Jasmin Jasmin Jasmin!!! Booked an appointment @ Message Life Center a couple days ago due to some aches/pains and a severe migraine. The paralyzing type. Had an hour long deep tissue that was incredible. If you need heavy pressure and like elbow treatment she’s your girl. By the end of my visit the migraine hadn’t subsided but everything else was alleviated. But the next day, after waking up, the migraine was gone, and I’ve been on the incline with my health since. That’s exciting because I’ve been off of work for about a week now. The staff here is professional, efficient and hospitable. The waiting area is very calming and has a whole vibe. Jasmine definitely knows what she’s doing and enjoys her work. If you need a reference here it is.

Great place, called in one day and was scheduled promptly. Theyre very attentive from the moment you walk in the door. Very relaxing environment, and wonderful staff. The lady who performed the massage did wonders for some brutal tension I had in between shoulder blades and neck from just sleeping wrong. I walked out feeling like a new man.

Horrible!! You lied that you accept FSA/HSA and when I got there you still lied in my face, after done with my massage you charged me to my credit card. This is not a good way of doing business ethically.

Great pricing for members, although schedule availability isn’t always ideal. They are open later than most massage places, though, so that’s very helpful for those that work the business week schedule. I recommend therapist Aarron for deep tissue issues, and my husband likes Sunday. Aarron has helped me significantly with my neck and back since I started going to him 4 months ago.

Gina did wonders for my Swedish massage (60 min). She also did trigger points and holy cow it really helped. My felt the effects and benefits days after my massage with her. My mom and I loved the whisper room with complimentary wine. For the cost, it is well worth the value of this spa. Also they have cute items in the front of store. I will be back to sign up for their membership.

BEWARE!!!! Ive had a membership here for awhile and MULTIPLE times theyve cut my massage short. I let it slide a couple times but I went in yesterday and paid for an extra 30 min and the therapist cut my massage 15 min short. I tried to speak with the manager but she is extremely rude and unwilling to address the situation. I asked for a refund of the extra amount paid or additional time on my next massage.. She absolutely refused and told me that what I had been experiencing wasnt happening. Even though I had her pull the time my card was processed. AND after arguing with me about my experience she said even if my massages were cut short she STILL wouldnt refund me.The absolute ONLY reason I stayed with them was because there is one therapist there who is great and I hate to part ways with her. But management is horrible. When you have an issue.....and you certainly will..... just expect there is zero customer service. If you love being screwed out of your money and called a liar then this is the place for you!

I so loved this place WES was the best I mean knew what he was doing . The place is so calm and service so professional. I will be back I wish we had in Oklahoma City

I am a fellow massage therapist and I recommend you dont waste your money here.We came in on 6/3 for my boyfriends birthday. His massage therapist left the room for 5 minutes without communicating why. When she comes back, she proceeds to talk about how shes burnt out & essentially doesnt enjoy her job - her massage spoke for itself.So beware: you might possibly get booked with this massage therapist that clearly wants you knowing she doesnt enjoy her job, but knows shes going to get paid regardless.I called and spoke to the manager about what happened, she was understanding butsaid no refund can be issued. I can howevercome in again for another $59.95 intro rate.Pros:-The girls working the front desk were pleasant-The whisper room (the waiting room) is a nice little area

Love this place! If you arrive early enough prior to your service, you are welcomed with a glass of wine in champagne and a heated neck wrap. Massage therapist Aaron is a master in his craft! Was very attentive to my needs skilled at what he does. The entire staff I encountered were all very friendly and welcoming. Proud to be a member here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Please beware!I got membership with Massage Life which I’ve had for over a year.I advised that I would need to cancel my services due to an ongoing medical problem & they are refusing.They advised they require 30 days & would need to do a last draft adding j could transfer it to someone or it could be a credit. I asked what sense that would make for me to look someone to give it to, giving away $65.00 when this is an emergency situation. My surgery will take 12 wks of recovery as will the 2nd one.This company IS NOT RECOMMENDED.Other -- Although their techs are amazing you may not get the tech again for weeks or more.- All flexibility seems to be geared towards protecting them & ensuring they can continue to draft out of your account.- As a member at $65 per month & limited to 1 visit per month any additional visits you still pay for & not at a very good price.I urge you to use caution when entering into an agreement with Massage Life.

I just had my first massage at this massage life center and I think it is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The facility is clean, the front desk is professional, kind and organized. My massage therapist Halli did an amazing job, I am looking forward to seeing her again next month. I would recommend giving this place a try!

Went for a couples massage and it was fantastic. I was so relaxed I dozed off.

