MasFajitas Mexican Restaurant

I came here on a Friday night around 7:30 PM with coworkers. We had a big party of people, they served our food at the same time. They forgot 1 person’s food, which I can see happening cause we had a lot of people.I ordered the Vaca Loca con BaconFajita beef, bacon, grilled onions & peppers and Ranchero Sauce, topped with Monterrey cheese. Served with rice and choice of beans.It was delicious. I ate it all (took my leftovers home) lol. Bacon is a bit slimey with the food. It seems the bacon was crispy when they cooked it and it turned slimey while mixed.I like that they do keep the restaurant clean. They were wiping tables and sweeping up tortilla chips off the floor. Some restaurants would have just left the chips on the floor until the end of the night.I definitely will be coming back to try out other foods that are on the menu. Food prices are reasonable, not expensive to eat here.Thank you!

We came in after church on a Sunday and the experience started out rough. Our server was struggling and it took a while to get our drinks and then when we did get our drinks she left before taking our orders which was weird because we were ready but she just walked off 😂😅. She seemed lost and it wasn’t that busy so I don’t know what was going on. Luckily the manager saw us waiting and asked if we needed anything and she took our orders. Pretty much from then on out the manager took care of our table and she was AMAZING. Completely saved the experience for me and the reason why my review is so high. The food was also delicious!!!!!! There were 5 of us and every plate was completely polished off. For real though the manager knows what’s up and she was so polite and amazing at what she does. I will keep coming back because of her she was the best.

Our family went here on a Monday. It wasnt too busy, we had a table as soon as we walked in. Chips and salsa were good. The queso blanco was really good. We ate the heck out of that. Wait staff were professional and courteous. Food was very good too. Not too quick out of the kitchen but not too slow. My rule about rating restaurants is that I reserve 5 stars for places that I will certainly patron again and recommend to others. This place gets 5 stars.

I walked in the restaurant and was greeted with a warm smile.Siobhan was nice and friendly . Chicken bacon ranch burrito is out of this world. But I like the fact she took the time out to table touch with tables and making sure there having a Great experience. Again thank you Siobhan and our server Manny we will keep coming back and bring friends

I’ve only gotten delivery, but it’s delicious every time! The portions are huge, and we always get free chips and salsa with our order. The shrimp fajitas comes with enough for two meals. My fiancés burrito is also massive and not just filler.

We arrived at 810pm. They close at 9pm. We were seated and the waiter Justin recommended a few dishes. We ordered. As usual: he cleaned his plate. I had food to bring home. We walked out stuffed. Good times! ***The CHARRO BEANS WERE AMAZING!!!***

I gotta say the food was great but the service DEFINITELY NEEDS some work!!! Walked in to pick up an order and waited for over 10 minutes and still had to ask someone for help (and there were 4 employees by the bar 2 of which were looking at a cellphone laughing at something and then they all just went into the kitchen NEVER acknowledged that we were there!). The manager and one of the servers (Im assuming maybe an assistant manager) were nice and did end up giving us a coupon for a free queso and salsa on my next dine in visit but Im not sure that will be happening if the service doesnt change!!! The food was a good portion and reasonably priced! Also, the hostess was AMAZING and seemed to be doing most of the running around!

My sister visited from out of town, and we dined at your establishment. Our server, Sarah, provided exceptional service. She promptly took our order and consistently checked on us to ensure our satisfaction. The culinary offerings were delectable and well-seasoned. The ambiance was delightful, complemented by pleasant music. I intend to revisit your establishment in the future.

We love MasFajitas. The food is fantastic and all the people there are always so nice and genuine. This has been our favorite place since we moved to central Texas! Keep up the great work guys!

MasFajitas is delicious, fast, clean and worth every penny. The place was packed and our food was still made fresh and out within 15 minutes of ordering. We only ordered food, no drinks so I cant comment on the bar, but the diet cokes were great!

My wife and I love this place so much! We have lived here for three years and this is our go-to place for Mexican food. Today, our server Wilfredo C. was amazing! Our glasses were never empty, he was very friendly and attentive, and we were constantly checked in with. Great job, Wilfredo and Mas Fajitas!

This was my go to spot for the last two years. Great tasting food. Good portion. Good Service. However, it has been progressively getting worst. Last two times I have gone here. The food was horrible. The fajitas are constantly way over cooked. No peppers with fajitas. Only Onions. New staff not trained. Nobody writes orders down and literally forgets. Salsa not tasting the same . Last week. We stopped for lunch . Ordered hard shell tacos. The tacos came out with nothing in the shell besides a small strip of ground beef. I was really appalled that they let it leave the kitchen that way. They got one more chance or im not returning ever again.

