Highly recommend Margareta for deep tissue massage. She is skilled at locating the muscles that need the most attention and does a great job communicating and asking about pressure as she gets to know your comfort level. Serendipity is a great, small massage place with comfortable rooms and an easy online booking system.

Kaitlin and Margareta are absolutely incredible! Husband and I got a couples massage. We are two tired parents to an energetic toddler and this was exactly what we needed. I don’t think I have felt this relaxed in years. The studio is cute, cozy, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend, we already can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I received a couples session yesterday. Kaitlin provided probably the best deep tissue treatment that I’ve ever had. They were super welcoming and the space was warm and relaxing. In addition, the therapists were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Definitely a queer friendly establishment, and I will be happy to recommend Serendipity to anyone seeking an A+ massage. ❤️

My fiance and I were coming in to Tenesee from DC and looking to get in for a massage. After finding this gem online and reading the reviews, I went online to book for the next day. I had Margaret for a 60 min Relaxation with hot stones and 10 extra minutes. I have never been so relaxed and found that Margaret really takes her time ensuring all trouble areas that hold the most tension are released and that her compressions over the sheet let your body know beforehand where shes going to be massaged. My fiance had Katelyn as his therapist and loved that she was able to get in deep. His body felt so sore but relaxed afterwards. She also went to great lengths to incorporate cups for his shoulders and 30 minutes extra to thoroughly relax and soothe his chronic tension. The place is a small business, woman operated and peaceful. We Are so grateful to have come across this business!! Thank you ladies 💕💕

My partner and I went to Serendipity last weekend for a couples massage. My partner got a deep tissue massage from Kaitlin and I had a relaxing massage with Margareta. The location was nestled away in a beautiful area, and the inside had wonderful vibes. It was a great experience and we will certainly be back :)

Kaitlin Brashear is the absolute best! I have gone to her for years! I have major neck and back issues and she does an amazing job getting them worked out. If you are in need of a deep tissue massage, check her out! You wont regret it.

My husband & I struggled to find therapist in the same facility that we both liked and felt comfortable with. It seemed like every time one of us would find someone that actually helped one of us it would become a hassle to get an appointment. We drive 45 min to Serendipity for our massages and it is worth it. They are very professional, clinically knowledgeable, and try hard to accommodate our schedules. I wish I had found Serendipity sooner. I suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia and muscle rigidity. Jazz is just the person I needed. She communicates very well and so attentive to your needs. She genuinely cares and wants to make you feel better. She is truly a “deep tissue” therapists. I’ve been to a lot that say they can do deep tissue, but it just wasn’t the quality I needed. I also like that Serendipity is small and quaint. I feel very comfortable and relaxed there.
