Easys Smoke Shop

Would 100% recommend to anyone! My boyfriend and I are new to the area and were in need of a new smoke shop. We decided we wanted to shop for some new glass since it was my boyfriend’s birthday, found Easy’s after a little bit of research and decided to give them a try. We were greeted when we walked in and surprised by the amount of product displayed around the store! The guy who was working was super friendly and helped us find the perfect piece and all the accessories we could’ve wanted. This will definitely be my new regular spot for all my smoke shop needs!

Called and asked if they had a certain flavor/brand that has since been discontinued and he was so kind enough to try and find me a new brand that was close enough in flavor and was actually a new upgraded release of the Lost Mary! He recommended the Banana cake! And this has been the closest vape/flavor that I have been able to find that compares to the long list king pod banana cake RIP, but not no more, I’m obsessed and so grateful for the kind, welcoming and patient worker who helped me! Thanks again

They always have me covered with most, if not all of what I need for smokin. They need to figure out the THCA situation and if theyre going to continue carrying the concentrates. I get a different answer from every employee.

This place is cool and all but they trip out if you just whisper the word “WEED” or “BONG”… like what’s the difference between a water pipe and a bong? It’s 2024, chill out I’m not about to snitch.

As ALWAYS love going here... All locations have been AWESOME!! Huge selection, clean, well stocked store. And the GREATEST people with fast, helpful service!!

Cool place! First visit there and place was well stocked and staff friendly and helpful. My only negative attribute to it being the prices.

From the outside this little pink building seems super small. Parking can be a bit tight.We entered this establishment not sure what to expect. But we were blown away by the wonderful sales lady. She was upbeat and extremely knowledgeable. She answered everyone of our questions with ease. We picked out what we wanted and she chatted for a few minutes.If you are looking for CBD or vape products, I would certainly try this location out. We will be back

They have a great Kratom selection and a great variety of other smoke shop items and accessories. Liz was extremely helpful and knows where everything is. Had great music playing and a great environment as well. Thanks again!

I just came to say I loved the customer service I got from Liz! I said I needed a grinder and she said have you tried an ELECTRIC ONE?! I didn’t even know such an thing existed, and I’m so happy with my purchase. THANKS LIZ!

Drastically depends on who is working there. The owner and at least one other dude is wonderful and helpful. Would have been 5 stars from last 2 experiences. The chick working there today made it a 1 star experience. She didnt know about the product type (D8 or similar concentrates) we were looking for, but instead of trying to figure it out or just being neutral while we looked around copped an attitude and after trying to show me multiple other product types (vape pens and buds) thinking that was what we meant and I found two concentrates nearby got very annoyed with me wanting to look around for a sec and said there wouldnt be anything else in that category. I started to look anyways being annoyed right back at her, but decided to just get one of the two I found and get out of there. While checking out I found more right by checkout and told her those were also concentrates so that she would know for the future - she sat there looking annoyed and didnt say a word. Theres another shop in the area that has better prices, but no knowledge between any of the ppl that work there. I more often go to the cheaper shop, but came here today specifically for more options and the better customer service thinking it might be worth the switch for our primary store. Jokes on me I guess. Hope the owner that provided me the best service of any smoke shop Ive been in gets the rest of the staff up to snuff or out the door.

This place has very cool pieces, I came in and bought one unfortunately wasn’t wrapped and broke before I got it out of the bag. Maybe make sure any glass sold is bubble wrapped, feel like that fairly normal.

Came in from outta town Zac helped me pick out the perfect items for my event.

I bought 2 pieces within a week and one broke and gave he a 3rd degree burn in my leg the first time I used it and the 2nd cracked within 3 days of purchase. Ive been coming here for years and I wont be back bc they laughed at me when I told them.