Weve been members since this location opened. Every part of our experience has been wonderful from the first moment. The facility is brand new and beautiful. Youre offered a glass of wine or tea while youre waiting, which is a nice touch.The massages have been some of the best Ive had, and Ive been to many spas and resorts over the years. Additionally, the membership pricing makes it super affordable to get a really great massage every single month. Id also recommend adding essential oils to increase your experience!Lastly, they have really great products that you can purchase there, some of which exclusively designed for men. Overall, I am very pleased with our membership and I enjoy coming here every month, not just for the service but also because the staff is so engaged and thoughtful.100% recommend getting a membership to get the best deal.

I had my first visit and it was amazing. Right from the start, the staff are super friendly and the design is beautiful. They take such good care of you- even filling out paperwork felt great with the warm, aromatherapy neck wrap and jasmine tea! My massage was wonderful- it was relaxing and worked out all my sore spots. I couldnt be happier with my experience and I cant wait to go back!

Depends on which therapist you get how good the massage is. I have been about 4 times and the last one was the only one that sucked. I do have a membership and for the price it has been good experience overall. I will continue to go back, but I am now taking note of which therapists avoid.

Nice upscale massage parlor. Very comfortable and professional.My masseuse was very kind, compassionate, and skilled.But her hands were ice cold the entire massage. They never warmed up, very strange. Perhaps use hand warmers? Maybe wash hands in hot water prior?

Went in for a full body massage with Liam. He listened to me about some problem areas I needed worked on but I still wanted the full body massage experience. He did exactly that! I would recommend this place and Liam!

This was my second time going and it still was a negative experience. Sorry this is long but I needed this detailed to have people double check this place before going. I called a month ahead, and scheduled what I wanted for my mom and I for Mothers day. I wanted a swedish masage for the both for 90 minutes as well as a couples room. We went Saturday the 7th. We first get there, they greet us and set us in the whisper room. We wait until they called us in, and we get escorted to a room. The room was a single massage room, I was confused and we both told the lady this wasnt what we wanted and she was rude and responded its not her fault and she has nothing to do with that. Didnt respond very appropriately to us so we went to the front and told the lady we wanted a couples room (for my mother and i) she then told us sorry there was miscommunication on the call we dont do couples rooms, only on these days. We said alright and decided to go on with the massage. I go in first but didnt realize my mother didnt get her massage person till maybe 10 minutes into the appt. And was released before I did. On top of that, she had a guy massage her but we wanted girls. I was not notified that on the call I set the appt. So now on top of having to pay 300 dollars for a horrible massage they were not willing to accommodate to our requests that we had previously arranged already discussed before the massage. AFTER the massage, they tried pressuring us into tipping both masseuses and staring me down at my purse watching to see what I would tip. Now I get home, shower off the mass lotion from my body and see I have skin peeling off of my feet. Would not recommend only if you want to feel like your just another costumer, be in pain most of the time and have your muscles pounded. Idk what massage your looking for but if you want to feel relaxed and comforted, dont go here.

I had my first session today with Anthony and absolutely loved it. His pressure was perfect, and he really paid attention to my problem areas. I signed up for the membership immediately. Can’t wait to try everyone else, but Anthony is incredible. Ronnie and Bethany were great to talk to at the front desk as well. Loved my experience from beginning to end.

The new massage life in Alliance is amazing, from the desk staff to the atmosphere to the massage,Relaxation at its finest!! I have had sports therapeutic massages and relaxing massages and have always left feeling rejuvenated and happy!! From the moment you walk in and led to the “whisper room” with a heated neck wrap, infused water or wine while waiting for your massage. It’s so calming and relaxing!! I highly recommend you give this new center a try. I know you will be as happy as I am that they are part of our community!!

Never did I think I’d sign up for a monthly massage, however, this place is amazing and very affordable! Chuck is the man! I’ve had many massages and this has by and far been my best. I’m putty in this man hands. The owner and staff are very attentive and the salon is absolutely adorable!The whisper room and a glass of wine are in my very near future! 🤗10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the massages Ive gotten here have been wonderful, the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and the space is so gorgeous and clean. The owners take special care to set a beautiful and relaxing ambiance, including the amazing spa smell, which is absolutely divine. I wish I could pump that smell all through my house, lol. My favorite massage is the 90-minute hot stone with Brandy! But the other types of massages Ive gotten from other therapists there have all been great, as well. It has become important to me to make self-care a priority in my life, and MLC Alliance/Keller has become a trusted partner and safe haven for me. I look forward to my monthly massages, because I know they care about my well-being as much as I do! Get your massages here--you wont be disappointed!

