Therapeutic Thai Massage of Katy

I had the pleasure of going to Therapeutic Thai Massage today and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I got a 120 minutes Thai Combination Massage and it was amazing. The masseuse worked all of my tension areas and consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I was offered tea and slippers on arrival. The room was nice and relaxing. I will be back!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic. It was the best massage I’ve had by far in a very long time. My husband and I came to do a couples massage and they are complete professionals at their jobs.We told them exactly what we wanted done and they met all of our expectations. The deep tissue technique was the best! We will be back.

I had the best experience here. The lobby was decorated so nice & the front desk staff were so personable & helpful. There was even complimentary snacks and drinks for Valentine’s Day. My massage was heaven! Sophia (my masseuse), was so sweet and did a phenomenal job. Can’t wait to be back!

I went here for the first time and I was so amazed at the service and the Thai style massage. I loved the stretching mixed in with the massage. She also used hot bean bag type of thing to relax my muscles. The bed/table was huge so she can kneel and use her body weight to apply pressure. I also received a welcome drink in the beginning and a hot tea afterwards. I also appreciate the change of slippers to start off the relaxation from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back!

First time I went I loved it, so I was excited to go get a massage with them again but sadly second time around wasn’t what I expected! I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment to enjoy a tea that they usually give before massage but instead I was rushed to the massage room, no tea was offered. Although, I was a bit upset about it I didn’t make a big deal about it since I was still looking forward to my massage. Once my masseuse started with my massage I felt like it wasn’t medium pressure (that’s what I wanted) in my opinion it was light, but again decided to keep quiet and not complain. I did tell them in the beginning to please focus on shoulders, neck and head (migraines) but I feel like most of my massage was on my whole body and my head was massaged for maybe 4 minutes from the 90 minute massage that I paid. Then when I was in the middle of my massage and trying to make the best of it and relax, I heard someone either vacuuming or using a blender which made it even worse. Also, once I got home and was changing my clothes I noticed that my stomach and chest had red marks everywhere from the hot towel that was used, I hope the marks ago away without causing blisters or peeling. I’m a bit disappointed because I really loved them the first time.UPDATE 6/29/24So I decided to give them another chance (because I loved them the first time) and I’m so happy I did! My masseuse lady was amazing and she went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience this time around. Brianna the receptionist was very sweet, caring, and helpful. Looking forward to my next massage appointment!! Thank you so much for your amazing service, I enjoyed every minute of it!!

Im so elated to have found such a gem! I scheduled an appointment for a Thai combination massage. The aromas in the lobby are therapeutic and calming. The receptionists speak very softly and paint the ambiance of peacefulness prior to your session. My masseuse was from the Sugarland location. She was nothing short of amazing. She walked on my back and provided great healing and relaxation. Highly recommend booking an appointment here!

Love this place. Twice now I’ve called last minute and they were able to get me I. Same day. Great massage, I had the combination 60 minute massage. My back had been sore so the therapist did not stand on my back but I still had a great massage. The tea at the end is a great touch. Good price too.I will definitely be back.

I love this place and come back often. Melissa is amazing at working in knots and stretching you. I e had multiple therapist and everytime is amazing as the last. The price is extremely affordable. The spa is clean and relaxing and the tea at the end is my favorite!

This is a bit of a splurge place for us but we did enjoy the experience. I picked it for our anniversary date based on the great reviews, and as promised, atmosphere pleasant and the massage enjoyable. I loved my massage from Ice, she was exceptional, but my husband said his was “okay”. Unfortunately it costs a little too much to be just okay, so it won’t make the regular rotation for us with our current budget. I’d definitely go back to see Ice a few times a year to work out the kinks though.

I wanted to start by saying I absolutely love this place. It has easily become one of my favorite massage places here in Houston.I typically go to Jay for a massage. She does BEYOND amazing and is very attentive to your wants and needs. Ive never had a bad experience with her once, and she always takes such good care of me. She never rushes my massage, even if Im coming in at the end of the day. If you have been wanting to try this place, please do yourself a favor and ask for Jay.With that being said, I came in for a massage today with my mom. I got Amanda, and my mom got Minnie! I usually leave very satisfied, and I feel like all my knots are gone, but to be honest, I felt like Amanda just rubbed oil on me. There was absolutely no structure throughout the entire massage. She was rough-handed when moving my arms and feet around, and also, when she was wiping the oil off my body, it was just a quick wipe. The whole massage was rushed, and I left very unsatisfied. The massage she did to one side was totally different and didnt match when she did the other side. I know they have a policy there that if youre not satisfied within the first 15 min you can get up and get a new masseuse but honestly since I was laying down and there was no clock visible around me I didnt know if it was past 15 min yet.Even though I had a bad experience today I still dont think this place deserves anything less than a 4 star. The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. This place is still an amazing place to be and I will still go back and only ask for Jay next time..

