Iv been going here for the last year. Good prices. I would buy between 2-3 vapes a week. Today bought one and its valve locked 40 minutes after I bought it keeping it always on frying the cool and the juice. I tried to see if I could exchange it. They said no they will get fired. Ill spend my 60 bucks a week somewhere else. Also contacting my credit card company to charge back, loyalty to the customers vs profits.- I see the owner responded, It doesnt help that the product was defective and the valves on these fail. I have only had them fail after a few thousand puffs, this was within the first 20-30. At the store it worked but as soon as I got home it locked wide open burning up. I have spent a lot of money at your store, profit over customers and this shows you dont need my money or return customers. I asked to get a replacement even though I just purchased it and the charge was still pending.

I get not accepting the product if I left the store and came back and it wasn’t hitting but I hit the vape INFRONT OF OWNER IN STORE… ALSO IVE BEEN SMOKING MY SAME STYLE OF VAPE FOR 3 YEARSSSS I know how it smokes not that I didn’t like the product!!! YALL SELL FAKES!!!If I could give this smoke shop ZERO STARS I WOULD they sell fake vapes and don’t let you return them if they don’t hit right even if you didn’t exit the store and smoke it infront of the owner. Prices on Delta 8 products are competitive, but the range is smaller than Id like. Also, the gentleman I dealt with clearly knew little about the products and couldnt provide me much guidance as a result. Still, if you know what you want, its a good spot to check out... They just probably wont have your preferred brand of Delta 8 products.

Went in here and bought some expired gummies. They refused to exchange even though they sold me an expired product. I spent $30 on some old gunmies that dont have any effects smh. Becareful when picking out products. Customer service is lousy! They treated me like it was my fault for picking out a bad product, that they evidently left on shelf. I will never spend my money here again, there are better smoke shops in the area.

Love this shop, their prices are unbeatable & their staff is always helpful. we got a vape from a bad batch, & legally they could not “give” us a new one for free but they helped us find a better brand and even honored a discount for the trouble. a lot of shops would have just done nothing so we really appreciate the customer service. thanks VIP guys 💯

Had previously posted a comment about them closing earlier than the posted time. Today I dropped by to buy my favorite vape and spoke with the two gentlemen running the store during the day. They addressed my issue and assured me that the employee responsible for closing earlier than they should’ve that day has been spoken and issued a warning to and will receive further consequences should that ever happen again. I appreciated that they took the time to apologize and make sure that I don’t have a bad experience again.

I will never shop here again, they are thieves. The two females that work here there are ok, they do their job. There is a middle eastern man of Indian desent who just sits and watches and he orders his employees to raise the prices on the items randomly. I went in to get vape juice that was advertised at 12.99, there was a kid there and the middle Eastern man was just sitting didnt offer to help at all. The kid helps me and takes the 2 vape juice to the counter and rings me up, the man sitting down tell him from 12.99 to charge me $20 with a nasty attitude. The kid told him 3 times but its 12.99 he said no $20 that day they over charged me and God only knows how many more people they do that too. I will never be shopping at this store again, if you dont want to be over charged then dont ever shop here ever. Very lousy and unprofessional job ethic and thievery from the guy. The other staff are ok but him forget it he ruins everything~

Cashier with purple hair is rude and she doesn’t even realize it. She ruins the atmosphere of the whole shop. If you don’t like your job, quit love. Don’t be rude to costumers because you’re having a bad night. Unacceptable. She does not have a friendly approach at all. It’s almost as if your purchase is bothering her because she finally has to get up and put the phone down. Will not be returning for future purchases. There’s plenty of smoke shops in the neighborhood with way better costumer service.

Called to inquire on fume unlimited price and someone over the phone with a middle eastern accent said we dont say prices over the phone, you have to come to the store and see them .... Just lost a customer. Never going again.

They advertise they close at 10pm. Went there at 950pm and saw two associates at the counter and when I pulled on the door it was locked. The two associates told me to leave through the window, that they were closed. Dont advertise you are open till 10 and shut down early. They also dont open on time. I confroted the associate about it and they dont care, so I dont care to give them my business anymore. So if you need something before work and you are on schedule dont go to this shop. Too many better smoke shops right down the street.

Ok so if you are familiar with purchasing vapes like Fume and other brand, you know that you are encouraged to test them before you leave. I tested one that was flashing dead as soon as it was opened. The employee looked me dead in the face and said no its fine, thats a manufacturer defect and it will work later. Overall refused to give me an exchange or money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!! TEST PRODUCT BEFORE YOU PAY THESE GUYS AS THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Im assuming now Im stuck with a paper weight because the owner decided to go with a cheaper product. Im done. Ill take this L if it means I never have to go in your store again. Not all smoke shops are alike. I like to visit this one because its always open, they have assortments of all kinds of Hookahs, Lighters. ecigs , oil burners etc etc,. If they dont have it they will get it for you. give them a holler. you wont regret that you did

I just when to get a vape for my aunt and they have a 30% in some of the items and I buy the smok mag baby and sell it to me for 70.00 and I ask the manager (Aziz) if he can price match the price online (49.99) and he start saying the internet items are fake..... not a good place to buy. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN....
