Happy Foot Massage

My husband and I were looking for a fun date and decided to try this place last minute. After one hour of the best massage we ever had, we decided that this is going to be one of the treats we are going to allow ourselves to have more often. The 60 min body and foot massage was absolute bliss! Thank you to all the kind people there. The calming music was a plus!

5 stars. Hands down. Excellent massage, kind people and a $30 tip made them very happy. I’ve had plenty of mediocre massages and this wasn’t one of them. Very pleased, we’ll def be back now that we know about it here in town. Very pleased!

My friend and I came in expecting to get a regular 60 minute foot massage and received the absolute best full body/foot massage of our lives. Kevin and Lili did our massages and both were kind thorough and welcoming. We can’t stop talking about how amazing this place is and to top it off very affordable prices!!! They even gave us a punch card and we will be back soon!!

The experience here started out well with a nice massage from Kevin. However, afterward, during payment is where the problems started. Their card machine kept reporting receiving error. After 25 minutes of trying all of my different cards, they finally called the manager. Once the manager was called, it got worse. Instead of letting me leave, the manager told me to provide my cards again. They tried for 10 more minutes. Now, 35 minutes in, and the manager on Kevins FaceTime told me to go to the bank and get cash. When I refused, I instead offered to give my name and number and come back tomorrow to try again. He started yelling, saying he doesnt want my number and his people will take me in their car to the bank. Of course, I refused this as well. So, he proceeded to yell at me, asking why I wont do this and he would call the cops. The whole time, Kevin, the employee, was still kind and calm, apologizing but doing what his manager was asking him to do. Eventually, I provided my license for them and proceeded to leave. Kevin followed me out, and the manager on FaceTime was screaming that he wanted my number. Absolutely, no courtesy given or warning before service that the machine was down. I do not think they knew this ahead of time but, there was no customer service skills at all from the manager and he just proceeded to try and bully me into his wants instead of offer any incentive to come back and pay or a courtesy as it was their fault payment could not be accepted. The employee had more skills than the manager. After all was done, I went back the next day on my own to pay. I will NEVER go back here again. I would not recommend this place overall as the manager is present at times and has always been lackluster in my experience. It just never phased me enough to not come back as the massages were good time to time and ok at other times. Its better than nothing for sure.

My mother in law and I have been going to Happy Foot for the 60 or 90 minute foot massage for years. They are so great with the routine of the massage and are better than any fancy massage place I have spent money on. You get an entire body massage when you pay for the foot massages.In recent years they started lifting the shirt and unbuckling the bra when you flip to your stomach. At first it was uncomfortable, but now I love it. They use massage oil and hot stones to make the experience even better.They are so worth the price plus a 10-20 dollar tip. You will get a better massage and still pay less than going to the fancy place.

This is by far the best place I have gone to in years. Peter knows the meaning of a deep tissue massage. He is not for the weak.

OK, first off, let me establish my self proclaimed expertise in foot massages. I travel all over the country for work, and consider it my second job to try out foot massages everywhere. So you can safely guess I’ve had a few good ones and more than a few not so good.Stumbling upon happy foot massage in Covington on my way up to North Bend was such an awesome gift. Jack was truly one of the best massages I’ve had in a long, long time. He was thorough, great sense of touch, and gave the massage plenty of time. The place was clean, good prices, friendly, very welcoming.I highly recommend, ask for Jack!

Absolutely thrilled with this place! Rose is the go-to person – her service left me feeling fantastic. The positive vibes lingered, and the next day at work, I not only felt great but also aced all my tasks and goals. Highly recommend!

The pro is the massage was decent and I would have come back except the cons out weighs the pros. During the massage someone was hacking up mucous in the back area, didn’t keep the mood of relaxation at all. However what really got me is when I was paying and was asked for a $20 tip. I am sorry isn’t that the customers right to decide on the amount of tip to leave. Bad business.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this one deserves one. I did not have a good experience; the lady massaging me kept coughing, which was not relaxing at all, and at the end, she was adamant about getting a $20 tip even though it should be the customers choice on how much they want to tip. She forced me into giving her a $20 tip. I know this was my first and last time coming to this place.

First of all, I wont come back again. It was a lousy 60 mins body massage, and I gave 0 tip. Here is why. The lady was very anxious, or maybe upset from something she had before. I didnt feel any welcome from her. During the massage, she was chit chatting with her coworker outside the room, for a few minutes. Later, a few of them were chatting again (over the wall). Even though she was doing the massage she was not really focusing on it. She lacks the basic respect to the client. On top of that, her massage skill was not good. I didnt feel any relaxation after the massage. Actually during the massage I wanted to quit. Yeah, it was that bad. I provided my feedback as I wrote here to them when checkout, and gave 0 tip and said, thank you, but I wont come back.

Worse massage ever. The man smelled of cigarettes. Kept coughing and not covering mouth and belching. Was also very rough shoving my face over fast to do neck back and forth thought i would get whip lash. No gentleness about it. I seriously was wondering what was gonna be next or he was gonna break a bone. And I only came in for foot massage. Also. He lucky I gave a tip of four dollars. He looked at that and said only four dollar! Didnt even thank me. Rude. I wont be going back. Neck hurts worse now. Also price list Said 40 charged 41.

Used to come to this place back in the day with my mom, figured I’d try it one last time I knew there was a reason why we left and never came back. Got a massage only to end up smelling like cigarettes when leaving because they clearly smoked a cigarette coming back in without washing their hands. there was talking all throughout my massage from employees even though they shush me when trying to explain what you do to my friend who was new to the experience. And when leaving I was forced to give a tip even though I expressed not enjoying the massage not enjoying to smell like cigarettes walking out and my massage wasn’t even an hour long as they said it was going to last. Trust me there’s better places near Maple Valley and Covington!

