed and would recommend her 100%.

Grace is great. The other masseuse girl is awesome as well. She did a sports rehab massage on my shoulder when I pulled it at work. Did a great job and was able to return to work. I lived in Katy for a year and went to this place about once a month (always booked with Lisa), I have never had a better massage than the massages Ive had here. This is not the typical spa massage experience where you have twinkle lights above you and sweet aroma scents in the air. This massage parlor is about working the $*!t out of your body, these ladies know what they are doing and they always do a great job.If you are looking for cucumber and strawberry water and an overpriced massage where your ego and sensibilities are tiptoed around, then go somewhere else. This place is legit, the ladies are courteous and their massage technique is top notch!

Came to L1 as a walk-in on a Sunday and was super impressed by the hour-long Swedish massage. Really attentive masseuse and lasted a FULL hour. I live out of town, but I would come back!

I just to love this place,the lady that I just have her bally was in my head the hole time and in my arm no to profesional,se ond the place was extremely cold I told the lady like 10 times she only brings a blanket 10 minutes befor my 90 minutes end,Im more stress than when I got there,I told the from lady and she just told me next time is better, I dont think I will ever go there, costumers service is a key for everything

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Grace and it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Grace applied just enough pressure to make me feel mildly uncomfortable without squirming. Highly recommend L1 Massage!

They have made me a regular; going for a deep tissue massage with Joan or Gigi is always the highlight of my week. You can notice them working out which muscles are tense and where the pain points are. It really do wonders to relieve the tension we get from sitting at the computer or driving too long. Thank you!

Finally no need to drive to Bellaire. Great location in Cinco Ranch. 10 of 10 in quality of massage compared to many I’ve been to like Triple Tree, AJ foot relax, Oasis and many more on Bellaire. I really appreciate to slow nice gliding movement with the hands .Other massages therapist tend to rub and massage fast like a machine and seems they are in hurry and don’t pay attention how we feel getting the massage. I love to slow and easy pace of the hands here! Thanks Gracie will def be back.

I came here because I popped my hip lol and it’s also been awhile since I’ve had a massage. I came with my momma and it was a nice and relaxing, self care date. I had Joanna and she was awesome! What a waste of time and money! This was one of the worst foot massages I ever experienced. The lady didn’t even know how to massage a foot. Had no clue about the trigger points in the foot nor knew how to massage except rubbing the foot. I used to come to this place when the original owners Tony and his wife were working here. They were awesome and most of these 5 star reviews come from them, but the new owners and whoever works here rubbed my experience from a relaxing and comfortable massage. I will never come back here.

Cathy was the absolute best! She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had the 60 min Swedish massage and it was definitely the best I’ve ever had. This will be my go to spot!My mother specifically requested Grace for her second time and she always comes out wishing her massage never has to end.They have great prices, unbeatable customer service, and are very accommodating to any questions and concerns.

After a bad lift at the gym I had a tight muscle which was causing sciatic nerve pain. I was desperate for help and stubble upon this place. After a one hour session I was a different human. My pain was minimal and I was able to walk normal again. The following day I woke up like brand new and was back at the gym. Ever since that initial visit I’ve made it a habit to coming here at least once per month and sometimes even three times. They help me keep aches away and speed muscle recovery. Place is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience!! Grace was amazing and I was able to get and appointment within the hour. I had pulled a muscle in my back and was in a lot of pain, but feel SO much better now.

Everyone in the establishment was very sweet. I had a man start off my massage and he was good but the star of the show was definitely Cathy. I let them know I wanted a woman for my back and she did AMAZING! Her pressure matched that of a deep tissue massage and she checked in to ensure the pressure wasnt too hard throughout the massage. Every area of my body that needed special attention she gave her all to it. Definitely putting this down as a must return!

This places deserves more than 5 stars! My husband and I went in for a Swedish couples massage and they were able to get us in same day. The massages were absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. This was the best massages we’ve ever had! Thank you for such a great experience! We can’t wait to come back!

I was charged twice recently for the same date/service. I had only one hour massage, but was charged twice for this and what is suspicious on my 2 different cards one of which I never used in that place to pay for massage. How it was hacked remains open question to me. I called them and still waiting for them to call me back. I thought i found a place close to home to go often but now i highly doubt it after what happened. I’ve read through other reviews in google and turns out i wasn’t the only one hacked.

