My husband and I had a couple’s massage. We had Kelly and John. It is literally one of the best massages I’ve ever had. 2 days later, I still feel great. We both had Swedish, deep tissue massage. The pressure was perfect. It really got into the tension points while still being relaxing. We will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a facial and massage from Emily. She is very kind and warm. I appreciate her attention to detail; she takes her time to ensure everything is done correctly. The customized facial addressed my specific concerns, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. As for the massage, it was pure bliss! the gentle strokes and soothing pressure melted away tension and I left feeling completely relaxed. Thank you Emily! :)

While this recovery place does offer some comfort and assistance, there are areas that could be improved. The meals, though tasty, are not exceptional and may not cater to all dietary needs. While the staff is generally helpful and responsive, there have been occasional lapses in communication. Overall, while it may suffice for a brief stay, there are likely better options available for surgical recovery, especially considering the cost.

I booked a couples massage here. I chose a Swedish massage. It was not Swedish; it was bizarre. The masseuse mostly used her forearms and fists to massage me. Because she didnt use her fingers, it didnt feel like she released muscle tension. I dont think she was a licensed massage therapist, but instead someone self-trained to give massages. She did use her fingers to massage inside my ears, which was strange and a bit uncomfortable. She used one hand and put her fingers in each crevice of my ear for a minute, then repeated with the other ear.I was looking forward to the foot massage, but instead of kneading my feet with her thumbs and fingers, she put a scrub on my feet with the palms of her hands. I had not signed up for a foot scrub. Then, she left the room without saying anything and returned a couple of minutes later. I had a towel over my eyes. So it was a little shocking when she returned and spread apart my legs and then dipped each leg in a bucket of water. I guess that is what she left the room to get. It was jarring because I was not expecting that. It was very strange and not like a Swedish massage I have had. I took off the towel that she kept covering my eyes with so that I could look over at my husband. He was not having the same experience. My husband had a male masseuse who used his hands and fingers to knead his muscles and feet. There was no bucket of water. Basically, he had a normal massage.The massage was supposed to be relaxing, but ended up being a little stressful because I had no idea what my masseuse would do next. I thought maybe this place was associated with Wellness Center Katy, where I have had a Swedish massage with a licensed massage therapist, but it is not. It is a different company.

I came here for my facial with Emily and I love it! The treatment was so relaxing and she massaged my face while applying each step. My skin is so glowy even days after the facial! I also got products she recommended that way my skin can keep improving with each visit!

Kelly! Kelly! Kelly! Don’t walk but run!! I told her what my concerns were and she executed! She gave me pointers on what I should do to release the stress on my body etc. My body feels amazing. Very relaxing and therapeutic for my tensed muscles. She was a sweetheart. Thank you Kelly, you already know I’m coming back!!

First of all. Its really an awesome messages experience. I love messages but its hard to find a skilled massagist around Houston. I am so lucky to meet the awesome massagist Mr. Golden here. I felt I am totally refreshed after the massages here. Whats more, they have the most special essential oil, which is different from the machining oil. They are all pure and organic from Bulgaria . The owner Ms Momo is a genius aromatherapist. She made the special essential oil made me feel so deep relaxed and sleepy, even my one year old baby slept right after smelling it. That was so magic! I loved the hot stone on the back experience. Which helped the oil absorbed so fast. PS the essentials oil has 80 times efficiency than the Chinese Herbal supplement. Thats really amazing! I will definely come back！

I visited from California and stayed at the Katy Asia City Hotel.Because of the traveling stress, I hopped on Yelp and found the Wellness Spa not too far from where I was staying.When I called to make an appointment, Gordon was very kind and patient introducing this place to me. Within an hour, I was able to embark on an essential oil spa journey!My husband and I went through the 90 minute full body massage service. My body was relaxed and incredibly relieved of soreness!I will definitely return before I leave Texas!

I saw a recommendation for this place, I set an appointment online and showed up today (Sunday) first thing in the morning. I saw Emily if I am not mistaken, she did a great job! She found every stress knot and I am feeling so much better! I will be returning.

