C3 Wellness Spa - Cypress

I have used C3 Wellness for several months now to rehab my right shoulder replacement. I have gone to both locations. I love them! All of the physical therapists are excellent! I used them two years ago after my rotator cuff surgery and it was just as perfect! This is the ONLY place where you will have one therapist work with only YOU the entire hour. When I had my knee replacement rehabbed in 2019 st a different place, my therapist had to split her time among several patients during the hour. Definitely not as nice as here. This time I’m also doing massage and acupuncture to help with the rehab. I was skeptical about those therapies, but now I’m a believer! Dr. Anderson is great with the acupuncture, and even though I’ve had multiple different massage therapists (because WHEN I came was more important to me than WHO I had, they have all been sensitive to my needs and very helpful. All of the front of house staff are also very helpful to me as well. I highly recommend C3 Wellness!

I had my 1st yoga class today. It was absolutely amazing. I was hesitant at first bc I havent stretched in a very long time but Jenny was absolutely perfect. She gave me enough tips so I can practice yoga at home as well as educated me a little on the practice. The best part was her patience and reassurance that it was a no judgment zone(my bones were popping and I couldnt do all the poses/stretches to perfection) BUT she still praised me for doing my best! We even talked before and after and got to know each other a little bit.The front desk ladies were awesome also. Both smiled and greeted me. The young lady who actually checked me in at the front desk had a smile that can light up any room. I felt welcomed. I am definitely going back!!!If youre ever in the area!!! CHECK EM OUT!!

They are so unorganized! The billing department somehow misplaced records of payments made and then went and charged my card nearly $300 after not being treated here for months WITH ZERO AUTHORIZATION. That is stealing! Not to mention the acupuncture treatments are subpar in comparison to those that I have received at other facilities. I would never do business here if I were you. I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and contacting my attorney while I await my rightfully owed refund as these charges are INVALID. I have the bank records to prove it and I am in absolute disgust of the extra time I don’t have they are wasting.

1) Our 2:00pm appointment was on 4/20 with an arrival of 1:30pm. When 2:02pm hit, I asked the lady at the front desk why our appointment hadnt started yet. She said, its ONLY 2:02pm theyll be out soon. At 2:10pm they FINALLY brought us into the room.2) They didnt start the massage till 2:15pm and left 35 minutes later when we paid for a 60-minute massage.3) They dont take appointments seriously except to leave early.4) My fiance hurt worse after than he did before the massage, even though he had never had one before.We wont be coming there again. If you read their late/cancelation policy you can see theyre very strict if YOU are late or need to cancel. However, theres no late policy for employees and horrible customer service. If youre going to be late dont make me pay for it. YOU should pay for it by either reimbursing us or going for the full 60 minute massage that I paid for.We are from out of state as we wont come here again anyways even if we had a good experience but couldve recommended if had a better experience. Still point is you dont take appointments seriously and you should.

This place is amazing! The office manager - Michelle is tremendously professional and very customer friendly. She made me feel very welcomed and provided exceptional hospitality. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She is definitely a great fit for the management position or higher positions in the organization.

I have been visiting family the past couple of weeks and I needed a yoga studio. I usually practice yoga a few times a week and C3 Wellness came to the rescue. Heather taught a phenomenal hot yoga class where she took into account everyone’s experience. She was clear in her instruction and the flow was perfect for the evening class.I will be back and I am so happy there is a yoga studio in the area!!

A horrible experience I went to take out my eyebrows with waxing they made a bald one on them and one eyebrow smaller than the other horrible. No se atiendan con Sara Villarreal pésimo servicio.

The spa is clean and staff is friendly. Atmosphere is relaxing. The best, however, is always masseuse Keyona Cameron! Her knowledge of muscles and how they work along with her concern for her clients makes the entire experience one I very much look forward to. I hope C3 Wellness does whatever they can to keep her!

