Been a couple times with my lady! Great spot for line dancing and two stepping. Plus they have billiards, darts and plenty of bars for conversation. Sometimes that play too much pop music, but solely a personal preference
Actually disappointed. I was so excited to come line dancing in TN (talking about it for weeks prior to the trip) since I do it back at home often. Needless to say from 6:30-midnight I only knew 2 songs? And all the others I thought I knew were done so different. Basically played 3 Country songs at a country bar seems very weird. Blows my mind how NY country line dancing nights are more country than here! HOW??? I never once expected NY to have better LEGIT COUNTRY line dancing than TN.Drinks and food were decent but... first bartender charged $15 for a jack & coke. Second bartender charged $7.50?. Boyfriend asked for a water for me, was given it with ice. I went and asked for water 2 hours later and was told I have to get it myself around the corner, no ice & not that cold.I’m from New York and I am used to rude people, but bouncers barely acknowledge you if you have a question… how about where the bathroom is? When we had a question about fight night the bouncer just kept walking when we tried to get his attention. My boyfriend used to be a MMA fighter and was interested in coming back down for a fight nights. Not after tonight’s experience though.
Went for line dancing on a Thursday!HUGE dance floor with multiple entrances to it!The teacher, he was amazing and taught 3 dances, and each time, he walks you through each wall and then once through all walls in 1 go, and then you do it to music. After learning 1 dance, he plays 2 songs to dance to at your free will before doing the next songYou pay a cover charge-$5 for 21+$10 for 18-20They do accept cards for the cover charge
Cotton eye joe is a fantastic line dance bar. it is currently 5$ if 21+, 10$ if 18-20. you cannot get in under 18. you MUST wear real clothing- no athletic/biking shorts, no workout material. they WILL deny you entry if you wear clothing that is athletic material. The Joe has a very large dance floor and a good amount of seating around the bars. they also have a mechanical bull to ride for 10$. The Joe plays a GREAT mix of music! they switch between line dancing, to slow dancing, to club mix dancing, and back to like dancing. It rotates like this throughout the night. My only complaint was that they say online and at the bar that they close at 3 AM, but they had stopped the music and started yelling rudely at everyone to leave by 2:35 AM. Not a big deal, but if you are going to close earlier than you are supposed to, don’t yell at patrons to leave. It was rude and put a bad ending to the night. Other than that, It’s a fantastic place to go out with friends and learn the dances you don’t know yet!
There was supposed to be line dance lessons 7:30-9. We left at 8:30 when lessons still hadn’t started. When we asked about it, they finally informed us the line dance instructor was out sick. Facebook post day of still said lessons. The music was awful. 10 year old club music. Maybe only 5 songs that were current and popular. Apparently the music gets better after 9 when the DJ gets there (who know who was in charge of the music before then because we couldn’t get an answer), but we were so bored we left. We’ve been dancing for over 10 years and danced a whole two dances. We are always open to sharing the floor when we know a different dance, but that wasn’t even possible with the music played.
Was hoping to hear country western music and do some two stepping. Most of the music is not country/western. I was there 5 hours and maybe 4 songs fit in that category. Lots of line dancing. Fun to watch. Fun place, just not what I expected
Door guy with beard, after just paying to get in. My girlfriend drink one drink. Attempted return back in after going car get her visa card. He going charge her $10.00 get back in she had stamp on her hand show she paid. He was very rude and hurtful about are age. We wasnt aware first time paying to get in it was kids night. But figured make best out of place, and we be safe. ☹️😢
Saturdays are for beginners. Plays the same song 3 times a night nothing different . People always on the floor great If you like Rail dancing and barely room to dance
I love dancing here whenever I can, friendly for beginners too
Really nice atmosphere and setup, just a little too many teenagers for me. Went a second time to give it a chance. Mostly 18 -20 yr Olds and they had a giveaway and a older gentleman won and a big group was commenting on how grandpa shouldnt be there but be at home. The staff is great but I think it would be alot better if it was 21 and up.
Great dance floor and music selection by DJ. We like to visit early in the evening for couples dancing on a less crowded floor. Lots of line dancing as night progresses. Fun place to bring out of town visitors for dancing, pool, darts and to ride the mechanical bull 🐂
Loved the diversity of music and people who attended ! Nothing was just one type there was a blend of everything and it was enjoyable for Everyone 👌
You can definitely tell that the employees are trained to be extremely rude and not understandable by any means. They have a rule that if you leave you cannot re-enter without paying the cover again, which is already slightly ridiculous since you get stamped accordingly when you enter the first time, but that is just their way of ensuring they get every penny possible of out the customers. But, regardless I don’t care as I don’t drink (was only there to accompany an out of town guest) and I’m easy going. However, I left my feminine products in the car and needed to get them. I asked the bouncer at the exit, both bouncers at the entrance, and the lady at the cover booth for permission to go get them (even asking if one of them would want to walk me there 15ft away to avoid hassle), I was given permission by all 4 of them. Within 15 seconds I returned to the door and was grabbed by the arm and accused for re-entering without paying the cover again (regardless of the stamp of my arm and the permission I was given) I told the bouncer to please check with all 4 bouncers that gave me permission and literally showed them the tampon that I went to get. I was treated poorly and as if I did something wrong even though I had gotten permission from everyone possible to run to my car for quite literally 15 seconds within plain sight. It was just a very inhumane and displeasing experience.
I went to see Ed Bassmaster (comedy) here. Online it said the doors were at 6 and the show was from 7 to 10 I got there at 7: 45 as Ed was wrapping up and the show was over by 8 p.m. I had bought the VIP tickets but those seats were filled up when I got there. Spent lots of money to see about 20 minutes of a show that was supposed to go for 2 more hours and for seats were didnt even get to sit in. Pretty disappointing experience.