A day saver!! I just showed up with a 30-minute window and the staff accommodated me immediately! I asked for an upper back deep-tissue massage and got other parts of my back taken care of! I highly recommend this spa!

Beware: of price gauging! I got a medical massage. They told me it was going to be 88 dollars, just like it says on the menu. They charged me over 140 dollars!

This is by far the best spa in Houston! The facility was clean and the staff was very welcoming! My husband and I had a couples massage here today and it was the best we have ever had! John was my massage therapist and I highly recommend him!

Massage was okay. Visited several times and EVERY time they tried to up-sell on services. Last time, went in for foot massage, which is on their menu of services online, but they said they stopped doing them and offered a service much more expensive. Just didnt sit well, considering the experience the other times.

Today I had my first massage at the wellness spot in Katie, and it was absolutely phenomenal, you cannot be at the price, but I feel like my masseuse got out knots in my back that have been there for years. He was so kind and professional, and I will absolutely be going back to this spa in the future

Having explored numerous massage places in the past, I can confidently say that Kellys expertise surpasses them all. Her intuitive touch unfailingly targets the knots and tension, creating an consistently incredible experience. My husband had a lot of back strain from working at his desk and he absolutely loved the detail that was given during his massage. We never experienced that level of care and personalization during a massage before, so it was great! They took all of our highlighted problem areas into account and went above and beyond. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and thankful!

I had never had a “skin care routine” before. After a much needed divorce I decided to take care of me. I researched and researched in the Katy area and found an amazing group here. Dr Robert walked me through the steps for lip injections and asked me a plethora of questions to make sure I was a good candidate (which I loved). Not only is everyone courteous and professional, but this is now my skin care and injection center. Everyone here knows their craft. And they aren’t expensive. They are exactly what you need to budget into your health savings. Don’t waste your time at busy nail salons that offer facials. Go see the staff here and get exact skin care.

Booked a last minute appointment and had Emily. Hands down the absolute best message I have ever had! And next time I’m in Katy I will be booking here again!

I came here to get a massage. Their massage is different They do real deep tissue that addressed the pain I was having on my back. I felt so much better after I left. I came back later for a facial from Emily, my face felt deeply cleansed and the skin under my beard isn’t dry anymore. Very good, will be back again.

I live in the Katy / cinco ranch area and I have tried so many Spa centers specifically for massages to relax me. I hadn’t found anything good until I came across this hidden gem (Wellness Spa), I am so glad I did because this will be my new favorite Spa place. The owner was super sweet, the massage therapist was amazing didn’t rush through the process , it was so clean and I was able to fully relax. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plus another positive thing is that you will find plenty of restaurants worth trying, 😊

This business is amazing and worth every mile of driving if you live far like us. We decided to give it a try while we were in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the establishment is clean, calming and relaxing. The services we got, full body massage, facial and foot massage, were the best! Emily, the aesthetician, and both massage therapists did a very good job with our facials and massages. If you live in the area, take advantage of their services. We will definitely go back!!

This was my first time coming here from an ad I saw on Instagram. The place is nice but my experience wasnt as great as I wouldve liked. I was greeted by my name when I walked in, which was great. It kinda went down after that. The space to put your face I found to be small. Between the cushion and the sheet on that was there, laying there made it kinda hot and slightly hard to breathe. When the masseuse came in, she was kinda telling me about the beauty services they offered, which I understand promoting other services. Im on the plus size, and it bothered me when I was told of the weight loss program in the middle of the massage. The massage itself was ok. My targeted area was barely touched. I wasnt told of hot items being used before just using them, so it was a surprise for me when I felt hot items on my back. Overall, the experience kinda did the job.

I had the most amazing experience at this massage place! They have a wide variety of massages to choose from, catering to every need. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel like a retreat. I highly recommend this spot.