This place is a great place for a massage. Kim does wonders for very stiff and tight muscles. Cant say enough of how well the massage was....Also Emi is the best receptionist. Makes you feel at home and takes care of any questions you may have.

I love coming here. Every massage I’ve had has been excellent, the prices are the best I’ve found, the facilities are clean and relaxing, and all employees are polite. They serve delicious hot tea after, too. I came in with a headache and pain, and I feel much better now. ❤️

I went here based on my sisters recommendation and enjoyed it very much! I saw Amanda and did the Thai Combination Massage. Amanda was wonderful and would check in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was okay and that I didn’t need anything. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good massage.

I love this place! I have been going for at least 2 years now. During pregnancy they did my prenatals massages. And after pregnancy I came at least twice a month and every time is a good experience. If you want a good Thai massage this is your place

Good place to treat yourself a massage. They have many massage styles you can choose. Thai combo is pretty good if you can handle the pressure. They walk on your back if you prefer.Highly recommended!

I personally loved it. Took me as a walk in, and got me in within 15 minutes. All the staff were extremely friendly with smiles and good energy. Once changed, my massage therapist came in and did her thing. Molly provided the perfect amount of pressure, and checked in with me periodically to ensure comfort. The back walk, stretches, hot stones, use of hands/elbow/forearm, and all techniques were spot on! I got the Thai combination and it will be my forever go to. Even received some complimentary tea at the beginning and end of service. Absolutely no problem tipping my new buddy Molly lol. Great experience. Clean and welcoming environment. I’ll be back!

Amazing experience at therapeutic Thai massage. I like deep tissue pressure and the two times I went there, the masseuses Kim and Jay were on point, with their smart fingers detecting and remedying my nods. The decor is beautiful, tea offered was delicious, making this place a gem for a relaxing escape to a stressful life! Totally recommend it!

Kim is awesome. Always very professional and polite. Her messaging skills are extraordinary and she takes her time if you tell her to concentrate on an area. I was just there last Sunday and my body felt like jello when I left. I try to go there at least once a month. They offer you tea when your massage I complete. They dont like if you miss your appointments, which is understandable. I referred to several of my friends and they all love the place.

I was on vacation and found Therapeutic Massage of Katy. It was my first Thai massage. I was a bit nervous, but I’m so glad I chose this place. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I was in rough shape, so I had some pain the next day, but after that I felt amazing. I will be back.

Went for my first time and had a great experience. Once walking in, you are greeted by serene sounds and a calming scent throughout the venue. Was offered tea while waiting and slippers prior to proceeding to my room. The therapist did a great job working the areas I wanted to focus on (neck, shoulders, and back). I booked 60 mins and regretted not taking advantage of a full 90 min session. Will definitely come again.

My staple place in Houston for a Massage. I prefer a specific individual- who is already on high demand (so not mentioning her name 😂😅)But nice place with different massage option.I just wish this place had facials too - it would be complete Pampering day in one place.4 coz the front office some of the people - may be don’t work here anymore haven’t been the best to deal with

Can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve had the deep tissue massage a couple times and Jay did a stellar job! I’ve also done the full body scrub and it was wonderful as well. Everything is clean, the staff is so lovely and kind, and you feel relaxed the moment you step in the door. I’ll be a customer as long as I live in the Houston area :)

The massage therapists there are wonderful. The place is great and always clean. I’m removing 2 stars because of the Asian receptionist girl who works at the front. She is extremely rude and does not have any social skills when speaking to customers. She has black hair dark eyes and is pretty tall. She has no respect for customers and constantly talks to them like they are angering her to be there. Please fire this girl because she is clearly miserable being there. There is more than one Asian girl so this one is the extremely tall and big one. I hate dealing with her. However everything else is absolutely wonderful .

Highly recommend this place. The massage was perfect. I received the Thai combination from Maya and loved every second of it. Literally didn’t want the massage to end. The ambiance is exceptional as well. Will be returning again soon.