They stopped giving free stickers with purchase.Update: naw why would I wait when I can drive down beach towards 820 and theres plenty of shops. They always have sales as well if feed back is what you want....dont fix what isnt broken. Biggest mistake a new owner can make is changing what customers love especially loyal customers. Promotions that drive sales should never be changed. Because of your changes youve lost a loyal customer. Because of your demeanor of asking for real feed back youve lost a customer. A customer that would otherwise help you pay for payroll by buying product. Now that this is written youve also lost more customers. My biggest feedback is go back and learn how to run a business. If not I would be more then happy to hire you in my company and teach you and train you how to run a proper customer service business while also being respectful responsible and successful. This place is a hit or miss nightmare. It’s either you find a solid employee that is passionate about their job as well as extremely reliable or you find the obviously inebriated nonchalant worker that has about 0 product knowledge and will learn more in a 20 minute explanation from a customer than what they have done in 6 months of working there. I would recommend finding another store, plenty of others in the area with much cheaper prices and coherent staffing. This place obviously doesn’t care about customer service. Not to mention that they don’t carry most of the accessories for the products they sell, so if it breaks you better have enough to buy a full replacement. No refunds by the way.

This is the best Easys, there isn’t free merchandise anymore like advertised but the have a plethora of awesome 420 friendly gear and merch!

Always disliked going here out of necessity until a much better store opened up nearby. Overpriced items and employees that are completely slow and clueless. I don’t think I’ve ever requested an item without me having to strain and point and play I-Spy with the person behind the counter- feels like they hardly know anything about their own products or where they are stocked. Seems like a whole new set of employees each month too, lol. If there’s a line of customers, it will take at least 15 minutes to be served by an often-single, slow employee. Atmosphere is rather dark and dungeon-like

Great staff. Very helpful. Kinda high prices thats why they get 4 stars. Go check up on market Kratom prices. You guys are too high. And lost my business. Other then that I buy my glass here and accessories.

Never visited but very friendly chat experience

I just stopped by here to get a pipe and ended up having a really great time. Jenny (Or was it Jenni?) was extremely helpful, nice, and informative and I ended up leaving with two new items. I love the atmosphere of the shop. I would definitely recommend checking it out. :)

I have been going to this shop since I moved to Texas from Vegas. The manager, Jordan, is the reason I keep going back!! Her customer service is always outstanding and she always goes above and beyond! If they are ever out of stock or don’t carry something I’m looking for she will go out of her way to get it there ASAP! She gets ten stars in my book!!

The service was great! Not going to say anything about that...in person that is. I called later once I had gotten home because my fiance did not realize (on the phone with him) that for $270, it was no more than 8 inches tall. I was polite and calm but she sounded like I was coming at her and became defensive saying I told you a couple different times all sales are final and I was even nice and let you talk with your fiance back and forth. I apologize if going in with $200 was alot for us at the time and then stacked another $70 on top of that. Not to mention...this piece is online for 70 bucks! Thanks for the huge rip off yall.

Came in here for the first time to buy a product. After purchasing a BOXED product, I left and tried to use it at home and it didn’t work. I immediately called the store to see if I could exchange the product and the store representative said they don’t do exchanges or refunds... this place has faulty products that may not work as well as horrible customer service. There’s other vape shops close by, definitely choose a different one.

Been going to easys for quite some time and to be honest it depends on who is working behind the glass. If you are lucky and you deal with the dude that has the dreads you are in for a pleasant buy if not you might be screwed. Lately its been nice, back in the day is another story. Prices are somewhat high (on certain products) unless you are smart and can show them that the same item is half off at another retailer. Overall I rate it 4 starz..

Juul pods....not the greatest selection, but they have so much unique & fun merchandise to choose from. Sales associate was suppose to get owner to order cotton candy pods, but someone is NOT doing their part. I will guess owner...staff is great and friendly.

People here really want to help! The staff is usually well informed and those who are on a learning curve usually take direction from customers readily. Feel free to ask questions but remember to respect store policies: keep your cell phones in your pocket, have your ID ready and remember, its a water pipe! Easys sells a wide range of products that simply arent offered elsewhere so if youre looking for adult novelty items, unusual art and decor, imported incense or vaping components, drop by! Just watch out for the parking situation. Youve been warned.