I need someone to reach out to me as soon as possible. I came out last night for the after party for Lil Wayne’s concert that I attended. I went to the bar and I’m waiting my turn. I asked what type of brown liquor was served, the bartender laughed in my face and said that’s what most of the bar is made of didn’t give me a chance to order walked away and took about seven or eight minutes and he came back and I told him you know not all bars are the same I’ve never been here before that’s why I asked what kind of brown liquor they had and so I asked if you guys had Ciroc Brandy I asked if you had Dusse and he said no to both I asked if you guys had Hennessey he said yes I asked for a double shot of Hennessy and then I asked what tequila you guys had he name them so I said give me a double shot of 1800 and then he said he didn’t have enough for a double shot so I told him he could give me the rest and Casamigos so when he finally brought the drinks back to the bar, he brought me for glasses with two double shots in each one when that’s not what I originally ordered I ordered a double shot of each liquor double shot of white liquor double shot of brown liquor that totaled $83 and he said he was not going to fix it. It was already done, and I would just have to pay for it , I have never felt so disrespected and so rudely treated I work for a whole credit card company. Any mistake this made can always be fixed I work for US Bank I looked and asked several of staff if they could get me to talk to someone and everybody acted like they didn’t know anybody who was in charge I went to the door I went to the person excepting the money. I asked one of the other bartenders. Nobody try to help me nobody orders $83 worth of liquor for two people I was patient I was nice I was kind. Nobody else was treated like this at the bar and then it made me wonder was this because I was a lady of color I am African-American so I would really like someone to reach out to me ASAP
1. Went there many times when I was in college, and saw a show at the place a few years ago.2. Ownership has changed within the past ten years, so my review is based on two different sets of owners. During college, 5/5 due to experiences/the number of times I was there, and 2/5 when ownership changed as I went only a couple of times, as it sure is different.3. Most of the recent negative reviews are from the people who refuse to acknowledge that someones booking buddy screwed up and have never been to said place.
Ive been going to this place off and on for over 20yrs they charged me a Veteran $10 to get in, since when did it ever cost $10 to get in? This new Management is horrible!Do not use your credit card or debit card to purchase anything from this place. They will over charge your card. I called them to dispute charges they never called back.
This place sucks. Ill never come back. Not a country music bar. Hardly played any country music when I was there. I dont know why the owner advertises it as such and then has the dj play retarded, juvenile rap music. He should call Jon Taffer and have him come in for a bar rescue.
Had a lot of fun fyi! You have to have pants on that button up
I’m a trans person, and they don’t have a dress code for non-binary folks, but insisted that I have sleeves to go into the club.
Was there Friday night for upchurchs show gotta say the place was jamming thank you guys for bringing him back would make another trip to see him and other artists like him.
Didnt have food. Service was great and we had a blast!
The place was disgusting, bugs in my drink. The service was terrible and to top it all off the bouncer was extremely rude to my friend who was wearing kahaki pants got turned away because according to the mightier than God bouncer were out of dress code. Will not be going back and I hop no one else does either
Fun fun fun!!!! LOVED IT and will definitely go back. Great music, plenty of space to line dance 🕺 💃 and a great place all around. Wish we had something like this again here in Georgia.
I went here about 10 years ago and drove hours to see Yelawolf and was charged a fee at the door for being underage and my buddy wasnt aloud in due to his hat being on backwards. Owner is rude and disrespectful and I will never go back. Only way Id drive to this venue is to see them tear down the place. 10/10 would not recommend
Great atmosphere. I wish they played more country like they used too though. That’s a personal preference though, and not a decision up to me haha! All around good food, nice staff, and I love that security now sits outside for customer safety.
Went there on New Years Eve at 2am (They close at 3 am) Door man charged us $ 20 a head, plus $10 to park... we go inside order drinks go over to ride the Bull which broke while riding.... they cleared our full drinks from the table.. ( cant hold a drink while bull riding !) Then at 2:20, lights go on...everybody out...THAT SUCKED ! Would have been nice if the door person would have mentioned somethingSOUTHERN HOSPITALITY !!Happy New Year to ALL ; )
If youre from Knoxville you already know, if youve never been it is amazing. Especially on a fight night. Great times everytime.
Loved it!! They did a mix between easy and more difficult dances all night long which was exactly what I was hoping for! The bartenders were very friendly and helpful and not one seemed irritated to be there like some places Ive been to. Amazing experience. Will definitely be back.
Dont let your elderly grandma go here, they will kick her out because she is unable to stand for the national anthem while physically helping her out the door. Dont let your 110 lb daughters go here or else a 250 lb bouncer will man handle her out the door if they think shes been drinking underage. Dont let anyone who is different than your stereotypical country boy go here (you know, the ones with the cowboy wardrobe thats never seen the inside of a barn) because they will find a reason to take your money, then kick you out. If you are of color or are gay, youre not allowed in. Man, I cant believe places like this still exist and are supported.
Big place with nice, large dance floor. Also has some pool tables and a mechanical bull. However, I dont feel the line dance lesson is worth $5.
Owner is scummy and throws baby temper tantrums, slams Artist who stand up for their fans not having to pay $100 a damn ticket, then pays for fake 5 star reviews because you cant get them organically... Absolutely shameful!
The shows are okay but extremely expensive for what they are…….. which is a bar show. Management is inadequate when it comes to managing in general. It’s almost like the sopranos but cowboys.
Hotter than hades , so hot inside that was impossible to enjoy the time there. Other than the practically Amazonian jungle heat levels fun place, don’t expect to get to two step it’s 85% line dancing.
Horrible place disgusting bathrooms and nasty food not worth 50$
You might be west of Richmond instead of north but you are EXACTLY who OA was referring to. And your dirty deleted comment making fun of him proves it. Your business is not long for this world.
Lied about a contract with Oliver Anthony, over charging on tickets, and charging $199 for a meet and greet that the artist himself wanted to be free. Tried to spin it around on him saying they canceled the venue, which Oliver himself canceled due to the aforementioned deception.
👉 Broke Back Mountain 👈... They used to have a dress code standards ($20 dollars is $20 dollars) but I guess not anymore.. Good luck with that.. Waited in line for entirely too long and the drinks are weak as their standards. Place has some nastiness all over the ceiling flaking off and dropping on people/drinks. 🤮.. Prices are entirely too high... Plus 1 star for music and dance floor.
It was really cool.. the ladies are beautiful, wearing cowboy boots and shorts.. that’s really awesome, it reminds me of Round up in David Florida. But yea.. I highly recommend that night club
The best damn food and line dance in town !
I went for the 1st time last night to see Buckcherry. I read the previous reviews good & bad, and my experience is this. Everyone was nice. Im sure the bouncers can be rude, but just remember the dumb s#@t they deal with on a regular. Same with the bartenders, but I only ordered Coronas and no mixed drinks to comment on the weak drinks. The bartender remembered me and my order. Food was hot. I ordered from the window and watched him make fresh other orders in front of me and mine. Buckcherry was awesome, big place and it was not overcrowded. So far so good and I will go back. No gang violence nor did I see any there. Age rage varied
0/10 would not recommend this bar if you are a seasoned line dancer from out of state. We saw the bar on TikTok and decided to give it a visit. They primarily do the Tush Push to 8 different songs and the Cowboy Cha Cha 85 times in one night. In addition, the DJ is not receptive to requests whatsoever and is extremely dismissive and rude. We tried to get at least ONE song played of the many we know with no luck. They also play the same songs every night with no variety. Save your time & your money.