I am so grateful that the VA sent me here!!! Dr. Orman, Ms. Keyona and Dr. Felix have provided more than just standard requirements but an education and empathy for the issues that I am dealing with, with true care for me as a person and not just a patient! I called to make an appointment with my regular therapist and was informed that he is not available until February. I said I will wait and call in January. In the evening I got a call and was informed that there was a call off. I dont remember being told who was going to be my therapist. Come morning the day of my 5:30p appointment I checked my confirmation text and had a different therapist. I called before 8:30am to cancel the appointment. The lady staff did not say anything about cancellation fee. Soon after I started getting text for no call no show. I later checked my bank account and had a $35 charge. I called and asked why am being charged and I had called to cancel. I was informed by a gentleman staff that it was company policy. Now I feel robbed and will never use their services ever again. I will miss my therapist but will find another place with better customer service. I know from cancellation you get informed or they take a percentage with booking that one forfeit if you dont make it to your appointment. If the staff mentioned the cancellation fee I would have said its fine. Robbed customer.

Great personable and professional service- my massages are usually a game changer for the day sometimes week.

This is the second time we have booked a couples massage and second time my appointment was messed up. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago for a specific time as it is our anniversary. When the therapist got sick they assumed it would be ok to just change my appointment to a later time without calling me first. So instead of trying to find someone for our original time they offered to reschedule a different day. Our anniversary date is not on a different day. The lack of professional and business practice is unbelievable. I would not recommend scheduling with them unless you want to be rescheduled. Thanks for nothing.

Today was my first appointment very professional, kind, care and loyal staff. My acupuncture was done by Doctor Feliz, following by an awesome massage done by Brandon Harper very kind. Keep on doing your great job. Love it, thank you for your service and May God Blessed you always🙏

I have to say I was a little skeptical about this place after reading some reviews and I had a Groupon offer which made me even more nervous. From booking the appointment until I left the place it was a delightful experience. I had a personal issue and they really helped me to rebook my appointment and getting other things done in place of others. I really liked it and I am coming back each time I need waxing services. Wonderful place, very peaceful, nice and clean.

My wife and I just left there. This place never disappoints. Thank you Dr. Felix for acupuncture. Thank you Rea White for a great experience in a medical massage. Suppose to be Tranquility,relaxation and some are very professional but others aren’t not naming anyone but the ones that aren’t professional is the reason I won’t be back for massages 💆🏽‍♀️ . The last girl I had wanted to argue with me about what massage I want and she wasn’t that good, she rubbed my toe for the last 20 min and I still gave her a good tip, never again. I didn’t tell the front desk about this matter and the masseuse argued with me again then walked off and said OH LORD , very unprofessional, maybe she isn’t there anymore I’m not sure 🤔.

Marcia is a true healer! I have never had a massage therapist work my delicate Body the way she did it. She was so knowledgeable. And huge added bonus that she can do combo massages to balance my chakras too! Such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment with Marcia.

Im disappointed. The last time I visited, a guy at the reception dared to ask me if I was going to leave a tip. It is important that you know that if we are here it is because the VA pays for this. I live on a pension, I dont work and I barely have enough money. I found that request very offensive as a veteran with 100% disability. Many veterans are homeless and go through many situations. They should be more careful when asking for a tip.

Ive been going here when they were a previous name. Theyve updated to even better. My massage therapist Antonio was perfect. His knowledge of muscle structure and how pain occurs was amazing. I love the staff here and will continue to go here. Lets just say when I finished my appointment with Antonio, I booked another one and also an acupuncture appointment. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Unorganized office, and wasted my time. Stung me a long, and then told me what they should have really said to me from the beginning.

Let me start off by saying that based on some of the responses the owners responded with on this Google review page, they seem to be unprofessional, rude, and petty. To be clear, I have never booked at this vendor however I was looking to get my eyebrows done as Im in town and was trying to save a couple dollars by going through Groupon. I always do research. I have not seen 1 before/ after photo on any service let alone, microshading, or microwaving. To be a black owned business, I am super embarrassed 😳I would rather go to another spa and pay 50% more just to get mine done because of better customer care.

I had the pleasure of having Nicole for my masseuse and just, wow, shes PHENOMENAL! She created a warm, relaxing and therapeutic experience. I cannot recommend her enough and I can only hope that the rest of my massage experiences in life will be as good as her!

Very cleanable and comfortable atmosphere. Massage therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. The acupuncture doctors listen to your needs and address any concerns, all the while making you feel comfortable and relatable while in their care. Staff is friendly and accommodating with scheduling and service. Good place to check out.