Best place for a massage in Katy! I have been there many times, and my experience is practically perfect every time. They are so nice and kind when I call to book and they get me in on time when I am there. The therapists have me coming out feeling brand new. The yummy tea served at the end is just a great way to wrap up the experience. You can tell the staff really cares with their thoroughness, and everyone is just so professional. Highly recommended!

The staff is friendly and facility is super clean. I go get a Thai massage about once every month or two. I love it when they are able to crack my back too. When I go, I usually get the same lady every time because she is the best! They mentioned there will be a price increase starting July but it’s worth it!!! I feel super relaxed. It’s like a mix of yoga and massage all in one.

Great place. Upon arrival the fragrance was very therapeutic and would clear your nose if it was stuffy. Very clean and the staff is very courteous. Masseuse was very firm with her hands. Also enjoyed having a first time experience of having someone walk on my body as part of the massage. Tea was great also. Would definitely recommend and will return.

My goodness! This has to be my new favorite massage joint now. I completed the 90 minute Thai combination with Sasi and she was amazing!I thoroughly enjoyed her walking on my back and applying just enough pressure to the areas that were bothering me. I further loved the technique of Thai stretches incorporated into my massage that allowed me to apply counter pressure against my own body to pop and unlock all my stiff joints. Plus, the aromatic oil that she used during the massage was so relaxing and pleasant. It was the perfect blend of complete zen and relaxation that I so needed.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Maya was fantastic. I initially started with a 60 minute massage but the therapist suggested I do 90 minutes if I had the time. I’m so glad I did. It was much needed.

I got thai traditional and she got the combination with hit stone, deep tissue and thai. Friendly customer service to greet us. Cold chrysanthemum tea before while filling out paperwork. Great massages for 65$ each plus tip. Hot beal tea after. I recommend

I had pain in my neck and shoulder. The receptionist recommend I do therapeutic custom massage, which is designed to focus on my painful areas. She also recommendedincluding the aroma oil that helped me relax and helped my muscles feel relieved. I chose strong pressure and walking. I felt very good after the session. I highly recommend this place.

I had a phenomenal experience! i came in hoping to get some relief for my horrible neck and head pain. it was keeping me up at night! the nicest receptionist recommended the custom massage for me, said it was going to be tailored to my needs. let me just say, my pain is all gone and i feel like a new person. the therapist targeted my problem areas with incredible technique! next time since it was so great, i will even try out a full body massage so they can heal my whole body.

Came in here for a full body massage. I explained that I will be need to concentrate on my neck and head for most of the session. I explained that to the front receptionist and the masseuse. 15 minutes into the session, the masseuse was working on my back, so I explained to her again. I dozed off, woke up, over half the session and still havent touched my head. Now, I came in with an extreme headache and literally that would be my head is the main area. I had the remaining 10 minutes left of the session was on my head. I was seriously didnt want to pay for the session. The manager explained if thats what I want I should have asked for a custom massage? Like, are you serious? If your customer repeatedly asking to concentrate on a certain area and still not getting it, and redirect the fault at your customer????? Definitely not recommend this place.

I went back for a second time with my sister in law visiting from the northeast. It was a fabulous experience the first time but it was even more so the second!!! My S-I-L agreed with me that it was the BEST massage we e ever had and weve been to many fancy places over years. I cannot recommend this place high enough!

I have hated massages for years due to painful experiences in the past and was dreading the anniversary gift of a couples massage. However, Therapeutic Thai Massage has forced me to rate them 5 stars because I had a sublime experience.The peaceful waiting lobby with soothing cold beverage, seamless check-in, clean rooms, awesome massage, calming music, and the hot tea afterwards was truly a great experience. I had the Thai combination massage and my masseuse used just the right amount of pressure and focused on my trouble areas. I was somewhat worried about stepping on my back but she was very careful to check my comfort. It was a struggle trying to stay awake because the massage was that relaxing. I will definitely be back again and wish this was my very first massage experience because I am singing a new tune.

Been going here on and off for 8 years now. Absolutely by far the best massages Ive ever had. Ive had many different massages all over the world and this is my favorite spot. I recently moved from katy to the woodlands and tried 3 different thai places and nothing compared to thai therapeutic in Katy. So now, i drive from woodlands. And its sooo worth it. I see Kim, shes amazing with her hands and feet and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Like others, I read the great reviews and decided to give this place a try. I loved it so much, I bought a pack of ten right after my first massage. I have tried numerous masseuses and different massages here. They have all been fantastic. Iris is my favorite, but you cant go wrong with Kat or Yo Yo either. This place is so clean and everyone is always warm and friendly. They really are a first class business. I highly recommend.

