I was going to give a real bad review, but they made up for the problem, with precise and intentional judgement. They absolutely have great management, great employees, and the products..... well, you can tell that dude on the corner, no thanks. 😂

This vape shop is great and very knowledgeable about all of their products! Every1 should definitely check this shop out, youll love it the moment you walk in. Also they have a points rewards system!

This place has been my go to vape shop for 2 years now. I drive 30 minutes to come to this store. The selections are endless. The staff is so knowledgeable, caring, and down to earth. They also have a really cool reward system that you can redeem for gear, coils, and juice. Definitely recommend 👌

Wide selection of products for all devices. This is one of the only vape shops I’ve been to where the employees actually know what they’re selling and make solid recommendations. If you think their nicotine is expensive it’s because they only carry premium e-juices and salts. I’ve not once bought a low quality, cheap tasting product from this store. There are cheaper places in town but this place takes the cake with its friendly and knowledgeable staff and great product.The guys here have gone over and beyond for me several times for issues ranging from large to small. Won’t be going anywhere else as long as they’re open.

In town for the weekend and my tank started leaking. Went in thinking I needed a new tank... He went over everything, giving pointers on things I never knew. No pushy sales pitch and as of now, its no longer leaking. Wonderful shop and I will be going back before I leave.

Everybody in the store is always extremely helpful and very polite. The place is clean and feels very welcoming to hang around in. The points reward system is great. Not to mention they got free condoms in a bucket, free water, a couch to chill on, a PlayStation and even boardgames, cmon now. Best juice selection to choose from in my opinion. Better than create-a-cig, better than red apple smoke shop, green apple smoke, better than all that. Pull up to FogHog stop playing.

I honestly love the customer service here. The staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. You can get your fix and just hang out on the couches if you were so inclined (get it? Funny haha) all in all, great place to get your nic products and more

Great place to go for all of your vape products. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. They will do builds for your attys and will wrap your batteries for you if necessary. Went in because the pod system I had had stopped working, hoping to see if they would have a fix for it. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be repaired. However with it being the holiday season, instead of having me buy a new one the owner gave me his personal one instead. Great people and service with a huge range of selections. Obvious great customer service as well. Definitely recommend going

This is the best vape shop I have ever walked into. The workers are very chill and know what they are doing. Okay, I’m giving this whole 5 whole stars because the guy I talk to was very smart. He knew the difference between everything they sell. And what I loved the most, is that instead of trying to upsell there most popular/expensive products, he showed me the differences between each rda/tank, told me if I’m looking for flavor or clouds. Most of all the 5 star rating is for the time they take to show u everything with the most respectful personality and are still willing to help you even after you have payed!! Hands down the best vape shop I have ever been too!!

I just moved to the area and was told by a friend to go here and nowhere else. They were 100% correct. I was helped by Corey and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered my questions honestly and never tried to pressure me to buy anything. I made a purchase I am really happy with and will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ventilation in the building was poor. I’m not sure if that’s how people like it in vape shops or not. Been going to Fog Hog Vapors since i got to Fort Hood. Absolutely love the people working there, theyll help you find what you might like and even offer suggestions on flavors. Overall extremely helpful and friendly people. Now that im leaving Fort Hood Im for sure gonna miss my trips to Fog Hog in order to restock on my supplies!!

I am very impressed with the quality of customer service and support. The staff is very well informed on the different types of products and devices that are available for purchase and cater to your needs and dont push merchandise on you that you are not educated in using just to make a high sales quota. Fog Hog employees make you feel at home and better about what you want out of your vape experience. A double thumbs up and huge cloud beasts for a great establishment.

Ive tried just about every place in the surrounding area, yet Fog Hog is still my top choice. From the easily accessible build, to the quality vapes, and most of all, the friendly Clerks. Every time I come he I spend 10 plus minutes just talking to the workers. They even host Gaming Competitions. Perfect one stop shop for all your smoking needs.

This is the best vape I have ever been to. They have great selections. And the guys up there are personable and helpful. You really dont feel like a stranger. At least I didnt. Check them out they also have rewards there. I was able to get a free 60oz juice and my coil. Well worth it.

Fog Hogs in the only vape shop Ill ever shop at. Entire staff is very intelligent about products and super friendly. I never had a problem here, and they update me when my favorite juice comes in. So when I got to Texas about a couple months ago i had no idea which vape shop I should frequent cuz thats as important as cheapest gas station near me but when I walked in to this place it was very clean smelled nice and most important the staff was very friendly and welcoming, im a nervous person by nature but I felt comfortable answering some questions they had to finish up my transaction very polite until I leave they got some awesome people working there I defiantly dont mind spending my. Friendly staff, nice place, but not good experience after I had purchase 2 nicotine puff bars very recomended by the employee. They were leaking from the bottom part right after I opened them and took them back ($30-$40 total). They gave me 2 new ones,cool! Opened them inside the store just find the had the same leaking problem, so decided to get The brand iknow for a fact wont do that even thou they try to tell me it was normal. Which was lesser priced but couldnt get the difference in price refunded because they lost 3 due to THEM NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!! Like it was my fault. Not even to mention that tips are not calculated accurate at all since the amount that i tipped wasnt the same amount that they tooj. Hope the really improve services and products for better customer experience!

Came right before they closed for some E-juice, the employee by the name of Mike was very informative and helpful. He did not rush me even though the store was about to close and let me try several different flavors to determine what E-juice would work best with me.

I walked in fog hog with a broken vape and Mike&Corey helped me out so well. I didn’t even expect them to fix it and they went above and beyond to help me. I started shopping here 4 years ago when I first came to Killeen, and Ive never wanted to shop anywhere else. The owners and staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store has a great atmosphere, with a big screen t.v playing movies, and people hanging out. Foghog sells everything you need, from full size rigs to the smaller salt Nic vapes I prefer. They have a wide array of models and juices, but most importantly they give the genuine impression that they care about their customers. If you vape in the Killeen/Fort Hood area, I wouldnt bother going anywhere else.

Had what my husband needed. Price wise on the expensive side.Update: Yes the only thing sold to us was a $5 coil which is the same price at other places. What I was saying was on the expensive side was if you buy 5 it is $25 other places it is 5 for $15 or Amazon 5 for 12.99 (free shipping). Also the fluid $15 at other places $20 at yours. And maybe I should have been more specific on my original review .... I was kinda rushing .... on the plus side you were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vape pen.

I went to great vape to get my set up and got a mod I had no idea about, so I quit vaping because I dont know what is what and how things worked. I recently started my mission of stop smoking again.
