Essentials Spa of Lakeland

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve been to two other massage places in Lakeland but Essentials beats them both. The facilities were clean and the staff made the check in process quick and easy. Jacqueline was my masseuse and she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. She’s amazing at what she does. I left my appointment feeling weightless and totally relaxed. I’ll definitely be rescheduling soon.

Amazing experience! Mr. Phil is an extremely talented massage therapist and truly cares about clients! He has an incredible understanding of how to bring back proper function!The spa service was impressive as well! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and friendly and efficient service from start to finish!

My experience at essentials was fantastic! I received a custom massage and a foot massage. I had Jackie for the custom massage and she was so kind and gave me some nice tips to help me. I had Jeffery for the foot massage and he was very nice and helped me get relief from my foot pain. They both went above and beyond in my sessions and could not recommend them enough!!! Definitely coming back and worth the drive from Polk City.😊😊😊

Weightless leaving here again! After starting an at home stretching routine during the weeks in-between has added an even better massage experience with Kerstin. She was able to not waste time loosening my muscles! Effects of the massages are lasting longer! 😀

I have been going once a month to visit Jaqueline for about 4-5 months now and she is amazing. My neck pain has improved tremendously and she always listens to my needs and is just the best!

I had an absolutely wonderful first experience. Everyone from the reception staff to my massage therapist was fantastic. I love how much availability they have for massages and how soon they can get you in, as you never know when an injury or muscle strain will occur.

I had my first massage experience with Jacqueline. She was very good to explain what treatment she was going to give me as I was having a neuromuscular massage. She identified problem areas on my body and worked on them. She made sure I understood that I would be sore tomorrow and what I needed to do to help remedy the soreness. I would definitely use her again.

I enjoyed my massage, Phil worked out all of my knots. I had the poor guy sweating. My muscles were like rocks before he started. Thanks Phil for the hard work you put into making me feel better!

I visited Essentials Spa of Lakeland yesterday for my birthday, and what a great experience I had. I was given a massage by Janetsy and a facial by Rachel, and I had the most relaxing and wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly ladies. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful as well.

Will not be returning. This massage spa DOES NOT specialize in prenatal massages. They do not have any beds/pillows for you to be able to lie on your stomach like other massage centers. I requested a 60 minute massage, was called into the room 10 minutes later. Massage didnt start until 5 minutes after that. My massage was only 45 minutes yet I still had to pay full price. I expressed my concerns at the front desk and the girl just said ok and charged me full rate. No apologies, was flat out ignored.Update: Just called and couldnt get a manager. Was told they werent in office. I would like to add the intake form was completed by 3:58 pm. Therefore, time shouldnt have been impacted. I shouldve read your website and I arrived 5 min before appt; Im assuming there is no resolution other than blaming the customer.& there is no prenatal pillows or beds. Therefore, no accommodations made for pregnant persons.

Im a momma of a 2 year old and a 5 month old. Needless to say i was super tense. I walked in and front desk was so welcoming and kind. Jeffrey was my massage therapist and boy did I pick a good one. He went above and beyond. Thank you Jeffrey and I shall see you in 6 weeks🙂

I set an appointment for a couples massage a week in advanced. They waited until 10 minutes before the appointment to call me and say that they didn’t have enough therapist to take the both of us. Then I got told that we can speak to the manager if we’d like, but then the manager wasn’t even in the office to speak with.

It was convenient and they were able to get me in within 10 min. She was very nice and professional and i wish she would have worked longer on my back but I didn’t speak up either. Will use again

It was meh. As someone who never had a facial i expected more. I expected a full evaluation/ treatment plan. The esthetician worked on me in a dark room. Did not use a light to asess my skin and to see what she was working with. My fiance joined and he felt scammed out of his money. They pretty much steamed and lathered his face in products. We wanted a skin reset. A deep cleanse. A facial massage. We did not get any of that. If you want a real facial go to a med spa. Where they can clinically evaluate your skin and come up with a plan based on what products/ treatments would be best. It felt rushed and lazy. This was all stuff i could have done at home.

