Joanna did an amazing job on my nails! She gave me exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail really shows. Not cheap but worth every penny. The shop is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I have found my new nail tech and will absolutely be going back.

She got short tips and a pretty basic design with a pedicure. I got acrylic with a basic design and a pedicure. It cost me almost $400. Was taken back on the price but my kid was happy. Just to see my daughter’s nails starting to fall off two days later.

I recently moved to Poinciana and was looking for a good nail salon and tech. And after seeing the reviews on this salon I decided to come in and give it a try. And it did not disappoint. Com the decor to the customer service. Everyone is so lovely here. Joana did my nails and she did an amazing job. She walked me through the whole process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Ill def be coming back.

We were there for about 3 hrs. Normally a full set and pedicure would take about an jr and a half. My daughter and I sat waiting to gout feet done as my other daughter’s pedicure was done and was off to get her full set started. I think they were over staffed. I had to ask for water. The shop was beautiful and clean. I would give them another chance and see if there is a difference.

The nails that I’ve gotten done at this place has absolutely left me speechless. Joanna did my nails and every single time she does them, it never disappoints. Everything down from nails to the decoration at this nail salon is fabulous. 🔥💯‼️

Have had bad experiences with nails in the past at other places but here was totally different. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating and they pay close attention to make sure you and your nails feel / look great. The pedicures turned out amazing as well

I just moved here and have been trying to find a good nail salon. I went to a salon closer to me and they cut my nails up I was in so much pain. But I visited Euro Nails & Spa this morning and got Kevin as a nail tech and he was amazing! I told him what happened. He apologized for the experience I had and was so gentle and quick. My nails came out amazing, the staff was super nice. I am def coming back.

Let me tell you, Mr. Lee did his thing with my toes. He was also super funny and professional. This will be my new and only spot. I just moved here a few weeks ago and I was doing research on salons. This nail salon is also super fancy and clean. I felt like a queen Lol.

I’ve had my nails done several times at the salon. But today I had them done by Parker. He did such an amazing job on both my fill and pedicure not only did he do the perfect design, but he had such a good attitude doing them. I will continue doing my nails with him if possible, but I will add that everyone here does an amazing job, thank you for always making me feel pampered

Kevin did absolutely AMAZING with my full set and pedicure, I was in and out in under 2.5hrs and it was a great experience through and through from the talent to the communication to the prices— HIGHLY reccomend!

Went here for the first time and had a great experience. My artist was Ryan and he was absolutely fantastic! He gave me exactly what I wanted and was very communicative and kind. He was gentle and took his time. This was the best experience I’ve had ever with a nail salon and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back.

My daughter was very sad because her mom always gets her nails done my daughter always asked me to get her own nails done so I decided why not? Took her to this nail salon and she lit up she was so happy she said that the salon was very beautiful and the service was too tier Im from LA where there is a lot of competition this place definitely blew most of them out of the water 10 out of 10 will be coming back!

Joanna did an amazing job giving me a short coffin acrilic nail. Her attitude is positive and she makes sure the client is happy and satisfied. Highly recommend. Also, the salon is gorgeous.

It was so aesthetically pleasing that I decided to stop and get my nails done there. I must say, the service and the staff were exceptional. My nail technician, Haley, and her husband, who did my nail design, were both incredibly talented and professional. The overall experience was delightful. They made me feel very welcome and attended to my needs promptly. The services were outstanding, and I am absolutely thrilled with how beautiful my nails turned out.Update do not go here I literally left happy that day and 2 days later had to go back cause the nails were falling off... I am not one that likes to waste money and honestly only started going here because my nail lady went to Clermont. The very next week I drove my butt to Clermont and had my lady to my nails and babbbyyy. When I tell you they lasted a whole month! Book with her philosophicalnails on Instagram! Do not I repeat do not waste ur money on this place!

I absolutely love this place. The decor is stunning, the staff is friendly and the message chairs are to die for. Visiting from NYC it’s always hard to find a good nail tech, so when I found Jessica I was so grateful. She’s amazing, she took her time giving me a spa like experience. This is the most beautiful nail salon I’ve ever been to. Andy is amazing and fast. I showed him what I wanted from a picture from Pinterest and he did it identically. Went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted this time around. Amy is AMAZING! I told her we were going to universal this weekend and I liked a sparkly white. She showed out! Will definitely be requesting her for every fill in! Loved chatting with her and the laughs. She takes the time to clean up cuticles and pays attention to detail. My nails feel strong and beautiful! Came here with my mom, grandma, and SIL. Everyone who attended us was super sweet and attentive! I got a gel mani and gel pedi. The nail tech made sure to ask questions to make sure I liked what she was doing. We will definitely be back again!

I absolutely love my experience at Euro Nails! Ask for Joanna she is the best! She does beautiful designs and will have you in and out pretty quick! I am super picky when it comes to getting my nails done and I don’t have to micromanage her at all which is a relief! The spa pedicure is also amazing! The owner did my pedicure and she is so sweet! They even gave out snacks! Highly recommend!

I’m giving this establishment a 2 star review as a whole. They have a single employee that is worth 5 stars and that is Joanna, but if you are unable to book Joanna you will more than likely be disappointed. This is a photo of my nails 5 days post service. The guy who did my nails smelled like beer and peppermint so honestly I should have just walked out then but I was desperate. NEVER AGAIN. This is just one of many times I have been disappointed with services and or customer service provided by this establishment and that is why I have decided to leave a review. I have had the skin from my eyebrows burned twice during waxings. And I have never paid a consistent price even when getting the same services. I spend over $150 nearly every visit and I just don’t feel like my money is well spent here. I will definitely be finding a new salon.

I am honestly VERY disappointed with my nails… this was my first & last time coming to this place. I came in there expecting to leave with brown french tips just to leave with white.. THEY DIDNT HAVE BROWN NAIL POLISH! Whenever I would move my fingers slightly the lady would suck her teeth & I was literally trying to show her what nails i wanted so i was moving a bit. i had to constantly tell her to file my nails to my liking & even then were they still not up to par. I asked how much it would be for french nails with designs & she said $90! that’s insane! Absolutely not. So i only got regular french which was $70 & that’s still crazy, i could’ve gotten these done cheaper at a different salon. My nails weren’t the way I wanted them & after leaving I noticed how my skin was & it was bad, my finger tips hurt & I’m not sure what’s on my fingers. For reference I wanted them exactly like this but brown & ended up leaving with something else because of the crazy price & the shape isn’t even remotely the same.

Personally if I could have given this establishment a rating of -10000 I would that’s to tell you how horrible the service was here. I called to make an appointment to get a gel pedicure and wax done and that was no problem at all. Upon walking in I was greeted and attended to the place was definitely clean and busy. I choose to do the deluxe pedicure and coming down to the end of the service (which was cut short by the way) the nail technician literally rushed the service. Upon leaving she mentioned to me that if mt nails would have chipped to come back (which I found strange but I said okay) literally under 2 minutes my nail polish chipped off and I went back. After paying $60.00 plus a tip she tried to fix it but I was like this isn’t going to work you already ruined my toes. Literally I’m so angry for paying for a service and then you get such horrible service in return, I’d definitely not return or give this business my hard earned money.

Cindy was very kind and attentive! Also super gentle with my nails. I’ve been to other salons where they literally pulled my hang nails out and made me bleed. I’m so glad I chose to go here on a whim. Everybody was very professional and the prices were reasonable. Not to mention the decor is super cute!!!

Joanna was absolutely amazing, making my nails look exactly the way I wanted. She was also very attentive in asking along the way if anything hurt with the way she was filing and such, I really appreciated that! I would definitely ask for her to do my nails again next time!

I love the design and beautiful scenery of the place, the pedicure service I got was wonderful. She took her time and really massaged the places my legs needed to be. Definitely will be coming back to experience this welcoming environment again.

I got manicure for $50 with gel and simple design, 4 days later and the gel is pealing off. gel doesn’t come off this quick like seriously. I would not go back to this place again. So frustrated and disappointed, first timer and I have my “gel” manicure pealing, you are all scammers and liars didn’t put no gel.

Usually I’m very choosy on when I want to leave reviews… not so positive reviews at that. But I have to share my experience here. This place is about less than 10 mins from me so that sounds like convenience but it’s absolutely not if the service is terrible. Everyone has to make a living but the customer service here is very lackluster. I visited on Sunday, February 5th around 5:20PM. Just a note that they close at 6PM. Still no reason for the service I received. I was serviced by a lady named Jessica with the help of an older man. I did not get his name. The lady, Jessica, made small talk with me however, my pedicure felt VERY rushed and the older man who assisted her in painting my nails, did not do a good job. Neither did she. She did not file my toes evenly nor did she make sure they were same length. After the guy finished my feet, he didn’t provide the slip on sandals nor did he finish with moisturizing my feet. They even were making side comments about another group of women while working on my feet, which rubbed me the wrong way. The treatment I got was absolutely the worst service I’ve received in a nail salon. I came here to relax and pamper myself on a Sunday & it turned out to be the complete opposite of that. The pictures speak volumes!

Had a great experience here with Jessica she made me feel right at home with her care and personalism. Her touch was special inviting. I got the luxury spa pedi and a hand massage. I’m walking out feeling like a million bucks.

II have been serviced by Wendy and Venice. Their customer service is excellent. I get pedicures with designs, which is not the norm, and both ladies have exceeded my expectations. I have been there several times and have never had to wait to be seated or serviced.

I loved my experience here . Very nice and fast efficient service. Would love to come back and would very much recommend others to come experience a nice spa day

JOJO IS THE BEST !! She took the time to listen to how I wanted my nails and toes. & how in love I am with my milky acrylic for my toes. She listened & they came out right. I haven’t been to another person since !!! Ty so much Jo, YOURE THE BEST !

So dissatisfied first time and last time. Pictures taken the day after my visit. $40 pedicure, and it looks like this the next day, the technician couldnt even apply nail polish. They rush to get every customer that walk and nutc care about good customer service. My full set was $55 not the best, I have had better. Take better care of your customers, especially a first time customer.

I took me and my daughter here and they told me a price when I went to pay they changed the price. They asked me multiple times if I wanted gel for her and I told them no. They still put it on her and when I went to pay because I didn’t have what they asked they took her gel polish off. So now we have to wait for them to redo her nails and put regular polish on and they were screaming. Mind you I’m pregnant. Won’t come back.

Cindy did such an amazing job. I got black french tips on my toes and hands, and she took her time and made sure they were PERFECT! I love coming here to get my nails done from her, and will continue to keep coming!!!!

I asked for stiletto nails and I got almond shaped nails plus he filed them tooMuch so they look small also my nail is lifted and he didn’t mind to fix it he was hurting me with the scissors and filed my nails to the point it started to hurt plus they charge too much and don’t do their job properly I will not be going back to them

Mary for my pedicures and Stefanie for my French manicures are both my go to for exceptional, quality services. Both ladies take great pride in their work and do great work. I appreciate them taking their time to and not rushing to next customer.

I don’t understand how I did my nails less than a week ago and one nail broke three hours later. I went back fixed it and two days later the same nail broke. I fixed it and then was charged an additional $5 for the same nail that broke because instead of taking accountability of the poor quality products the techs use they say it’s the customers fault. Mind you it still hasn’t been a week since I’ve gotten my nails done and another nail broke!!!!! I went to this salon for the convenience but I rather drive to Orlando at this point.

Euro Nails and sap is beautiful and clean, unfortunately the customer service and the actual services are TERRIBLE. My bill was $110 for 1 manicure and 2 deluxe pedicure, that supposedly included callus removal.Jo-Lyn or Jolene was my manicurist. She was incredibly rude, didn’t even say hello, not she introduce herself, didn’t speak to me until the moment of the tip, where he asked several times if I was Filipino, I shared with her I was Latina, but she insisted I was Filipino.I complimented her her to brake the ice, no one works out, she smirked at me.Her English was very good when we spoke at the time of payment, so no excuse for not greeting, not answering my two only questions through an entire hour and 15 minute service.Now about the services: the pictures speak by themselves, not without mentioning she had to completely re-do my left hand’s nails when she was fixing one of my nails, as she buffed dust all over the fresh nail polish.

I always come here and do my nails with Joanna she’s the BEST!! I love her ❤️ I saw there’s new management and I loved it ! I did my pedicure with a new lady she didn’t ask me what kind of color I wanted she just guessed white because my hands were painted white … she also didn’t clean my heels or touched them at all … mind you I only had the basic. she has her own way to do feet but she’s good 😊 just need more practice! I love this place super nice & friendly environment !

Got a gel manicure on Saturday, today is Tuesday and 3 nails are peeling already. It appears the tech did not seal the gel polish at the ends of my nails or the quality of products are lacking. Not to mention that she put so many layers of polish on my toe nails they still werent dry over an hour after my pedicure and looked horrible by the time I got home.

The service was amazing i got exactly what i wanted, everyone was sweet. The shop was very clean i will definitely come back again!

I had seen a lot of good reviews, so I wanted to try them out but all the reviews sound like they were asked to make a review and none are speaking on actual prices.. when I came in I had an appointment with Joana. before she even started my nails i repeatedly asked her how much the long french tips would be and she said she couldn’t be able to tell me until she put the Tips on which made absolutely no sense to me , but I was like whatever then she proceeded to tell me after she glued the nails that it was going to be “ 100 and something”. Yes the nails are good but definitely not worth $100. I also left her a $10 tip because she was very nice. the french is hand painted so it won’t be the best but cute enough

I’ve gotten my nails done at this place a few times. Last time I did my nails here my set was very pretty but my fingers started itching and hurting like crazy. I was thinking of returning to the place to soak off my nails but I was in so much pain I rushed to remove them myself. It seems they may be using MMA which is an illegal chemical. Be careful, this can cause an allergic reaction and cause blisters on your fingers.

It’s really hard for me to find a place where I like the service and the attentions. Jessica did an amazing job doing my pedicure, she was very into details, clean and perfectionist, and I loved that. Definitely coming back! Now I’m ready to have my baby 💗

I have been going to Euro nails for 2 months now and I have to say that I am extremely happy with this place. I’ve tried other locations in poinciana and they turn out to be very disappointing but not here. This location is super clean and the people are super nice and it is so pretty inside. They may cost a little more but I can tell you it is worth it! I do my manicure and pedicure once a month and my gel manicure lasts me all the time in between (and I’m a mom of two girls so I’m always cleaning, cooking or washing something) I’m also very happy that they have such a huge selection of colors (as if it isn’t hard enough to choose a color already lol) so for as long as I live in poinciana it will be my go to place for my nails and more!!

Awesome service!! I came in near closing time because my acrylic set was coming off (from a different salon) and they were able to take me and give me a manicure. My nail tech was super sweet and so were other staff. My mom’s also been coming to this salon for a few months now and she also loves it. I’ll definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend!!

Super happy with my first experience here. I had a manicure and I love my nails! I also had a wonderful pedicure. I had a very sore ingrown toenail and the lady who took care of me did wonderful. She got everything out and cleaned it super well. My toe already feels better. I will definitely be back 😊

First time visitor and I will be returning. I got an almond shape gel full set with 2 fingers design $70 and a Basic reg polish pedicure $30. Although I do think it is a bit overpriced compared to local competitors I believe the service and location compensate a bit.Nancy was sweet and gentle with my pedicure.Andy was patient and friendly during the hands. (No massage which is my fav part :(You can tell the owners have dedicated a lot in the ambience feeling luxurious and elevated . It is blinged out from chairs to ceilings, literally.I enjoyed my experience and got a free gift, would recommend!

I’m here on Mother’s Day and had the pleasure to have Grace servicing me. Absolutely great service! We had a party of 4 and they took us quickly and Grace gives the best foot massage! OMG!!! I definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!! And the massage chair is Excellent!!!!

Went in on the fly because I wanted my eyebrows done and they were close. Its a really nice looking salon. One of the girls in the front tables attended to me immediately, I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed and she asked me to wash my hands first which I thought was awesome. Wish more places would do that. Anyway after that I was taken to the back and the wax person was already doing someone else. They told me she would be right with me so I waited and waited another girl checked in with me again and then the girl that first tended to me came to do my wax. You can tell that she was rushing which concerned me. I explained I wanted a nice clean shape and not too thin. She said I have spots where hair needs to grow in and that she would need to work around that. I said ok I trust your professional experience. In the end I dont like how they came out. I still have wax on my face and you can tell it was a rushed. Eyebrows look messy. Thankfully it was only $10 but I wont be returning.