We drove by here many times before deciding to experience MasFajitas and now we are wondering what kept us from doing it sooner.The waitress was outstanding. When she mentioned the many sauces they had for the Dennis burrito grande I ordered, I asked her what she recommended. It was a great thing I did as she liked to have it with the Diablo and the verde sauce. Great flavor. The beef fajita meat quesadilla was awesome and will be a part of our regular order...with the sauces, how can I go wrong. If you are up for something else, I hope you get the waitress we did.Update: It seems that the waitresses are consistently kind. Went back for pretty much the same order. It was just what we were hoping for.

Oh my goodness...food was so yummy and the service was superb. The salsa was a little salty, but overall everything was really good. I had the fried avocado stuffed with chicken. Oh and the sweet tea was really good too. Ill definitely be back next time Im in Killeen!

In visiting from out of town. I chose this place because I saw that someone mentioned a prickly pear margargarita, but I didnt see that it was from three years ago 😅. I got a strawberry jalapeno margarita and it was good, couldve used more alcohol though. Chips and salsa were delicious, Im so glad that the salsa had some kick! 💖 We got the birria tacos also and they were yummy 😋. Service was awesome!

My family came to Mas Fajitas Killeen on Saturday and now again on Wednesday. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere but the service was exceptional! Our server Willie, took care of us both times! His customer service was great! We asked to be seated in Willie’s section and again he took great care of us! Please do yourself a favor and come to Mas Fajitas and be sure to request Willie!

The Birria Tacos are amazing! The refried beans are top notch! Every time Ive been there the service has been amazing! Im going to go back again and again and again.. also, my beer was served in a frosted mug Always a plus! Great food. Great people. Great atmosphere!

We had a great experience with Sarah as our server. My toddler loved the rice and beans. My husband was excited to enjoy new menu items. I was enjoyed some oldies but goodies.

Jen is an amazing server. Always knows my order when I come in and is also a sweet anf friendly face when I come in to eat. She always makes sure that her customers are taken care of. Go and stop by and say hi to Jen and her team.

Staff was nice, and clean overall. The floor was slippery but I didnt fall so this good. The food was good and the drink were too. I would go back and its work the visit.

Clean, tasty, and doesnt taste like the 9 local taquerias. Finally some Tex-Mex that is good and decently priced. Also, always nice to see Fried Ice Cream on the menu.

I went with my fiancé and some friends about 2 weeks ago on Taco Tuesday. Everything was good. The dining area was packed and our waiter did the very best he could. The rice was great! The beans were just ok, not very flavorful. The chicken tacos were a little disappointing. They didn’t have much flavor at all. The only thing that saved it was the toppings. I would come back but just try something different.

We moved to Killeen a few years ago and this place has definitely become a favorite. Shavon and her team are absolutely amazing. The service is top notch, they don’t miss a beat. The food is always outstanding. Best fajitas, Chimichangas and avocado chicken enchiladas. This is the only place we eat Mexican food at now!

Went here on Taco Tuesday. They do 99¢ tacos. They also have other things. This place was very good. Good atmosphere and service. Would definitely come back!

It was really busy but it was to be expected after church time. When we went in everyone greeted us nicely even though it was busy. Alana was our server and she was fantastic. She checked on us often and make sure we had everything that we wanted. The only issue I had is that the table was still a mess and the booth. I had to call someone to come and wipe it down but they were very apologetic and happy to clean it up. Despite the negative feedback about food industries in Killeen this location was really pleasant and I would not mind coming here again

A visit to my granddaughter in Killeen, Texas, led us to MasFajitas Mexican Restaurant. The food was excellent. Our server appeared to be new, yet she was very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. We enjoyed our meal!

We were a large group, and their methods are completely unsuitable for a large group. I think we were there for an hour before food was set before us. The acoustics were horrible and it was impossible to carry on a conversation. The food WAS decent, at least, but if youre a party of more than four to six I would go elsewhere.

MasFajitas have tasty food. Love the margaritas and the great beer selection. The restaurant is inconsistent with the service sometimes the food comes out fast sometimes a bit slow 🐌. Regardless food is yummy 😋.

This is Mexican looking food made by other folks. Dont expect a truly authentic experience from this restaurant. The food was bland and poorly seasoned at best. I tried the beef stuffed fried avocado, which had a nice presentation, but too much breading and bland on the inside. Disappointed... The wait staff was nice and they were trying their best.

