We’ve been seeing Dr. Lamperski and his staff for years now. We even started taking our children in for adjustments for a brief time and we all feel so much better when leaving his office! I recently developed tinnitus and Dr. Lamperski had provided so much relief in a very short time. He continues to do weekly adjustments on top of offering me other treatment options if I decide to go that route. His staff, along with his wife Shelley, are absolutely amazing and welcoming every time we come in. I can’t say enough great things about their office! Definitely considering stopping in if you’re in the area!!

In the beginning I could barely get out of the car, now midway through my treatment Im feeling so much better and I can get out of the car and out of bed without help, Dr. Travis put me on the decompression table and laser treatments, I highly recommend Dr, Travis, he knows what hes doing. The staff is warm and friendly I look forward to seeing them on my appointment days 😊 Update: Its been over a month since I started my treatments with Dr Lemperski and I am so happy, the nerve pain from my herniated discs was at one point so bad that I could barely walk nor could the doctor touch the injured area, now I am walking normally again, I can get up off the bed and exam table by myself without help and the numbness in my toes and behind my thigh and knee is just about gone. The decompression table, laser and stem as a combination has worked wonders for me, thanks to Dr. Travis and staff, they really know what theyre doing here 😊

I have been visiting Dr. Lamperski on and off since February 2021. The only reason my visits were periodic is because I use to travel so much for work and was hardly home. My first visit was due to a neck injury from work, and when searching for a chiropractor, Dr. Lamperski had shown the top reviews, and all I can say is even 5 star reviews dont do justice as you need to experience it to understand. You are immediately welcomed into the practice with nothing but warmth and kindness by the staff. They are very friendly and communicate with ease. Dr. Lamperski listens and ensures he knows of every trouble you are there for. He is very detailed with explanations and answers to any questions. While also showing immediate trust, his adjustments are with ease and provide immediate relief. Ive had neck, hip, and back work done since Ive seen him and everytime I leave, I feel like I can do cartwheels out into the parking lot. By far the best chiropractor Ive been to, and Ive been to multiple. I never feel like a patient when going for an adjustment, I feel as a part of the Palm Beach Chiropractic & Rehabilitation family. I ensure you wont find the staff, care, and relief at any other facility. This is the place to go, hands down. Dr. Lamperski and the entire staff provide a caring and helpful office. I have been a patient for about 6 months and I went from barely being able to move when I started, and now back to a much healthier lifestyle. I started seeing Travis last year for herniated discs in my neck from CrossFit and within a couple months I was back to normal. A year later started having issues again and using the decompression therapy hes helped me get through it and make great progress. Highly recommended! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

I went in to my appointment today with pain level of close to 10. My lower back was completely locked up. After a massage from Camille and an adjustment from Doc I left there able move my back freely and with almost no stiffness or pain. Palm Beach chiropractic does an amazing job. I recommend them to everyone.

I walked in with severe chronic sciatica pain. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went in with a neck spasm and could barely move my neck. After one session I felt better but followed all his recommendations and now feel amazing with no residual pain. The staff is super nice & Dr. Lamperski takes his time; I never felt rushed or like I wasn’t listened too. I also brought my 10 month old son with me to all my visits and they were so kind and patient with him as well. I’m so grateful I found this office!

I have been to 3 other chiropractors, done physical training, and gotten massages and could never get my back quite right as I had a bad herniated disk causing me issues. I’ve watched some YouTube videos and found Dr Johnson’s videos online and noticed that people were getting seminars to do his treatment.Low and behold I google ring dinger and find Dr Lamperski is only an hour away from me. I drove up and gave the ring dinger a shot. All I can say is that my pain is virtually gone, I have more energy now, and I feel like I can move as well as I did in high school.I’m not one to give lengthy reviews, so just believe when I say it helped me. It’s worth giving it a shot especially if you’re struggling.

Dr Lamperski is a comprehensive and a caring chiropractor. I have suffered with chronic neck and back pain. I read about the different modalities incl. the ring dinger-love the adjustments. Staff very friendly and clean office.