ON OCTOBER 28th 2022,The worst customer service that I have had since living here. This was my second time here. The massages are great but the whole experience after the second massage was horrible.Situation: I paid the service in their website before the appointment, I had the massage, I showed the owner my bank account statement with the charged and even with probing her their payments in 2 ways she still threatened me to call the police because her website didnt show the payment. I even showed the mind-body confirmation payment. The business has an issue with their website confirmation payments please fix it but dont treat your customers like that.Im for sure not coming back or recommend this place to my family or friends.

Why didn’t I come here sooner. Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever enjoyed. Helen is an expert. In the first 15 minutes she walked on my back - ooooh …. felt challenging but delightful at the same time.

This is for front desk reps unprofessional and unethical advice. Massage was good but experience with front desk reps and service from them were terrible. I was late today 8 mins due to crash on traffic and they asked me to call or cut time of massage. Advised me to call while driving especially during crash is illegal and unethical despite me telling them multiple times if I knew before, I would call. If I was stuck in traffic during crash, I would need to focus on driving rather than google their phone number to call them. To me 7 mins late is not such a big deal. I waited for them in the past too. They should not schedule back to back, always need time in between appointment and please don’t give unethical and illegal advice to customer to call and drive during crash. I won’t refer them to my friends and my family. This is for front desk girl at 5:08pm on 02/21 today. At the end she told me you’re done with me after I paid. It’s very rude to talk to customer like that especially you’re in service business

Clean, professional and excellent service.Gina and Jay are my go to therapists.Me and my wife did couples massage twice till now and she is a fan of this place now.Tip: make sure to call and book in advance as they are pretty much booked most of the times.

I love this place. Always professional and very nice on the inside. Ive been coming here for awhile now for regular massages. They NEVER disappoint. I usually book Gina and she has great technique and her transitions are smooth as silk. I have tried several other MTs and they are all pretty good and well trained. Definitely worth a try if you have not been here.

My to go place for massages in Katy. This is the only place that truly does deep tissue massage and my main reason to go there. Most other places dont do well with strong pressure massages. This one is a gem. You can also opt in or out for therapist walking on your back. Always had a good experience there. Timely. No long wait. Clean. Calm environment. Better to do by appointment, which are often available on short notice.

This place never disappoints. I leave feeling relaxed and peaceful each time. Definitely a must try. I have only had the Thai combo massages which helps with all the muscle aches and tightness I tend to get. I was getting sports massages at a different place but have switched them out for thai massages and ask that they focus on my lower back or whatever area I feel needs the most attention.

I have been going here for years. The absolute best message not just in Katy, but Id argue in all of Texas. I have had a lot of massages and this place is amazing. There isnt one massage therapist I havent liked and there is something about the Thai massage technique that really makes for a better experience than the traditional Swedish massage. Made an appointment for my wife and I to get a couples massage. The staff member was able to schedule us at my requested time. Upon entry, it was a very welcoming environment. The two staff members greeted us very pleasantly. We arrived early so that we could complete the necessary paperwork. We were each given a cup of cold tea that tasted magnificent. I would have to agree with other reviewers that commented on how good the tea was. You get a hot tea after your session is completed, which was also good, but I would have to say that the cold tea was my favorite. After completing the paperwork, we were given some slides to put on instead of our own shoes. We were taken back to our couples room for our session. Since I never had a Thai massage, I selected the Thai Combination Massage which was explained to me to be a combination of the Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage. My wife decided to do it as well. With the couples massage, each person can select the massage of their choice. The staff members that performed our massages were Amanda for my wife and Jennie for myself. The overall massage given by each lady was fairly decent. They would check on us to make sure we were doing ok throughout the session. The Thai massage was not really for us, especially for me since I got hard pressure while my wife got medium pressure. You can always let the staff member know if anything is uncomfortable or too much pressure. I endured the entire session at the same intensity. I do know that the extra pressure can help to relieve some of those trouble spots. At the completion, the ladies stepped out to allow us to get dressed. We made our way to the front and this is when we enjoyed our hot tea and checked out. We purchased a bag of the tea used for the hot tea. The cold tea is available in stores, but I forgot the name of it. Will definitely have to call them to get the name.