Phil was absolutely fantastic!! I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back!

Updating my review again:I had Phillip today. INCREDIBLE. You can tell he is very knowledgeable about the body, he was able to achieve more relief with a medium pressure than I’ve had with some strict, deep elbow work. Very professional. Checked on me several times to ensure the massage was great! I feel so much better. Will recommend!!Updated Review:I had Jacqueline S tonight and WOW!! I have received close to 50 or more massages before so it takes a lot to impress me…and all I can say is that she was beyond exceptional! She really cares about helping you with painful areas and getting you relaxed. The pressure she can give is wonderful (very firm)!! Love it. She was very friendly and completely blew it out of the water the entire time. Very good quality and a great massage, I will see her again! I love this place and also really enjoy Alex, Jeff, Mason, and Gilberto.

This has been the 3rd time I have been here. All of my experiences here have been great. But this time was the best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend Jeffrey. Had Dora as my masseuse today and she did a wonderful job. She got all my trouble areas and more. She made sure I was comfortable the hole time. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly. Will definitely be booking another appointment with Dora really soon.

If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. Today I wanted to do something special for my fiancé. These amazing employees went ABOVE AND BEYONDDDD! They decorated the rooms with rose pedals and candles and decorated the hallways. My fiancé felt very very special. I want to thank each and every employee and also the manager. This will be an unforgettable moment for both of us.

Update: I went by today 12/18/23 around 2:04 pm. I spoke with Kathryn (who was really nice by the way) to show my scars. She apologized but said she doesn’t have the authority to issue refunds. She would have her manager/owner contact me.}I received a BASIC facial yesterday; today I woke up with burnt scars all over my face. I have gotten facials at other Spas for years and never had this happen. I literally have to see a dermatologist. If I could upload pictures here I would. That was my FIRST and LAST time visiting.Please read the negative reviews before booking. I am not the only one who has burnt scars.

Dora was sent from God, because this was much much needed and she hit all the pressure points with the exact amount of pressure needed. I can’t wait to go back.

Ive been going to Essentials for a year or so and never have had a bad experience. All massages have been great but today was my favorite so far. Alex offered the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic massage. He was very professional, experienced, and combined techniques to offer the perfect massage for me. Ive been under a lot of stress lately and this was just what I needed. This visit reminded me how good massages are for your body and soul and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Jaclyn was amazing. She made sure I felt comfortable. She ensured that if the massage was too much for me, then to let her know so she can ease on the pressure. She also would let me know what she is doing next. Overall, my husband and I had a very pleasant experience and would be returning.

The facial itself was great, I felt my skin glowing after that experience. But the bed side manner left me in tears when I left the location. I was recovering from scaring on my face and wanted to do something nice before my wedding this weekend and forget about it. One of the front desks ladies was really kind and I was excited to come in because of that. The other noticed my scaring right away and talked about it under here breath when I was in the waiting room. The entire time during my facial she would comment on it and without asking would start adding additional treatments for it and tried to upsale me a $150 bottle over and over. I was humiliated walking out and burst into tears when I was walking to me car.

It was my first time ever getting a spa and facial and Elizabeth (therapist) and Alicia (esthetician) took care of me so well! They both made sure I was comfortable with everything and made sure to communicate with me. I will definitely be coming back. The environment and vibes of the place was also really great.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Great vibes when I walked in, the receptionist was kind and helpful, and then Courtney KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She knew. She was so kind and asked thoughtful questions prior to the session and then gave such an effective therapeutic massage. Also very reasonably priced. 10/10 will be going back

Jeffery was wonderful!They were able to book me last minute and at 35 weeks pregnant. My shoulders and neck haven’t been good for days and by the time I left, I was feelin’ like a million bucks! Most definitely will be back!

