I really love the atmosphere of this place by the way they have the greatest vapes options

Was sold a defected elf bar that did not work and was overheating. 20 min later I went to the store to tell the guy Ryan who was working that it did not work. I got an exchange. 2 hours later when I tried to use it since I’m at work and only had a 30 min break when I picked up the exchange, the vape did not work. It cracked and popped and I called the store. I explained what happened. I know that bad coils make this sound. He said the product is probably defective as well. He’s also said he might have been sold a bad batch. I asked for a refund he said he would contact a manager. He called me back and said I cannot get a refund. I asked if I could speak to a manager because he sold me 2 products that are unsafe to use and do not work. He said no I cannot. I do not understand why I cannot get a refund for these when both of them do not work and I came back the first time and called the second time within 2 hours. The employee then lied to the owner saying I came back hours later when I went back 20 min after the first purchase. And the elf bar was not tested after first purchase it was unopened untimely I tested it 20 min later then went to the store immediately. He then gave me the exchange and I took it to work where I found out it is defective. You have cameras you can check the time of when I got there. I also have the receipt. And time I showed up in my timeline on google maps.

Wide variety of vaping options with good prices. Definitely worth the visit! I got 2 vapes for $44 after tax. In used to paying around $30-$33 for 1 at other smoke shops...

Went in to buy a device and new juice. Tested device in store after being charged and it didn’t work. Asked for money back and employee had to call owner to get approval. Owner refused to refund my money for juice purchased because they would “lose money” even though the juice I bought would only work for the device that didn’t even work. Owner is a thief with no customer service skills to speak of. Employee was fine just following orders. I would urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. I certainly am.

Come here a lot for supplies, for myself and my partner. Sometimes they dont have the juice I like but theres always a good couple of alternatives I can ask about. Folks are always friendly and ready to help out, and I like this place a lot.

The young man today was very cordial knowledgeable and helpful! Great feel too of the shop! Clean organized with a lot of selection!

When I came in, the employee was helping another customer who has been given wrong parts for her tanks. He helped her get all the pieces she needed. He apologized for not great customer service, but I think it was exceptional.I was able to browse and figure out what I want. He got my whole order ready quickly once he was done with the other customer.P.S. 4 stars because I dont give normally give 5 stars

They seem to have a decent juice selection, but buy your other stuff somewhere else and save money. I did purchase a replacement starter kit because I’m going out of town and do not have time to wait for shipping. The mark up was 50% more than online retailers. That’s a little much guys.

Super frustrated. He sold me a Voopoo Panda two months ago but has yet to restock on chambers. Ive purchased 5 or 6 of them and each time I did I asked him when he was getting more. Now hes been out of them for two weeks and still doesnt have replacements. Ive also since found that no other shops sell this and stopped a long time ago because of the leaking problem. Hes always been very nice but it seems like he just dumped a known defective product on me.

The staff are so incredibly helpful, especially for someone like me who is new to vaping and utterly clueless. He explained the different types, strengths, prices and options on each kind, and helped me select the perfect vape type, strength, and flavor. I already love it and I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice staff. Talked me through all of my questions. Lots of stock to choose from. Nice location, with minimal parking. Highly recommend this shop. Great experience and picked up what I needed for a very reasonable price.

(Edit 8/28/2021) I have loved coming to this store for the last few years but their mark up is getting out of control. A bottle that costs $18 online they want almost $30 for it I just cant continue doing business here when the times are the way they are right now and unless somethings done about the increasing mark up I cant say I would recommend this store anymore.

I am faithful to the store. The prices are fair and they always are helpful to me when I go there. I call and they assist me as Im in a wheelchair...Thank you for that. Plus the Chillin with frosty is the only juice I use, they carry it. A little upset with the new bottles, but that isnt the stores issue...The New larger GLASS bottles with the droppers that are harder to use and being glass when you accidentally drop onto concrete when you get home its frustrating 😣😣😔 But not the store itselfs issue...

My old Aegis stopped working after a year of use. I wanted to buy the same style because of the protective rubber base. The owner of the shop found one for me and warned me about the upcoming BS State of Washington was trying to pull on the vaping community. The price was ok but the customer service was so good it off set the price.

Good convos and pit stop after work,good juice selection for potency, and the younger employee is more helpful then the owner no disrespect but his knowledge matches how a vape shop should be with a one of a kind experience I per say think the owners which understandable as an owner lack a customer bond.Sometimes thats needed in all businesses just like Starbucks.

People say fair price? No way they have at least a 40 percent markup from online. Get your vape mods online guys. Its way too much. U cant even return your mod the very same day if u find a better price somewhere else. I was told they were better than smoke shops. Nope. They all are trying to steal your money

This place is great. I sometimes stop in here, and get things, or juice after work. Super helpful employees, and they always make sure I leave happy, and educated about my purchases. Thanks guys!

They have amazing staff and a large selection of vaporizers and E-juice. Best vape shop in Burien.It is always a pleasant experience. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and they have some of the nicest staff I have met. From the huge selection of products to the amazing customer service, I have been to many vape stores and I have to say this is the best one.

Bought 3 puff bars got in car checked code they where all invalid. Went right back in store with receipt and was told that they couldnt do anything. Totally shocked!I threw them away! I Was told to because they could be hazardous. So I can not exchange . What are my other options?

I spend well $250 a month at this establishment and they won’t exchange a faulty product then sold me. The tank they sold me will not open after one day of use. So now I can’t add juice without the whole top trying to twist off. Never going back.

Told me to leave, that I was trespassing. So this is my go to vape shop. On one of my visits, I was handed a different bottle of E-Juice than I had asked for. I didnt realize the mistake until I got home. When I went back to exchange it, the boy at the counter was very rude and defensive. First insisting that no mistake was made, then agreeing to exchange the Juice. But his rude attitude never changed. Once I pointed out that his attitude was quite poor, he refused my service, and told me to leave, that I was trespassing. That I was banned from returning. Absolutely terrible service, someone needs to call that boys mother, have her teach him some manners.

Knowledgeable staff are helpful, & friendly. Huge selection of juice(s) & reasonable prices. A great store. Although farther away from my house, than other stores, this is my new store.

Excellent prices. Way better than anyone else. Selection is decent, not a lot of known brands but decent flavor selection and a pretty good vibe. A bit sterile feeling.

I used to love this place, but they are never stocked on things i need. They dont have a great selection and getting proper help here is really not a thing. Im not going here anymore. Ill find a new joint to buy my e cig needs

Had to go here instead of my usual spot since i was on lunch.A lot of fruity flavors, and the employees were super patient and helpful.

Bought another coil from you guys and again it doesn’t work ... that’s 4 different type of coils and they looked fine. Your products are obviously defective and you don’t care.

Absolutely terrible the Vape that I got was very restricted with airflow and the guy literally argued with me saying that it was fine and made Side remarks to his coworker i’m spending my money at your shop you need to do your job correct