Just moved here and wanted tex-mex. Read the reviews and decide to try. We had to get delivery and we were very pleased with the food. We will eat here again. The only problem was the sauce from the flan leaked all over so there was no sauce left to eat with it. Maybe you could use a different container next time.

We had the best experience at Masfajitas. Jenn was our waitress and she was off the charts friendly & knowledgable of menu. She went over and above to make our dining experience as pleasant as it was tonight. This is hands down the BEST FOOD & SERVICE we have experienced in the Killeen area. THANKS AGAIN JENN!!!

The food and the staff are great. I love the manager she is always so very welcoming, and she makes sure my white queso is full and hot every time. This is definitely somewhere you want to try and believe me when I say the food is good and you will be adding it to one of your favorite spots. 😍 The food, the atmosphere, the service and the price gets a 10/10 in my book. YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY TRY IT!

The 2 times I’ve been here the food was amazing and we had Jazlyn as our waitress. She walked us through the menu and answered any questions we had. They food came to the table hot and delicious. It was everything we had asked for and more. Jazlyn had a positive attitude and is really funny. I will always ask for her when we eat here.

As usual everything was outstanding. The service was fast and friendly, food was hot and as always great. I can never say enough about our experience here.

The food was awesome, service was ok... Took a while for our waitress to come back to our table to give us refills or to even offer if we needed anything. Spent most of the time waiting to get service even before we got our food. Not sure I will go back anytime soon, but we will see...

Love love love this place! I ate there today for thefirst time. Having a severe pepper allergy keeps me on a strict diet and keeps from eating out most meals. Ive experienced kitchens disregard my allergy and caused anaphylaxis. But its Cinco de Mayo, I wanted some tacos and I was willing to take the risk after my friends recommend them. I informed my waitress of this allergy and asked if they offered any peppee free protein options. She made sure the kitchen made up some pepper free shrimp tacos for me..... my gosh they were absolutely delicious!!! So good! I washed them down with a perfectly made Margarita, wonderful. I cant express my gratitude enough to Masfajitas for caring enough to make sure my food wasnt crossed contaminated, it means so much to me. I will definitely be back!

The music was too loud, but Jasmine, our server, was top notch. The carne guisada was delicious and is more like the guisada I get in West Texas instead of the type most taquerias here serve. The restaurant is easy to get to, had ample parking, and gets your food to you quickly.

Last night, we had dinner at MasFajitas in Killeen. I ordered the veggie fajitas with rice and black beans. When I received my food, it was a skillet plate full of seared broccoli, a few onions, one carrot, and a slice of mushroom. I didnt send it back because our server was so kind. However, I paid $13 for a plate of broccoli 🥦. I am very disappointed with the veggie fajitas. Please keep it traditional meaning onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and jalapeño.My friend ordered steak fajitas and had onions and bell peppers; no broccoli.Also, my draft beer was flat and my margarita was not tasty; it tasted like a diet or skinny margarita with no liquor.Our server, Garrick, was super kind, patient, and handsome.

Visiting from Tennessee…… stopped in for some To go dinner……. Ordered a large queso with added ground beef…….. the ground beef was non existent…. Looks like pepper there is so little ground beef….. I should have went next door to Mcalister like my husband said the first time!

The only gripe I really have with this place is the system they use to take names when there is a wait. We were a party of two, they took my name and said it would be 15-20 minutes. Fine. We sat at the bar, had a drink and waited. The problem is, we kept seeing people who came in AFTER us being seated. I eventually went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. The lady looked around, grabbed a server, and they sat us immediately. I wonder if I hasnt said something, how long would we have waited?Aside from that, everything was fine. Our server was friendly, and the food was good (I had steak tacos).

It was ok. I wouldve liked more chicken in my quesadilla for the prices that are paid. The portions seem a bit small for the money but its not a bad little place.

Went for a date night with my husband just to have the kitchen mess up my food and our waitress did not get it fixed. She instead stayed at the empty booth next to us and talked to us the ENTIRE time! About 90% of our date she was talking nonstop and wouldnt take any hints to leave us alone. Horrible experience! Dont ever wanna go back just because of that waitress!

Ever since previous management left, new management has been absolutely terrible. Samantha does not treat her employees with respect at all. She will discriminate against other employees by requiring doctors notes for some but not for others, only letting certain people request off, not considering school schedules but will take off whenever she wants, stand outside on the phone forever while employees wait on her to do her job, is very passive aggressive and does not handle conflict professionally. I’ve seen better managers at McDonald’s. Working in food service does not warrant for blatant disrespect and inconsideration, shame on these managers who are high off power trips who take out their problems on young people. I would recommend the temple location where Chris treats his people like human beings!