I was coming through Miami to go on vacation and found that Dr. Lamperski was on Team Ring Dinger, so I called right away. I have been suffering with a herniated disc for over 8 years. I got an MRI and found that the disc between L5 and S1was pushing against a nerve. I tried other chiropractors here in Alb, pain pills, Gabapentin, shots in my lower back, Physical Therapy, a new mattress, new shoes, I also sit on a ball at work, lost weight and nothing stopped the pain or strange numbness. I had a choice to have traction therapy (4-6 months and thousands of $$$), fusion back surgery and risk all the complications that comes with it (not to mention the tens of thousands of $$$$)-with no guarantees or live with the pain. I chose to live with it. Unfortunately that limits a lot of what you can do in life. Then I found the Ring Dinger and a light bulb went on in my head and heart. It was the only procedure or therapy that made any sense to me. I researched it a lot-because it looks very scary. But I believed it would work and scheduled an appointment with the Doc. Every single person in his office was so kind and accommodating. I got 1 Ring Dinger in the morning and another that afternoon, the day before flying to Costa Rica. The pain went away almost immediately, the feeling started to come back in my toes and I was able to almost fully extend them and pull them back towards my head ( I had not been able to do that for over 8 years.) Then a couple days later I realized that the feeling on the side of my leg was back. Before this it felt like I was touching rubber. The terrible cramps went away.I went on to CR and was able to go rappelling, whitewater rafting and on a zip-line. I had wanted to do these things for decades but was not sure if I would be able to stand the pain or have the strength. I did it all and I loved every minute. I will forever be grateful for DR. Lamperski and his awesome team for making this possible. And I am so thankful to Dr. Johnson for perfecting the procedure and the table so I could finally get some relief.I am a 59 years old and I feel like I am decades younger. I highly recommend getting this done if you are suffering with back or neck pain. Thanks again for helping me have 1 of the best vacation of my life and to sleep better at night. What a blessing.

Dr. Lamperski and his office are absolutely amazing. They were able to fit me in the schedule quickly and got me feeling better in no time. I want to thank Dr. LamperskiFor taking such great care of me. His laser machine is amazing it got rid of all my spine pain, and currently he’s working on my foot from surgery and it’s fixing my foot. I don’t know what I would do without him. I highly recommend if anyone deals with pain or just had surgery see the doctor to get laser therapy it works. I also wanna to thank the staff they’re absolutely wonderful there for being so kind and considerate and getting me in for appointments.

As a disabled veteran with neck issues I have dealt with for over a decade which if I don’t take care of triggers bad migraines. I can always feel an aura of sorts that the migraines are lurking, like lights in my eyes or a pressure. Since working with Dr. Lamperski I have been free of migraines and even the aura for the first time I can remember.The office staff is the friendliest I have seen and Dr. Lamperski is super nice, listens and really is focused on helping people feel better.I would highly recommend this office to anyone and plan to continue coming here for my adjustment and more.EDIT (Sep 2021) : Just wanted to add that after coming here now for over a half a year weekly, I still adore everyone in the office and the work Dr. Lamperski does for me. Dr. Lamperski is great! He really listened to my concerns about my lower back pain. He taught me some exercises to do to strengthen my core & I see him monthly to keep myself aligned. He & his receptionist, Lisa treat you like family. They also have a great massage therapist on site. I highly recommend this practice.

Long flights left me unable to walk without pain because of SI joint issues. Family doctor wanted to prescribe strong pain-killers but I tried Dr. Lamperskis treatment and within 5 treatments I was walking without pain or even any discomfort! I came to see Dr. Travis in an emergency pain situation from an exercise injury. The office was able to get me right in (Lisa at the front desk is amazing!) for sharp upper shoulder pain. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and he made me feel so comfortable. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand what was going on with my body. He helped me to manage and reduce the pain in only one session. I am so happy I was referred to Dr Travis. Everyone here is so great and professional. The massage therapist, Jessica, is wonderful and seems to find all the kinks and works them out. Dr Travis is not rough like some other chiropractors and doesnt do unneeded procedures like some other practitioners. Shelly keeps the office running smoothly. Everyone always has a smile on their face, which makes it a pleasure coming here. I highly recommend you going here for all your chiropractic needs, youll be glad you did.

