Very helpful staff. This was my first time. My husband is a regular. Got information on cbd and delta products. Ultimately purchased some gummies and was not disappointed.

For the 10th time this vape shop sold me the wrong equipment for my vape. This vape shop seems to hire anyone off the street with no knowledge of what they sell. Everytime I walk in there it smells like weed.

Im really hoping this message will get the owners attention. This is now my 4th attempt to communicate with them in regards to the points I accrued with Great Vapes Killeen. That location was shut down when I just so happen to drive by and get juice. The owners informed me that the Great Vapes location would be up and running in approximately 2 weeks and to stop by and they would honor the points I accrued with FiveStars/LoyalZoo. I left a note with an employee there with my contact information and no response. Few weeks past by and I stop at the AAA STRAPE Store on Clear Creek and leave my contact information there as well with an employee and still no response. I stop by tonight (10/25) and the manager tells me that nothing is going to be done and doesnt even bother hearing me out. I was no where close to finish telling my sequence of events as to what Ive already done before he became dismissive and frankly didnt even care to listen even though he calmed he was.

Being told I cant talk to my wife on the phone to see what flavor she wants is ridiculous. There are no excuses that can justify the situation. Guess what minors will get a product one way or another what a joke.

F**KING Fab is a great flavor or lost Mary strawberry Ice. If you go on the right day they have discounts perfect before some event that leads u to be in the woods for a few weeks.

They have a good selection of items but the customer service is less the desirable. The employees spend more time talking to one another than to the customer. So, if you already know what your getting then it should be fine... that is if they hear you over one another.

//Edit- AAA Strate Vape disappointed me on 16 December and exceeded my expectations on 17 December and so I changed my rating from 1 star to 5.This great establishment went far and above to reach out to me and restore my faith in humanity following an unfortunate experience detailed below.Strate Vape made it easy to explain to my son why it was good to be good.I love this place :) //*****************I had ordered Naked Euro Gold (as I have weekly since the store opened) but when I got home, I noticed I got something different (Naked Cuban Blend).My son and I came into the store the next day to try to rectify the issue with the purchase I made on 16DEC.I asked if I could exchange the Cuban Blend for the juice I had actually ordered but the clerk told me it would be illegal for them to right their own wrong. I was surprised by his answer and I then asked if maybe we could apply some sort of a discount towards purchasing more juice and a mod or to work with me in some other way but again he repeated that I was participating in criminal activity and that I should stop.The clerk told me that it was worth losing a loyal customer over and so here I am fulfilling my side of the deal.I am saddened because I was happy with the joint up till this point but I cannot ever walk inside those doors again. What would my son think of me? He heard the store clerk tell me that they no longer wanted my business over $10!He asked, why should I be good if everybody around is so mean and bad?

Very helpful and didnt pressure us to buy something we didnt want. Listened to what we needed, answered our questions. The price match guarantee made us feel comfortable that we were getting a good price. They also have a loyalty program through the Clover app which saved us some money

The short blonde guy with glasses and the big burley dude are very very rude...just for asking a question....I would not recommend anyone to shop at this particular location. If they dont like their job or have the patience to answer questions they shouldnt be there. One always has to help the other. I guess because they collectively dont know what theyre doing. Ive been coming here since before both of them started and they are the worst I have encountered to date. -5 stars for performance and customer service. +5 stars for selection.

Had to make a fast stop they were a little out of my way but nothing serious. They helped me out a lot. They were quick courteous and above all knowledgeable. I stick to a certain type of juice and they were quick to help me find one similar. Theyve got a good selection and deals of juices and mods plus PARTS. Its a pain for me to find extra glass and o rings for my tanks. Plus they carry a multitude of coils. I believe Ive found my new hometown shop when Im back.

This is the only vape shop you need to worry about. I have been to several other in the area and can honestly say this is the best one in town. Theyre thirsty Thursdays deal on three custom made House Blend juices is the best deal in town. Their customer service and knowledge is top-notch. They will do everything they can to get you the best deal in town and to get you a set up that matches your needs. They have a great selection of mods, accessories and juices. Definitely go to these people first dont waste your money elsewhere.

Always have what u need and want. Tge level of knowledge is remarkable when it comes to the disposables. Every flavor is tested by the employees, so thorough feedback is top notch. Its the only vape shop I go to. Plus their inventory keeps increasing with new products. Highly recommended to shop here!

Some of the staff are good and knowledgeable. They could probably focus more on customers instead of talking between themselves when a customer is at the counter. Selection is okay, they keep running out of desert flavors. Good amount of floor space, could probably set up displays that people could walk around if Killeens crime rate wasnt so high.

Fast friendly service. Might be pricey but theyre open later than most if not all in Killeen. My go to shop in a pinch

I just visited this Vape Shop for the first time. I wanted to get my husband something for Valentines day. The Store Clerk, Sam, was very friendly and eager to help me find something that would best fit my husbands style. She was very thorough and informative about all their products. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend them.

I walked in with some friends to see what products were available, just out of curiosity. First of all the selection of juice is trash. Second, why do you need to see my ID if Im not sampling/purchasing anything? Thank goodness there are much better local options.