Had a great meal. The portions were so big that I brought it home. Later that night, I ate it with my fingers. Delicious!

We were driving through Killeen yesterday and really wanted Mexican food. We had not been into a restaurant since Covid began. We thought wed take a chance and see what the setup was. We were so pleased that everyone was wearing mask and they were separating tables. First off, chips and salsa are awesome! We ordered the Roadkill and Fried Avocado Chicken Tacos. The Roadkill was AMAZING! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and grilled! The queso is so darn good! When we went to try the tacos we were sadly disappointed. Zero flavor. Very disappointing. We ended up talking to the manager and he was so kind! We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely be back whenever we drive through!

Greeted at the door by a friendly hostess and sat at the bar. Ordered the Enchilada Trio and it was fantastic! The chips and salsa are great and the service is ok but she kinda leaves you hanging while she shoots the bull with her friends but the waitress is good when she focuses on you. If it werent for that Id have given 5 stars...Highly recommended!

The only reason I gave this visit a 2 star is because the customer service was flawless! The food choices were a hit for our taste buds! The drinks were on time and the music was amazing! I always get my appetizer 3 and it’s not on the muni any longer! I have been to quite a few restaurants and chicken is on the menu stop saying it’s the shortage. I won’t visits as much as I use too but overall it was sad and heartbreaking to bring a date after I raved about that appetizer and the customer service! I am sure I’ll find a new favorite but I cannot say it was not disappointing because it was! The bartender is ALWAYs wearing a smile on her face she is the reason I continue to return! Food was really good. I had the Caldwell Plate, skillet with chicken fajitas and shrimp. I had a Mexican Martini that was really good. Overall a good place to eat with a big group.

I got chicken fajitas to-go. They didnt get my order from Postmates, so when I got there they offered me a free horchata for the wait ( which wasnt long) and the horchata was AMAZING. The fajitas were pretty good, Im sure they would be better if Id had them on a hot plate and not to-go. But I was really impressed with the customer service.

We came here for the first time a year ago while visiting my grandpa who had been wanting to try this place. We fell in love with it. My mom and sister are very picky and they both LOVED their food. My mom and I both got Steak Fajitas and were blown away. The steak melts like butter in your mouth it was so tender. My sister got the chili Verde chicken enchilada and ate it all.We had been craving it since last year and it was a must that we stopped here again while visiting and we were not disappointed. The owner stopped by our table again and chatted with us for a few minutes. Our server was on top of refilling our drinks and chips and checking on us. He was very friendly. This will always be our families #1 favorite place to stop when passing through and its hard to please all of us!

This place is definitely cutting back on portions to cover the cost of inflation. Everything we ordered was an optical illusion. The taste was actually good but the portions were not standard or as described in the menu.Though the menu pictured their frozen margaritas in large bowl goblets, ours came out in 4 oz lowball/rocks glasses. The combination fajitas had maybe 1/2 a chicken breast and maybe 1 oz of beef. My 2 shrimp enchiladas were made with tiny soft taco tortillas and would have left my 5 year old daughter asking for seconds. Still hungry, I ordered a slice of apple pie — which came out as a tiny sliver of pie that had been flattened to fill the plate. Lol!We basically received 2 half glasses of margarita, half a portion of fajitas, half a portion of shrimp enchiladas, and 1 half a slice of apple pie — for grand total $87.😂🤣😂MasFajitas — Can we get the other half of our meal?!

I came in with a party of 5. We were greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. All of the stars are for service. The food was meh at best. The carnitas left much to be desired… if that’s your jam- refrain from ordering that here. My daughter enjoyed her queso but no one else at the table finished their plates. To be this close to Mexico id think the food would be top teir. Oh well

Food is great but last few times we have been the music is to loud. This place is a restaurant not a night club, we shouldn’t have to yell to talk and place an order

Service is absolutely terrible will not take orders over the phone. I was told to either come in or place my order online. Since I’m paying in cash I went in. After going in I was asked if I need a menu I said no I just needed to place an order told her what I wanted to order. Instead of her telling anyone my order or writing anything down I’m told to take a seat I continue to watch as she ignores me and just continues to stand there. She didn’t even try to put my order in. I ended up leaving and I won’t be back.

Chips and salsa where pretty good, my tortilla soup was just ok. Waitstaff was friendly and we got our food quickly.

I went for the taco tuesday special. They have tacos for 99 cents. You are supposed to buy a drink to get the deal. But I was allowed to get a cup of soup instead of a drink. The soup and the tacos were very good. Service was very prompt and polite.

