Horrible experience . All products are EXPIRED! Beware! Owner Jen was very threatening to me!!! Her attitude is wilddddd! Just read her responses on the bad reviews here, you’ll see her true character, even her husband shushed her when I was in the store. Beware , good reviews have been purchased.

These guys are the best. They listen to their customers, they know their products, and they take the time to really get to know their regulars. It makes a real difference when you hear that person say your name when you walk in. Not enough places do that these days. Customer service is alive and well at Vaporfix. Keep up the great work!!!

Amazing place with a variety selection of disposable vapes, liquid juice, and delta 8. AJ and Jen are so sweet and so helpful. I searched all over for the lost Mary watermelon zero nicotine. Another store said they had it but when I got there, it was some unknown brand. I looked online where I could find it but getting it to me was another story. Then I called Vapor fix and they said they had it. I got there fifteen minutes later and it turned out they really did! Super nice and had my hard to find vapes so 5 stars. Next time I might look around more. Lol If youre looking for a particular vape and having trouble finding it, call Vapor fix. Theyll fix ya right up.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: The employees here are awesome! (5 stars for them alone!) They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been coming here for almost a year now, but today will be my last visit. The employees are the reason why they get 1 star as opposed to 0, as the owner is a completely rude moron. Dont force your way into a conversation, that you were EAVESDROPPING on, after its DONE, only to piss me off with your STUPIDITY!! Your employee handled the situation well... you did not. You didnt bother checking for things you didnt hear before attacking me verbally. It doesnt matter why Im upset about something, especially as your employee smoothed things over before you made them worse than they were to begin with. I will not be bringing my business to you ever again. I hope others find another place to spend their money, too. I will NOT support a business run by someone with such tactlessness and NO CARE towards their customers.UPDATE: Its been about 3 months since I posted this review, and NO ONE has bothered to comment from the store. THIS SHOULD TELL YOU THAT YOU SHOULD SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Absolutely love the service from VaporFi! They have wonderful quality product with great prices. The customer service is fantastic. They will help you with pretty anything with your vape. VaporFi also has a neat Loyalty Rewards Card. Definitely should stop by there.

I had the worst experience. A friend of mine went in with me and we were looking around at things in the store I picked out two items that I wanted to buy only to be told that both him and I had to show an ID in order for me to buy anything. He never asked for anything he didnt inquire about anything didnt touch anything he even walked around by himself but because we walked in the door together they acted this way. I was shocked I asked what did his ID have to do with me wanting to buy something and they said it was the law. No way is it the law that just because someone is with me they have to show their id too. Ill never come to this place again

They are always so nice and attentive here. I had to switch shops a while back and they were so accommodating when I was trying to find a similiar flavor. Ive always bought my coils here, but so glad I get to see them every week now. Plus, they have an actual rewards program with amazing freebies/ discounts, unlike my old shop or other shops around. The girls (Im bad with names) are always talkative, helpful, and never make you feel rushed. Great place!

For those who are looking for a good vape shop, I highly recommend this place. The people are wonderfully kind, warm and so friendly. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Not only do they have the highest quality products, but they are there for personal support on your journey to quit smoking. (They also carry delta 8 and cbd products if that’s something your into). They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to each of the products they sell and will tell you everything you want to know about them(they don’t sell stuff they don’t believe in and love). They know a lot about what’s going on in the vape industry including related laws etc. Iv been to other vape shops in the area, and this is the only one I go to. PLEASE visit this place if your looking for a vape shop.

Went here for the first time today and I am very impressed. Incredible selection, friendly and super knowledgeable staff, and an overall nice environment. Their system went down before I could pay (and honestly still a little convinced it was my fault, the timing was too coincidental 👀) but regardless they were super awesome about the whole thing and held my items until I could come back. This is definitely going to be my new go-to place, not just for the variety of products but also the cool staff. Glad I finally checked it out!

Love this place. They are super friendly every time I’m in, I’ve been struggling to find a juice that I absolutely love but the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to helping me find a new flavor. Also an added bonus is sometimes when I go in there is an adorable puppy in there that enjoys love so that is always a highlight to my day petting him. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great vape shop.

This place is the best! They have the nicest, most knowledgeable and most patient staff Ive ever met. Answered all of my 9 million questions, showed me every product and explained it to me, talked to me in depth about what I needed and never once made me feel silly or small over something that was new to me. I cannot recommend them to you enough. The pricing is great, the team is utterly amazing and I wont be shopping anywhere else!