I miss the old management as well as the crew that we used to hang out with. Its still The Joe. We did see some old friends and staff from years gone by and more importantly say A GREAT @RandallKing concert. Thanks for bringing @JakeWorthington with you. Thanks to the Cotton Eyed Joe for having them.
We showed up for the Priscilla Block concert, and my wife had her service dog with her. The bouncer immediately came up to us as we were getting out of the car and told us we could not come in with a service dog. He went on a long rant saying how there were some troubles in the past with previous service dogs and the “owner” does not allow them. FIRST OF ALL- that is against the law. Per the ADA, my wife is protected and does not need to divulge any information about her disability or why she has a service dog. The bouncer insisted that the owner had the legal right to refuse us solely based on the fact she had a service dog. That is discrimination. We will never come here again and will advise all our family and friends about the discrimination this establishment enforces. Ridiculous.
This is an awesome place. It doesnt matter who you are or where youre from, this establishment will entertain you to the fullest. They have pool tables, numerous amounts of games, mechanical bull riding and huge dance floor. Do not bring weapons of any sort. I was instantly stopped when I walked in the door because they thought I had a pocket knife but they let me pass with a laugh when they saw it was only a flashlight. I will definitely be going back.
Walked in....walked out. Will be attempting lawsuit for false advertising. Also my drink was water NOT jack and coke. This is NOT a night club. Spent 37 minutes watching line dancing. The woman at the cover charge desk was rude. I asked who can I speak with about getting my cover charge and parking fee of 20 dollars back. She replied IDK because nobody cares . DECEPTION!
Small venue, good atmosphere. Had a great time but wasn’t impressed with the staff. The bouncers were very rude and seemed to be searching for any reason cause an altercation with the customers. Several times the staff approached people that weren’t doing anything wrong and acted as if their job title was a crown to further escalate altercations simply because the officers would automatically side with them. There are plenty of better venues to attend for a good time around town.
Linny already had a deal with me for this event on this day and he moved it to you without consulting me. l found out today by accident and then called him he hid at first then finally came out. And started texting. Mr Panard is in breach of contract this venue was already scheduled for Roosters in midtown on that night
I had not been the joe in years. I went this weekend and got to see what the new owner has done to the place. Absolutely loved it. I had a blast dancing to the variety of genres. The bartender , Mckenna, was an absolute doll. The bathrooms are clean. I love that they are doing what they can do stay open during these times and letting people who want to come out, come out to an awesome bar! 10/10 will be back!
We were charged a total of $86 for a cup of warm water, a bottle of beer, cold chicken tenders and fries, and cold cheese sticks. $61 of this was added 2 hours after we left the show. We were in bed when we were notified of the 2nd charge. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this, but, Chuck, the owner refuses to come to the phone or return calls. Even though James Gregory and Dan the man was awesome, the service sucked. The establishment sucked.
Went last night for the first time in probably 8 years to see Wynonna. I can say I’m not exactly eager to darken their doorstep again. The drinks were watered down. The dance floor was completely closed off unless you bought seat tickets. I’ve been to shows there in the past and that has never been the case. Honestly the atmosphere has really gone dry compared to what it used to be. I had friends with me and they were treated rudely by one of the bartender’s for letting them know the drink was watered down. Overall, loved the show but wish it would’ve been anywhere but there. I’ll just have to file the CEJ as a fond memory of years past.
I just read about 200 reviews and they all align with my experience last night. The wanna be bouncers at the front are extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude. They try their best to criminalize anyone they walk by which makes the Joe’s environment extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know who gave the bouncer at the door a big head but he sure isn’t getting paid enough to have that attitude. Lastly, this place serves alcohol to minors with obvious no’s written on their hands and the bartenders don’t know how to cut off trashed 40 year old men. I have reported the Joe to TABC so hopefully they can shut this place down !
Horrible horrible place. Bouncers act like they are too good to acknowledge your existence and aren’t friendly if you do have to speak to them over anything. Only bartenders worth a damn are the ones next to the kitchen. The only waitress that asked if we wanted a shot or anything rolled her eyes when we said no.just entering the bar, the bouncers at the door don’t say anything to you nor smile, the cop was friendlier than they were. To top the terrible interactions with the staff off, there’s apparently no AC in the building. You about have a heat stroke especially during concerts. It WAS surpringly cleaner than in the past. The ladies bathroom wasn’t trashed and it was a concert night. Concert sounded great though! And the DJ is probably the only person in there worth a damn! The rude ass staff and owner are just not worth attempting to have a good time in there.
Bouncer would not let me in because i was drunk when i am not. paid for an uber to get out here just to get rejected. i do not recommend this place, he was very rude and automatically out to make you the bad guy. waste of money.
Shew this place sucks. Rude staff all around- from bartenders, to bouncers, to the cook. First and last time visiting ✌️
Their staff didnt show up, so they open 1.5 hours later. (Posted to open at 5, but customer waiting outside until 6.30pm). They brought in $5 Hot-Ready Pizza then sold $2 per slide. Every game cost extra money. The country dance was great though. Its an unique experience though. Worth a try!
I came here as a bus driver. We parked two buses and trailers out front, side by side. FYIThe staff were pretty nice to us and the lunch was good too. I hear dinner was good as well. For my part I was happy, Ive never been here as a patron.
This place should be called Cotton Eyed Joke now. 30% additional fees on tickets, paying to park at a bar, plus the whole Oliver Anthony thing. Which they outright lied about. I’m done with this place.
Very nice place! They have more of line dancing and stuff earlier in the evening, when its a bit mellow. Later it becomes more like a night club.
Came for modern west concert and the owners were so unorganized! I spent quite a bit $ for vip tickets and didnt get vip service. They let people with regs tickets in before us! Its not right that the ones that paid for vip had to stand and reg tickets got tables! They did not monitor who went in vip spots and I was pushed away from the stage that I paid for. Wont go to bar ever again. I know they dont care but I was really upset and to warn everyone not to go to concerts there!!!!!
Our first time back since pandemic, after patronizing for many years. The club has never looked better, glad the carpet is gone, very clean, we love this bar. We are going to put CEJ on our weekly event list, highly recommend you try the place if you have not been in a while. We are lucky to have such a great club in our area. Be sure to see Andrew for your favorite drinks. Music was great, not too loud in the seating area, nicely done on the floor. Glad the still do the national anthem...and of course the cottoneyed joe dance.