This was a good recommendation fromGoogle as were passing through Killeen and looking for some quick Mexican. The chips and salsa were tasty. We split the spicy fajitas (beef, chicken, and jalapeño cheese sausage) which was very good (and a lot of food). Staff was friendly. Thanks!

Delicious!! I wish I knew of this place sooner. I had ordered a step avocado and came with a chicken enchilada, And everything could be custom the way you want and we also ordered a chimichanga that was way bigger than any chimichanga that Ive seen in another restaurant and it was delicious.v Everything seems to be made fresh and even the Salsas they had they had various choices to pick from and if you want to try all of them they would bring them out for you to try. We truly enjoyed this location and was great to know that they had lunch specials as well. We will be returning.

The Blanco Queso is really good, hot sauce not hot at all, chicken fajitas were really good and the Strawberry Margeritas were fantastic!

This food is the closest I have found to the Jalisco style that I do much enjoy. It was so delicious! The refried beans and rice were great. However, the price was really high for me, plus the tip. I will miss the food cause I probably wont be going there just due to how expensive it was.

So when you ask for Nachos compuestos, it shouldn’t be a soft nacho cheese, the beans were horrible, I feel they were can beans, the food was not good at all, I went there because I read the reviews, all lies! You can get better food at taco cabana & in being sarcastic! Safe your money, go elsewhere!

Been to a lot of places around my area. By far the closest beer in town. Ice cold glasses that damn near turn your beer into a slushy ice cold. Good vibes. Amazing respectful bartenders and great food. Very clean.

The manager, Samantha, had it all delivered and set up on time, and everything was hot and delicious! Our whole party raved about the food ALL NIGHT! We were the host of this years Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA) meeting and we chose MasFajitas to cater the event. Siobhan, Daniel and Irma did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous and detailed. The food was great. I highly recommend them to cater your next event .

I had lunch here on Wednesday and to my surprise it was $1.99 margarita day🍸😀... I had a frozen margarita that was delicious and the beef fajita lunch plate... The steak was so tender and the beans tasted like I made them myself... I also liked the salsa that came with the chips...th e salsa is a little spicy but I love spicy food... The staff was very welcoming and I liked the atmosphere...my server told me about the happy hour and drink special days but I cant remember them because they have several... Sadly they close at 9 M-Thur but Im definitely going to chk them out in the wknd so I can get the full experience... Oh yeah they have a dish called a fried stuffed avocado that peeked my interest... Chk em out... Hope u like it as much as I did👍

We came to celebrate my birthday tonight I ordered combo fajitas and added shrimp, we usually order this and when we come here. When my fajitas arrived, there was no shrimp. The waiter said it was an error and the chef was making them and they would be out in 2 minutes. It took longer than that and the shrimp was grilled but not with the fajitas so they had no flavor. When we got the check they charged us 6.99 for the shrimp that they usually charge $2 for. We were charged $3 for spinach that we did not ask for, but noticed it on the fajitas. We had a $10 Reward for my bday, but were not expecting to pay $6.99 and 3.00 for tiny shrimp and spinach. Ridiculous mark up to avoid giving me my 10 reward.Very disappointing.

Super greasy enchiladas and taco shell. Unmelted shredded cheese (which gummed up when chewed) in the enchilada. I couldnt eat anything but the chips and salsa. I wont ever go back.

The music playing is nice and adds to the atmosphere, but someone kept on raising the volume to an unreasonable volume and couldnt even talk or hear the person across from you, let alone the waitstress. Its very frustrating, and I wouldnt recommend bringing a date nor a family night out since you dont know whats going to happen from min to min. Its a shame since I feel the food was so good, and I was actually saying I want to come back now unless Im alone. I probably wont.

We used Mas Fajitas to cater our daughters wedding. The fajitas were excellent! Service was via buffet line but it went fast and the servers were so sweet! Communication until the time of service was excellent, too! Highly recommend!

While visiting Killeen, TX, I wanted some good fajitas! I Googled and found this place! I was not disappointed! The fajitas were great! My boyfriend had a chicken bacon ranch burrito and he said it was great! Service was also great! I would definitely go back!

I have been to this location a few times. The alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced and taste pretty good. I always get the chips and queso which is a great start. I don’t like water down queso the queso here never disappoints the chips are warm. The service is friendly and fast. The food is hot, well seasoned and has a good flavor profile depending on the dish. If you are wanting to have a good time without spending a lot of money, this is a good place to come. I ordered appetizer two entrée and multiple drinks every time and I never spend more than $100 here including the tip. They have TVs on the wall if you want to watch sports I have never had to wait for a table. They also have a bar area and the restrooms are always clean.