Stopped by this shop yesterday while I was in Knoxville. Very nice shop, I really liked the layout of the store. It made finding what you needed easy. The two girls Chelsea and Mary were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me find my new favorite vape juice. Chelsea even helped me take my tank apart and change my coil. The Delta 8 selection wad very good also.

We love this location! Just recently moved to the area and have tried other nearby shops and have been disappointed. Every time we come in here we are greeted by the best and they are SO friendly. We never leave without having a good conversation about who knows what. LOVE THIS PLACE! 10/10

The staff and reward card are enough to keep this place in mind for when I need some more salt nic, but being perfectly honest, some of the delta 8 products are completely overpriced. There are vape shops within 5 miles of this location where you can get twice as much of the exact same product for the same asking price from here. When you take that type of price variation into consideration, the reward card is kind of pointless.

Always have the most options compared to other places here in Knoxville they have good deals like buy 3 get one free. The employees and owners are awesome! My fav employees are AJ and Dean. Go check em out and have fun trying to decide what to get, but they will point u in the right direction.

If I could rate this store 10 stars I would! Ive been going here for a year or so now and every single visit is absolutely outstanding. Every person Ive encountered that works there has always been extremely helpful, courteous and has taken great care of me. I will not go anywhere else or even online for anything. And the punch cards for rewards are the BEST. Another reason why I wont go anywhere else.

After reading other reviews about this shop, I decided to give it a try and let me tell you, this vape shop is seriously top-notch! Extremely organized, clean and with the widest selection, this shop is where its at! The employees are always ready to help and actually have conversations with you, rather than stare at you until you make your choices and get out so they can go back to watching TV like other stores.My favorite aspect of the store is that the juices arent kept behind a wall and I have to ask 60,000,000 questions about what is available. Im ADHD, so the ability to physically look and touch while shopping is a MAJOR bonus to me. I can buy what I like without feeling like a burden having them take 60 flavors off of a wall. They have great clearance sales too.When they didnt have the coils for the pod-mod I use, the next time I came in asking for them they had them in stock! They took the time to actually listen to my needs and take customer feedback.The gentleman with glasses (Im usually good with names, but unfortunately, it was a rough day that day) has helped me twice. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my selections.My fiancé loves their selection of Delta-8 products and knowing that their products come from reputable vendors, feels secure shopping there.TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Ive been to 110 vape shops in 40 states and VaporFi is definitely a top tier establishment. The people here are knowledgeable and engaging. They have a good variety of devices and accessories. There is a wide array of juice flavors you can taste test, then customize and mix to perfect your experience - I got six different flavors in my first visit, all excellent. Im sure youll be pleased with VaporFi. Easily five star and a best bet.

Al (owner) was absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable. He was patient when trying to explain the kind of juice I was looking for (they dont sell it anywhere in town) and recommended a juice that would compare. I was not disappointed. Its taken me over a year now to write a review (Im terrible about remembering to do this). I moved to Knoxville just over a year ago and this was the first vape shop I walked into....and the last. Ive had such an amazing experience from flavors to devices and mostly to advice and now friendship. Im a creature of habit so I really dont need to try new flavors, but Ive added a few versions of menthol to mix with my go-to flavor. Over this past year, Ive gotten to know Jen very well. Its the most personalized service Ive ever experienced including shops Ive used in other places Ive used. I cannot thank them enough for knowing me and, without a doubt, knowing what Im looking for in my upgrade devices. Ill always remain loyal and if youre looking for your first try at vaping or if youre experienced and are ready for a new venue, I 100% +++ recommend a visit. I cant image youll be disappointed. Clean store, but, the prices are over the top ridiculous on their disposable thc vapes though. 89.99 for 3 grams of delta 8 and thc p? A complete highway robbery. Those disposable pens can be found in plenty of other places, for the 25-35 dollar mark.

I work near by and started going here bc it was convenient but honestly everyone I have meet that works here is super nice and helpful. Most def my fav vape shop. I appreciate the patience bc I am so indecisive. And it has become my regular place to stop. I love supporting local businesses.

BEWARE !!!!. I was sold a Fume Infinity for over $30 and I tried it in the store. Once I got home it lasted less than 5 hours and went dead. I went to store and was told by Jen Wanderlingh who said she was an owner that I was out of luck and that she does not stand behind the products that she sells, that I would need to call the distributor. I later called her and Jen became aggressive and VERY unprofessional on the phone and told me It wasnt her problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTSUPDATEYour statement that we accepted a discount on another vape is categorically false. You must have mistaken me for another disgruntled customer. Given your behavior and level of customer service I am sure you have a substantial universe to keep track of.