Class act! Travis is a honest and caring chiropractor that does whats best for his clients. After an awkward lift at crossfit, I wasnt able to stand up straight and within just a few visits I was walking again. Travis set up both a short and long term plan to get me better. Within 1 week, I was back to working out and within 3 weeks, I was back to normal. Lisa in the front office is always so cheerful, attentive and understanding when I needed to move appointments. Great overall experience.

Dr. Lamperski is unbelievable, I was willing to travel 40 minutes out of my way to be treated by him. Now that hes local to me itll be a blessing. He provides honest care and takes his time with you. I came in skeptical and was like, Im not letting you touch me because I had a bad experience with a chiro once before, and Dr Lamperski was patient with me. He calmed my neurotic mind and took things slow. Im learning to trust him to not leave me in pain like a previous chiropractor did. I do what he recommends even when my neurosis kicks back in. So far so good, I have no complaints and its been about a month. I appreciate how comfortable he and his staff make me feel. Theyre empathrtic, kind, patient, and incredibly helpful and I appreciate them.

I went to Dr. Lamperski to seek treatment for a quickly deteriorating case of tinnitus. I went to Dr. Lamperski because he uses a variety of procedures. He is certified to use laser scanning as well as traditional chiropractic methods.I had read that laser is one method to try in treating tinnitus. Dr. Lamperski used a combination of laser and traditional chiropractic when treating me.My condition has improved significantly.Also, his entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I love love love Dr. Lamperski and his staff. I pulled something in my lower back on a Sunday and needed a new chiropractor fast. My sister recommended dr Travis Lamperski. They were amazing right from the first call to my first appt. They not only were able to fit me in during a short holiday week but they really cared about my recovery and that part was the best . I now know why I keep pulling my back and am working towards fixing itit instead of putting a band aid on. Dr. Lamperski is the absolute best! The first time I saw him I thought I actually would probably need a hip replacement LOL! Turns out I just needed to be adjusted and stretched and he did it better than anyone I’ve ever been to so I have stuck with him and referred my own clients and all three of my children see him he is absolutely top-notch highly recommend!

Go and see Travis Lamperski! He will help you get back to feeling better. It can be tough finding the right Chiropractor. I’m 6’1, 240lbs and have had chiropractors in the past that I felt couldn’t help me because of my size. Travis has no problem. I’ve seen him now about 10 times. Started off with 2 sessions a week and now I see him every other week. His goal is to not have see you a lot outside of having a maintenance visit once or twice a month. I went to him for neck pain and lower back and now I feel great. He’s professional and takes his time with you. I won’t see anyone else now!Pete

I had never been to a chiropractor in the past, but after I hurt my back 3 days before a big trip, a good friend HIGHLY recommended Dr. Lamperski so I went for a consultation. I was hesitant at first to do any sort of adjustments though after just a few visits, as well as all the time and care the doc took to explain new ways to take care of my back, neck and legs, I trust that I am in very good hands. Especially since I was feeling better than I had in a long time after only 6 visits. This is not a chiro that makes you come back over and over unnecessarily. Travis is a wonderful Chiroprator who really cares about his patients. I hurt my lower back and within only a few weeks he had me pain free and ready to get back into my routine. I highly recommend him and his facility. Very welcoming and friendly environment.

They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I had an issue that I explained and Lisa answered my questions with care and went out of her way to explain what happened. Best chiropractor I know!! Specifically targeted my back pain after I fell and was very gentle while I was in pain. After being adjusted and having muscle stretching done I felt much better. What I enjoyed about Travis was his attention to detail and his care for not only my injury but also my level of discomfort. If you want your chiropractor to go the extra mile, the extra five minutes, the extra ANYTHING. Come visit him.

