I love coming here, they always help me find something Ill enjoy. They also have an awesome punch card system, and usually a buy one get one half off deal on juice!

Kyle at CNR Vape is the boom. He’s always pleasant and helpful with me he’s a 10 out of 10. I’ve coming since Donna was here she’s missed and I pray for her family especially her youngest daughter. She did very well hiring Kyle. He’s helped me find new flavors and this is only place I come unless I’m up at my moms.

Ciarra definitely is a big help to the company , never hesitates to ask if you need help and gives a warm chill vibe at the shop.... definitely my spot and has been for a while

Decent vape shop.Advertises itself as catering to beginners to advanced, but only carried one brand of cotton wick and the employee working seemed to not understand RBA’s.The young man working was polite, nonetheless, and we found what I needed, even if I had to spend nearly $10 on a bag of Cotton Bacon.At least CNR sells cotton - all the other shops in that part of town are merely pop up “tobacco, vape, Delta8-THC, and THCa shops” that didn’t understand why I wanted to purchase cotton and know little to nothing about vaporizers in general.

Excellent vape shop with a great selection. The people who work there are always positive and friendly and they seem to always have some type of deal going!

I have been in the shop several times Donna was an amazing manager and I liked her very much. I am so sorry that she has passed we will miss her sorely. Kyle also is an amazing employee and is very respectful to all customers including myself I live all the way in Clinton and I come to the Broadway store because of those two. This store is well kept,stocked, and clean at all times. I would recommend this store for anyone and everyone.

I’ve been coming here for atleast 2 years and Donna was amazing and miss her a lot but since this transition Ciarra has been amazing and such a great help with fixing my vape or recommending a great option for me that I might like. The store has wonderful products and the staff is very knowledgeable with their products. The lady I always dealt with is Bonnie and she is always very nice and friendly to the customers. I go acrossed town and out of my way to visit this vape shop! Normally I make my runs to the shop on the weekends and Customer service is second to none every time , the deals are excellent and the juice selection never leaves me bored. I love the stamp card rewards. That really helps if your wallet is in a pinch! I could not ask for a better shopping experience in any type of business ... But really after visiting other shops I dont want to go anywhere else.

Went in Saturday and there was a big guy who was very rude. I left and will never go back.

So, I’ve been coming to CNR for a while now, usually go when Donna or Bonnie was there. Haven’t been in a while, but desperately needed coils for my fiancé. CNR always has them in stock so I drove there. Ummm, where’s Bonnie?!?! New girl is nice and all, but doesn’t really know her way around very well. What should have been a quick trip in and out took a while because she just couldn’t seem to find the coils I needed, even though I told her exactly where they were. Please bring Bonnie back!

Great crew and very friendly, they actually went out of their way to special order me some supplies and notified me when they received them which was actually relatively quick compared to what I was expecting. Not to mention I feel like I can go to either one of their stores and just hang out and feel like home.

I have to say a huge thank you to Mrs. Donna!!!! I bought a vape from another store and did not know it did not come with a battery. So I seen CNR vapors and it was first time going there. Mrs. Donna was very helpful and she found out that where I just got my vape from it had been previously use yuck!! No she did not convince me to buy another vape she just suggested to me new coils and to replace the whole mouthpiece she was definitely looking out for me!! Thank you girl!! I owe you so much!!! This store is one of the best shops in knoxville, they carry a variety of stuff,great popular brands,and the prices are awesome. I took a trip to Knoxville recently and forgot to pack some extra coils for my tank. I was hoping to be able to make it last but that didnt happen. Being an outta towner I had no clue where to go. I just googled nearest vape shop and came across CNR Vapors. Now I have been to alot of vape shops..... some good and others real bad. This shop is by far the best one i have ever been to! Friendly staff, clean store and their prices are awesome! I wish all vape shops were like CNR! P.S. to the owner of this store.... GREAT JOB training your employees!