So glad I found this place. Just moving here from Arkansas. I have already been to a couple of places. This by far is the nicest of them all. Truly believe we found our new massage home. Im hesitant to give this review, only because it will make it harder to see Marica. She is truly talented. Ive never worked with a massage therapist who made my back feel so much better for days on end. You can tell she really cares about her clients feeling better, not just in the moment but in the long run, too. Ive been to her three times already, and I hope for many more visits in the future.

Jacqueline is the girl to go to if you really need some tense muscles relaxed. Told her I work a desk job and she immediately knew what needed to be done and boy, did she do it. This place was hands down the most AMAZING spa ever! My colleague and I unexpectedly had a free day at the end of a work trip and knew it would be tough to get massages and facials on such short notice! From getting us in without issues at the same time for both a massage and facial, to the care, atmosphere, and value.....every single detail was literally PERFECT!I cannot thank them enough and it was everything we needed. Just moved to town and this is the first place Ive tried since its got great reviews and is only 10 minutes from my house. Im 6 months pregnant and its the first time getting facial since last summer. Stephanie did my facial and gave me pillows to make sure I was comfortable and propped up instead of laying flat on my back. She also used all pregnancy safe products on my face as well! So thankful it was such a pleasant experience and that they did what they could to make sure I felt comfortable. So happy to find Essentials!

I had an amazing visit there today. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The room was so tranquil. It was the best massage I have ever had. My masseuse was amazing. Very professional, great hospitality, and made me feel so comfortable. My back issues I was having prior are gone. And my esthetician for my facial was a dream. She was so great. The environment, staff and experience was AMAZING!!!! Esther is great with her massages. It was the best massage I have ever gotten. In past experiences the deep tissue massages have left me in more pain than when I got to the location. But not with Esther, it was the right amount of pressure, she checked to see if I was doing ok and got ALL my knots out. I left feeling SUPER relaxed☺️ She was very kind and personable as well. When going to my facial Esther gave me a robe, slippers and basket to put my belongings in. They took my belonging to the next room for me and everything. I loved the robe and slippers. My facial experience was great as well. Marian was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

My deep tissue massage from Mason was great, and the pressure was perfect. He took great care to make sure I was never exposed with a fancy technique with the sheet (for those that don’t prefer a male therapist). I felt great when it was over. I would recommend him and the spa.

We had an awesome couples massage. The Relaxation room with drinks was the perfect start. Then Esther and Jacqueline were amazing. Hitting the right pressure points and applying the right amount of pressure. Whether its deep tissue, Relaxation or stone (we did them all) they were great.

I was kind of scared to get a deep tissue massage but I can say with confidence it was the BEST massage I’ve EVER gotten. I left feeling actually lighter…. And I feel like I have a new back. Very grateful and will be back again

My husband and I got couples deep tissue massages. The room is cozy with a nice ambience. My masseuse did a great job with my upper back and calves and checked in with me a few times regarding pressure. Now my husband LOVED his massage. His masseuse, Jacqueline, was excellent with his requests and he said it was so well done! Good value for the price and would return.

Esther gave me one of the best massages of my life. Stephanie did an amazing job on my facial. I left more relaxed than I have been in months! Truly sad I live so far away but definitely would be worth the drive to come back!

I had the “VIP room” for a couple massage and facial. I got the special $350 on valentines day. We were so excited for the experience that turned into a nightmare. The massages were good, but we both ended up with our faces burned. During the facial I suspected something was wrong because I barely could breath but they are the “professionals” so I tried to relax myself. When the facial was done, my husband face was swollen, red and burned, mine as well. I had have facials before, I know it can turn a little red but no burned at all. The day after the facial I got a new dark spot, I had to schedule a dermatology appointment. Trust in your instincts is all I can say… never again would go to this place neither for a massage.i

The massage therapist was good. The esthetician was good. The package purchased was not complete. So I didnt get theexperience we paid for. Ie. Wine or champagne, time in the relaxation room (90 seconds before I was being asked to go to the facial) and sauna time was very short. Aroma therapy (for additional charge) was 2 swipes under my nose of essential oils in an 80 min massage. I was looking forward to the whole experience. But the services were good.