Have been coming to this shop for a couple years only for smaller items such as papers and other accessories, only buying a water pipe once due to them always being overpriced. You will find much better deals on glass elsewhere for the prices. Good selection, horrible pricing on most things, and friendly staff most the time.

Heather was friendly but charged me 50.00$ for 28 grams of kratom. Make sure to pet their dog named Cash because he does no wrong. I will not be coming back due to price gouging.

Very large selection, the kind of place you can spend a lot of time just looking at innumerable interesting intricate items. But INSANE HIGH PRICES. Synthetic urine elsewhere is 27.99.....here exact same brand and size is 44.99! Their kratom is about 4X as much as can be purchased online for the exact same brand and size and style and easily DOUBLE the price of other smoke shops. If i ran a business with these prices I would be ASHAMED!

I really liked this place, I was left to look around in peace instead of being bombarded with can I help you find something. I mean dont get me wrong, I like nice people but if I need help ill come and ask. Plus the 50 whip cream charges pack is like 10 dollars less than other places

Loved this shop awhile back , ive had some bumps in the road here , but nothing serious until the major price gouge , club 13 kratom everywhere else that sells it is at msrp these guys are significantly higher and seem not to care( they may idk ) and it may be accidental and if so do a little research , but if not that is just unacceptable , so if corrected ill be back if not see ya on the flip side 👌🏻

If I could give 0 starts I would. Was about to get around 100-150$ worth of stuff easily and the guy was saying joints and blunts and stuff and was still willing to sell me the stuff untill I said the word weed and immediately corrected myself and said flowers then he refused to sell to me with one other person in the store. WILL NEVER TELL SOMEONE TO GO HERE OR EVERY COME BACK!

Got accused of stealing something that we werent even going to purchase. Just because there was an empty box. Even though one of the employees was helping us the while time . Then asked us to leave. Wont be back. I will always fo to bedford location from now on.

I was in the area looking for a specific brand of papers and I went to 2 other shops, 3rd time is definitely a charm cause when I stumbled on this gem a gentlemen by the name of Will was helpful and the store had a huge selection!

This is a must check out spot. They have the best pieces at the best prices. Staff is hit or miss but other than that its great

AVOID EAZYSThere 1 was employee during A sale with A shop FULL OF PEOPLE. The lady in the store was LAZY, unintelligent, and RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!We were trying to spend $$thousands$$ of dollars!she is a LARGE lady and should be fired! If u own this shop fire that lady, get a better staff, PEOPLE WERE LITERALLY STEALING AND THIS LADY WAS OBLIVIOUS -NEVER AGAIN

My friend in Fort Worth takes me to EZs in Fort Worth off of 183 Alta mere and she loves that place because they have the best incense there. Though for time theyve ran out of her favorites.so Im taking her tomorrow to see the one in Keller txs

Terrible. Theyre never open at 10am like they state. Multiple times Ive shown up then and the door is still locked. Employees pressure you to buy expensive pieces. And they NEVER pick up the phone any time Ive ever called. Never recommend coming here unless its a last resort.

A family member buys me $160 Amsterdam glass water pipe piece for my birthday. Well, come to find out it was a defect in the glass, in which smoke doesnt go thru the water chamber piece. Basically the inside downstem wasnt sealed correctly when manufactured. This is the second time Ive bought a defective item from this location of Eazys. Well when i called, a couple days ago, I was asked to bring it up there so they could take a picture. So i drive all the way from Crowley to Golden triangle, in which they tell me theyve had THE SAME problem with this brand (AMSTERDAM) before. I was told that the manager would get back with me maybe for a credit. This was two days ago , so basically wasted my gas. To top it all off i cant even use the water pipe due to the defect. I suggest NOT buying from this place, or Amsterdam glass pieces. I am Very frustrated. Ive called up there twice and left my number and was told the manager would get back in touch with me and hasnt yet. So there goes 160 bucks for a product that was sold broken. Since you cant put your mouth pieces on there to test them, maybe they should have the responsibility of testing every product of that they choose to sell. Ill keep posted as to what i hear!