Tucked away and hidden! I love this place. I have been coming here for years. Today I tried their herbal body scrub with their new steam shower, uhhhh it’s so good! I love a good full body exfoliation. The steam shower was so refreshing and cleansing. Coming home all clean and polished is nice. My husband loves this place too. He gets the Thai combo. I personally get the Swedish with medium to strong pressure.

Awesome place. The room is so nice, the whole places smells amazing and very relaxing. You get one cold tea then one hot tea. Best tea I have ever had. Staff is VERY nice. They make you feel very comfortable. This is not your typical massage. You actually get basically your whole body stretched. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. I will be coming again!! Oh also they incorporated hot stones which feel AMAZING! I will be trying to herb ball massage next time too

This morning, as we are still in the middle of the pandemic COVID-19, I was feeling very stressed and I decided to treat myself with a 2hour Thaï massage. From the moment I stepped into the parlor I felt safe, everyone was wearing masks. It was spotless clean and the decor stylish. The staff was top! My massage therapist was very skillful and knowledgeable and worked hard to release my back tensions and knots! She. I felt like a new person after this wonderful treat! This is why I want to share this new found place!

I found this place online and read other reviews which seemed mostly positive so I decided to check it out. Ive got too say the reviews were right, this place is fantastic. Yada was the masseuse they assigned and she was great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a therapeutic type massage to either just relax or to work on muscle pain, which is why I went (lower back problems). The only problem is it is fairly expensive at $100 for 90 minutes but good quality for the money. They are definitely trained quite well.

I’ve been coming here for years and I love getting massages here. Yoyo is my favorite. I usually get my massages from her. She has incredibly strong hands and she will crack your back better than any chiropractor. I always feel lightheaded with relief after a healing back massage from her. She’s been gone for a few months to Thailand so I gave Jennie a try and she also gave a wonderful massage! I like that you can easily book your massage online.The bael tea at the end is delicious. I don’t usually like fruit tea, but it’s fantastic. When I saw that I could buy some to make at home, I was excited because I had been looking everywhere for it.

Every time I have visited, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The traditional Thai massage is wonderful as it incorporates a lot of stretching and firm pressure on the muscles to completely relax them. If you are not sure who to ask for, Waree is great.

My body starts to relax the second I walk in and smell the aromatherapy oils and see the authentic Thai decor. The massage therapists are all phenomenal! My favorite massage is the Thai combination, which is the perfect marriage of Swedish and Thai massage styles. Their attention to detail is superb. They use hot stones, warmed lavender scented neck and eye sacks, warm towels, etc. Following the massage they offer you a cup of hot bael fruit tea, which is soo tasty. I also like that they have late hours and are open every day. Cant wait to go back again!

Every time you go new person for massage . My daughter gave me gift card for 2 hrs massage paid $ 130/ for it . That is $ 65.00 per hr. She got this before May 1st. From May 1 st they raised their price so now it is $ 70/ per hr.Lady in front kept on arguing on it for hr saying you have to pay more $ 10.00 for 2 hrs massage and you have to use 2 hrs at time. She called owner and kept me waiting for hr before she took me in after I said ok I will pay difference of $ 10/. My only concern was if they sold card for $ 130/ before their prices went up they should honor that. Owner kept on saying sorry but still dint honor price they sold gift card for. I was very upset about it. They don’t know costomer service. And every year they raise $ 5.00 more in their massage . Lady who did my massage her name is yo-yo . She was not good at all she only did my backside. Very bad experience.

Entering we encountered a rude lady who I’m assuming is new. She was frustrated that she repeated herself because I couldn’t understand her very well due to her accent. This would be our 5 time here and have always been helped with very sweet people like Vinny. My masseuse Iris did amazing! Exiting the massage we were greeted by Vinny, I’m glad to know that he is still here as if we would have to deal with someone who seems irritated as soon as you enter would really ruin our overall dicision to continue to come here. Hopefully her actions will be corrected.

My girl and I were greeted at the front by a lady with a rude demeanor. The rudeness continued as she escorted my girl back to the room. Upon entering the room, she noticed there were stains on the sheets, and she asked for them to be changed. The same lady told her that they were clean, and she refused to change them. We walked out immediately.

Definitely a unique experience with the Traditional Thai. I was a bit sore along my spine afterwards but that went away quickly and I feel like a lot of tension was released.

If you dont like people calling you to ask about your services then dont have a business that offers services. By the way the second time I called was to make an appointment after calling other places I thought this would be the best choice but nope.
