Xhale City - Bells Ferry CBD Smoke Vape

The manager is horrible her nickname bubbles she has blue hair and drives a white car. She treats her customers horribly she also went against Xhale store policy as well as the law. DONT SHOP HERE. You will be disappointed. She should be fired. Gossiping about employees as well as customers while there shopping in store is wrong. This is a liability for everyone. By the way it has low inventory on products compared to other stores but the two guys in there were nice and helpful.

I’ve been shopping for 5 years with no issues at Xhale City ever. I went in today and bought vapes as always. The manager walks in with blue hair, heavier set goes by bubbles. Looks in my direction and immediately in front of customers and employees tells me to get out and calls the cops/not to sell anything to me when I did nothing wrong nor did I even say anything verbal after that besides that your welcome to call the cops and that I should be welcome to shop here as I’m obeying the law/store policy and spending money. It’s on camera I literally did nothing she made fun of me/discriminated me infront of others and refused money .This person is holding a personal grudge from over maybe 7 years ago that has nothing to do with the job the store or customer service from a lie she created years ago. I didn’t know they were a manager. So I should be able to go into any Xhale City safe. If something isn’t done like firing them. I’m gonna file a suit against the company as well as them personally. There’s witnesses including employees and customers. This was embarrassing for me. As this never happened my whole life.

Horrible managment! My boyfriend was trying to buy a vape and the manager knew him personally and didn’t like him so she told him to leave and called the police on him even though he didn’t do anything to provoke her. He was just shopping as always. The police showed up and patted him down, searched his car, and embarrassed him in front of customers and employees. He wasn’t able to buy anything besides 1 vape because of a personal problem the manager had with him from 7 to 10 years ago when she wasn’t even an employee for this company. He doesn’t know her real name, she goes by “Bubbles” and has blue hair. She needs to be fired.

I stoped in two weeks ago for some Kratom. Great selection, so glad they opened this location.

Customer service is the best here and the selection is amazing. Sales rep Justin was super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind
