Very affordable, and nice selection of hookah shisha! The employees here are all very personable and kind, they are all genuinely amazing. We come here every time we visit Florida and it just gets better with every visit, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible! I purchased a bad jar of edibles, only had two, and had the worst high that I’ve ever experienced to the point where I threw up. When I went to return the edibles I was told that I could be refunded because I already opened them and that next time I should’ve looked at the serving size which is one but there is now way I would’ve been able to read the label to know that. And I bought a jar prior to this one and had 3 each time and never became sick until this bad jar.

Had a great experience here and was excellent service in the Kissimmee area. Price was the best Ive found near Orlando area so far ($15 with natural coals, less with quick lights).

I had the greatest experience, Hiba is friendly she helped me a lot selling the best products. I ended up buying more then I really need only for her attention with me. I definitely will be back.

Drove all the way from Winter Garden because of the reviews; it was totally worth it! One of the best hookah bars I have experienced. I love the traditional hookah with a traditional atmosphere! Loved the music, and the staff was friendly and kind. Thank you for giving us a great experience and time. Definitely going to visit again one day! Gets the job done but just not great on the wallet . 20 bucks to smoke and the shisha selection is very small . Drinks prices are as high as Disney if not more12 dollars for cocktails which is ridiculously high . No wonder the other lounges are so much more busy. After 4 years a reply. ......very attentive

From the outside it doesn’t look like much but it’s really a hidden a gem. The owner is the most polite and honest person you’ll ever meet. The hookah is fresh and served right to your table. There’s beer and even food! This is your one and only stop for smokes and hookah. 6 stars if I could!

My First time in Florida from Boston , and i needed a smoke shop :) this place has everything you need! From flower, edibles, hookah to CBD..The staff are super friendly and VERY accommodating to your wants /needs :) and know lots about their products . I got Very good vibes from everyone who assisted me in this shop. The atmosphere is clean and fresh and i will definitely return when i visit again!!!

Even doe i did not buy anything i give 5 star bc of the help, i went to a store nearby bc of a covid test and needed then internet to hire a uber, and the other store did not have so i was walking to see if i can get internet of another shop nearby but none internet work, i came across this place and i went inside hoping if they could helpme, and the lady did help me with the internet and i did got my uber to the airport, thank you very much for the help!! I really apreciate it.

The customer service here was subpar. No one spoke to us when we came in, we had to keep asking to order, and I ordered a cup of ice water (I wasnt drinking) and the server said okay. Upon check out I found out he gave me a bottle of water and they charge $4. The lady helping him said most people usually ask so I shouldve known there was a fee and she stated it is in the menu (it wasnt) and she was very argumentative and essentially told me I shouldve known. They also tacked on an 18% gratuity (we had 3 people in our party) and didnt mention it until we checked out. The mood in this place was more of a chill vibe and not as much as a night out/club experience. This was my first and last time ever visiting this spot.

All around amazing shop! Came in twice and had a wonderful experience, if your in the area you should 100% stop by! And Jean was very helpful thank you.

This place is a joke!!! So we got a $20 hookah and $7 smoothie. Our bill was 34 bucks There no way our tax was $7. The guy couldn’t even explain the tax. They just added an extra unnecessary charge to make money. We paid through this little Apple Pay hand held device. Which I’m 100 PERCENT sure they took my card information and spent money on my expense. I have a fraud case open. I knew this place felt kind of sketchy and should’ve left. Lesson learned!! Please Beware!!!!

Eh. Not the cleanest. Inside of the water basin of the hookah, was dirty... then refilled with water, before being served. Very plain decor. No views. No customers. Not noticeable from the street. It just looks like a laundry mat, located next to an IHOP.

Very calm clean well kept , very friendly employees, smiley faces. Not too crowded like other places I have been to . U get the real feeling of being in a lounge very low music allows u actually to hold a conversation and hear ur partner . TVs were playing 3 different things one was on funny videos second played sports highlights third TV was on most beautiful sightseeing of the world which I found very nice and meets all different tastes ... I assure you wont get bored ... and the WI FI was fast .i will definitely be back .... and I loved the fact they give Disney cast members a 20% discount got to love working for the mouse . Amazing long lasting hookah , great choice on flavors

As all of my friends know, I love hookah. For a long time it was so hard to find a hookah lounge that had a nice atmosphere and most importantly a good hookah. Then I found Marrakesh. Its truly a hidden gem, but I promise you that you wont be disappointed. They have the best hookah and tea in town, and their service is even better. They also have TVs, so you can watch the games or just play FIFA.So if youre visiting town for a few days, or just looking for a new spot to chill and smoke, you need to check out Marrakesh.

If u r looking for a loud packed hookah this is not for u lol its a very laid back place been there few times its great place to relax without worrying about table next to u picking on ur conversation then this is the place for u . Customer service oriented they offer free Xbox games on an 80inch screen TV . And YouTube on the smart TV u can watch any videos on YouTube u want

Friendly folks. Hookah was delicious if thats appropriate. Had game console. Large tvs. Some drinks.Didnt give 5 stars only because of no beer, no biggy. Also seemed a little lifeless but thats not a big deal either.Would come back.

I don’t recomend this place to anyone ..we waited for over 20 minutes for our hookah and it tasted so bad yet too expensive.. the lady who works there kept ignoring us:) i kept waving to her asking for charcole and she was completely ignoring.. i decided to just leave yet they didnt applogize !!!!I was complaining to the lady and she was smiling back as if she doesnt care.Yet charged us 88 for a hookah we didnt smoke :)Thanks for your reply ..i notice that you reply to most of the coustomers .. i don’t think i would ever come to this place again sorry to say that .. but the way the were taking to us and the lady waiter there was mocking us and smiling back when i was complainig as if shes telling us leave if ur not satisfied .. if you need my advice they should be more professional with the coustomers and at least appologize ..

Really liked the vibes here. They should upgrade the speakers. They should get rid of the quick start coils and only offer the natural coils.