I went to every place in Knoxville looking for two different coils. No one had them in stock. The guy that was working was super friendly. Explained to me the different tanks. I ended up getting the TFV12 prince. So far the mesh coil is my favorite. Thank you for helping me find the item I was looking for.

I visited for the first time and it was not a pleasant experience. Pushy salespeople the moment you walk in the door, I was in there for two minutes tops and didnt have the chance to look at the products because the salesperson hovered over me and asked what I want to buy every thirty seconds. The price is a little higher than average, but I would have still bought vape juice if the lady would have left me alone. She did it to the guy who came in after me too.

When you walk in, the shop is inviting with a laid back atmosphere, attractive displays, a nice lounge area, and you receive a heart felt welcome as you walk in the door. As someone new to the experience, my approach to the counter was well received; and great attention was given to detail and with my needs being assessed with thoroughness. The manager was remarkably patient with all my questions and I felt that he provided an excellent education on the vaping dos and donts. Not a single time was merchandise pushed on me and he started me off slow so that I could ease into the process. I highly recommend this shop and feel confident that you will leave impressed and pleased about the service and the expertise of the staff. Great job Vaporfi at knowing your clientele and being excellent at what you do!

Had a great experience at this vape shop. Im new to vaping and the staff were super helpful. Chelsea and Mary did a great job making recommendations on vape juice. I now have a new favorite vape juice. The shop was pretty cool with a nice atmosphere, but the service will keep me coming back.

This is not a good place to shop for vape supplies. They sold me a product and the battery burnt out after first charge, Mary at the shop told me I could return within 30 days. They are refusing to exchange or refund my money. They attempted to blame the way I charged the unit. Mary at the shop did not tell me I had to charge this specific way. I even told her I did not know how to use the product. I read the user manual, company website and vape forums and found nothing about this specific charging technique. They basically stole $60 from me and told me to kick rocks. DO NOT shop here.**Update**. GM responded and claimed to have proof that I was not treating the employees with respect while I was in office. The GM also claimed to have a video tape. I was nothing but polite while in store. I never treated any employee with disrespect.. The GM is a liar. MY WORDS TO THE GM. PROVE IT. SHOW THE TAPE. Lying and defaming character is never ok. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Jenn and Al were the most helpful people Ive ever met in a vape shop. We drove in from Indiana and needed liquid and a tank fixed and they went above and beyond for us. We purchased the buy 3 get 1 free 15ml bottles and they taught us how they can mix things for us, as well as allowing us to try the different flavors together. They didnt charge for the mouth pieces we used and most shops charge .50$ to 1$ to use the silicone tips. They even said we can call and order and have our items shipped to us if we want more once we get back home to Indiana. Id come back to Tennessee just to visit with Al and Jenn due to their hospitality.

Great customer service however they are a bit overpriced. Payed $40 for the Uwell Caliburn and later that day I visited multiple nearby cape shops that sold it for $19.99. My fault for not looking it up on my phone before buying (19.99 online too).. But 40 is pretty steep. I moved to Knoxville from Raleigh NC march of this year. I stocked up on all of my juices and coils before I left in case I couldnt find a shop here and thats exactly what happened. I went to almost every shop in Knoxville looking for juices I was familiar with and for a month straight I found nothing. Most shops I went into had either a terrible staff, poor juice selection or both. My 1st trip in VaporFix was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in vape shop since vaping started. Not only did they have every juice I used but so many others. Ive met all of the employees to include Jen the manager in my , (at least) weekly visits and its people like them that would make a trip to Knoxville worth every mile they travelled even if they dont vape. They have CBD and Delta 8 options too. Bottom line this is the only shop I will ever go to as long as I live here. Its an almost 40min drive one way but theres no way Im going anywhere else.

Went for the first time 2 days ago in search of a closer vape shop, since my preferred shop is an hour away, and I was very impressed with Vaporfi. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. 17 dollars for 30mg of juice? You can get double that at any of their competitors. Probably the worst vape store I have been too.