Always a great place to dance. Buba does a good job with the dance lessons. Free pitchers of beer while it lasts on Sunday. They do mostly line dancing. Early in the night there is room for couples dancing.
I loved the bull riding, but I need to learn line dancing. Cause thats what all the ladies was in to! Easy coming and going, because its next to the interstate. December 31 until January 1 was Awesome! Cant wait to do it many more times. But would love to go on bull rider night. It was Amazing and I will go back.
People just standing around the floor that doesnt dance sometimes drinks get on the floor
Im not a bar person. I was not having a good time albeit I didnt dance. Only had one drink and some food. Loaded fries and fried pickles were excellent for bar food.
Gegagigedo ive married a long time ago, where did u come from, where did u go,where did u come from, cotton eye joe
I am temporarily living in TN, after being at Joes twice for events, my fiance and I thought it would be a good place to go for my birthday. A decently priced place, good music, & big enough to accommodate our group, even though we still have some who have not turned 21 yet. The gentleman at the door decided that I did not look enough like my ID,(I was 16 when my photo was taken) even though he had seen me twice before, & it was my 22 birthday! He tried to say he had the right to keep my ID, because he was a licensed security officer but refused to show me any proof of his claimed licensing. He then proceeded to tell me that he gets 20$ for every ID he turns in, & I would have to report myself if I wanted to get the police involved saying I would not because I was lying. After being interrogated & treated so rudely by the doorman himself & his manager, to the point of crying, I just wanted to get my ID back so that I could take my business elsewhere without being treated as if I were guilty of something I was not. The manager finally gave up & called the police himself. After running my information & finding out that I was indeed telling the truth, he returned my ID & was trying to get my to go inside with no offer of an apology or anything. My friends & I always pay well because we are such a large group & understand that can be difficult to deal with at time, we GLADLY took our money to another bar close by, had no problems & had a hell of a time. So, thank you Joes for not letting me in, because I wouldnt have wanted to waste my time or my money on a place as disrespectful & rude as yours. I will not be returning, & will discourage anyone who may entertain the idea of doing so.
Id give it 2 1/2 stars if I could. Before we went inside, my first impression was not stellar. The guys at the front door were less than friendly. The building was really big and had several bars. I only located one bathroom. Unless they have someone I want to see I dont see myself going back.
I will go here for ladies night and thats it. It seems like the waitresses and bartenders take advantage of their customers. They have a stamp that says 20% gratuity is added to your bill. Thats fine, if they tell you about said stamp. My bill was stamped on the back. My friends was stamped under her receipt so that she wouldnt see it before signing. I find this to be unethical at best. I almost ended up tipping 40%. I cant imagine service being that spectacular. Feel sorry for the folks that come for a good time and good drinks only to end up taken advantage of.
I come here when I want to get trashy. Ive been to quite a few line dancing bars, and I have to say this is my least favorite. Im sure it is a great venue for concerts and such, but as a general go to, it is kinda lame. There are no drink specials (like ladies nights) and the only one the have would make most people vomit (take all the leftover beer and put it in a pitcher). The food is good, according to my friend. The bathroom stalls all seem to be wonky, at least in the womens room. Also, maybe it is just a Tennessee thing but the line dances suck. Theres no in between: they are either so easy my grandma with a hip replacement could do them or you have to be a professional dancer and go practice every night. And as everyone drinks more, they play less country and more rap. There are so many clubs that play rap and only one that plays country... Why ruin it ????
If you are under 40 they are rude to you. Drink service was slow. They cut our friend off and we went out to smoke a cigarette and they kept harassing him. They kicked out my husband and our friend for no reason. The drinks are over priced and they were super disrespectful towards people who are in the military. Would never go back!
I came here on vacation hoping for some great country line dancing. I dance several times a week back home in a variety of country bars that host line dancing so I was hoping here in Tennessee they’d do it up right!BUT... barely any country music was played. 😥 Mostly hip hop/rap/contemporary pop stuff. They had line dances to it all that a bunch of locals (mostly really young kids) knew, but there wasn’t the comedaderie I feel when I travel to other states’ line dance bars because we all couldn’t just jump out on the floor and do dances that transcend state lines.I did REALLY enjoy the instructor. He took plenty of time for each set up steps and we were given ample time to practice the new dances throughout the night. Loved that!I was there for 3 hours and only knew 2 dances because it wasn’t country music. May try again this weekend, but I was sad I had wasted a vacation night and wasn’t able to dance much due to very little actual country music.
Drove 9 hours each way to come here. Very large club. Huge dance floor. Employees were very helpful and kind. Drinks were mixed well and cheap. Only thing that I thought that really needs some work is the sound system. Very weak bottom end. Proper sub placement would drastically improve the audio experience.
I was in Tennessee to evacuate the hurricane, a friend recommended I would check out this place on Sunday so I did. Needless to say it was ok at first then for no reason the bartender asked to check my ID, even though I wasnt even ordering a drink, and when they saw I was of age they asked me to leave, I asked why and they they said I should just leave. I have been in the states since 2004, being a middle eastern, I have not experienced an act of discrimination till this point, it really is disappointing to have to undergo this kind of treatment without offending or harming others, but only because of the color or tone of your skin.
I went there. It was a slow night. Can’t say good or bad until I go back on a weekend and hear some live music. Couple girls danced and had fun . People seemed nice but the same for almost anywhere - slow night, slow service.Had some food which was OK, but had to ask to change his gloves after moving garbage can, which he did thank you.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I have been a long time customer of 22 years and will never return after last nights experience. At closing time, last call for drinks was made, I purchased 3 drinks for a couple of friends to have before we left. Immediately after the purchase I placed them on the table to drink after I returned from the restroom. On my way to the restroom a bouncer told me I had to leave because the bar just closed which they did just announce on the speakers after he stopped me. I told him last call was made 3 minutes ago and I had purchased the drinks that it wasnt fair and just wanted to use the restroom before I leave. At this time there was still a hundred people or more still there. He then grabbed me and spun me around and shoved me in the back. I put my hands in the air and walked towards the door as he continued to push me 3 more times in the back as I was walking. The bouncer didnt know I have a hernia I am having surgery on in 3 weeks but he could have injured me more by being recklessly over aggressive shoving me for no reason. After I exited the building I requested the owner Chuck to repay me for the drinks I purchased. He did meet me at the front door and pay me back for the lost drinks. I told him thanks for the money but the real reason I wanted to see him was to tell him that his bouncer had no right to assault me for no reason, that I simply was walking to the restroom. I said Chuck your bouncers cant pick on the customers because it is bad business. Chuck then turned around and started screaming at me and tried to run at me, then his own bouncer grabbed Chuck and took him inside. I am convinced that if the bouncer did not grab the owner Chuck he would have pushed me or hit me because of the anger he was displaying. Because of the owner Chucks attitude and reckless behavior towards me and the bouncers behavior I will never go there again. Chuck you are very unprofessional as well as your Roadhouse wanna be bouncer. Chuck your bouncer could injure a customer with a medical condition very easily or any normal person. This is why I dont feel safe in your business for myself or others thats why I wrote this review. Im in fear that your bouncer will push the wrong person some day and you might end up in a lawsuit because you were to arrogant to listen to a concerned customer like myself.