Very courteous staff at the front desk. The Acupuncture Physician took time to listen about what I felt was the issue. The Massage Therapist was very methodical. Always making sure that I am comfortable. The massage itself was so relaxing. The full body massage relieved my tensions, and my muscles at the same time easing my pain issues. The entire building is very clean and orderly. Riviera offers a full range of services and I will enjoy my me time there.

Good place to get a good relaxing massage. My first appointment was for a facial. Evelyn is a great tech, she knows what shes doing and has great customer service not to mention Joe is a great massage therapist.C3 wellness is a friendly and welcoming place, all staff is awesomeMy husband and I have found a good place for massages.

I received poor customer treatment and I can only assume it’s because of my skin color. When I present the facts, I am always met with hostility although I keep a calm demeanor. Theyve over charged and refused to refund me.4/8/23 – I was scheduled for appointment with Claudia at 12:30pm. I was called shortly thereafter, I advised them that I ran into a scheduling conflict and needed to come in later that day being that the closed at 6. I was advised Claudia wouldn’t be there. I was also advised I would be charged for the visit in which I understood and agreed. I wasnt made aware of the amount. Later that day I called, spoke w/ Gina bringing to her attention that I was charged $60 because I am to receive 15% off of services as a monthly member. she was very rude and said that the cancellation policy was that I would get charged full price I didn’t agree and was told a manager would call me back. days later, I never received the call and I spoke with Gina. I requested any documentation I signed, she stated she would email, I DID NOT receive any emails. I called back again and advised a young lady that I wanted to cancel my membership. She advised I would not be charged again and that my $100 membership was cancelled. I have this convo recorded. next day, I received bank notice that C3 was still charging my card. I called and asked to speak to the manager, was advised she wasn’t in and I would get a call back. A few days later after yet again not receiving the call back, I went physically into the location and spoke with Malik and explained what happened with my card still trying to be charged and even Malik advised that I HAD NOT signed a cancellation acknowledgment and put into the que for the MANAGER to call me back. Till this day almost a month later I have yet to speak to this elusive manager. I called today and Malik transferred me to GINA once again and I was once again met with immediate hostility and rudeness. All of this back and forth over $9!

Be aware they will charge a lot of money for no showing up for your appointments. I have always been there on time or before, although a lot of the times I was took late and I did not have my entire hour massage. I never complaint about it because I didnt want to be ugly, but it was my time that I paid a lot of money for post surgical massages. Also I did not complaint because the person who did my massages was nice so I didnt want to get her in trouble. Today I forgot my appointment that I booked last week. I usually get calls and text messages confirming my appointment but this time I did not. I totally forgot about it. Today on my appointment they called me to ask me if I am on my way and I apologized for forgetting about it. I took responsibility for it, but Also they should get their responsibility too. I had work on an office and we all the time call, and text to make sure patients did not forget about the appointment. In this case they did not, although all the times I was took late and I was charge for my entire hour of post surgical massage and I did not complaint, today because it is the opposite they charged me 40 dollars for their cancelation policy. I wont go back to the place because when it is my time and my money it is ok not provided me the entire full hour I paid for it, but when is their time even though they did not do their job properly I still have to pay for it. I am not happy with this situation at all....be aware that you will get charge a lot if you forget your appointment but you wont get reimbursed when they dont provide you the full amount of time you had purchase. I paid a lot of money on my post surgical massages and even though I still in need for some more I will look for another place where I feel they value my time and my money.

I love this spa!! They def look out for the veterans. The staff shows nothing but honor and respect. Dr. Orman was phenomenal! I was so uptight, but by the end I was so relaxed. Let’s talk about my message therapist though…Shernill!!!! The absolute best. She got all the kinks out in the areas it’s hard to explain lol. A good laugh and massage never hurt nobody! Forever thankful!🙏🏾✨✨✨

It was a professional, clean, safe, and secure environment with good COVID-19 safety protocols while still providing a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Edna Colon lopez gave me one of the most professional massages Ive received in many years. Ive had many massages for physical therapy, and she incorporated the best and finest of all of those practitioners, using her knowledge of the bodys muscle groups and lymphatic system to address all my needs. She shows her training and ten years in the field, as well as making the experience very pleasurable. I recommend her most highly. I will be returning again and again!