A woman working here was rude as Hell to us, did not understand Texas law regarding smoke shops, and could barely identify products. Amateur hour up in here. Save your money for a quality shop.

DO NOT COME HERE. The worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Purchase a faulty product. Realized as soon as I walked out the door, turned back around and they said they can’t process exchanges or returns.

Overpriced dusty garbage. Theyre selling $20 water pipes for $69! Rarely have anything you actually need. What kind of head shop only carries 1.25 rolling papers? No 1.5 of any brand. Save yourself time and a whole helluva lot of money and order online.

I love the atmosphere of Easys but I am almost 100% sure they buy a lot of items that are faulty that they get discounted and resell for whole price. Dont buy any of their accessories!

#### this place and the people in it, yes we wanted to get a store credit for something that DIDNT WORK WHEN WE BOUGHT IT so we took it back to get the store credit that the manager herself that sold it to us said we can get for it, she offered the same product idea but was way less then what you paid for the other broken pos, yes it was a month after the fact bc my husband and two of my kids were in a four wheeler accident in Missouri that same weekend of purchase and didnt care I couldnt get back in there until a month later bc they were down for three weeks... And I was not given documentation that it was bought there with cash... And when she was simply told to stand by her word and products, she rasied her voice and said I am standing right here... She was Very unpleasant the guy that was there poor thing was lost in her shadow... And I really hope the owner sees this and talks to her bc never again will myself or anyone I know be there if she is there...

Well I had come to the dallas metroplex to visit family from Denver. I just needed to buy a titanium nail so I figured it would be an easy stop. I informed them that I was looking for a 14m titanium nail/domeless. They pick up this 10m domeless and tell me it will work. I look at it and instantly can tell its way to small, I question it, they pick up a 10m rig and put it on and say look its all good. I bring it home and put it on my 14m and sure enough its a 10m. So now I call and tell them they goofed and the lady tells me sorry man we cant exchange it because its against store policy. Im just like wtf? I havent even used it, I understand youre sorry but that doesnt change the mistake here, that was made by two employees. She still does not want to fix this and I have to argue with her and finally she agrees to swap it. So putting beside the fact that the first nail was one being sold in quantity from ali baba from China...I decided I might as well get one that fit despite the obvious health risks associated with Chinese grade titanium. I use this new nail 4 times and its already oxidizing, be careful, theyre selling dangerous titanium and trying to rip you off in the process.

I broke my hookah ceramic bowl, and was able to pick me up a new one. Also, found some shisha that was actually from the UAE....so yeah, I definitely recommend this little shop!

Cashier was nice but was charging 12.98 for one sleeve of the quick light coals for hookah. I usually get these for a dollar or so.

Prices are higher here for the same item that would cost less at their Springtown location, which location is out and has been out of certain wraps and they wont get any more..

Terrible. High turnover of staff leads to nobody knowimg where anything is, their warehouses hate them so they cant keep stock, and a lot of products are unusable with a no returns policy.

Bought a detox drink that they recommended and drank it. I threw all of it up in 15 minutes and they wouldnt refund or replace the item. Dont waste your money here!

It is the most expensive smoke shop I have seen so far their customer service is horrible like their workers wont have a conversation with you to make you feel welcomed and their sheesha are way way to pricy for some off brand weve never heard of I wouldnt suggest it to anyone what so ever

I would not recommend this shop .They do not give you a receipt for your transaction .You can not get a refund and they say they let you exchange for something else in the shop but will only let you pick from something that is inferior and cost nowhere near what you paid in the first place .Seems like thievery to me