We are here to see Hayden Coffman. This man is on his way!
Lots of hype about nightclub of the year, but I honestly believe that is because of the concerts. Great venue for cheap concerts but failure as a nightclub. You will receive more attention and better service if under 21 (especially if female). Caters more to the younger and less experienced dancers.
#1 night night culd, have great live music by renowned artists. Great service, had an amazing time at this spot! The owner was very friendly, easy to get along with, and an all around great guy that truely cares a lot about his business and that much more about his patrons. Would recommend visiting to all!
The girlfriend and I had fun here, but it was a little bit over priced. If youre under 21 the cover charge isnt worth it. It was college night and my girlfriend is under 21 and her cover was twice as much as mine even after her student discount. Drinks are on the more expensive end. Didnt have a bad experience but wont be going back very often.
I made the almost two hour drive over the mountains from NC yesterday to attend the Joe Nichols Performance. Although the doors didnt open until 6:00 pm, I walked in at around 4:00 and was told that I was welcome to have a look around. The country music fan would appreciate the photos and memorabilia that has been accumulated over what I was told was their twenty year history. However, what I was most impressed by were the countless plaques and letters thanking the club for their most charitable donations over the years. Last evening was a fundraiser for Cerebral Palsy and the $5 admission price was a gift. Everyone I came into contact with from the folks at the door, the bartenders, the waitresss, and even the owner were nothing short of hospitable. I did see one obviously intoxicated person escorted from the building, but with a crowd that size I would think thats pretty normal.Joe Nichols was even kind enough to say hi and sign an autograph for my wife whom could not be present. The trip was well worth the drive and Ill make it again. Oh, Nichols was pure Nichols. Happy hes not converting over to that other country.
Ok. Let me start with my wife and I went to the Tracy Byrd concert last night. We see many concerts there. Last night was no exception. Very fun, very good atmosphere. We had a ball. Then we leave to get in our car. It was on the back of a tow truck. We parked across from the Joe. I gave the tow truck driver $150 and he dropped it and we were able to leave. But about 75 other victims weren’t so lucky. The driver of the tow truck said that the owner of the parking lot was “tired” of the new owners of the Joe and was going to “teach us a lesson”. Needless to say, they did. That was my last visit to the Joe.😔
Visited for the first time to see Wynonna. We all in all had a great time except for the mixed drinks and the bartenders at the bar the far side from the stage. My husband went to get me a Royal Flush. I took it back up to the bar after I took a sip because it didn’t taste right. The glasses they use for the mixed drinks are way too big and it makes the drinks taste like there is no alcohol in them. When I told the bartender it didn’t taste right he sent the bartender (Aaron) who made it over and he had a really nasty attitude. He told me that he put 1oz crown, 1/2 oz peach schnapps, and cranberry juice. He rudely told me that he could put more alcohol in it but he would be charging me. Then he walked away on me so we stopped drinking. My friend and her husband ordered banana popsicles and they tasted the same way like there was no alcohol. Before getting into grad school I worked F+B I would never have been so rude and run off business like that. The correct recipe for a royal flush is 1.5oz crown, 1oz peach schnapps, 2oz cranberry juice.I would say give the place a chance but I would not order the mixed drinks. With how hateful the bartender was we won’t be back.
Do not go to this bar. I spent $30 for Uber to get there they closed an hour early, 5 minutes after last call announcement made us put down drinks we just spent $45 on at last call and leave. Sapphire downtown was much better wish I would not have wasted money to come here.
Went with 2 friends as Designated driver, (I dont drink). Had 3-4 interactions with staff, (different ones each time) 3 of the 4 was absolutely the rudest people Ive talk to in a setting like this ever.. the chic with jelly shots was the only courteous person i spoke to and even apologize for the way the bartender spoke to me.. Im guessing they are use to just talking to drunks any way they want to so they treat everyone as a drunken fool.I do not recommend this location for any reason.I was so offended at the way they treat their customers that I just gave my 2 friends money to get an Uber. This is supposed to be a country bar, Where the h*** is the Southern hospitality? And respect for patriots spending money inside their establishment..
The venue was trashy and gimmicky, the staff were rude, and the drinks were poorly prepared. It wasnt worth the cover charge to deal with the mediocrity of this establishment. They were subpar in every way. Do yourself a favor and drink elsewhere, youll be glad you did.
Singer started over an hour and a half later than what it said online and I brought it up and then was then escorted out by two bouncers and then two other cops and said that the owners told me to leave the property after paying it for my ticket and drinks for me and one other while I had two thirds of a pitcher of beer left. HIGHLY RECOMEND not going here because the owners are obviously biased
Just a warning.. do not go here.. this place is ran by bloods. Very very high gang activity. Witnessed three separate highly volatile situations in one night that thankfully deescalated on their own but the tension is growing in there. they allow gangs to sport their colors. They allow them to have gang related arguments in front of bouncers Without them saying a word.. they have lost control of the place.. And its about to put innocent lives in danger.. mark my words. DO NOT GO HERE! It is not what it used to be! It is not safe!
I thought there was supposed to be hot chicks here?
Went for concert with a handful of friends. great show ,lots of energy in crowd. Wife lost her cell phone in bathroom. We got it back do to good people in the world. Think the lady who found it was named Kim . Thanks again. Will most definitely go back
Horrible experience here; I would give it 0 stars if I could. Staff here are complete jerks, and they flip out if two girls go in the same bathroom together? That seems to be the only thing they’re strict about considering they literally don’t enforce any other rules. Also the bar is gross and it’s not a fun atmosphere. There are so many better bars to go to in Knoxville.
