Terrible quality of grabba . Had to go back inside and get another one and they had the nerve to tell me “ should’ve felt it before purchasing “ what about having good products in stock and this wouldn’t had been an issue .

I came into buy a disposable vape and Kayla the employee was really helpful, polite and answered all my questions. I love it here they have anything you might want for a smoke and vape shop! I will be back definitely!!

Incredibly clean store. For how small they are, they offer a lot. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in close to closing time and werent at all rushed, even with our dumb questions. Gummies were delicious, at a fair price. Couldnt recommend them more.

New management lady is rude. Ive been coming here for ever, every week. Felt rushed to pick what I wanted and she was rude to me. Might have to find a new vape shop if thats the kind of people they hire as replacements. The old manager arellio was so kind and personable, always pleasant. The other worker Definitely not as pleasant experience this time.

They totally redesigned the store. It looks so much better. Its clean and feels more open. Great service and average prices. I recommend their glass. Pretty big selection. They also have the best incense.

Awesome smoke shop with great atmosphere! The guy who works there - Chris - is amazing. Hes always polite, professional and engaging. Hes also handsome and charming bit thats just an added bonus to shopping here. If you are looking for quality tobacco products and fine incense, look no further than Purple Haze on Lake Worth Road.

Sold me empty boxes of blazy Susan cones. I also bought glass so I couldn’t notice the weight difference from the bag till I got home and opened them up and they were empty. called them and was told off immediately. Never had this problem before with previous owners. Now it’s run by habibs.

Do not buy anything from this place, they are selling defective merchandise and do not stand by theyre product. I bought a product there, brought it home and it was defective. They would not take it back and they would not give me a store credit or exchange it even after showing them that it was defective from the manufacturer. . They lost a 22 year customer over a 10 dollar item. That is terrible customer service. You dont treat customers like that. You should have exchanged the item for me and returned it to the manufacturer for credit. Im happy that it was only a 10 dollar item!!

Not the true stoner head shop that it used to be. It’s now corporate feeling. None of the glass are from local artists it’s all very generic glass you can pick up at any gas station. Such a shame this place was cool but now it’s not worth the effort it is to pull in and pull out of this place. It’s clean and generic

DO NOT GO HERE. I never leave reviews for places, good or bad, but this place is too horrendous to just let go. I am NEVER bringing my business to this place again. I was in a hurry and did not have time to go to my usual shop. I just needed a few packs of RAW Filter Tips. I asked for 3 packs and the dude at the counter charged me 10 dollars!! Ten bucks for three packs of tips!! IT’S PAPER. I should have walked out immediately but that slime bag caught me off guard and I was too dumbfounded to protest. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing and it’s a damn shame because I just moved near by and I’m a VERY loyal customer. You better believe I’ll be spreading the word about that con artist. It’s not a matter of their prices being higher than most. NO ONE charges that. I may only be out 10 bucks but I don’t think I’ve been scammed that hard by an actual store in my life....Absolute SCUM.If I could give it less than one star I would. And I would bet money that any good review on here was left by people affiliated with the shop.

This was my first smoke shop, and the guy that ran it for 20 something years was very friendly and kind. Towards the end the building was kinda beat up on the inside, but he built such a good relationship with all of his customers that none of that truly mattered. A couple of months ago we went in and found out that he sold the shop to new owners, so I have no idea what the shop is like now or what it will be like in the future, but its definitely worth checking out.

The shop was nice, man working there was nice, but I was sold FAKE puff bars 😩 they gave me a bad headache, and made me nauseous. When I called to let them know, they didnt offer me a refund. So now Im out $20-$25 and idk where around here even would for sure sell me the REAL ones 😬

While the shop looks a little run down from the outside, the inside has beautiful artwork, is well kept and now stocked with a wide range of products going from handrolling tobacco to vynil records. I was very well attended by Cassidy who helped me navigate the different products they had. While some things seemed to me expensive (eg: 25$ for a pack of American spirit) there is also some cheaper stuff (2$ for an oz of loose tobacco) which leaves me a little confused as to the reason for such a big price diference. And they now accept card payments.

This new management is horrible. They sold me the wrong charger for a pen I bought 2 days ago, which may have fried the pen. I went back today for at least store credit for a new pen and was denied. One star was forced to post this.

I only give this place 5 stars due to the amazing and sensual customer service i received from the cuban curly hair guy WHAT a heart throb the vape prices were meh tho. do better

Great place to get whatever you need for your smoke sesh , the guy there is a great guy he helps alot , recommends good pipes, bong, rigs etc , has alot of great things you should check it out

The roxy smoking man is racist, rude, and retarded. Prices are trippy high and customer service there is impolite at its best. Im surprised they are still open, everyone I come into contact with and the purple haze smoke shop comes up they are complaining of the same issues. Get it together people

Ive been going here since the original building was across the street in the 2 story building way back in the 90s It was sad when I went into town and learned of the new owners although they have done a nice job remodeling its just not the same anymore and their knowledge of what the are selling is not there and the inventory is very low nothing like it used to be very very surprising

Its not purple haze anymore but they have alot of cool stuff like the old shop prices are not bad a little expensive! I would go back!

They never have the coils I need for my vape. Small store not very big selection of vape juice for my vape.

Bought a vape kit for $70. When home and plugged it in, it didnt work. Next day I went back and the guy said he couldnt refund my money. Never again..