I read a lot of reviews that said how good the place was and with good prices. Felt rude like I didnt belong there and way more expensive than other stores I been to (they were closed so its why I tried here) they let you test it and it worked for half an hour. The disposable vape burned and melted inside when I barley used it. So not coming back here

I mustve spent an hour here last night because my coils were being dumb (stupid smok) and let me just say, sweetest guys ever. They were so friendly and kind and helpful, i had way too much fun laughing with them and simply just being there. Took it to the local Vaporfi store and they acknowledged that it was an issue with those tanks and he fixed it with pliers and now I cant even get the tank off my mod and its saying no atomizer found again. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! They are some of the BIGGEST SCAMMERS Ive ever dealt with. Let me give a full breakdown from the store, to their websites customer service to my overall experience.My name is DeAndre White, just for clarification purposes, because they conviently asked me for all my information when I was in store and made my purchase. Info like my name, phone number, email, etc. But SOMEHOW doesnt have it in there system, which goes back to their lack of establishment throughout their company. (I just think its funny that a rep on their website could find my info, but the store in which I purchased from and was asked for said information, and another rep that was on their online support couldnt though. Doesnt make much sense to me.)Long story short, I went into their store on 11/13/2018 in Knoxville TN looking for a gift for a family friend for Christmas. At first wasnt gonna get anything that day, but was sold the dream on a particular Mod Kit and said, What the heck minds well get it now. The woman that sold us the kit, which I believe is the only woman that works in there sold us the dream, answered all my questions about it, except for the most important two...1. Can we try it out to see if it works? And what if it doesnt? Can we bring it back? (Now mind you I read on their website that you have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee which j even clarified with a rep on their Contact Us page, who assured me if the store didnt honor it, that I can do the return through them with my reciept, which obviously wasnt upheld either which is why Im giving this review) But anyways, when asked to try it out she she kept saying no it works perfectly which alarmed me but I gave them a chance anyways. So before she rings me up she ask for all the info above and I give it because she says its to keep a record in their system. I think its mighty convient though that it wasnt until I was rung up that she tells me that if I buy any vape juice, that I couldnt return that because of some FDA regulations, which is understandable, but I ask is that for all your products, and she says just mainly for the juice. Then I see a sign on there register confirming what she said about the juice but it doesnt detail any specific items. So I take her word because I just wouldnt believe she would lie like this....if it was for all items why wouldnt she just tell me that when I asked? I feel any reputable business would tell you BEFORE YOU BUY that everything is final ...but not her. Then another red flag was she didnt tell me till after I bought the mod kit that it needed EXTERNAL BATTERIES, but conviently they didnt have any AT THE VAPE STORE, SELLING VAPES!!!!!So fast forward a couple of weeks and I find out the person I bought it for has quit vaping after 10 years so I no longer need it. I message a woman by the name of Jaime B on their website, explaining the issue, and seeing if I could return it through them, like most companies allow. Well they didnt respond for like 4 days so I just called the store because I would just go up there at this point before the 30 days was up. Low and behold, I was told by the same woman that they dont accept ANY returns, even if its never been used, EXCEPT if its messed up..which I remind her of what she told me and she said she has no recollection of that conversation. So at this point Im upset and call their online customer service.A guy answers and he asks for my info, like the store asked, (and this was the point I realized the woman at the store didnt even input my info, which is very sketchy and seems like an ill practice for them to turn around and act like they never had you as a customer and paint you as a crazy person). So he tells me he is gonna check one more thing, and he finds my account and says they didnt input any info I gave but my #. He tells me deal with the store and hangs up. I get a response from Jaime who says she can do it with my reciept but days went by when I told her lets do that. I call today and was told that was false info