They literally kicked me out bc the color of my skin. I was in proper dress code, was not acting abnormal or causing a scene. Sitting at the bar in line waiting to order and security guards came to escort me out and would not tell me the reason why. Once I got outside I continued to ask what the reasoning was and the security guard made a racial joke toward me then boasted that they can do whatever they want bc their supposedly “privately owned”. I asked to speak to the owner or management and they refused in a violent manner. This is last place in Knoxville I will ever visit again
A lot of fun, especially if you know a bunch of line dances. I had no idea so many existed. I highly recommend jumping on the mechanical bull at least once! I was a bit disappointed how much pool cost to play, but theres plenty of other stuff to keep you busy.
Nice environment. Change of management has helped since sale of business. Drinks priced fairly. Men- if you plan on using the restroom also know you will be pressured to tip the guy that hands you a paper towel.
We were traveling through Knoxville on a trip and decided to stop. When we walked in they said there was a cover charge so we paid it and was told there was a buffet and it was free. We walked up to the buffet and there was no food. It was Salisbury steak with corn and it was cold. The service was terrible and the place played music that was not country. What a disappointment
This place is a joke. Its a joke! 😆Update - The Joe has banned all people who laugh at their Facebook posts. This is truly comical.
Vegas guy here! Was in Knoxville for 6 months and this was my go to place. Line dancing and cheap beer is always a good thing!! Only annoying thing is that they try and kick you out for anything
Gotta love stupid people all these people leaving 1 star reviews for a guy the didnt know existed a couple months ago this place is great has been there for 30 years and will be there long after mister Anthony has had his minute of fame im honestly glad he decided too do what he did and change venues
Went for the first time last night to see The Eli Young Band and while it seems like its a fun place the drinks are over priced and extremely weak. The outside staff was rude and unhelpful. Rather than telling us there was a smoking area out back on our second trip out to smoke they told us that if we went outside one more time to smoke we would have to pay get back in!!!
Place is a joke! New owner is a joke! You now have to pay for parking and if you park across the road like anyone who has been to the joe for years has!!! It will get towed! Oh and the new owners will try to fight you when you express your concerns! Wow! Some customer service!!And if you really want to see what kind of establishment your walking into look then look them up on Facebook. The unprofessional responses the owner, Chuck, leaves on Facebook reviews is ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a more unprofessional way to conduct business. Good luck it won’t be long until you run this place into the ground.
Blaming the artist for the venues fault. What a damn shame businesses have become. People be warned for buying tickets at this venue.
Just dont. I promise you...just dont. The DJ gives a four count for the line dancers. 5, 6, 7, 8! Like its a chorus line. Thats not the worst thing...just needs to be noted.
A friend entered their bikini contest, so we went to support her...my first visit to this place.Low rating due to not sticking to their posted schedule for the contest.Their Facebook page said 10pm. I left at 11:30; contest started at 12:30
Great Atmosphere. Always a good time. Nice break from the day to day. Much needed experience.
Bar tenders have absolutely no concern for anything other than a $. Will not cut you off regardless of condition. If you need to step out to your vehicle, you have to pay again to get back in. It’s literally all about the money to these people.
I cant stand this place... might be good for the younger crowd but I went when I was younger also and didnt like it then either. There is just a weird snobby vibe when you go in. We use to go to the Electric Cowboy back in the day, and that was a fun place.
Fun genre, but service and staff were sub par. Food was nothing to write home about. One of the people in my groups coat was stolen.
This WOULD be 5 stars except the bartender is RUDE! Yelling at the customers and being rude is completely unacceptable. Everything else was a fantastic time bit beware of the bald bartender!
Horrible time and atmosphere!!!Not a country club anymore more like a rap/pop club.Should take down all the western theme down !!!They say it’s 70% line dancing and 30% freestyle dancing... NOT true!!!! So if you like to dance besides “line dancing” then don’t go it’s a waste of time!!FYI it’s not true line dancing what they do at cotton eyed joe!!
Got wayyyy to eff’d up last night and the bouncers took me outside and asked me if i was ok i obv wasn’t they gave me one last chance and put the “x” on me then i unfortunately threw up and they watched out for me while i got a uber home got mad respect for you fellas💯
This place is trash always has been. Every low life from 6 surrounding counties rolls in here to get tore down, fight, and look for easy pickups. The security is lacking quality wise and the management / ownership is worse. You could make a movie about the short coming of this place.
Very fun atmosphere with good drinks and excellent bartending service!! Me, my wife and my father-in-law went because my father-in-law has never been before and we all had a great time!! Definitely worth the stop if you have never been and like a clean club with great staff!!
If I could give less than one star I would. There was supposed to be a concert here tonight, and the artist cancelled. I understand that, things happen. But what DIDNT happen is, I was NOT notified that the concert was cancelled. Tickets are non refundable and I got NO email, nothing. I am BEYOND upset. Thats $23 I could havent used on something else. Not to mention that the guy at the door was rude. Thanks a lot for ruining my husbands birthday weekend, jerks.
The bouncers are just looking for a fight! LITERALLY followed us to the parking lot and jumped my friend! I was trying to break it up and one other one ripped my shirt off and throw me! My back hurts sooooo bad!! No wonder this place is dying! DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!! They had no right to follow us! We keep telling them we are trying to leave!!!! We were leaving!!!!! They totally took advantage of us!!!!! BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, STAY AWAY!!!
Cotton Eye Joes is by far the most disorganized, chaotic, unsystematic facility I have ever been to. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. For people to have traveled upwards of 10 hours to get here to see Upchurch to be met with the confusing lines is beyond dismal. I waited in line with my boyfriend for 1.5 hours to get to the will call which were mislabeled then went to stand in another line in the rain for 45 more minutes only to get to the door and get turned away and sent back to another line on the grounds of being under 21. If we hadn’t asked 20 minutes before when we first entered the line if there were specific ages for the lines then I would understand. Not only did I get turned away but also they would not let my over 21 boyfriend come stand in the other line with me. So here I am alone and soaking wet in this line questioning why we spent over one hundred dollars to come to this catastrophe of an establishment. I’m sure upchurch will be great but he made a poor choice in venue to play at and I feel sorry for the management here to have such a subpar bar.
First of all, their dj plays the same terrible songs, in the exact order, every Sunday. Their bouncers are a joke. Ive never seen one that if for some reason, I was causing a problem, would be able to do anything about it. Despite that fact, theyre extremely arrogant. Mainly because if anything at all happens, the entire security staff comes running (thats about 15 bouncers, ballpark). As for the rest of the bar staff, as well as the owners, who are always standing at the front door, have any manners or a sense of professionalism. The only way that place will ever improve, is if the next time theyre closed and the building is completely empty, an asteroid falls on the building and obliterates it from the face of the earth. Oh, and the reason I gave it 1 star is because no star or even a half star isnt an option.