Went in for the luxury couples package today and wow! the staff is so nice & the ones who did the massages knew what they were doing! I personally had alex and will definitely be returning! if you’re thinking about doing it, this is your sign to book it!some of my favs from the service included the hot stones & foot scrub so I’ll likely be doing those on their own in the near future!

First professional massage, and it was amazing. Jacqueline went over my appointment request, then any areas of extra soreness, and then explained her process to get started. She forewarned me her pressure is “firm” and to let her know if she needed to go softer. It was PERFECT!

First time in Lakeland visiting form Boston on the holidays and wanted to find a place to treat the GF for a couples massage. They were super respectful clean and asked all the right questions prior to the messages. We had a great time and after it was over both wished we would of booked a longer session! I would highly recommend if your in the area trying to find a place.

Mason did my massage. And let me tell you it was HEAVENLY! I was nervous in the waiting room about having a male massage therapist. But he was so professional , very well mannered, explained everything he was doing. Asked me if i was good throughout the massage. Definitely a great first time experience. Absolutely loved loved loved it!! Definitely will be returning. If you’re interested in a massage definitely a great place. It was very clean as well. Staff was kind and amazing. 💜

Unfortunately I will not be going back to Essentials massage. God for bid you have any emergency and something happens and you can’t make your appointment day of they will still charge you FULL price. I understand getting charged a no-show fee but full price?! If you have your card on file, which they make you put a card on file… They will charge you. So beware don’t give them your card PAY CASH! On a side note… Karen was an amazing masseuse! I will miss her. The manager was so unprofessional and hung up on me after repeating that it’s policy multiple times. I asked if my mom could take the place of me at my service and the answer was no… a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

My spa services today were amazing. I spend Mother’s Day with my mom at Essentials Massage and facial in the VIP couples room. Mason and Alex were masseuse and they were both outstanding. We left the spa feeling so relaxed.We will definitely be returning soon.

Between finals & a chaotic work week, I spent no less than 80 hours in front of a computer screen over the last week. I had a tremendous amount of tension in my upper back, neck, and shoulders which was resulting in horrible tension headaches. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment at Essentials with Esther today when I called in.The deep tissue massage I booked with Esther was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She used just the right amount of pressure and technique to make the massage effective without being uncomfortable. She was very laid back and make the experience so relaxing. I’ve had massage therapists at franchise locations who awkwardly make small talk or rush through the massage, resulting in a 60 minute massage being more like 45 minutes.All the Essentials’ employees I encountered today were very kind & extremely helpful. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and has such good vibes. I will definitely be scheduling massages on a regular basis.

First time here and I loved it. I dont write reviews, unless I have a really great service or horrible experience. But this was a great!! and my mom first time ever spa experience and I am glad it was here. Definitely coming back with my husband. Jacqueline was great!!

The massage itself was great! Nice and relaxing. Polite staff. I would of gave them a five star if they hadnt added additional charge afterwards. They shouldve told me upfront of the additional charge for me and my husband using the couples room. I would of been fine with separate rooms to save $30 that they screwed us out of.

Karen was amazing!!! She is the sweetest and kindest masseuse that I ever had. She gave me a deep tissue massage for an 90 min. She gave the perfect pressure during the session. Also she was always consider about the pressure if she need to put more or less pressure. I’ve been having lower back problem and I feel much better. My back is feeling great. Also she took extra care of my feet when I been working hard at my job. I highly recommend everyone to see her.

My husband and I got the luxury couples massage for our anniversary, everyone was so friendly, place was clean and very relaxing! Definitely ready to book our next visit!

