I go out of my way to get my vape supplies from this place. Their house juices are great, their selection and prices are excellent, and most of all the staff are just super friendly and down to Earth. Some places like this are full of pretentious hipsters, but at Vape City they are genuinely interested in talking about their products and just about anything else. Always recommend this place.

Very nice selection of all products. Staff are all very polite and informative. Their house juices also rock the free world! Among the best house juices I’ve personally ever had! They offer an app card which accumulates points through purchases. They recently moved locations and are now located directly behind where they used to be (next door to Philly Connection).

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. The guys are very knowledgeable and understand that being an older lady I have trouble walking. Knew that the Stivia Delta 8 would help. It sure does. The selection is great many items to choose from. Rewards program great. Always get something free every 10 punches. They also have a great selection of regular vapes. I only go once a month but they always are helpful to me. They greet you as you enter the store. Feel very much at ease here and I will continue to go every month. Thank you all for the help !!!!!

So far they are the best vape store I went to. Customer service is great and everytime you go in they have what you need or they help you find something new that works for you!! Also if you have a issues with you unit they do help take the time to see what issues are and new units they help set up and show how to use. You never leave unsatisfied!

I needed some new 18650 batteries and was at xhale across the street for tobacco products for husband...they wanted 25.00 for a two pack, I left there and went to my faithful Vape City! as always they had a choice. The batteries were 8.00 each plus 15% off and I got their flavor of the week discount on juice plus I had earned enough to get a free 30ml juice as well...I walked out of there pleased and happy after saving so much money...Thanks Vape City!! you all Rock! and the Staff is warm and welcoming too....

These guys are really knowledgeable and always make sure that you feel at home when you come in. I wish they would run a weekly special on their juice like a lot of other shops because their house juice is rockin! While Ive watched other shops lower the quality of their juice to make more money, its obvious that keeping it premium is top priority.By far the best shop with the highest quality product in town.

There are so many vape stores out there, but this is by far the best one around. The in house flavors are great, and the staff is very knowledgeable without being jerks about it either. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their product, and for that reason I always make sure I get everything I need from these guys. Remember...if you hear some other stores commercials 50 times a day it means you are either paying for it at the register, or in the quality. These guys dont need that nonsense and Im glad.

Great shop weather your a beginner just getting into vaping for the first time or your an advanced user this is the shop for you. they helped me get the right setup for myself and have spent a lot of time helping me troubleshoot any issues or helped me with any questions. their juice is top notch make sure you check them out if your in kennesaw. if your not it definitely worth the drive

Theyve got a great team working here. I had no clue what I was doing getting into this, but theyve been very informative and helpful. As such, theyve gotten a couple hundred bucks of my money over the last week. I thought this was supposed to be cheaper than smoking? Yeesh!All said, these are great people to see if you want to take up a healthy, enjoyable, and effective alternative to smoking.

I NEVER write reviews but these guys deserve one. They go out of their way to help you out. Even to the point of giving parts out of their own tool kits to ensure I have a good experience vaping. Literally the best.

Great customer service and products !

I have been a customer of Vape City for over a year now. All of their employees are super knowledgeable and pleasant. I bought a Provari there last year and it stopped working. They gave me a loaner Provari to keep until mine was fixed. That blew me away and was very much appreciated!! Great people.....great store!!

Great selection, Great prices, friendly staff!

I am a fairly frequent customer, providing a large amount of business and sales for this company, however today i was denied entrance because i had a different id on me which happened to be expired. The policy clearly states that you have to be over 18, which i did not violate but for some reason the self-in-titled manager proceeded to kick out a loyal customer. If this is how they treat loyal customers then i want nothing to do with this place. Do not use this store for any vaping needs because loyalty means nothing to them.

I went into the store to purchase a replacement glass for my tank. I asked the employee if he could replace it for me since I didnt know how to. He said he didnt want to risk damaging my tank or himself. I politely said ok thats fine. While I was there I tasted a few of their juices but had to beg for a battery to use. The employee that helped me was too concerned about showing off his mod to fellow employees that were just sitting on the couches. I left from vape city and went to the next closest place and had them replace my glass for me. Free of charge. No purchase what so ever. Vape Right was glad to help me get back to vaping.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were very professional and helped me immensely in learning new things about my mod. I will be coming back to them from here on out.

Truly in this business, there is none better than Vape City! The entire staff is knowledgeable beyond belief, professional and truly care about their customers. I was in LA this past week and went into the premium vape store there and by comparison failed miserably.