I really liked this store and have been a customer since it opened, but due to a defective tank I will not be back. I have bought several mods and typically purchase 2 weeks of juice at a time for 2 people. I only had the tank for 2-3 days and found it to be defective. I took the tank back and asked if they could fix it as it burned 3 coils in under 3 days. I was told that the coil was not getting enough juice and stated that it should be good. I purchased another coil and went to the house. It was very difficult to remove the coil, but I finally got it removed. Afterwards, the tank didnt work at all. I took it back to the shop and asked for a return/replacement. I was told that that is not possible. I asked for a refund and was told that I would only get a percentage of what I paid for it off as it was now used. Due to the tank being defective from the beginning and me being a loyal customer, I did not think this fair or good business. The employee called the boss and was able to get a better return for the tank, but by then the damage was done. I wont speak poorly of them, but I will not patron the store, nor recommend it anymore.

My wife went here with her friends and was rudely cat called by the attendant there named John, who proceeded to make negative comments about our marriage and blatantly kept refusing my wife’s requests for him to mind his own business as the only reason for going there was to purchase coils, which by the way had to be asked for several times as John would say “oh you mean coils for a new tank” wanting her to purchase a whole new tank and coils rather than just allowing her to buy coils for the tank she has. Definitely don’t recommend going here seeing as rude customer service, and unwarranted remarks are a common place.

Came here because it’s super close to the house. Convenient location. We saw Jon and needed help getting a few new things— he was more than happy to help and even gave us a good deal. Found our new shop :)

I went in to get a vape and they didn’t have what I was looking for. What they had was a lot better quality and the prices were not bad. The costumer care was better than any I have received. I have been to vape shops in Hawaii, Oklahoma, and here. These guys are the best with costumers.The mods are great quality. When I got ready to get batteries I got name branch. None of that generic Chinese stuff without a label. Hardware is pretty spot on for a small shop. Leave it at that.Juices. Where to start. So many juices. The in house juices are great. The dragon line of house juice is amazing!In short if you don’t mind a premium for expert knowledge and amazing costumer experience this is the place to go!

This ones for the owners and management, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the third time me and my wife have waited for curbside assistances where we got skipped over 3 times by 3 different cars due to your employees standing around talking to each other, and petting each other’s dogs. I will NEVER be back each time it’s 15-20 minutes until I get talked too. Your business works as a popularity contest.

Definitely a great store, and willing to work with you on prices for a new vape,great prices, good atmoshphere, but i do have one concern about there house juices. the last bottle i had bought was the jacks obsession. when i had purchased it there was a brown layer on top of the juice thinking it was just the nicotine not mixturing well and everytime before filling the tank i would shake well. when i finally got down to the bottom of the juice and filling my tank for the last time with it, i could see it seperate in the tank very fast, once the actual juice was out and that brown layer was the only thing left in my tank, i went for another hit it literally tasted and smelled like rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. i had chest pains after that one hit for about 30minutes. not sure what you guys are doing with your house juice, i will not be purchasing them anymore.now a month later, For the lady that had acknowledged my review and concern. i really do appreciate you apologizing what had happen. just that alone for my review to get noticed was well enough for me, then the over-the-top customer service from her and the amazing crew is what has always brought me back.

Wouldn’t go back to this establishment if they paid me. Completely unprofessional. Employees are working age but act like children. I walk in to ask a question and they look at me and pretend one guy is mute. Wow that’s really funny. Then they al continued to laugh, while he wrote stuff on a post it note and showed every other employee and they laughed. Really? Laughing at customers. Shame this is typical business outside of a military base. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Came in on July 1 2018. Still being new to vaping Riley(sp?) Was very helpful in picking out juices and a new rda. Ended up spending more than I thought, but was pleased with every thing I purchased. Prices were very reasonable and a very great selection of house juices. Will definitely be back

Okay I actually can’t say enough about this place. I go to college at CTC the campus right across from them, but live in Georgetown. We’ve got a couple vapes shops here but they’re all trash compared to AAA ( I honestly didn’t know there were any not pompous vape shops tbh).Even when I dont have class I’ll make the drive up here because of how great the service is. The workers are amazing and the owner even is in the store often just hanging out. I remember one time I accidentally left my phone in the store and didn’t realize for like 10 minutes, by the time I realized I called my phone to see where I left it. No one picked up but a minute later they called me back and their worker Sam told me that yeah I had in fact left it and I they’d hold it for me while I came back.I just called them for a tech support question and they helped me over the phone like it was no issue.Great place

Best vape shop in town, best customer service. Will charge your coil and clean your tank. I bought a mod here and it had issues, replaced it on the spot. I’ve been to all the shops in this area and I only go here now because of the juice selection and customer service.

Been going here about a month now. Ive been in the vape industry for over 2 years and this place is top notch. They always have the juice they display for the most part. A ton of atomizers and mods to choose from (a little steep on price, but thats how the industry works) and with the Perka app you get rewards by purchasing or even just showing up and checking in! A lot of places could learn a thing or two from this place.

I come here all the time to grab juice, this time the worker who assisted me was from the same place Im from. Thought it would be a good convo....Sadly, his attitude and service was a sad as his tattoo on his leg.

Little upset with them . My friend is new to vaping. Staff was helpful to find the hardware, but there was no way for my friend to sample the flavors. She tried my custard, which she liked. She used to smoke 3-4 packs a day and the staff made her a vape mixture of custard. 95/5 with 34 mg nicotine. Wow, you couldnt even brick your mouth close to the vape without coughing

The guy who helped us knew nothing. Tried to say juul had 700 mah battery...its 200 man. Tried to argue with me (the customer) about an auto shut off feature that prevents dry hits on the vaperesso nexus. He didnt even know it had the feature, and when i showed him on vaperessos website he continued to argue. He had no clue about pod systems and just keep try n to push the juul. I have bought tons of juice from there and my mod...wont be goin back
