I’ve been to about all the shops in town, and this one is the one I repeatedly come back too. Great prices and product. The best prices you will find honestly!

Best herbal store around. I’ve tried a lot of different stores from your tiny hole in the wall to popular chain stores. I’ve never come across anything as good as this place. The customer service is unmatched. They make sure you’re seen and taken care of as well as answer any questions you have about product. I will continue to go to Hemp Solutions as long as their doors are open. I’m a forever customer and I recommend them to any/every one.

Customer service is AMAZING. Very knowledgeable staff. I bought a cart battery (cart pen) and a few other things. The cart pen was defective. But I didnt notice it until the next day. They replaced it no problem. Most places will not to that if you leave with it. So I normally make it a point to check them before leaving. But was on break when I bought it so it slipped my mind. They had no problem replacing the pen. We all know some of those things are just defective. That is absolutely no fault to the shop. And all the other stuff I got was very good quality. Definitely recommend. When I was there the first time. There was a person trying to buy something for the very first time ever. A middle aged man. The clerk was so helpful and explained everything he might need to know while heading into his first time partaking. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The moms and the husband are cool and the wife is cool when she wants to be. So she is alright from time to time if she watches her tone of voice because it doesnt fear me but Ill give her 100% with her crazy self 😂 😂 because she is cool and the product is good its all love

Worst customer service I have experienced in a hemp/cbd dispensary. No one greeted us when we came in, we stood there waiting for help and when someone came up she stood there and didnt ask what we were looking for or if we needed help. We asked what she though the best product was and she said uh all of it ok well we have never been here and wanted some recommendations. She never said a word even though the check out. She wouldnt even tell us prices, just flipped her screen to show us. Definitely wont be going back

I have been here multiple times and each time it’s a quick stop and grab. I Usually know exactly what I need to get and it’s never an issue. The younger woman is very kind and knowledgeable when it comes to the things I’ve never purchased. The store use to be open for (walk in) but I can completely understand why they have it closed up. That area is not the best.

This place is a scam!! They don’t let you in the store and do business through a hole in the wall - literally. Then they don’t show you the product first. They sold my brother a quarter of THCa flower with a bunch of white stuff all over it. I’m pretty sure it’s mold. I attached a photo, and you can judge for yourself. Either way, this place is trash.

I spoke with you on the phone the next day and instead of making it right then , you did nothing but cover for that shady grandma who sold it to me . You also stated no one comes into the store and service is through the window only , and it has been that way for several years now . The only reason yall are still in business is because your shady and have found a loophole in how you do business.I stand by my review .

It had a good selection, and decent prices. Dont confuse this, as I had, with the CBD shop literally a few doors down in the same building. The owner is friendly, however, he is a Republican, which is not conducive to Cannabis legalisation, among various other issues.

This place was fantastic and ED and Sabrina are down to earth people very very good people I felt like ice known them forever! They helped me with all of my questions and went above and beyond and made me feel at home. I will go back there even if theres one closer to me because you cant beat their personalities and the way they helped me I wont go anywhere else

Hemp Solutions is NOT the solution. Unless you close at a different time than what you had told me over the phone. After I had drove over 30 minutes to this local. So if youre in the business of lying to paying customers, this is the place for you. Smh.

Ordered products payed with card over the phone they delivered broke merchandise I called them back they said they would send out a replacement but never showed up I called several times after that a few times they said they would send it out but again no show the rest of the calls went un answered. I strongly recommend if you buy from them buy in store and check everything before you leave. Dont count on delivery and dont have breakables delivered unless you plan on driving to them for a replacement.

Would have actually bought something but the main door to the inside of the shop was locked and you could only communicate through a little window and a whole felt very uncomfortable and Could not see any of products.

Anyone looking for or just looking to learn more info about CBD cant miss this building! Their team was extremely educated on their inventory. I bought this product from a gas station in Newport TN. The qr code was expired. I had to make 4 phone calls to find this website looking for a COA. the coa for sour diesel is not even on the website as of right now. They are selling flower with no COA. There is also a white cakey powder in the bag that is not supposed to be there. Its in every bag every strain at this gas station. Always buy from reputable stores.