Love it. Never had a massage there that I didnt love. Very professional, Crystal has done a Wonderful job with making the spa your go too place. Her staff is current with oils, different techniques to massage, facials, acupuncture and so much more.

Very personable, attentive and even better massage!This was a very good experience with Eva. She did an amazing job focusing on my problem areas which were neck, upper shoulders, lower back and hip. Wonderful Spa and professionally operated. The staff is both friendly and attentive to your needs. They have therapists for both sport massage and a feel good relaxation massage. They have other services that are more for the ladies I think. I’ve been to the Solivita location and their second location behind Popeyes Chicken on Cypress Pkwy. Can’t wait to see if they open up in Hunter Creek. The other two name brands that I don’t want to mention leave me feeling greasy every time I go.

It was my first visit to Riviera Spa and Ill definitely be back. The front desk reps were friendly and helpful. My therapist, Mary B., was thoughtful and knowledgeable. After the session she took the time to demonstrate an exercise that would help alleviate my specific condition. Riviera accepts a number of insurance carriers. Info is on their website.

Crystal is Amazing!! She is extremely educated and passionate about massage therapy and aesthetic; It comes through in every service she provides. Erica is another very talented therapist. I absolutely love her massage and unique technique. As a massage therapist myself I highly recommended both Crystal and Erica if you are looking to receive a therapeutic massage sessions. I give the ladies who did our couples massage and facials 3.5 stars. Not too sure names maybe milly or Mildred and my husband had Angela i believe.My experience was pretty decent, I’ve had better. The communication was horrible from the start the from desk staff was talking aloud about their inexperience and training and much more personal things.After the experience i was told my total was $211 and used a gift card i was gifted which was the only reason i chose this location. Then my total was $76.50, i entered my debit card chip and authorized, and tipped the ladies cash each and left happy!Wake up morning later to see another charge for $111.50 that i was unaware of since again I’m going by the price i was told and paid for. The front desk staff remembered me and that she charged me $76.50 then tells me she will call me back.Instead a rude manager calls me to tell me they charge whenever, however. Then she denies that they charged my card by chip because “the spa does not charge by chip” and that the “card is on file”I was disgusted by how rude she was and continue to say i authorized the card for both amounts $76.50 and $111.50, even after confirming she was neither there during the charge nor massage she refused to admit they were wrong. A simple sorry can go along way and avoid a chargeback, thank you.

Wonderful experience. First time facial analysis. Angela explained her recommendations & what to expect with each. I am extremely happy with immediate results. I also wanted help in choosing some products for home, love that she sells what she was actually using. Bonus that products are also affordable. Also, what a relaxing time.

My daughter has a facial done every three weeks and it seems to be helping to clear up her skin. I have acupuncture done every three weeks as well and it has reduced my back pain and body aches quite a bit. The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating.

I was on google searching for places that offer post op massages & came across Riviera Spa. Best spa I’ve been to hands down. From the beginning to the end of my appointment I feel welcomed, respected & cared for. Ivette Diaz is AMAZING ! Very knowledgeable ! I wish I could take her back to Philadelphia with me.

Went to the new location in Poinciana today. There were 3 ladies starting at there computer screens and none of them said welcome. I stood there for several minutes because I assumed they were busy. I finally asked about checkin and getting a gift card. The lady pointed to another lady. She said she could do the gift card. She looks at her screen for a little and said “So you want a gift card” and they will email because of no cards available. I gave her the e-mail of the person I was sending it too which was in the system as a regular customer.She e-mailed it to me. I looked at her trying to make eye contact and said thank you. She said your welcome. I noticed that other customers coming in had to ask for help to. Not once did I here Can I help you. To say the least I was disappointed with the customer service. At the other location they would always greet you with a friendly smile and greeting and thank you for coming. These ladies were anything but that and should be trained on Customer service. On a positive note the facials that we received were awesome!

