Awesome place with great customer service. Had a vape question about why my vape was leaking (old coil) and was given very helpful advice. Did I mention they have real monkeys in their! While I got distracted by the animals, I found a vape that caught my eye. The same guy that helped me before showed me everything about how the product works and even put it together for me. 10/10 would go again!

Usually good service but lately the keep giving me the wrong model vape tanks

I purchased 3 vape cartridges and then found out the Earthy brand doesn’t exist and didn’t make it. The QR code on the packages won’t scan. Be careful what your buying because lord know what’s in it. They also didn’t ask for proof of age before selling to me over the phone.

Genuine people. Good prices and super friendly. This is the only place I will go from here on out. My last 4 visits have been great! These folks are focused on customer service as they should be and the new Cedar Bluff store is amazing. Also, they have monkeys. Like real little monkeys 2 that the lady has rescued from bad situations. Good people. Great service. Good prices. What more do you need?

This place is going to go out of business now that Timmy no longer works there. Which is sad because he was the only reason people would show up now they got guys who have no idea what they’re doing and what they’re selling and their vapes are being sold for ridiculously high prices. I don’t think this business will make it to the end of the year.

First visit to this location and the staff made us feel very welcome. The guy that helped us was very friendly and patient. Awesome flavors and while you are there you get to watch all the little monkeys play in the cage. Was definitely a cool thing to see.

The last 3 times in a row Ive visited here during business hours their open sign has been flashing but doors are locked and nobody there. I liked my first experience but its starting to feel like a waste of time to try to shop here if they cant be open when advertised.

Just drove 30 minutes to come here and they closed 3 hours early.. completely ruining my day. Guess its what I get for picking favorites.

Contacted all three locations for a question and no one answers with one location with a none functioning number. Always out of products I use with no ETA on delivery blaming vendor for lack of inventory. Prices are great and the best in town, but if they do not have what you are looking for, price doesnt help.

The guy who helped us out was super sweet and informative. We are still new to some things and he was very patient with us explaining how everything worked. I will definitely be making another trip again

I have never had a bad experience here. I am not sure why they dont have above 12 on the nicotine. I would really like it if they would carry butterscotch e liquid. The people that work there are awesome. I would give them a A for sure compared to the other vape stores I have visited here in Knoxville. Their prices are reasonable and fair.

Very nice guys, with the best prices Im personally familiar with.I do wish they would let people in the store though; me being 3 feet away from them isnt somehow safer with an open doorway between us

Fantastic prices for the best quality most popular vaping mods and juices. They have products in stock its impossible to find elsewhere. Employees and Owner are super knowledgeable and friendly. Support your locally owned businesses. Plus they have adorable monkeys. If youre looking at the monkeys and tilt your head to the side the monkeys will mimic you and tilt their Lil heads too!

My favorite store. They always have the best prices, always. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I go here every time I can.

I love this place! The people are great and are always happy to see you. The prices cant be beat. But what really sets them apart is the fact that they have a lab and mix all of their own liquids. The liquids dont contain alot of the harmful chemicals you find in other brands. I love love love Monkey Vapors!!

The best and friendliest place to get anything vaping or CBD related. The staff is outstanding and the most friendly Ive ever experienced. Their prices seriously cannot be beat, and the quality of what they provide is unmatched. Good customer service, but with its comes to them replace defective items that they have sold you. Yoh are SOL. I called your store and told them it was a defected product that they sold me. I can bring you the vape and show you that is a defected product. Despite the fact whether or not its a disposable or not, a defected product is still a defected product. When the tank of a rechargeable disposable explodes and ruins the components inside of it I would say that thats a Manufacturing problem.

I have followed monkey vapors since they first opened. They always have excellent customer service giving me information about the products I buy and how to use it. I never go to other vape stores because monkey vapors has the best prices and the best products! Plus occasionally getting to see the monkeys playing is always a day brighter.

Im always greeted with a friendly smile and genuine interest in what Im up to at the time when I visit. These dudes are rad and are right on the money when they recommend new flavors to me.

I have been going to monkey vapor on and off for a few years now .I have never had a flavor of juice that didnt satisfy !they also have very reasonable prices for their juice and coils Timmy and Brandon are the best people to talk too ! Theyre honest!! Plus very considerate and answer any questions you may have about their products!

Best prices on my juice, period. Ive tried everywhere in k-town. Very nice and helpful too. Most these others in K-town are extremely arrogant and expensive as hell.

I just love monkey vape there so friendly they have lots of juices to choose from and there a great price I highly recommend them and it doesnt matter which location you go its going to be the same at all of them

Good shop, great selection of flavors, but sometimes out of stock in RDA items. I know its not the majority of people looking for rebuildable stuff, so probably good for most people

Well the sign on the door and Google both say they close at 8p but doors were locked and lights out @ 7:48p on a Thursday. Oh well.

The owner of this is amazing such a nice gentleman and really has a great personality and a good man hopefully I can do much more business with these people in the future

Ive had nothing positive experiences in this place. I go in pretty frequently and pick up small bottles of different juices.The 50/50 juices are very fairly priced @ $2.50/5mL. The drip juices are also fairly priced. In fact, I find their pricing on everything, including mods and batteries all very good.Most of the people know what they are talking about and will make sure you leave with the right products and information.I wouldnt say the juices are the most flavorful Ive had but I would recommend trying them out if you havent yet. They even have a little rewards program for return customers.My favorite thing about this store is that, you can tell them to make a custom juice, of any flavor combo, any vg/pg mixture, and any nic level. Give them a day or two, and bam, custom flavor!

Best prices in Knoxville with a wide variety of juices. It was my local shop, now I drive from South Knox. I find a lot of juices taste like potpourri. Theirs do not.

Garbage hours and closes when a staff member has something come up, instead of covering operating hours. Higher prices than other shops on basic stuff and can’t seem to be competitive.

Good friendly staff, (even though I had a form of MAGA hat on 😀), they didnt carry my choice of juice but recommend another shop that might. Thats professionalism!

This was the 3rd & final shop I visited in Knoxville. It’s now my local vape shop & I drive from South Knoxville. I was about to give up on going the vape route until I found Monkey Vapors! They have great prices, devices, juices, and selection of what you may need or want. I felt no pressure from these guys when I visited there on my 1st visit nor have I since. They have amazing customer service & are very knowledgeable. I had bought 2 very costly & crappy devices prior to my visit at Monkey Vapors because the other places used my inexperience of the vape world to their advantage. The guys at Monkey Vapors totally helped me out and set me up with exactly what I needed. I will never go anywhere else. This was almost a year ago and I’m a MV customer for as long as they are in business. Huge bonus that they have a lab next door where their juices are made. I call or stop by to order & it’s almost always ready by 3pm the very next day! Love this place! Also Blueberry X is the best!

I came to this shop and they didnt have any of my coils which I couldnt find at any vape shop anywhere. They offered to order some but they never came in or more likely never ordered them. So I had to go around with nasty coils for almost two weeks. Unless they specifically have what you need I wouldnt recommend ever going here.

Cheap juice, very cheap. Knowledgeable employees and very friendly place. The shop has a decent variety with their juices and mods but they could improve on juices. Overall a decent little shop

My husband and I have been going here for at least 3 years! Even before they moved to this location! We refuse to even go to the other monkey vapes that are closer to us! We drive 30 mins out of our way just for the people that work at this one!