My husband recently quit smoking and had been searching for a particular flavor of vape juice. A friend recommended this place to him so he went down. Full disclosure, he left his own review around 3 weeks ago when he found this place. When he went in, his vape had been leaking and looked very dark. The gentleman there said he needed a new coil and that his looked like burnt coffed grounds. They helped him to replace it and showed him what to look for with certain issues. Fast forward a few weeks and my husband needed new juice so he wanted to go there. I was with him this time. I am still a pretty heavy smoker. My husband has been trying to get me to quit by trying to get me into vaping. He finally succeeded with me in this store. He purchased me a Smok Prince Stick in my favorite colors (which helps) and Jen and Al walked me through everything, including the nicotine content that would be most beneficial for me. I ended up getting Thug Juice at 12%. They were extremely informative and very straight forward. I coughed my head off for a few hours but Jen was right. I am no longer coughing. The flavors of the juices are very intense and I felt very well informed when i left. Especially considering i am entirely ignorant of vaping. The long and the short of it is, i am about to embark on a long journey to quit smoking and this is the place I will be going to in order to accomplish that. Ive never written a review for anything, anywhere. Im more content to sit back and idly consider if people who write reviews are intelligent individuals or mentally challenged shills.Just so you dont have to worry I am not a shill, but I might be mentally challenged because frankly I think this store is as much fun as you can have sucking on things in public. (I meant straws. You perverts.)However much they are paying Jeff it isnt enough. I went in with the intention of browsing and ended up walking out with a bag full of merchandise and a spring in my step. If I were a wealthy woman I think I might have just offered to take the whole franchise off his hands as long as he came with it. This guy is patient, funny, and not as weird looking as youd expect someone who likes Star Wars and Star Trek that much to be. We tried multiple flavors of e-juice and he was super patient while I made pretentious noises about various notes in the flavors. Not once did he attempt to reach across the bar and strangle me and people, I talk this much in real life too.I just started vaping so I dont exactly have a large breadth of experience, but since I tend to dive into things headfirst I know more than your average Joe. I do know that this ejuice is the best thing Ive tasted so far and the sheer VARIETY and combination left me wanting to just set up a tent and have the vape-rista hand me various sampling bottles until the whole place was filled with a cloud that actually rained VG. All of it was a good smooth draw including things that included cinnamon and until Id had this Cinnamon e-juice Id been convinced that everyone who vaped anything cinnamon was clearly a person who had been given CPR and brought back to life by someone chewing Big Red gum. It was the only excuse I could come up with. But this stuff is yummy!Ill be back and who knows what the future may hold?P.S. You should go too.

Do not purchase pro 3 or pro 2 after you have it for a couple months it starts leaking you can replace all the parts and o rings and it continues to leak they wont do anything about spend your money on better decive and a company that is willing to help their customer instead of saying oh well you will have to purchase another one I also went through this with the pro 2 pen as well and thats when I upgraded to the pro 3

Im from out of town just moved here this is the first juice shop I have been too in Knoxville and wow did it suck not the people in the shop but the juice and store policies you can only get a 30ml bottle and bulk buy coils. My juice is bad I mean way bad I dont know if it was the flavoring used or the pg and vg are poor quality what ever it was yuck. so I called to see if they would standby there products and not refund but exchange the juice in hopes that the juice was a one time fluke but I got a no. So in short I wont go back and will never recommend them.

I went there a few times and the first couple of times there was 2 women there I’m not sure of their names but they were super sweet and the next time I went there was a guy working and immediately the energy was bad and it seemed liked he was pressed he had to ring me up for one bottle of vape juice, and he never gave me my change or offered to give it to me, the whole interaction was weird and uncomfortable and I won’t be returning

Let me begin by saying that I am a rookie when it comes to vaping. I am also a skeptical person by nature. I had been thinking about trying to quit smoking and some friends of ours recommended we stop in and talk with Jen to answer any questions. Let me tell you, she was AWESOME. There is no enforcing of the mask mandate anymore. All the signs for masks required are gone and 2 out of 3 of the employees werent wearing them. Im extremely disappointed and angry that a mandate that is in effect for Knox county is blatantly being ignored. I will not shop nor recommend this store to anyone I know.

I can honestly say that the owner and his staff are incredible... I smoked cigerattes for 20 years. I started vaping after discovering vaporfi. It has changed my life. My health has gotten a ton better.It’s unfortunate that vaping is being seen as worst than smoking now. It truly doesn’t make sense to me. I understand that people are dying but are we really getting all of the facts? I think not. Purchases are being made through the black market and that’s a huge detail we are not being informed of. Sugar, caffeine, alcohol, cigerates, processed food, etc... kills countless amounts of people yet the focus is being put on vaping now? There are health risks in everything we do. Stress being the main factor...Vaporfi and the staff there saved my life. I can’t thank them enough.You guys rock!!!.. keep doing what you do... I stand by you 100%.

West Knoxville store, DONT by a vape. The employees were very helpful but they dont stand behind products!! Run around!! I had it a few days, couldnt get it apart. They couldnt either...said leave it for owner and they would have to try. Three days later, they said bad coil...after that it leaked bad. I called owner. Customer service very sub par. Management extremely rude. I would never go back to this place if it was the last shop in Knoxville. I went here while visiting family, and thank God I dont have to go back again. I have never been anywhere that I was treated so badly.

Love this place. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions you have. Dont know what flavor you want to vape no worries they have lots of suggestions or you make your own flavor. Bought a vape mod from Vaporfi Knoxville being new to vapingand writing smoking I went by Als suggestion. Very unhappy with the mod terrible battery life doesnt even last one day. I expressed that concern when I made the purchase because it was a built in battery. He assured me it should be fine well its not so now I blew $80 on a useless vape and I need to spend more again only a month later.
