This place was recommended to me bu a co-worker and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is amazing, happy yet very calming and the 1 hour massage was incredible. Pricing is great to! This is my new go to place! Dont let the looks of the outside of the building deceive you. Its beautiful inside and the staff is very skilled and very good at what they do! Def a go to!

My husband surprised me with a couples massage here and Zhen did NOT disappoint. Easy scheduling, clean facility, sturdy beds, and great massages. We are definitely coming back here again. Try Zhen Massage Spa! You wont be disappointed!

I had one of the best deep tissue massages today with Lily & Elizabeth! I went in with a lot of lower back pain and they did an amazing job of correcting my issues. Ill admit the no sheet to cover, just a small towel and the changing therapists part way thru treatment was unusual but the relief I felt after made those things totally unimportant!Thank you ladies.

Very good asian style massage! They do need to work on background noise interfering with the “zhen” but overall quite good and at a good price.

Vacationing in Florida I woke up one day with extreme nerve pain in my head, neck and shoulders. Lily the owner was able too pay extra special attention too the signals my body was giving and the amount of care within the massage itself told me how much she cares for the health and well being of her clients. She was able too throughly work on the areas that were giving me extreme pain and leaving there I began feeling the pain melt away almost immediately! Truly grateful for Lily taking time out of her schedule too talk with us, give suggestions and recommendations and just show overall genuine care with her clients. If I go back there on vacation I will most definitely be paying a visit for another massage! Thank you Lily!!!

I have had many massages in the last 20 years and I can say that Lilly gave me the best massage I have ever had, I suffer from alot of pain from fybromyalgia, arthritis, neck and back pain and she had me feeling like a new person when I left.I highly recommend her for anyone that would like to get a great massage!

The physical facility is not as nice as many of the chain massage places but the quality of the massage was outstanding. I am visiting the region but I would be a regular if I lived here.

If you’re looking for a 5 star massage at a 3 star location, this is your spot. I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in. It was not the 5 star resort type or membership spa facility I’m typically accustomed to, however, the massage itself was the best massage I’ve had. The attention to detail and experience of the staff was evident. I appreciated the warm wash cloth provided to wipe off any excess oil (which they did not use too much of!). If you’re willing to compromise the fancy facility for the better massage, I would recommend this place all day and will definitely return on my next visit.

Had a WONDERFUL massage by Anna! She was very professional and focused on the areas where I was feeling pain. Lilly the owner was able to get me scheduled on short notice. I will be back!

The masseuse never asked what I wanted. She did ask once if it was too much pressure. Literal hole in wall, a square cut out at the top of the wall between rooms. I didnt notice until I turned over. Door was left open a few times while retrieving stones and hot rag. Those items should be in the room already. She was very slow in movement, like slow motion slow. The work on my back was pretty good, but the rest was lacking. There was a woman in the next room having a whole conversation about booking Disney Parks. I dont know if she was a client or customer, but killed my attempt at relaxation during the last 10-15 minutes

My spouse is a retired massage therapist, so we are always looking for a good massage. We were able to schedule here at the last minute, and they delivered. Its not a fancy place. It was clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy the couples massage.

Probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I’m on vacation and literally wasted $90 for a lady to push a few spots on my body and not actually MASSAGE me. So annoyed. I was just ready for it to be over.

Come here for a true massage experience. Deep tissue is a true deep tissue not soft stuff unless you want a soft massage. Excellent service. I will definitely come back here anytime. A+++

I was sceptical when I made an appointment over the phone and all they took down was my first name and time I wanted to come in. Address was hard to find and I really wasnt sure if we were at the right place, but it did say Massage above the door. Got one of the best back massages Ive had in a long time. A little Thai with some trigger point and hot stone with hot towels. I own a spa and would love to add the warm towels to our menu!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! We called the day before to come in and get 3 massages. They said it would be $210 total, meaning $70/person. When we got there we had to pay before the service was even done, this was the first red flag. I’ve been to several massage places before and I’ve never paid before the massage, always after. After all 3 of us paid the lady at the front desk asked me and my friend if we would like to share a couple room, we said that it was fine. We went into the room to get undressed and they kept knocking on the door, every 2 minutes asking if we were finished undressing. During the massage the 2 ladies were talking to each other the ENTIRE TIME! They even began to ask me and my friend questions about our lives. The lady doing my massage was going so rough, when I asked her to go softer she went softer for about 3 minutes and then back hard again. When I left my shoulders were so sore and in pain from how hard she was going. The whole experience was so unprofessional and not relaxing at all. I came to Florida for vacation, and wanted to get a nice relaxing massage. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The worst part was when we went to sign the receipt, I didn’t give the lady who did my massage a tip because she clearly didn’t deserve it. The lady at the front desk (probably the owner) came running out after me asking for a tip. $70 DOWN THE DRAIN. Worst massage experience ever!