Riviera Spa Massage is my go-to massage place. We moved to Solivita recently and I was dreading having to find a massage therapist that I liked. Im pretty particular and dont have the luxury of just doing a relaxation massage. I have issues, as they say, and I know from experience that massage is what helps me manage said issues. And when I was in Texas, it took several months of trying new places/therapists to find the right one.Fortunately, I found Maryann early in my search and shes not afraid to go after the tough spots. She considers it a challenge, I think. ;-)I havent tried many of the other therapists, but I hear great things about them, too.

Letti did a great job with my massage. Never hurt and she listened to where I was telling her I had pain spots in my lower back and hips. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her.I had my first ever acupuncture treatment with Dr. Felix here. It was tremendous. I had some reservations about doing it because I hate needles. The Doctor fully explained what he was doing and results I could expect from the treatment.I felt fully at ease with him and never felt the needles going in. After just the first treatment, i was surprised at how much better my lower back felt. It was almost pain free.I highly recommend Dr. Felix for acupuncture treatments. He helped me feel better in this one treatment then the VA has done in over two years. Im thankful to thr VA for ssnding me here.I will be back for further treatments .Great job Dr. Felix and the Riviera Spa Massage for a excellent staff and services.Eddy Vercelli

Fantastic couples massage (one deep tissue, one therapeutic) with added cbd and 1 Cupping and 1 Lymphatic massage. It was relaxing and comfortable (coming from someone with extreme anxiety and physical touch issues- thank you). The facility is clean and all of the professionals we met were friendly and knowledgeable. -Note to try the dry salt chamber for allergies/sinus, it was so good!

I have had at least six experiences with the Riviera Spa. I enjoy the professionalism I enjoy the Comforts The cleanliness and the interaction with the personnel. I am so happy with them so pleased that I make certain that I give my family members and Friends gift cards to the Riviera Spa. I was just told that I have COPD and they have a terrific therapy for that the salt treatment and I take advantage of that as much as I can I really do appreciate the spa being so close to us right there and Ill complex it is Heavenly!

I have been going to Riviera Spa Massage on Cypress pkwy in poinciana for about three months . The front desk staff immediately greets you with a smile & salutation when you walk in. Furthermore they remember you by your name. They always ask if you would like water or tea while you wait. By the way the tea is amazing. Taisha has been my massage therapist and her energy and hands are healing. She is absolutely incredible. Dr Felix is very soft spoken and very professional when asked questions he always explains himself thoroughly about his placement of acupuncture and why. The acupuncture feels that it is helping little by little. I have also incorporated using YoungLivingEssentials oils as well as meditation to aid in controlling of pain. I have good days and bad days but naturally healing takes time. Overall I enjoy coming here. When you are always in pain due to chronic back and fibromyalgia your mood is not always the best but this team from the beginning to the end makes you feel that they care about you and your well being. I am thankful for them .

The therapists at Riviera Spa and Massage are friendly professionals who care about their clients. Their goal is to provide the best care possible for each individual based on their particular needs. It is conveniently located for me in the Solivita community. After a session I can be home in minutes or I can choose to stay and enjoy time by the pool, in the sauna, or walk around the indoor track in air-conditioned comfort. I love the ability I have to control my experience based on my needs.

My therapist had strong and experienced hands and knew exactly where my body needed relaxing. She was pleasant, sweet, calming demeanor. The music and aromatherapy was perfect! Thank-you

Went there once for a deep tissue massage, it went very well. The lady that attended to me was very attentive and is like her hands never got tired. The place looks very nice and clean. Staff members were nice.

This place is a hidden gem. I needed a massage because I woke up this morning with a sore neck! It is the worst feeling ever when you can’t turn your head. I got an appointment same day with Rebecca (who is amazing at what she does) and now I feel like a brand new person! I got the CBD treatment for my pain. I feel a hundred times better and I am so thankful for Rebecca and her healing hands!

I called last week to inquire about a post op lymphatic message. The gentleman assured me that on Monday I would be able to receive my message after my consultation. I caught a flight from Miami to get my message . Upon arrival I was told that it wouldn’t be possible because they though I scheduled a “facial” I’m 5 day post op , I took pain killers before arriving to my appointment. I called this morning because I needed to be drained and couldn’t wait till my appointment tomorrow because it would be past the 7th day and the doctor said I couldn’t open the ports after . When I called the receptionist gave me an appointment at a different location for 11:00 am , than she called to reschedule around 10:00am for 4:30pm then she called at 12:15pm to cancel again . Now they called me again to try and cancel because I already had a message scheduled for tomorrow as if , that wasn’t an option. I paid for it so I didn’t see the issue.