I have a monthly membership at massage life center.I was under the impression (bc I don’t check my checking account everyday), that as long as I made my appointment once a month I received my monthly massage. Apparently my membership is charged on the 28th of the month. I had a massage on 11/28 and then scheduled another massage on 12/19. Again, I believed this would count towards my once a month massage via my membership. That was not the case. They charged me the $55 membership fee again bc I didn’t schedule after the 28th of the month. When I called to make my appointment they never one said, “just a heads up you will have to pay for this massage since your new massage doesn’t load until after the 28th. I think this is a customer service courtesy, bc if they had of done that I would have NEVER scheduled it prior to that day. I get one massage a month....ONE A MONTH. What the manager should have done was not charge me and then draft my account on the 28th. And of course I would not have made another appointment until after the 28th of the following month. The manager WOULD NOT compromise, all bc of a technicality. This was terrible customer service. She just kept saying sorry, as if that was going to solve anything. I have been in some form of customer service for 23 years and this was not the way to handle this. I asked to speak to the owner but she wasn’t there. We will see if I actually get a call. And I’m giving them 2 stars solely bc the massage therapist are good. The front counter people, not so much.

It is unbelievable they are amazing, professional and really listen to what is bothering me. Everyone from stay to finish cares. Ive been to other massage centers and Im planning on sticking with this one and its membership until I move or the good lord takes me home. The only other reason would be financial and that would make me super sad. I highly recommend massage life center

Absolutely, hands down, best massages Ive had in my life.Dedra, my first time. So fun. Love her passion for massage and how strong she is. I am a big girl so I need a tough broad to work on my body, she doesnt play that foo foo stuff. She will heal you and give you what you need.. Can not wait to see her again.Derek was my second massage. Dedra ended up not being available so the sweet girl in the front offered me complimentary aroma therapy because I was so bummed.Thank you!Dereks hands are gifts from the heavens above. I melted on his table and fell in love. He does everything right. His deep soft voice is so relaxing. This is how I want to treat my body.. I did not want it to end. I will come more often now so I can see both of them.

Dont sign anything..I canceled back in January. The card they charged was an old card and I forgot to check it. Sure enough. They had been charging me the whole time. Then tells me I behind an must pay them more to access my 6 massages a had accrued as they charged me month after month. Not only that but the charged even when they were closed due to Covid. Even though I couse the service. It was very difficult to get a good massage therapist as its a revolving door!

Always clean, respectful, and communicative. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Their membership made it easy to schedule a moment to myself once a month to decompress. Highly recommend!

First time having a massage, and I highly recommend this facility! Brittany was wonderful and she communicated all my areas of concern and things to work on. The facility was very clean and all the staff was so polite! I will be back!

Scheduled a massage for mine and my wife’s 8 year anniversary which ended up getting cancelled less than 4 hours before. All they could do was offer a upgrade for a week later. Now my wife and I have a paid babysitter and no plans. We will never try this again with this company.

Stephanie is a horrible owner. Her staff did not explain how the credit system works. We spoke with her and she had no solution regarding our horrible experience. We had a membership here and have canceled due to her VERY POOR LEADERSHIP.

Was charged for one extra month upon canceling membership and was told that me or my family member can use it later within the time frame. Everything seem fine and was in communication since then and now that I tried to book it, I was told sorry you can not do it because policy changed.Not Recommended at all. very unethical.

My experience was great! And Chuck did a fabulous job ,BUT I was told about some oil that would help with my headaches and thought I would be getting a small bottle of the oil I paid $14.00 for. Nope, I got my half used bottle of lotion that the oil was in. Just listen to what they say and how they word things or you’ll get screwed out of $14.00. I know that’s not a lot , but to some it might be.

This place is serious about the health benefits of massage but more than that the atmosphere and customer service attitude makes it a place you want to return to. No matter the type of massage you need, MLC can steer you in the right direction. Great addition to the community.

This place is always been affordable and very reliable when it comes to appointments. While I haven’t been myself, I schedule appointments for my husband quite frequently and he likes going.

The owner or manager, not sure which, was snarky and rude. There are to many other massage places in the area to put up with her attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

This is a very nice place when good rates and great service. I come here regularly and always feel satisfied and look forward to my next visit. The staff is attentive and communicative and the management is really great to interact with. They really have a great environment!

Won’t be going back. My son bought my wife a Mother’s Day gift of a massage. When she went they told her the gift card bought for her wasn’t enough for a massage. It was a month ago when we bought it. So embarrassing they asked my wife for more money.