This location has the best massage people. I have been to the one in Federal Way as well and it is just not the same. I probably should also let the cat out of the bag and let you all know that this is the deal of the decade! The 60-minute foot massage is also an entire body massage. Its a lot about circulation as well as massage. I just love this place, love, love, love this place! $25 for 60 minutes?!?! I tip well because it is such an unbelievable price. People get yourselves in here!

Went for the 1st time since the virus has started. Thought it would be safe to go back. There was no temperature check as you walked in. Which a lot of places do now. I made a reservation and when my husband and I got there they had given it to someone else thinking it was us. They dont ask for a name so anyone can walk in and take your spot. During my massage it was so noisy Both from clients and masseuse. Ive been to other foot massage places and they are very mindful of the talking. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all. They also must have new people giving massage because the lack of experience shows.Sorry Not impressed

Rose does a great sports therapy massage to release tension in the muscles. She is definately a master of her trade.

Decent place for an inexpensive massage. Gave four stars because of the value. Come here often and typically get decent massages. This last time we went the two masseuses wouldn’t stop talking to each other for 30min to the 1hr massage, it ruined the mood. But other times was good.

Massage was good. Communication was difficult. As other reviewers have commented they talk in a foreign language over the walls to each other in the middle of the massage, and just randomly leave the room in the middle of the massage (to get hot rocks). It it definitely a deep tissue massage that I found very nice after working around the house. The thing that ruined it for me was how angry the lady was that I only left a 10% tip, she was livid, but couldnt communicate it in her broken english. If the fee isnt high enough charge more, dont expect an amazing tip for standard service and lack of communication. And if you arent happy with the tip dont be a poor sport about it. After the massage was over I wanted to come back soon. After she got livid at me for the tip I vowed to not go back. It totally ruined the experience.

The most boring massage I’ve ever had and the most painful! I couldn’t sit back for days my back was so bruised. 207 times (I counted) he raked his knuckles on the bottom of my foot then proceeded to poke at them with his finger. What a waste of money and time

Rude staff , switch massage therapists mid massage and don’t tell you anything.Loud yelling and talking back and forth across the rooms between employees.At the end of the massage ( worst I’ve ever head) they are standing at the front desk - practically with their hands out wanting to be tipped.Then they talk amongst themselves- clearly about the tip right infront of you.Quite frankly - they didn’t deserve any tip.Don’t go there

If you feel stressed, give this a try. I enjoy it so much. I feel so refreshed when I leave. It is a deep tissue massage but you can ask them to go lightly. Its such a great value that I always tip the masseuse generously. Ive never had a bad experience here.

I had a gift certificate so I stayed, dumb me I just should have left. Roughest massage I’ve ever had, even though I communicated many times that it was too hard. Six hours later and after a shower I still smell like tobacco from the scent coming off of the guys hands. Feel like I’m going to have bruises and am disappointed because I was looking forward to it. Won’t be going back.

Found on Google. I little skeptic because there was a sting on massage places like these being fronts for happy endings. But its $25 for a full body massage.There was a little language barrier.Other workers were super loud even though there were four of us getting massages.One guy even had his phone call on speaker!Prob not going back.

My mother in law stumbled on the gem. They do a foot massage for $26 that includes a back, shoulder and head massage. They do a full body massage for just a little more which I havent done yet but honestly the foot massage is so amazing I cant imagine much more!

Phenomenal value. $25 + tip gets you an hour of full body work with no disrobing. Understand what the offer is here. This shop is focused on eastern techniques which are a lot more therapeutic oriented rather than relaxation oriented. Also, English is not the first language of many of the providers, so there wont be a lot of communication. Pressure is strong, so be sure to ask for gentle if you are sensitive to this kind of thing. Best to call ahead to make sure there is availability. Open til 10 pm most nights.

I love the owners (they are usually in Federal way location) but both locations in Covington have great ppl. I’ve been going to happy foot for a few years now. I have a few favorites but all of them are good. I prefer non smokers tho

Finally, Relief!As an active runner, I am used to my feet/legs being tired if not sore most of the time. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a couple month now, I have tried new shoes, inserts, splints, medications, ice, heat, nothing seems to work. After a bit more reading yesterday, I decided to swing by here on my way home last night.At first, I was worried, I asked for only a foot massage, but she started with my head and face, did my arms and shoulders while my feet were placed in a pot of near boiling water.The massage took her right at an hour and I could tell my heels were not hurting as much as before, but still had a bit of pain. This morning, I was able to get out of bed and walk without holding onto the wall, not completely pain free, but closer than I have been in MONTHS!I will be going back here to get my legs and back worked on to see if she can do her magic on the rest of my body!

The massage was great and the people were very polite. I forgot my phone there and they brought it to me when i was walking to my car. So I really appreciated that and Ill be back soon.

I went because I couldnt turn my head or lift my right arm. They barely spoke English, demanded a tip, and bruised my back and shoulders. I cant even sit back on my couch. Im in much more pain now than I was before I went in. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and making an appointment with my primary care.

Place smells of cigarettes and the male who gives massages needs to be fired hes constantly hacking and coughing inside, that ruins the mood just quit smoking will not be back

Wouldn’t let me leave the store without tipping after they way overcharged me and refused to explain why. The owner came out and everything and said i had to tip so the employee could get paid. Shady business practices.

Been going to this place for massage for over 4 years now until the other day when I went in for a regular massage and gave 20% tip as usual and the lady demanded more, it’s rude and disrespectful.

Massage was ok, front desk service were awful, lady screamed at me and kept saying I need to leave at least 20$ tips, (I left 10%) and that made her extremely angry and rude, never coming back