Dr Lamperski and his team go out of their way to actually make you feel better. The are not in the business of having you come in three days a week for the rest of your life. The pest experience Ive ever had dealing with practitioners in this field. He is a healer, not a milker. if you truly want to get better with someone who is a forward thinking and patient health oriented individual than this is the place.

Dr. Lamperski is amazing! Not only is he good at what he does, he is honestly the most genuine person and truly cares about his patients. I injured my back doing crossfit and he put me on a program that made me feel better than I did before my injury. Dr. Lamperski recently diagnosed me with Lower Cross Syndrome. My treatment plan and therapy was short. In that short period of time, Dr. Lamperski taught me several stretches, exercises, and remedies I can practice in the comfort of my own home. The office staff, Lisa, was pleasant and delightful. Dr. Travis is the best! My schedule is super random so I don’t always know when I’m able to come in. I always call last minute and they are very accommodating and almost ALWAYS get me in! He is super knowledgeable, really clean office and always listens to your concerns and addresses them. I bring myself, my 4.5 year old and my 2 year old there. If that doesn’t say trust I don’t know what does!Long story longer. I recommend Dr. Travis 10,000x over again!

A few years ago Dr Lamperski helped me as I suffered back and knee pain. I recovered and went on for years. Recently, my lower back flared up and despite all I did, I realized that I needed professional help. I have been seeing Dr.Lamperski for over a year now and I have to say he has made a HUGE impact in my life. Before I started seeing him I kept pulling my back and was always in pain. He figured out what was causing my issues and showed me techniques and exercises to help me keep things in place. He even showed me how I should stand at the sink if Im washing dishes. He really cares about your well being. The entire staff cares. Lisa is just amazing and always makes me feel so welcome when I am scheduling, waiting in the lobby or even if Im just there waiting on my husband who also sees Dr. Lamperski.. Also the Massage Therapist Jessica is amazing. After getting a massage from Jessica, I was so relaxed that I was able to get the best nights rest. Which has been a challenge for me for a long time. I usually toss and turn all night or at least get up once in the middle of the night. However after her massage, I was just so relaxed and less tense that I was able to just fall asleep and stay asleep until morning. This might not seem like much to others but if you knew how stressful my life has been in the past year youd know that is a huge deal. Thank you Dr Lamperski, Jessica and Lisa for being awesome human beings and doing your jobs well. I wish more people were like you in this world.

What an awesome experience for both myself and my husband! I had never been to a chiropractor and hurt myself lifting furniture and in just 3 sessions I was completely pain free! I had been seeing another local chiropractor and not getting any results from the therapy I was receiving there. I started looking around locally and my wife found Palm Beach Chiropractic & Rehabilitation. We did some due diligence on them and found that they are well liked in the community and that people had seen great results from receiving their treatment there. That was enough for me so I went ahead and drove to their location to set up an appointment as I wanted to see the facilities for myself.I drove out Lantana and their office was just beyond Target in the next plaza just north of Target. Very easy to find and a nice parking lot with ample parking outside.As I entered the office I was immediately greeted by their staff. Dr. Lamperski heard us come in and immediately came out to greet us. After going over the details of why we had come, we were given a quick tour of the facility and saw that they had all of the equipment we were specifically looking for for our herniated discs (decompression table and intersegmental traction table) as well as much much more. Its a full therapy facility with bands, weights, TRX straps, etc. You name it. This is a full service Chiropractic and Rehab facility so they dont just crack your back they can help you actually get better. After the tour they were able to book us for the first thing the next morning (today).This morning when we arrived with our paperwork we were immediately greeted and seen. The patient history they took was thorough and the Doctor went over my entire history. We discussed a plan of action and he went to work checking out my back and neck. He then performed stretches on me which felt great. I was next put on a machine to stretch my lower back ever more. After that machine it was onto the IT table which helps me more than anything. I can confidently say that I feel better right now after one treatment than I did after 2 months of adjustments and e-stim at another local Chiro/Spa. I am very thankful that we found Dr. Lamperski and am excited to receive my treatment at their office.