Best massage weve had in a while! I felt so relaxed and had less pain right after. They were able to accommodate us for a couples massage last minute. Easy to book and great prices! I love that they also have a reward system. Will definitely be coming here more often.

I’m giving 2 stars because the employees were very nice seemingly at least and I’d hope my situation right now was a mistake and not what I think happened. Me and my friend came for a massage here last minute because everywhere else was booked. Their massages are $80 which is already more than I usually pay for an hour massage.I came in for a pain relief massage i did ask for more pressure to be used on my massage so I won’t fault them for leaving bruises on my back. My friends massage was good. We go to the front to pay and I’m charged to use the card reader which is no problem and I left a tip written on the receipt. They then asked my friend to tip them and even requested a specific amount as a tip. Which is very bad taste to do as tips are to be decided by the customer not by the employees. Let alone to request a 15% tip on top of a 3.00 charge on the card reader and $80 for the massage? Now 2 days later i have a charge on my debit card for a higher amount than what I paid and wrote for a tip. My theory is they wanted a bigger tip and gave it to themselves on my transaction. I hope this isn’t the case but I’m disputing the charge regardless and will be charged the amount that I know I signed for on the receipt.

Grace and Kathy both are excellent!Their massages and prices are great . Very friendly pleasant staff and the place is always clean . They also offer coconut oil for body massage which is really good. This is the best place for foot and body massage in Cinco Ranch

The massage was great. I have been there twice and only used two different cards both times. the first time my card got hacked and a bunch of payments were made I thought it was somewhere else. Then i come back a week later use a different card and i hadn’t used that card anywhere else and now I get hacked again. this is not a coincidence. They are hacking my cards and running up the money. Will never go here again and I don’t think you would want to either unless you want to go through canceling your cards.

Very helpful, they changed my appointment when I needed and gave me another appointment the next day right away. You dont have to call to make an appointment, you can only text and they respond right away. The massage was great. This was my second time going there and will keep going. Also the place is very clean and quiet.

I went for 60 minutes of Reflexology. Overall a good experience.Therapist worked slowly (not trying to rush things through) to calm me down. Clean environment and therapist worked hard. I felt quite good at the end.Some things I did not like-- She used very light pressure. I had to ask multiple times to therapist to increase pressure. Also, gloves dont help therapists control their movement.- The technique used was doubtful. Toes and in-between toes were not taken care of and she hardly went above foot to the knees. She did not touch calves even once- She focused on one foot more than the other- She focused on top of foot more than sole of foot...which is where reflexology actually happens- She stood right there asking for tip during payment. I did not like the pressure and the tip chart they put out ($10 for just satisfaction... thats like 33% of price!!)

Accidentally found this place and was surprised by the reception and services rendered. Not only was the massage good, Grace was friendly and they accomodated us even if we came almost near to closing time. It’s refreshing to get great customer service nowadays.

If you feel tired after a long day of work, I recommend you to come to this place. Its a very good place. The clean environment and professional service can make you feel relaxed! My lower back pain is bothering me, after Graces massage, my symptoms have eased a lot, and I will continue to visit here

Saw that this was place opening up and thought I would try it. I suffer from a lot of joint issues and needed to find a new place for massages. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and clean this place is. It is also really calm and relaxing, something you dont always get from the chain massage places. The massage was just what I needed and the prices were reasonable. Overall it was a great experience and will now be my go to place!

Eva is a phenomenal massage therapist. She has extremely pleasant and effective. Making appointments is east and NO hard sell for monthly memberships. Great people helping us de stress and have a bit more well being.

The best reflexology spot in Katy. Recovering from a sciatic issue, this spot helped with the deep tissue. A French country shabby sheek interior design and its clean, stylish and bright. They use awesome salts for the foot bath and high quality cream. Next to Southern Divas clothing (if you know, you know). Across the street from sprouts. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Always an out-of-body experience here. I dont know where theyre training their staff members, but they each seem to have a very unique method of massage that is effective and properly targeted.