Jessica was wonderful and conversational. Took extra care of every detail of the manicure to ensure it was perfect! I would definitely recommend her to anyone a will be close to see her!

I went to this salon to get my nails done and decided to give them a try. I couldn’t get the nails I wanted cause they were going to charge me an arm and leg for them. So I opted for regular ombré but with no flower designs like I wanted. I always give benefit of the doubt but they look terrible. I paid $75 for an bad job. The ombré barely blends the shape is terrible too. I also had trouble with the nail tech cause I tried communicating with her over and over how I want them done but she just didn’t understand. It was the same when I got my brows done. I asked her to just do the bottom multiple times and she didn’t listen and just did what she wanted. I’m getting these removed by another nail tech and I won’t be coming here again for manicures. For the price paid it not worth the outcome

Joanna is absolutely amazing she is my favorite nail tech and she is very understanding and kind. She takes her time and does not rush and she also pays close attention to detail. Her mother also is amazing Mrs. Gloria was wonderful doing my pedicure very kind and pleasant nail shop.

I thought I learn my lesson last time. Went for a second time to Euro nails and spa. I went in to get a specific type of nails and I walked out with a bad review and a smaller wallet. Never coming here again poinciana residents beware!

My nails were done by Lina,She did a awesome job. The price was crazy. I got a full set with gel $35. Ok. Then my bill stated $50. I asked what for. I did two different colors and length and Shape. I get these same nails done other places and NEVER was charged $50.The nail Tech awesome I just wished you worked somewhere else.The new owner is Ridiculous with these charges.I’m done with this place.

Got a pedicure and acrylic fill with design from Grace, both were fabulous. She was very gentle with the pedicure and made sure massage felt good. Did an amazing job with design for acrylics too. Highly recommend.

So since I been living in poinciana I’ve always came to this nail salon and today I (kim le) brought my daughter which we wanted regular full set with French black tip and the guy decided to add a color acrylic without asking my daughter and charged us 60$ for these nails, horrible. Everyone in that shop was nice besides dayln I think he’s name was rude, and disrespectful.

Im giving a 3 star because although the nail tech did a good job doing my nails I was way over charged she tried justifying why she was charging what she was charging she kept trying to explain and asking ridiculous questions it was pointless and didnt want to hear it just nonsense over 100 for a fill in only with nothing fancy regular gel color with lil line design on 3 of my nails each hand ridiculous I know for a fact that wasnt the cost at all im a new face so they over priced me then tell me go somewhere else the nerve im on vacation and had no access to a car at the time because i would of left wont be going ever again think they slick wont get me again go else where my advice.

Worst massage I ever had in my life,I highly recommend not to come in here for a massage unless you want to go and get a massage after getting a massage there if you’re lucky and don’t get hurt.-They don’t have music on the room and all I could hear it was the timer that was clicking next to my head the whole time.-The table it’s not leveled, I had to literally do counterweight the whole time to avoid to fall.-they asked me to take my clothes off and they didn’t provide me a sheet to cover my self.-the person that performed the massage do not speak, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or Dutch so I couldn’t communicate with him.-They put a hard roll of paper in my feet instead of a Bolster or a pillow.-And if all this it’s not enough the massage it’s self was horribly bad.

I wasnt impressed by their services. I was told by the owner, they dont do appointments and thats an inconvenience for me. I had to wait at least an hour until they could take me. They finally put me with someone who didnt know what they were doing and it was frustrating. I had to wait, yet again, until the owners daughter finished with a client before taking me. She did a decent job and while I was waiting for my nails to dry, a client was telling me she wouldnt be back again, due to constantly moving her to different people to do her nails. Something I noticed on my own. Two weeks after getting my nails done, one of the nails popped right off. I wont be coming here again. Theyre very disorganized and shouldnt have employees that dont know what theyre doing.

Not worth the money at all. They charge top dollar for low value work. The salon itself LOOKS clean and well decorated. I guess that’s what we pay top dollar for. The work these people do is NOT top dollar. The artistry of their work looks like beginners work. Definitely not worth more than $20 for acrylic or pedicure. Bravo for their effort but really not worth the money. I received a basic gel pedicure and gel acrylics and they were telling me the total was going to be $124. Mind blown when I heard that price. I only ended up getting charged $77 and I still feel that was way too high for this. Pictures says it all. This was nor worth $77. Maybe $35 total but not no $77. Below is what I asked for and what I received. This is not my first visit to this salon. I’ve been here about 4 times. Each time I was not satisfied with their work. But they are one of the closest salons to my house, only reason I kept going..(18 min) . I will now be driving an hour and a few minutes away from my house to get nail services from a better quality nail tech because she is worth it and Euro Nails & Spa is so not worth it.