I am 71 years old, have had recurring back and hip issues for more than 10 years and have had everything; MRIs , shots, rehab, acupuncture, you name it. NOTHING HELPED. Dr. Travis (as he likes to be called) is the first practitioner of any kind to actually LISTEN to my complaints, rather than just attempt to treat me.After taking the time to research what we discussed and what he found in a comprehensive examination Dr. Travis began a program designed to stretch muscles that have not been working properly for years. Not only did I find immediate relief, but the stretching he has been doing on my back and hip, coupled with my own stretching at home has virtually eliminated discomfort I have felt for years.On a scale of 1 to 10, I had constant discomfort at level 4. Thanks to Dr. Travis I am literally unable to put a number on my discomfort level.I plan on continuing regular sessions with Dr. Travis and following his recommendations for exercise an stretching. I am only 20 years old and was suffering from constant excruciating back and leg pain that was caused from several car accidents at nd bad form on heavy squats and deadlifts. Early August of 2018, I was squatting 315lbs and deadlifting 405lbs for many intense repetitions. One day, I felt I loud pop from my lower back.University had just started in September and that was when I started to feel pain in my lower back and gluteal muscles. At that point I would rate the pain a 2/10. Progressively as the months went by, the pain was progressively increasing. I was lifting at my university’s gym, doing heavy compound lifts during September and October. By the time it got to November, the pain had escalated to a 4/10, and the pain and spread to a larger surface area.At that point I stopped weightlifting altogether. I sought a chiropractor next to my university and began seeking months of treatment with them. That unreputable office which I will not name nor recommend, did not fully understand the source of my pain and how to treat it. They in fact made my pain even worse. The pain had increased to a 7/10 and now the pain had travelled down my right leg. Burning, tingling, numbness, and constant pain. During November and December I had been on many corticosteroids and other addicting pain killers, which would only relieve some pain temporarily. During the fall semester of school, I was in such horrible pain that I couldn’t study, go to many of my classes, or turn in work on time due to my lack of sleep from all the pain I was in. I had no choice, but to take a leave of absence.2019 had just begun and I was at the worst point of my life. I couldn’t attend university, socialize with my friends, weight train, and I couldn’t even undergo basic tasks at home to take care of myself. The pain had increased more, until it finally became 10/10, the worst unbearable and uncomprehendable discomfort. The latest pain killers my doctor prescribed me gave me 3 ulcers. I couldn’t be on any more pain medication. During the month of January, I had gone to physical therapy and aquatic therapy for weeks. It did not alleviate the pain, so I decided to get multiple opinions from orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. They highly recommend that I should get an epidural injection temporarily for the pain and then immediate surgery. At the beginning of February I decided to get an mri. The mri showed severe disc herniation of L4/L5 and L5/S1, also a bulging L3/L4 disc.My father had been doing research on spinal decompression therapy and discovered Dr. Travis Lamperski’s office. From the second you walk in, you feel at home from the relaxing environment and you are immediately greeted from the secretary, Lisa. From my consultation and first visit, I could immediately tell that Dr. Travis was very professional and knowledgeable on chiropractic care. He explained to me my condition and composed a plan to my rehabilitation. Dr. Travis is unique, he interested in the well being of each of his patients and in getting to know each and every one of his patients as an individual, not as a number. His office has state of the art equipment for healing and strengthening your body. After only 10 visits most of my pain had gone away. The pain level had dropped down from a 10/10 to a 2/10. I still have more visits scheduled, and with each visit, I feel better and better. Dr. Travis teaches you exercises to strengthen your important and often weak muscles and by doing so, you will build a strong foundation for your body. He has even helped me correct my form on squatting and is interested in helping me get stronger in weightlifting without injuring myself again. Without the help of Dr. Travis and his staff, I probably would have gotten back surgery at age 20 and still been in pain.