Spent an hour and a half in line on a Sunday. To get inside to a burning hot building overfilled with too many people. They served luke warm coolers of water for sustenance and at the bar.Hoping I just went on a bad night when it was too busy. 🤷♀️🤷♀️Will go back again a different night.
The bartender was horrible and very rude and the food is gross especially marinara sauce abd burnt cheese sticks. Its bar food though what else do we expect. Hopefully, ladies night will get better
Excellent staff. Very kind and caring. A great place to hang with friends, listen to music, and dance if you like! Highly recommended
The place is very friendly and they are very focused on people staying safe, my opinion they have the best kitchen in town if you looking for fried food I love their mushrooms as well as their pickles you may not expect to find that at of Joe but oh yeah its definitely worth checking out also note that you do not have to stay at the bar as you can see in my photo first photo I put on I am showing everybody the biovyzr suit that I wore Going into the bar other is a picture of me in the parking lot chilling out having my dinner right in front of Cotton eye Joes thats just the food this place is amazing the dancing the beer this is a country bar thats probably one of the best in the world
This is my new favorite dance place! We had a great time!I am moving to TN, and I will be dancing here every week.Thank you for a wonderful evening!
Country bar that doesnt play country music, or incorporate two stepping. Line dancing is fun and I understand the need to appease the masses but two stepping can be added back in and it wont kill your business. Bartender in a backwards baseball cap was a total pain to request anything from.
I have always loved Joes- favorite night up until recently was Sunday night by far- I think its college night? but now Im 28- and I have to admit- I felt way out of my comfort zone last time haha! But that Didnt stop me from having a bad ass time! Whether your 50- or 21 you can have a great time!
This a large establishment that has great music and other entertainment. They have great specials throughout the week. The bartenders and waitresses are excellent. I highly recommend this place for a great night and people watching.
I drive 9 hours just to go to this club. I love the atmosphere. Drinks are cheap and the food is great. People here are very friendly.
It was fun to watch. I wish there was more than just line dancing though, but its regional on where you get different dancing. It worked to see some dancing but I wanted to dance all night and that wasnt going to happen here
Never been here at night but, have been there several times for gatherings and meetings. Very large dance floor and lots of cool seating areas.
Literally everytime I go Ive been kicked out by someone starting an arguement with me over nothing. Oh I should include that the someone works there and its almost like its their job to cause people to get kicked out. Me and my friends were having drinks and I put my arm on the bar not looking and knocked over a half empty plastic cup that went behind the bar. I of course apologized to the bartenders and all was good. Then some guy walks over to us and said you threw that ! I saw it me and my friends said no it was an accident and he got all defensive and said yeah well its you too against me called us out while proceeding to back away... me and my friends had no idea what just happened. Then the bouncers came to me and said I needed to leave ... REALLY how about you get the guy causing trouble and starting fights instead. This establishment is trash and is ran by morons apparently.
Good place to go with a group of friends on the weekends. Super packed and a lot of fun if youre drinking. However, this is a place where certain types of people are notorious for hanging out at.
COLLEGE NIGHT IS A SCAMThrough my experience at the Joe I had 3 friends kicked out and eventually me. Due to long lines they let people in to collect money then start kicking people out to make sure they stay at capacity.Even though on any other night smoking is allowed if you were even holding a cig/vape they would kick you out.Following, they will also kick you out for “public intoxication” while in the bar. Let me repeat THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT FOR BEING DRUNK IN A BAR. In turn they threaten to arrest my intoxicated friend for coming into the bar drunk even though they let him in. This is which lead me back how they’ll let anyone in to get your money then just kick you out within 30 minutes.DO NOT GO TO COTTON EYE JOE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. PLAN TO BE SOBER AND NOT DO WHAT YOURE SUPPOSED TO DO IN BAR.
Place would get 5 star if we didnt have to wait over a hour for deep fried mushrooms. Cook only makes one order at a time. Bar was great
Good if all you like to do is line dance. Very little partner two step. In my opinion a country dance hall that basically has no partner two step is really really lame. Want a good dancehall experience go to cowboy okc in Oklahoma or places in Texas. Management should go to these places to see what a real dancehall looks like. This place sucks.
Didnt yall learn anything from bud light dont go messing with god fearing blue collar Americans that make you money hope Yall go out of business
If You country western dance or if you like to watch country western dance or if you love great music great beverages and great food, this is the rightest place. Always a party atmosphere, decorated out to the hilt with Pure Country. The staff watches out for you better than your mom. Bubbas one of the best dance instructors and Andrew is the best bartender in East Tennessee. Marks food will keep you from being hungry. The chicken quesadillas are to die for.
As stated in previous August post, we were towed illegally on the night of the Tracy Byrd concert. We have the legal proof from our lawyer that we were not allowed to be towed. All eligible parties towed that night can get their money refunded. Call Jims towing and complain. Tell them you want your money back and that you can sue if not. Contact me if you would like to pursue legal action. We have a lawyer ready to take the case who is experienced in this area. The more folks that participate, the more leverage we have.
Complete bogus. Bought a 45$ ticket then payed 10$ fee to get IN TO SEE Lee Brice. Me and my friends got fries and went to the bathroom and washed our hands because it’s gross to not wash your hands and the marker that says “NO” faded on our hands but was still very noticeable and we got kicked out for no reason. Get freaking wristbands if your that worried about underange drinking. Just wanted to see lee Brice perform because I payed total 60$ for all of this and drove from Atlanta. GET COLORED WRISTBANDS bs.
Coolest country bar, live music, and mma fight venue nationwide👊👊!!! Chuck is great, but eats chicken wings too slow.😒 #Cutman4thebest #ValorFights #CEJ. Great food, great dancing. Best bar world-wide!! Id give an 10 stars if I could.
Nice. Its big so you arent in top of each other. They have pool tables, dance floor, multiple bars, and a mechanical bull. I had fun!
If you arent a regular you cant dance except for like 2 songs. I was visiting hoping to dance but every song had a different dance and the dances were on the harder side to pick up. I have a dance background so I can learn a dance fairly quick but not here.
First time being there that it wasnt so hot inside that you couldnt stand it. Bathrooms were nasty as usual. Beer is overpriced, really everything is overpriced here. But the show was great.
