Employees have been helpful every time I’ve been in the store, glass, nic, tools, anything you have to ask they’re happy to help you. They also have really great products.

I was passing through and stopped at a smoke shop in my area I like to review as many as I drive through different places.This place was amazing as I walked through the door I was greeted by Jacob a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. The store was very clean with a large selection of glass, dabs, dry herb vaporizers, delta 8, CBD. Loads of Raw items including their latest dropped items. I was extremely impressed with this location and will definitely shop here when I’m the area. Elev8ted has the best business cards that are scrappers 💚 who doesn’t love a scraper? I was informed the Palm Springs store was enormous I’ll definitely make a trip there soon.

Came in for a new rig and had quite a few questions. Tyler and Dray were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions got me set up with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back next time when I need anything 😎

By far the best place to buy delta 8 and delta 9 products, hhc , and delta 11. They also have a great selection of papers,glass pipes and water pipes. Not to mention the awesome April 20th and black Friday sales on everything in the store.

The customer service was horrible. My vape didnt last more than a day.

Every 2 weeks I buy 2 to 3 fume vapes from location on lantana and military this has gone on for the last 10 months I have also purchased several glass pieces from same location last night I purchased last 2 fume tropical punch vapes when I opened the 2nd one this morning it had no charge now I’ve purchased them and they died a day later never complained but when going back to the store after being a consumer for almost a year regular I was told there’s nothing they can do for me because of there is a tiny little sign life is not black and white like your sign and as a repeat customer and knowing there’s issues with this product as I learned today I felt they should have at least worked with me So at that point, I will never use their stores ever again Without customer service you don’t have this customer. Good luck!

If I could give them 0 stars I will, they sell you damage products and if you trust on them and touch the street with that product, you couldnt change it an you just gotta lose your money.Dont go to this store if you dont want to lose your money.You can speak with them, even you can send an email to customer service, but they dont gotta answer.

Just visiting and couldnt find a good vape shop for what I wanted. I was lucky to find Elev8ted and wish they had a store in Texas. The selection was enormous, prices were good, and Mari was absolutely awesome. If you need a good shop this is your spot. If youre lucky Mari will be working - shes a vibe 🙌🏻

Okay first off I def know my juices and prices and I can say ELEV8ED is definitely spot on with pricing. Very similar to online pricing so why not do our part and support small businesses?! They have always been friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and thats a huge plus! The customer service has always been AMAZING! This def is the ONLY place in the area worthy of five ⭐!!! Okay its not always about pricing but seriously some places charge double what they charge here and they are always so nice. Its been about four years and 30 or so vape stores to find one like this. For a fact--hands down you wont be disappointed! Trust me reviews are important so I went several times and went to a few others before I wrote this review.

This is the closest location to my house so I come here all the time! I love everything about this store it has so many different options of gadgets you could use. Also Jake is always here when I come and he’s very welcoming and making the place feel like home! He always helps me find the best for me!

Don’t shop they sell expired juice and won’t exchangePopped in to grab some vape juice. First time visit. I bought to disposable vapes and a juice. They sold me an expired juice. Noticed when I got home. Went back less than an hr later and asked them to just exchange for the same or comparable juice and the flavor I bought they were all expired, while he was looking for one that was expired I mentioned to him that there was hardly any flavor- then he says oh you opened it I can’t help you. Explain to me how you sold me an expired juice, at that point it shouldn’t matter if I opened it or not?

I used to really like this place but here recently the staff has just been extremely unpleasant and makes it so i dont feel comfortable shopping in the store, going to look for somewhere else to shop.

The young man who tended to me was wonderful.. His customer service skills was awesome🎡🎡🎡! This will be my store from now on. They also have a large variety Off items.

Ok so Elev8ed is the best vape shop in literally all of south Florida! Honestly best shop I’ve been to anywhere. They literally always have what I need no matter what. And their prices are seriously unmatched.