I have received services from several different providers over several years. All have been fantastic. I had a membership to a chain spa for several years. The chains did a fine job, but dont hold a candle to Riviera Spa Massage!!!!! More personalized service!!!

I had great service from Leti at the Solivita location a few years ago, but decided to visit the new Cypress Pkwy location this time. The spa is clean, the atmosphere is soothing, and the layout has a nice flow. The treatment room I was in was spacious and well-insulated - I didn’t hear a single noise from outside the room. Everyone was professional, polite, personable, and well protected. Kayla and Gabby, at the front desk, were welcoming. Jahnesia, my aesthetician, worked some kind of magic to painlessly remove my stubborn facial hairs. Plus, she listened when I told her that I want my eyebrows to flourish, but still look well-shaped. I’ll be back, RSM!

I used to love coming to this spa, but there customer service recently has gone done hill, two weeks ago I scheduled an appt to have a massage done and when I showed up the masseuse i made the appt with wasnt even working, they then had to reshedule me to the other location three hours later with someone else, when i arrived at that location she didnt even know i was coming. This week i made another appt and was running behind by about 20 mins and it was the last appt of the evening I explained that i had an appt with my daughter downtown orlando and was on my way but there was terrible traffic and was advised if i didnt make the appt i would be charged for the entire appt, so i had to drive as fast as i could to try to arrive to the appt making it there just as 730 hit the dot, the woman on the phone had no empathy and no care, When i arrived i enformed them of my appt the week prior, they apologized but nothing was done about it, this place is the only actual spa in the area otherwise you have to drive pretty far to visit a spa, i think i would rather make the drive to orlando to visit the other spa i did before that has excellent customer service

My wife Sally had a massage with Edna and was disappointed that the 90 minute scheduled time was cut short by 20 minutes. Even if you allow for 5 minutes at each end of the massage for dressing etc. the actual massage was only 70 minutes. Edna’s massage technique was average at best, and my wife would not recommend her to anyone.

This is a very subpar massage. The owners seem are very amateur when it comes to running the business. I was scheduled with a specific masseuse and they rescheduled me without my consent. When I arrived I was greeted by an incompetent lady named Patrice. I thought she was a doctor cause she had a white coat, evidently she was not by the way she was misinformed. (Only doctors wear white coats morans) Anyways I would never recommend this place. My 15 year old dog is smarter than the business owners and its employees.

Spoke with Amira from the Cypress Garden location to schedule my husbands appt. I provided her with our insurance information, Tricare along with his military ID and physician referral via email. Which she confirmed too receive. After a week of waiting to confirm referral from Soni Family Practice for a medical massage a second representative ( Paul )indicate that the facility does not accept our insurance. After review and providing Amira our insurance information from the beginning she never mention ours insurance was not accepted. I never received a follow up call to inform us of that matter. It is now a week later, when I decided to contact the spa for followup, when I was notified of this matter. The lack of communicate from the spa staff is unacceptable specially when someone is in need of their services due to medical and severe back pains. If we wouldve known from the beginning that our insurance was not accepted we would have sought alternative elsewhere. We have wasted time counting on a so called 4.8 star facility.

I drive all the way from Eustis Florida to get my body worked on by the kind and professional staff here. What ever service you need from massages to facials if youre looking to treat yourself this is the place to do it. Thanks again Riviera Spa Massage.

My mother and daughter loved it! Mom booked the 30 mins(even though I said get the hour) she was begging for more when she was done. Deep tissue massage was what she had.

Edna Colon is a miracle worker!! I have had trouble with a frozen shoulder for years. Ive had steroid injections and physical therapy, but after her massage and cupping technique she used literally relieved all my pain and I had mobility for the first time in years. I actually swam today for the first time today and slept last night on my injured side without pain!

What a great place to relax. We were looking for a place to go while in town and came across the Riviera Spa. Everyone was nice and friendly and the massage was awesome. As a man, I dont usually get massages but after playing sports this made my day.