I have been to Wellness Spa a couple times and they have transformed and upgraded a lot in such a short time frame (I came in May)! It went from a typical massage spa feel to a modernized all-in-one spa! They offer massages, facials, botox, and weight loss here! So far, Ive been here for massages and facials.For massages, I have always struggled finding a masseuse that would address my target areas without tickling me. Grace is the person I booked with! I started with the Swedish | Deep Tissue and now I get the Wellness 60 massage! She applied enough pressure to where I wouldnt be in pain or feel stiff right after the service. Honestly... I thought light pressure was the way to go, but Grace told me that deep tissue is better for my health in the long run and it wouldnt make me feel ticklish during the service! I feel physically healthy after getting a massage here. Just dont forget to drink a lot of water after the service IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!For my facial, Emily took care of me! I started off with the Personalized Treatment + Hydrojelly. In this treatment, she customized everything to treat the skin concerns you have at the moment. You also need the Hydrojelly mask, its so cooling and perfect for the summer! Her facial massages are AMAZING and my skin felt really good after everything! I am really concerned about aging so I got the Skinbetter Professional Peel one month later. This chemical peel made me GLOW and my husband told me that I look younger too! To do the more advanced treatment, Emily makes sure that your skin is ready and healthy! Her skincare products that she has is amazing too! She follows up with me the next day after I receive the treatment too!Here is a skin secret for you:1. Get the Hydrinity Mist! You can use it for everything!2. Get Skinbetter Even Tone! It really faded my dark spot and made my skin look so glowy!Just get everything Emily recommends.. she knows skinI have too much to say about everything. You really need to come here!

I really wanted to like this place but my first experience was so off. I arrived and no one was at the front desk. Shortly after, a guy came to greet me but he knew zero English so communicating was very difficult. We were speaking into his phone to translate our conversation which was kind of helpful but not really. He brought me into a room and shut the door. I had no idea what was happening so I just sat there. He comes back and motions to me to undress but I only booked a foot and shoulder massage so that was confusing. When the massage finally started I was very uncomfortable on the table. The face portion where it has a hole was literally the most painful thing ever. I felt like I was choking the whole time so I couldn’t relax at all. The massage was also pretty annoyingly painful too since he was massaging my bones not muscles. All to say that I won’t return. It’s cheap but also not worth it.

Me and my wife went here while on vacation and right from the start the guy at the front desk seemed a bit rude. The rest of the staff was kind and had good customer service but the quality of the massage was disappointing with elbows being pushed into our spines repeatedly. After the massage concluded we went to pay the $300 bill for the massages and after leaving a $20 tip, the guy at the front was rude again and was openly complaining that my tip was not big enough. Will definitely not be coming here again.

Edit:Decided to go back and give another try after the business responded to my original 4 star review. Made appointment online, there was no option to make specific request for therapists. When I got there, I asked for the specific therapists names mentioned. The lady at the front (who was my therapist) couldn’t understand my request nor would hear out where I want focus work on. Didn’t even do an intake form.75 minute Massage started 12:15, the therapist left over 4 times to attend to the front desk and left the door open. There were other people coming in and out of the room I was being worked on. The draping was absolutely horrible I was exposed several times (who knows who saw what) and severely uncomfortable. The massage itself was so bad, she would leave come back and work in the same spots she had just did, skipping a leg, over all just completely unfocused on the session and did a good part of the work over the sheets (which was very unpleasant) I contemplated getting up from my massage to leave several times.The massage ended at 1:17. Barley an hour not even accounting for all the time she left the room to attend to others. I refused to pay the price for the 75 min. She began trying to bargain with me. Got annoyed and paid $10 over the 60 minute price and left.Was going to make it a habit of coming every few weeks because it is near my school but I will not be back after this experience.Original:Massage was a good price for the technique/pressure. Therapist had a lighter hand which was not my preference but I didn’t mind.Did focus on glute alongside the lowback which I appreciated- a lot of therapist completely overlook the glutes so thank you!Lost a star because I did ask for focus on my hands and forearms and did not get but 2 min ea.Overall not too bad may be back if I’m in the area wanting a massage