Had a great time as always, great good at a great price and wonderful service from the moment you walk in everyone is really friendly, your server Justin was very attentive and super sweet.

1 of the better TACO TUESDAY spots in the area. Staff is always kind and courteous. The taco filling (picadillo) is flavorful but sometimes too wet causing the tacos to break if you dont get to em quick enough. But overall the tacos rank higher than other spots.

Ive been a few times through the years and enjoyed each visit. I went with my 6yr old for the first time recently and he enjoyed his self too! I had the tilapia dish and it was delicious. He had a burger and fries.

First time visit. Good selection of food items to choose from. Our waitress was amazing; personable, informative and a great passion for providing quality service. Our lunch group was still talking about her hours after our having left. Our food was served piping hot and as ordered. My chili rellenos was tasty!! A large poblano chili, filled with beef fajita meat and coated with an egg batter. One of the better rellenos I have eaten in a long while. Others in our group commented about the quality and tastiness of their meals. Will definitely return the next time Im back in Kileen!!

To start off we were missing a rice on a two go meal and this was our first experience with Masfajitas. Speaking of the rice it was bland and dry. The salsa was subpar pace picante was levels above the salsa here. The meat was bland and I ordered the fajitas for two and was highly disappointed in the quantity vs the price point. It will be a long while before I might want to give this restaurant another chance.

Love the food here! Always the go to place for good salsa and chips and love the queso.

The food here was a amazing. This was our first time eating here and I was impressed. We are very picky when it comes to Mexican food and this place ranks in the top places in Killeen area. Only complaint I could make is the Spanish rice could use a little more tomato

The food was good. The waitress got me the exact drink I told her I didnt want. Then, when I told the bartender, she argued with me about what I wanted and explained the drink making process and told me I was wrong.

Interesting menu selection (smaller than most Mexican restaurants, but nice variety), drinks were great, food was very good, service was top notch. It is smaller than I expected so it probably gets very busy (we went early on a Wednesday). Recommend!

The food is consistently good. Good quality ingredients, friendly service, competitive prices. You can pay at the table at the end of your meal. Beer and margaritas are available for those folks that partake. Its a great default for those nights when your group cant agree on where to eat.

The popusas were rock hard. No flavor. Burnt.

Had a really good dinner here, came in with a large party (10+) and they quickly accommodated us. Their service was very friendly and fast. The menu had many delicious selections to choose from to include drinks. They prepared the food in a timely fashion and kept the chips flowing. Definitely recommend and try something new each time.

Ive been here about 4 times now, have tried a variety of dishes, all delicious. Please note this is a Tex-Mex style restaurant. The items I have tried are the chicken quesadilla lunch plate, the carnitas platter, and the carne asada plate. All were delicious. The queso Blanco and the salsa Verde are absolutely delicious, but I wasnt a fan of their salsa.Wait staff has been wonderful all around with each visit, service was prompt, staff very kind and attentive.Pricing/portion were on point in my estimation. Lunch portions are just right, and dinner portions, I always have enough for lunch the next day!Thr atmosphere here is warm and inviting. There is always music playing and there are multiple tvs on with various sporting events shown (muted, of course).I havent sat or drank at the bar, but the area looks nice, clean, inviting.I am hoping to order family style the next time we go!

I never really write reviews, but this place is seriously so amazing. the staff is nice and timely. you will always have a refills waiting for you. the food is absolutely delicious and flavorful. the flaming queso with the fajita beef is such a good comfort dish and watching it burn is such a pleasure lol. in all seriousness though, the food is fresh and cooked to perfect tenderness. everything feels like it was made and delivered with love. this is my new favorite place to eat. p.s. i never drink mangochanoy drinks but i tried theirs and it took my breath away. definitely try this place at least once!

First time visiting but will not be the last. Restaurant is clean, food was great, & staff was warm and inviting. My wife had the beef fajitas and I had the cowboy fajitas. Everything had great flavor, came out quickly, and was hot when served. Our waitress was Liz,which gave great service and the manager, Joe, stopped by to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else. Overall a very good first experience will dine here again.

In my five years in this town Ive never been in, and that was a terrible mistake! We tried it on a whim and a rush the other day and it was great! The food we ordered was delicious, large portioned, and well priced. Our waitress was lovely as well! We will definitely be back!

Weve had way better service here before. Tonight we waited an hour for our food. When we asked for the manager, our food then came out and the manager never showed. We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children. And we called ahead. Waitress did the best she could do though!