This venue is a joke Oliver Anthony didnt point fingers at you but you WANT TO POINT fingers at him nah ill never go here and i got a strong feeling no one else will now!!!
Disappointed that the national anthem wasnt played. I didnt feel welcome at the Dierks Bently concert in my crocs. I was picked out for the camera to record me tho. Autographs sold separately.
Cannot wait to be back! Get in, soak in the atmosphere of the place, play some darts, take a few shots of moonshine (you get to keep the shot glasses!!!) and off to the dance floor. Oh, and don’t forget to ride the mechanical bull.
They took my Fake ID
Not my thing. Impressively attentive employees, place was cleaner than I expected and people, for the most part, looked to know how to dance. I, on the other hand, do not.
Good atmospher but dance floor isnt open! Dance floor is for a dance class its all been rehearsed! Cant get out there and just enjoy yourself with a 2 step country 2 step, or a line dance!!!
This place is huge...has about everything a person could want. Mechanical bull, at least 6 pool tables, large dance floor. ATM too. Much more Im sure I missed my first time there.
The weekend after 10pm is the best time to go, there is plenty of parking, 5 dollar cover. The crowd is on the younger side and they favor line or two step dancing.
Greatest Bar on Earth.. Aries FS MMA fights were incredible!!
Was surprisingly small crowd for Saturday night. But perhaps many are waiting on the bikini contest tomorrow nite.
This is not a place that is friendly to regular dancers or new people. The bouncers will kick you out if you look at them wrong, the bar overcharges you for drinks, the bathrooms are filthy disgusting, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the music played is mediocre at best.
Ive went to Cotton Eyed Joe for 15 years but havent been in about a year cause i moved out of state. Well i was in town with a buddy and told him we have to go there and hed love it. I told him that its the only club i know that youd get a hand shack before you entered. Well there was not a hand shake. On top of that it seemed like the employee were in the worst mood ever. I know it is owned by different owners now. If I were them id get the Joes back to where it used to be.
If you can line dance good place. I go for the music and drink specials. They a look so do the pledge of allegiance, which many places dont.
Meeting. Wouldnt go there normally. However very interesting set up and decor, big dance floor. Suppose if I was young and single Id be all over it. Looking for ❤.
Pros: Cheap beer deals. Good music. Big dance floor. Friendly clientele. Cons: No smoking inside. Bouncers can be overly zealous and work over customers.
The bouncers might actually be mentally Ill. Had my head down because my knee was hurt and they told me to walk outside because I was questioning them (when I was clearly older than the actual bouncer)
Country and Western dance.huge dance floor.gd music and lots of places to sit and people watch..got a man that will shine youre boots...a side floor to try out the steps...the DJ booth is a 18wheelers cab...lots of pool tables and the seats at the bar are tractor seats..got front porch swings around and rockin chairs .western dance with a little hip hop mixed in.
Don’t waste your time or money. Drive rn extra mile and go to Revolver dance hall in Cookeville. Cotton eyed joe is a joke. You can look at someone the wrong way and get kicked out. It’s ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if I could. I got kicked out for laying my head down for no more than 1 minute
Got falsely accused of recording at a fight on 8/2/19 by one of the bouncers. They kicked me out got rude with my family and friends. Once we pleaded our case they refused to let me back in unless i paid again even though i had already paid my way in once. Cotton eyed joes And valor fighting challenge refused to make things right and give me my money back. They never had proof i recorded. The owner of cotton eyed joes ended up going crazy on us outside and actually ended up putting his hands on my father who was trying to get us to leave. My sister in law is a white female they also kicked her out and told her she was done for the night. They eventually let her back in though without having to pay. Me a hispanic male was made to pay in order to get back in. Even though they never got proof i recorded anything. If thats not discriminating i dont know what is.
Bars are busy, but Ive never experienced poor service like I did here. Would not reccomend....
Went to a concert here, seemed like a nicer end bar but felt it was a tad small for the event. But the beer prices are lower than other events I’ve been to.
Got to see Vince Neil was awesome, to say the least. The place was cool, but needs the carpet replaced and better seating. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Had a great time there watching the fights then everyone dancing, drinks were very good!
Not enough country music. Too much hip hop for a country club. We were there 2 hrs and heard maybe 4 country songs. Not great dj. Large dance floor. Cheap beer and liquor specials.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Joe!4 bars, huge dance floor, mechanical bull, live DJs playing your favorite Country and Top 40 songs, Couples, Line and Freestyle dancing Plus a great kitchen with yummy food!!!
Paid over $100 for VIP to Upchurch concert to stand the whole time and no tables to set drinks on. Were luck if he sang 6 songs. Total disappointment.
I love the event line-up. Havent been to all of them, but I really enjoyed the ones I habe been to very much. Vince Neil, Resurrection-A Journey Tribute, Buckcherry
I had to sleep on the floor, in the car, with the bugs, and my broken windows. A barricade nearly killed me. And i come here from Wisconsin by my crappy car. And they kick me out. So stay out of this club and they better keep THEIR MOUTH SHUT.
Great concert but there was no organization for getting tickets that you already paid for. Spent more time outside in line in the rain then we did in the club.
We went to see Resurrection, the Journey tribute band. We had a great time, going back this weekend to see Sammy Kershaw. I hope it just as fun!
Without checking proper witnesses I was a customer at Wendys then proceeded to spend $30 at the pilot when I was bombarded by Dee. She appeared to be the night shift supervisor, I called after leaving to make certain this is a fact. Dee proceeded to kick me out of the parking lot and Threatened to call the law brcsuse some individual said I was asking for money. I informed Dee she needed to.check.who she was listening too. I have never asked strangers for money in my life at a gas station much less tonight. I have never been so disrespected by a manager in my life much less Pilot. I travel as .Healthcare nurse all ovrythe country and this behavior is not common at all. This night shift supervisor must have a big head but she is a couple thoughts away from a law suit. Dee make sure you know who your talking too and what about before acting like a ignorant redneck wilderbeese. I proceeded to call Dee afterwards and was rudely hungup on. I will never return she I truly misrepresenting Pilot and the customer service they strive to stand for.
Had a blast on Friday night, band was good but Lead Singer was dreadful. Once DJ started we stayed until last call
Not as fun as I remember some 10 years ago. Needs more variety in the dance department. Just my opinion. Great if you just want to line dance.
Refused to allow my friend with a disability enter with her service animal? is your team aware that’s illegal?
Not a huge fan of the little baby temper tantrum owners put up. Do better.