Today was my first time here and they gained a loyal customer! Nancy did a great job on my dip manicure. I wasn’t satisfied with the way my pedicure came out and the owner (Grace) was so understanding and apologized and immediately sat me down and fixed them. She made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer, which is rare to see nowadays. She never made me feel like I was a bother at all. They are all super sweet and welcoming and the salon is absolute beautiful! If you’re looking for a nail salon, this is it!

Beautiful location. I got the luxury pedicure because I wanted a hot stone massage and it was amazing and so worth it. Very happy client and I will be returning. The tech I had her name was Nancy, she even made me fall asleep for how relaxed I was.

The people were very nice and the place was clean. However, my no chip starting coming off the very next day. I went back in to have it fixed, and she put so much clear on them that it was stuck to my skin. After I left later that day, the other nails that didnt start to chip off started coming off. For the price that you pay, it should definitely last more than 24 hours.

Terrible first time experience! I felt rushed the entire time! I mentioned their Facebook promotion for 10% off all services “for you and a friend” and they refused to honor it first because “it’s only for gift cards” but after I showed the Facebook post, it was because I didn’t bring “a loved one” - yet i brought my mother who also got her nails done with me. I honestly wanted to get out of there so badly that I hadn’t noticed one of my nails was not painted completely, but I figured they’d try charging me to fix THEIR mistake and I decided not to go back.

This place is horrible!! I go in for a soak off I requested it multiple times and the guy still doesn’t understand, then he asked what I wanted and I repeat a soak off like I want my acrylics off and he proceeded to use another fake nail tip to pop off my nails??!!! No acetone, no drill, no patience. My actual mail is ripped up and bleeding, I was in pain for something I could’ve done at home! That’s not the way to take off nails professionally and I’m very unhappy with the service. I shouldn’t have paid honestly but when I did they charged me for a soak off! I said why when there’s literally still acrylic on my nail and he didn’t do what I asked. I regret giving money to this company and my time. Horrible experience never again giving them business.

I used to come here often but this was the last time. I got a new full set dip powder medium length $70 at 615 pm she finished. An hour later one nail bent back easily and broke off. Ok I was going back tomorrow next day to fix it. I went to my daughters birthday dinner and one by one they just kept falling off. 6 hours later and ALL of my nail tips popped off like press on nails. I was very surprised because last set lasted me 6 weeks with 1 fill in between. Service is nice and friendly but the product must be cheap. I paid $70 plus $20 tip and in 6 hours they all came off. Quality went down. I will go travel all the way to kissimmee loop to get my nails done from now on. Save your money people and travel to kissimmee to get nails done. Im so mad right now.

EURO NAILS,I have been a regular customer of Euro Nails since I moved to Poinciana. I was always happy with the owners daughter Johanna.In the past year everytime I book an appointment ( I always call a week or so ahead) Johanna has called me late the night before or the morning of and cancelled my appointment or asked to change the time.Her reason she hasnt had a day off in 3 weeks. Well she can have all the days off she wants and if this is their business practice I suspect she will be on a permanent vacation very soon!

This was my first visit here and I was so so happy i chose to go. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica and she made my experience a beautiful and unique one. Very very friendly and professional. I have been going to Euro Spa for over 2 years. The saloon is a clean with a fairly nice ambience. The customer service, however, is hit and miss! Some of the workers are extremely rude, but in a subtle way. I personally feel that they treat different races differently. Several times I have gone to get my nails done and they immediately send me to an amateur. I have left the saloon many times with my nails poorly done and with a BIG bill! They charge for everything! The last time I went in, the mail tech suggested that she will be charging me to file down my toe nails!!! $5 extra. I must make special mention of Lydia though. She is amazing and shes genuine concern for clients. There is another lady whos really great but I cannot remember her name. All in all, the service can be better as clients pay a high price! I will be looking for another saloon.