Food was good but took 48 minutes to get 5 tacos and an order of fajitas. I sat at the bar and ordered to go. I ordered my food immediately after the couple next to me and the couple got there food, ate all of it and had time to socialize for a couple minutes and was getting ready to go by the time I got my food. I also had 4 other people at the bar who ordered after I did and they all got their food before me. The place was busy but service needs to be better!! I asked twice politely where my food was and was getting ready to leave and then my food finally showed up. Also I ordered a margarita while I waited and the glass was super dirty and definitely not clean. I had to ask the bartender for a different drink. I still left a 5 dollar tip, not sure why. I should of recieved a discount or something.

Great food!! The fried fajita chicken dinner was GREAT!! Next time well have to dine in. And enjoy the atmosphere. Saturday night, the music was going, the staff was enjoying themselves. There was a moment when I thought a Saturday night might not be the place for a family with young children. But thats just because it was a party atmosphere. But the food was good!

Went here for dinner with my work team. It was very clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. We were able to have conversation easily and the wait staff checked on us with a good frequency. The food was delicious with generous portions. Im planning to return often.

Went here with my girlfriend and our friend for lunch. The food was fantastic. I have to recommend the chicken fried steak it is a Chicken fried Beef Fajita covered in Queso Blanco. Now, I am a country boy, I usually eat gravy on my Steak.... but I dont know if I can go back to that 😅.One of the best meals I have had in a Mexican restaurant in a long time.Also have to recommend the Horchata. I was expecting the usual milk in a glass kind of set up with my order. But it was so Flippin good, they put whip cream, and cinnamon all over it, felt more like a special desert than a drink to be honest.On top of that the wait staff was extremely nice and helpful. Tip well when you come here, cause its worth it.

So I had on been to the one in Round Rock once and decided to try the Killeen location with my best friend. At first it seemed a bit less than average ( the server had no enthusiasm about being there, messed up a few times bringing the wrong drinks and mistakes with the order). So it was average overall compared to my first experience in Round Rock. Ended up going a second time to the Killeen location with a family member that had never been, and this time was a much better visit. It was for lunch and not dinner but it was a great vibe. Our server was pleasant and witty, accommodated a last minute order change. The manager visit several tables to make sure all was well and to say hello. It definitely made up for the first impression with the initial visit.

A very good Mexican restaurant with great food. Many of the dishes on the menu describe a unique take on Mexican cuisine. The Wednesday margarita special was great.

The food was not very authentic to me. But it was still very good. But it was the two ladies behind the bar that kept me entertained all night that earned the 4th start from me. I can still almost taste the salt on the rim of the Modelo I was drinking. I definitely enjoyed my evening here!

This place is awesome! Apart from the fresh food and courteous staff, they also have a Latin night on Fridays and Saturdays which has been fun. Business casual for the dress code and a mature atmosphere.

First time being there and service was great and lots of food that was real food. I would tell anybody to eat there. After my First Time I go there about every Week and Service is always Great every time. Im Handicap in a Wheelchair and the only thing Bad About the Parking they Took Down the Handicap Signs and the only ones that where left alone were for the other Business is and they told me if Im not Eating at There Restaurant then I will get TOWED. I wish that the Other Signs would go back up because where the spots where has the Handicap Ram is. When there taken I have to Double Park because Im in a Wheelchair .

Food was ok but one thing really got me and my friends...serving your drink with an open straw which was touched by the server hands and placed on the table before was introduced inside your glass. We asked for paper sealed straw and the waiter was disturbed about our request and tried to explain us that is the only type they have. When we refused our drinks she went and brought us the paper sealed straws. 😒 not a happy camper over all! 😕

Good food & good service when dining in but not when ordering food to be picked up. This is the 2nd time I ordered online & both times I have been told my order was picked up by someone else prior to me or my spouse arriving. This time they didnt even include the salsa with our meal. I was very disappointed to have my spouse wait an additional 50 mins from the original pickup time for our food to be ready.

Food was okay a lot of it lacked flavor. I got the Birria Tacos but they were made with ground beef. We also got the ceviche bowl and it also had very little flavor.

Husband and I stopped in for lunch. We shared a steak quesadilla. We also each had a Margarita made with Herradura Anejo. Everything, including the chips and salsa, was very good. Great lunch with great prices. Highly recommend this place.

Sunday September 11th about 230.Walked in and we thought we were at a Disco club. Music was so loud you couldnt hear the greeter. The music..or Noise was black hip hop!!!!Really at a Mexican restaurant???The food was good but couldnt tolerate the atmosphere of the noise..Please fix this problem

The food was good but very little portions. We spent about $10-$15 more than we usually do at Mexican restaurants and it wasn’t really that worth it. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good quality and fresh, it’s just expensive for not a lot. Definitely not somewhere you want to take a baby though. It’s really really loud in there and if you have a baby, you probably don’t want to spend $15 for 13 pieces of steak.