I booked an appointment with Mary because I had a terrible back ache. I left an hour later feeling much better. Today I’m feeling great. The Spa is very clean, they follow CDC rules and the whole experience is well worth it.

Everyone here is extremely nice and sweet , love the place so clean and amazing, my only thing is I have rosacea skin and the esthetician clearly wasn’t to family with it she steamed my face which is a big no for rosacea can’t have any heat , then she recommended dermaplaning which when it came time she applied alcohol to disinfect and let me tell you it completely burned! My face was 10x as red the days to follow. Once I visited my dermatologist she said she would never recommend dermaplaning for rosacea skin and most importantly never alcohol. The skinscript line they sell I adore I just cannot use there toner because also contains alcohol . So I simply buy there cleanser, moisturizer and spf. Other then that everyone here was amazing and kind. Just maybe need a little more hands on with learning on rosacea skin .Update to response: yes I did tell her I had extremely sensitive skin along with rosacea but still received steam both visits :( but the alcohol during the dermaplaning definitely was overboard and said a few times how much it burned, reason I have not returned and to scared to go anywhere else. Still love the skin script line which is why I still go in for my products though :)Just had to stop the toner since that had alcohol too and irritated .

Rose or Rosie was enthocentric laughing at my dialect being different from her Puerto Rican roots . She works as a receptionist at the Spa and I found it to be very upsetting. Will never come back ; especially treating customers as inferior due to cultural background.

Had Taisha today for a deep tissue massage. Walked in full to kinks and tight muscles and walked out limber and fully relaxed. Neck was particularly stiff, tight and achy, but after Taisha worked her magic, I left pain free and with a significant increase in range and mobility. Will be returning soon!

I had the luxury of having Rebecca as my masseuse. She was very nice and informative will be back for more massages and hope my experience is just as great!

My massage was not great. It did not last the full 90 minutes. There was a lot of tucking and untucking. Just to go back and massage again. Lacked direction and flow. Music stopped half way through and someone came into my room thinking it was their room. All I could focus on was the vibration of the technician’s cell phone and my irritation that I paid $100 for a massage that I was not enjoying. Left feeling greasy and unrelaxed. Maybe offer your guests a warm towel at the end so they’re not searching for napkins in their car to degrease themselves.Update: I was given a complimentary 60 min massage with Leti who was very good.So I did book another massage following that one. I unfortunately had to move the appointment because of a work meeting and had to see someone else. It was not great again. It was moving so slow that it gave me a panic attack and I let the lady know. The 90 min was cut short by 7 minutes and I didn’t get turned over so the front of my legs could be massaged or my chest.This place is very hit or miss and unfortunately I’ve now invested $210 on bad massages.

Never been to Riviera Spa but after reading all the great reviews I might just book an appt. My reason for doing so would be for reliving some my pain due to sciatica nerve pain shooting down my left leg starting at my buttocks. Ive always suffered from debilitating back pain but now that Ive been have sciatica pain I guess my back is mild compare to that. I hope one of the ladies at Riviera Spa could take these knots out ;)

Since starting my sessions at Riviera for accupuncture and massage, it has been like night and day. My movement, pain levels, everything has improved tremendously.

Received accupuncture treatment from Dr. Orman. I found him to have great bedside manner, and he was thorough in his assessment and treatment. His knowledge is tremendous. Will be back.

I recieved services 12 march 2021, I have been going to Rivera spa for over a year thru VA, today I recieved my message first with a technician, prior to this I had recieved a massage service, by her, during that session, all she did was poke, and put pessure, on some pinch nerves and only, did it for 30-40 minutes, and she was done, I havent been there in 2 months, I had complaint the first time because, it was not even a massage, I dont even know what it was, I complaint, and that was it, today I went, and she covered my back with the covers and was giving the massage with the covers which I dont understand why, she used the electric massager, for 15 minutes,, then she started poking me and pressing on flared areas, and putting pressure, but at no given time massage, after another 20 minutes of this she was done, im sorry, but it was like she dont know what she is doing, we pay for the service and not for this kind of massages, I will continue going but just not with the tech, so please be aware of this, you pay for quality, not someone to poke on your back!
