I have been so blessed by going to this Spa. The Temple VA sent me here and my life has truly changed. Before I went here, I could hardly move my arms, legs and my neck was so stiff and sore. Lacy introduced me to the massages and the Ballencer Pro Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and the first treatment of the Lymphatic Drainage Therapy ( within that week) I could feel a huge difference in my pain level all over my body. Dominica is an outstanding therapist who knows what shes doing. Her great knowledge on the human body allows her to target any particular area while she explaining why and how of everything.Shes very respectful and courteous. Also, shes accommodating and respectful.On my sessions I always felt relaxed. The room is quiet and nicely cleaned. Overall, I recommend her to anyone, specially veterans who are covered through the VA.

Its been a full year since Ive been going to Dominica and our plan has allow me more mobility. Yes, I do have chronic pain in multiple areas so we had to map out how she would target each area. My pain is so much more manageable now. I was a mess initially. This is what self care looks like, stop putting it off. Take the step toward a better you! Schedule a consult, discuss the areas you are most concerned with and allow Dominica to do what she does best. The spa is always clean, atmosphere is top tier and best of all relaxing!

My boyfriend treated me to a massage for my birthday. I’d never been to a professional masseuse before and was surprised to see how small Don’s stature was when we met but she may be a tiny thang but she sure is strong. For an hour she worked out all my body pains and I was walking on air. I didn’t even hurt the next day. I would definitely go back for another round and would recommend her to everyone!!!

I am a 10 year Marine Corps Veteran that suffers from severe low-upper back, neck, and right shoulder problems. I was sent to her by the VA and I have to admit when I learned at first, she was a private contractor out of her home, I was kinda cautious at first.Now, I’m two sessions in and she is about the most professional PT I’ve ever seen. Not too mention, she’s found every knot in my back, my shoulder as well as the ones in neck.She uses a wide variety of therapeutics and massage/cupping tools to hit the target areas where her hands and ELBOWS can’t reach. She also targets the different layers of the muscle, and adjust the technique to the layer she wants to target. She is very skilled.Very important to note, she has been addressing them with COMPLETE and ABSOLUTE care. She read my file and with the initial visit we spoke about my aliments. The best thing I can say, that will remove the “meh” thought of going private, is that you’re truly one on one and she takes her work very seriously and LOVES what she does!I am already doing better at home and showing improvement through her work. She’ll even tell when you’re doing better or doing worse.Which leads to the last thing. DO HER HOMEWORK EXERCISES!!! You’re only helping her, HELP YOU! I’ve been suffering since 2016 with back, neck, and shoulder pain… how ever, she is slowly but surely giving me my mobility and life back!Yes, I 100% recommend her to everyone, especially my broken vets! I must say, the BEST massage therapy I have had!!! I have TONS of KNOTS and she worked them throughout my back. She has some STRONG hands, so if you like the deep tissue and therapy then she is for you!!! She knows her stuff and explains everything. She even pays close attention to your gait. Will go again!

If youre looking for a great massage, look no further than DO Massage. Dominica definitely sets herself apart from all the other Massage Therapists in the area. Most of the massage therapists in this area tend to just treat you as a job. Dominica actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues, whether they come from previous injuries or nagging chronic issues. Even before saying anything, she was able to determine several issues just from posture and the way the body rests when relaxed. During the first session, she was able to identify some chronic issues that I didn’t even realize I had as she performed the initial assessment and massage.As for the actual massage, everything about it was perfect. I prefer deep tissue massages because I stay pretty active and usually have a lot of tension in my muscles. The pressure was just right to release and relax the muscles but not deep enough to cause damage. Most people assume deep tissue massages are supposed to be painful to be effective which is not the case. After leaving a massage you should feel energized and relaxed, not beat up and in pain. The day I got my massage I had been up since 1am and was dead tired by the time my appointment started, after the appointment I was full of energy and feeling absolutely amazing and ready to tackle the rest of the day.The location is great, and if you can’t come to her, she can come to you which is a bigger bonus especially if you’re crunched for time. The studio was clean, private, and relaxing. Another plus is that most massage places around here don’t really give you a full hour. The time you spend talking to them to address issues and changing usually come off your time. With Dominica, as long as you arrive slightly early (10-15 min), you get the full hour (or however long your session is). Pricing is amazing, the rates are cheap and the quality is honestly worth much more. There is honestly not one thing negative I can say, and I am now a regular client. Do yourself a favor and book with the best massage therapist in town.