The food is his and well proportioned for the price. The drinks looked really good. (Didnt try any this time) enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was wonderful

Bathrooms were clean. Great restaurant​ plus one of the TVs was showing Lord of the Rings. Very glad I stopped to eat food here after the Spartan Race.

I visited Mas Fajitas for the first time to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the queso flameado for an appetizer and it was delicious! The beef was tender and very flavorful. I had the pork carnitas enchiladas and was pleased with the portion size and quality of the food. The margaritas were also very good. I was overall impressed and will be visiting again! Its the perfect place for a date night or to bring the whole family.

Took a long time for someone to notice we had not gotten drink orders taken.The Dr pepper tastes like it is mixed with root beer (so gross).Overall the Food was meh. Good tortillas, good salsa, good guacamole, & delicious, tender, chicken fajitas. Rice was so-so (some bites were pretty good, the others were crunchy and burnt).Fried ice cream is just a ball of Ice cream rolled in frosted flakes, there is no brandy butter sauce (we asked, she said it is on there - but it was NOT). Ordered 2 and it was a total waste of money.Dont think I will go back, we tipped 50% only because we know how hard it is to be waitstaff, but honestly the service was so slow and several of our items were forgotten and my husband finished his drink before we got our food, and she never got him a refill (he ended up drinking mine).Service was not slow for just us. When we got there, two tables were finished eating with take out boxes already bagged up ready to go and credit cards in hand to pay. It was 15 minutes before one table was able to pay and leave and more then 20 minutes before the other table paid and left.Not impressed.Now I will say that we got there about 45 minutes before they closed, so maybe the end of the long night played a part in our personal experience (as far as service and taste of food goes) maybe we just went on an off day. No, we did not complain to anyone about anything.The owner or manager was friendly and welcoming. He checked on us after a little while and he personally took our drink order.

My family requests her at every visit and she goes above and beyond to make sure we’re very well taken care of. The food is always hot, the drinks are never empty and her personality just makes the biggest difference in our visits to MasFajitas. Good food for very fair prices. I got a margarita and enchiladas. The service was fast, our waitress wasn’t overly friendly but she did a good job. Very standard Tex Mex, but standard texmex is still tasty. I do think I’ll probably come back at some point.

Awesome food as always. We had an awesome waiter. He kept checking on us. And our Tea glasses never got empty. Also, Im not a huge enchilada fan but the chicken avocado enchiladas are to die for!

Best customer service, food was amazing we will be back. We had the nachos, road kill and the hangover burger and all of it came out fast, hot and perfectly cooked. The fajita beef on the nachos is the best Ive ever had anywhere and our server never let our drinks get empty.

It was the worst experience Ive had in a long time. The food is marginal. The beans were very salty. The waitress ignored anything I had to say. The manager was not helpful. The seating is broken. To make it worse, a less than perfectly dressed girl and probably less dressed friend sat down and I think all the dudes who work in the kitchen came out like a stomped ant hill. What a sight to see. Im quite certain, the dishwasher, the line cooks, the bar staff and what I learned is the manager came out to stare as if theyve never seen a woman. It looked like a sorry sight. Staring at these two women like meat. I dont think Ill be telling anyone to eat here. Less than hospitable place to visit. I certainly wont be telling anyone to take their family there especially if they have any daughters

I had high hopes. Wait staff was good, I had 2 beef 2 chicken tacos and 6 Buffalo wings. None of which tasted fresh. Something was floating in my beer. All the food was bland. Curious what spices are used if any. And the classic queso was something out of a can it seemed.

Amazing. I went there with a group and we were seated quickly. The waitress was prompt and the food was delic n hot. It was of large proportion so i had left overs.

Service was terrible, we waited over an hour from sitting down to finally get our food, they were busy but not unbearably busy, there were several empty tables. The food was great but our waiter had only stopped by the table twice, we had to ask 3 times for a drink to be refilled from empty, just to be ignored. We asked for queso to finally get it after we were done eating. This is absolutely unacceptable service and we will not eat here again for a while until the staff goes through its typical 3 or 4 month change because of the terrible management.

No seasoning in the beans, on meat or in rice and drinks are weak! Sad truly as I have heard good things about them. Welp on to the next one!

I wanted to take my Bonus Mom out for Mothers Day. Drive from Dallas to Killeen.Googled this place popped up 4.8. So we went there and it is now a family favorite. The food, drinks and the service was great!!!!