I had a stroke a few years ago that left me with some problems like extreme anxiety and seizures if not controlled with medication. I also have a lot of pain, because of old injuries, but I dont want to take pain pills. People who get on pain pills get addicted then get on crack or, whatever the other other drug is. Because of my stroke I have a problem with memory and I get confused easy. The women there helped me patiently and did not get frustrated with me. Back to seizures, I forget to take my med sometimes so hemp will be a backup when I miss one. The anxiety I feel is really bad and I have a hard time leaving my apartment. I ordered my hemp and just a few minutes they brought the hemp to me. The hemp is really good at this store. I have wasted so much money on a solution lol that works so thank you. I plan to be a regular customer and purchase a lot with Hemp Solutions.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever tried to go to!!!! I say tried because this is my first time at this location! The business claims to open at 9:30am online as you can see! So I took the 15 mins drive from my house to this location showing up at 9:47. And they are not open but have a sign on the door that states be back soon with a clock thats on 10:10am it is now 11:17am and still not open! I tried to call the number given and 2 times went straight to voice mail! Then around 10:35 I make one call and it rings 3 times and a man anwsers hello I said hello back and got hung up on. Ive called back 2 times and its back to nothing but V.M. gave me the option to text so I kindly text are u guys opening today. And nothing so I asked can I please at least know if the business is going to open today or not and Ive received nothing at all. I understand things happen but dont make a sign stateing u will open and a hour and a half still not be opened! I feel disrespected and I will not be providing my daily busniess at this hemp store. However the hemp store on Clinton hwy has stepped in and will be getting my business for now on! Just plan out rude and unprofessional! Ur business will not be open for long if its operated like this!!!

Employees have their small and I mean small children(age 3) maybe and I dont agree with that anything can happen! Other than that it was very hot in store didnt help that neither employee knew how to change register tape mgr comes in and was rude as hell to customers at register

Good prices I suppose for the low thc in the hemp flower.Just most of the time when I try to go in its always closed mostly sundays like today I showed up at 12:17 pm. Wasnt open so just figured they were late getting to work THEN AGAIN at 130 pm were STILL closed. Google said open and Ive walked up to door says its supposed to be open at noon. Was a blue open sign on but door was locked. No sign or anything says they were closed. I e rn tried to call number. No ring or answer. Not going to be back. I think Ill just stick to my usual store theyre not unreliable like this little dinky store.

I absolutely love this business! They are very compassionate and caring establishment that cares as much for customers as they do the bottom line.My husband was diagnosed with 4th stage cancer and owner was able to make specific recommendations as to type of CBD that was cultivated just for the cancer he has. It helped so much he began to eat more and keep food down because it relieved horrible side effects from radiation and chemotherapy. They have many different forms and types of CBD products so everyone,including pets, can ingest products containing the highest legal amounts CBD..As for myself after 35 years of regularly smoking marijuana I was able to quit and still get all of the medical benefits without having to worry about legal repercussions. So I now recommend the store to everyone!

Very small overpriced selection of items. 300mg edibles will be the most you can get here and they cost $30+. Even the 200mg delta 9 edibles were $30+.

This place definitely has great prices on high CBD hemp flower. At $5 a gram or $21 a quarter ounce for outdoor strains and just a bit more for the higher quality indoor varieties, its probably hard to beat that.The reason they only get three stars is their CBD tincture situation. Because COVID complicates interaction, some of this may be misunderstanding, but simply put *buyer beware.*I was told I could get a full spectrum tincture that was 450mg for $54 or a less effective full spectrum tincture that was 1000mg for $59. I thought to myself that sounds pretty subjective, its probably 1 gram of CBD isolate mixed into hemp oil. Actually it was just straight hemp oil and in a small bottle too! You can get a large bottle of organic hemp oil for something like $15 on Amazon. This could be an issue of quality, but considering the context it was presented, I felt a bit like I almost got ripped off. Yeah, definitely less effective. I think were I a business owner, I would avoid trying to mislead people, and any way you look at it presenting those two options as similar products is misleading.I asked for the 450mg product they had that actually has CBD in it. Im not sure what to think about it. It seems like its more effective than just isolate, meaning it contains a fairly large quantity of other cannabinoids, but its also processed quite a bit... containing vegetable glycerin for some reason. Im not sure what to make of that. It tastes horrible too, almost like they tried to put sugar alcohols in it to make it sweet and it just gave it this horrible cloying taste. Yuck! Ive tried quite a few other varieties of CBD tincture from other places and none of them tasted like that.