Lilly was wonderful! She was attentive to my needs that I didnt even know I had. I pulled a muscle in my neck while traveling to Orange Lake for vacation. This was nearby and had openings for the same day and next. I love the massage I received and my neck and back felt so much better after. I will definitely come back again when I am back in town. The place looks like a dump exterior and interior. The tables are hard and carpets need to be replaced. The sheets are poor quality as well. However, the workers seem to be pleasant. They talk too much during the massage. It’s supposed to be relaxing. The therapists seem to be nice and the massage itself was okay.

Michelle was heaven sent! I was reluctant to go for a massage due to the current state of the word and what not, but with past injuries I was about 7 months overdue for a deep tissue massage. Upon check we were greeted with a spritz of sanitizer on our hands and a temperature check. The service was wonderful; masseuses put on a fresh set of gloves (which didn’t feel too bad with the oil) and kept her mask on the whole time, as did I. My mother who suffers from lower back and leg issues also received a massage, from Lily, and she said it was an amazing.

The massage was amazing! I came in with my boyfriend, we got two full body massages with hot rocks. The prices were extremely good compared to the other massage spas in the area, and the ladies were professional, funny, and friendly as well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Got a couples massage here, First of all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Girl who was massaging me and my husband were talking and laughing for half the massage time. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. The floors in massage rooms were so dirty and nasty. You can hear the ladies heels walking back n forth, they leave the door open while they massage you so its cold and its feels very uncomfortable other people walking pass you. $160 For the couples massage and We tipped them $10 EACH because we felt bad and THEY COMPLAINED.

After driving more than 12 hours returning from a trip, I stopped by the spa. Mary knew my shoulders and lower back muscles were tight. With pressure point deep tissue massage, I felt revived and relaxed. Definitely recommend Zhen massage spa. They are professional, clean, friendly, and they focus on giving you a relaxing experience.

I called because I couldnt move my neck or shoulders from sleeping poorly. They took me in immediately, and even gave us a couples massage as a walk-in. The massages were great and they paid extra attention to my neck and shoulders. I can now look in all directions, still a bit sore, but hopeful the soreness will be greatly reduced tomorrow!

First time getting a professional massage. Were here on a family Disney vacation, and went in on a Tuesday while the family was doing some shopping. I talked to Mary and had expressed interest in the 30 minute deep tissue massage. WOW is all I have to say! She immediately located my knots and sore muscle areas and used various techniques to address those areas. It first started with a back walk, across the entire body, followed by an elbow and hand massage on the shoulders and back, and ending in an oil massage which was spectacular.Very professional and I honestly feel like a million bucks right now. Will be back with my wife for a couples massage before we head back home.Ask for Mary, but Im sure any of the pros there will take care of you. I almost fell asleep lol.

Wasnt the greatest massage. The parlor can use some cleaning. Additionally, multiple staff members tried to bully me into a tip , this is after the hostess harassed me to do and hour massage as opposed to 30 minutes; which I wanted and was all I needed.I would not visit here ever again.👎

A wonderful experience. My 3 star rating was for the noise / overall cleanliness of the space. It did not compare to a resort like - spa like relaxation experience. However, the price was well below that of what you would pay for a top notch spa experience.

It was worsest massage ever.She does massage with plastic gloves and you feel like someone touch you with garbage bag. It is not healthy for your skin. I just waisted my money. I cancelled my session in the middle and refused to pay tips. But girl was so impudent she even dare ask me for tips for such poor quality 😝

So I got a massage done for an hour. It was not the best massage Ive had but it was decent for the price it was a little bit more pricey or than what I thought. I dont know if I would recommend going back but if you are a visitor sure probably the ice cream store next door is a lot better than it looks from the outside so I highly recommend the ice cream store

This place is not a real spa... save your money and go somewhere else. They switched people in the middle of my massage. Used a thin towel to cover me and left the door open the whole time. Yep I paid them and got out of there . Will never go to another storefront massage again. Totally my bad for thinking it would be ok.

Took my mother here for our last day of vacation, the staff was very nice and helpful not over priced very good rates, mom came out a new woman, even said she had more movement in her shoulders, 10/10 recommended.
