I’ve been coming here for A few years. The body contouring sessions are amazing, and I have received amazing results from them. The new facility is amazing! Ask for Nina or Yelli to get you the best recommended treatments.

My fifth Hair laser removal treatment at Fit and Healthy Spa. The results turned out very reasonably well. The place is nice and clean. This is a second time I got taken care by Alayna! And make me realize that I can’t skip my review anymore. Alayna is very kind, nice and sweet. She’s very good at what she’s doing. She’s very caring and detailed during the laser session. I would have rated more stars if google had the option for me to! 10/10

Best Place in town. They are so Profesional. Infrastructure is so nice and clean. The owner, Nina, is so kind and knowledgeable on her business. Front desk girl very nice. All staff may you feel you deserve the best there. I highly recommend it! About prices they always have good promotions.

For YEARS I’ve been contemplating doing something about my hair on my legs and under arms. I’ve always struggled with shaving; since I was in 6th grade it was a huge deal for me. I’ve never felt comfortable in my skin in regards to making sure I had zero hair. On top of this I have super sensitive skin. I have heard nothing but good things about Fit & Healthy. I followed their Instagram and found the BEST special for full body sessions. Their new spa location is beautiful! I did have to update this review as my laser hair tech left the spa and therefore they bounced me back and forth with 3 other techs with the rest of my sessions. It was a bit painful for me and I’m not sure if there was something that could have been done differently as I still have hair growth in areas after doing 12 sessions. There has been a significant change in the way my hair grows it’s definitely cut down on me having to shave as often. My hair is now thinner not as visible. I would recommend it for others; maybe everyone has a different experience. They have new techs I had one on my last visit, she seemed to just want to get it done fast. Thank you Fit and Healthy for improving my hair growth after 12 sessions of laser hair removal.

I had my first appointment for laser hair removal. Carel made me feel very comfortable, she explained the process and was very delicate when performing the treatment. The facility is very clean, easy process, everyone is welcoming and willing to answer any questions.

I come here for the IPL hair removal, and I am blown away! It turned out to be much less painful than I expected, and the place is very clean! I am already seeing results after my first session.The customer service is incredible, and Nina is super friendly! Everyone there always make me feel welcome and comfortable, definitely recommend!

THE WORST PLACE EVER. I never write reviews but the owner and front desk staff is horrible. ALWAYS over charge my account by charging me twice and not charging me for the right service I get. The owner did my session one time and told me my next session would be a touch up and X amount of money. The next time I came in I got a touch up and they charged me for a full body. After communicating to the front desk several times & them promising to get back to me, they never did. Even after speaking to the owner “she doesn’t recall” telling me anything. Horrible customer service and I hope no one ever has the same experience.

I’m doing laser hair removal at fit & healthy and they charge $30 if you missed an appointment and did not let them know 24 hours in advance. I understand that that spot could have been for someone else but circumstances happen and I was not able to show, still they are charging me $30 or I miss one of the already PAID session I have. Once I’m done with my treatment I won’t be coming back or recommending this place anymore. Yelitza is amazing!

This is the best Health Spa!!! I lost over 30 Lbs just by changing my eating habits and also they would do non-invasive therapy. The staff is THE BEST!!! Recommended with my eyes closed! The pricing is good and they offer monthly membership.

I will never go to this spa again because of the terrible customer service that the owner, Nina, gave to my mother, my aunt and I. She was absolutely rude and kept asking me if I paid through Groupon. I told her I did not that I had paid the spa directly and all she cared about was the $$$ not treating us correctly. However, I must say that Rey and Yelitza are amazing estheticians and we do value their expertise and wonderful treatment. Sadly, we will NOT be returning to the spa and they lost three great clients, because Nina and the front desk were so rude to all of us. They changed our appointment last minute and still when we arrived treated us with disrespect and since they were talking in the lobby during our entire treatment, well we could not really relax as there is no door between the treatment room they put us in and the lobby and they were laughing and screaming loudly .As a business owner myself, it is a pity to see an owner of a business not lead by example and dignity.Nunca más volveré a este spa debido al terrible servicio al cliente que el propietario, Nina, brindó a mi madre, a mi tía y a mí. Ella fue absolutamente grosera y siguió preguntándome si pagaba a través de Groupon. Lamentablemente, NO volveremos al spa y perdieron tres grandes clientes, porque Nina y la recepción fueron muy groseras con nosotras. Cambiaron nuestra cita en el último minuto y aún cuando llegamos nos trataron con falta de respeto y dado que estaban hablando en el lobby durante todo nuestro tratamiento, bueno, realmente no podíamos relajarnos ya que no hay puerta entre la sala de tratamiento en la que nos pusieron y el lobby y ellas gritaban y se reian sin parar. Como propietario de un negocio yo misma, es una pena ver al dueño de un negocio que no lidere poniendo el ejemplo y con dignidad.

This spa has great service and relaxing atmosphere, they use good products and have wide range of services in their beauty menu.Reinaldo is very professional and does best facial treatments! I highly recommend him! I had microdermabrasion package here, and Reinaldo did an exceptional job; my skinn is glowing. Thank you !

I have been going to this place since 2018 and I don’t regrade it. They help me a lot on the process of loosing 40 pounds. The team is friendly and nice they will guide you through your path.Highly recommended

Unexpectedly Beautiful Premises,The place is organized, clean, professional, I feel the staff really cares.My friend flew from Colombia to visit this spa which is strange because usually people visit Colombia for these types of treatments... She said it was about quality so I visited.This is kind of a secret place for wealthy who want quality!

Microdermabrasion - I was a bit skeptical at fist as I’ve had painful experiences in the past but decided to give it a try as my hypothyroidism is making my skin super dry lately. Velitza was great. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable on the products she was applying on my face. I am leaving this place feeling rejuvenated. My skin is super hydrated and have already make a follow up appointment. Thank you!!!

The Miracle Makeover plan works 100%, I lost 18 pounds in 10 weeks with the meal plan. Lipo shot injections are great because they really eliminate the anxiety of eating outside of schedule. I highly recommend them and I will continue using lipo-shots to maintain my weight.