Traumatic experience with the 2 front desk women making unprofessional snide comments about me and my pregnancy in a quiet lobby while my husband and I were excited to celebrate our anniversary. All because I originally booked an appointment for a hot stone massage before finding out I was pregnant. I shouldn’t have to hear people laughing about me in the lobby… so uncharitable to do to a customer. The two front desk girls never apologized or tried to make things better, instead left my husband and I at the front counter and closed the doors behind them. Only 1 therapist came out and was very apologetic and sincere in comforting me. I’ve always had great experiences at other essentials locations. We are new to town and were excited to find an essentials as they are so reliable and professional, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Left with tears in my eyes on my wedding anniversary.

Amy did awesome with my hot stone massage. She located trigger point knots, which I will have to return to have fully worked out. She was however to release some of the pressure that has been causing massive headaches.

Today was my first time going to Essentials. Went in for a facial and Deana was AMAZING. She has the BEST customer service. Deana was very knowledgeable and told me about every product she was using. I go to Essentials monthly at least, I enjoy to quality of my massages and the time with my husband. They have therapist of varying techniques and sure to have one to satisfy every need. The establishment is beautifully designed, the staff is polite and friendly. It is refreshing to find people who really enjoy what they do, it shows in the care and attentiveness they give their clients. I always schedule my next appointment before I leave to ensure we get our regular therapist.

Couples massage was wonderful. Very attentive and professional service provided. Mason did an amazing job working out my knots and was skillful enough to keep it relaxing. My partner also enjoyed his massage, and it was his first!Only thing that seemed kind of odd to me was: with a couple massage you receive a glass of wine or champagne to enjoy with your partner, But youre given it to drink in the lobby instead of in a more private relaxing environment. Other than that, it was wonderful and recommend you include this place in your self care plan🤗

I was greeted in their beautiful lobby offered a glass of champagne and taken to my own private dry sauna complete with a fluffy robe, slippers, and bin to put my clothes and purse. After my sauna time the lovely guide took my bin and me to my massage then my facial. Both Esther and Stephanie were excellent.I couldn’t believe their prices so I was waiting for the monthly membership or upgrade pitch and it never happened like other places. I would have gladly paid double for their professionalism and quality. I will be making this a regular thing. I drove 45 minutes based on a friends recommendation and don’t mind driving again!

Loved winding down in the relaxation room before my massage. The women at the desk went above and beyond highlighting some of the options available at Essentials. They were welcoming and kind. My massage therapist asked all the right questions and did an excellent job. A great massage experience from the minute I walked in the door!

I had a promo certificate. I scheduled the European Facial and added the Hydro Jelly Mask with Dina. I had a smooth check in, got there early to complete paperwork and in just seconds I was already in the room. Dina was amazing, she was patience, educational, gentle and overall amazing. Loved the mini scalp massage and at the end a little lip gloss. Highly recommend.

Would recommend this place along with Amy as the massage therapist. I had tweaked my next really badly the night before and could barely turn my head and was in a lot of pain! I was able to get seen a few hours after calling which was really lucky. Amy was a life saver! After the massage I had very little pain and was able to turn my head in all directions and get most of my ROM back. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Love this spa, very clean and professional! Today, however, sealed the deal. I used to get regular massages at another local place and had a massage therapist I always booked with— he was great! When I got pregnant 2 years ago, I stopped going during my pregnancy, and when I went back, my favorite guy no longer worked there. To my surprise, I came in today and Mason (the massage therapist I used to see) was my massage therapist! My husband had a massage with Jackie and we were both left feeling relaxed and booked another massage with them in a few weeks. Highly recommend Essentials and Mason and Jackie.

Upon walking in the receptionist didn’t greet me although I said with a smile Good Morning. She must be having a bad morning.It was extremely difficult to understand Jacqueline with her face mask. Couldn’t hear hear what she was saying. I’ll be glad when there are no more face masks. Although she did give me a very relaxing massage. I enjoyed it. Monica did a great job of speaking up through the mask and performing my facial. She was very attentive to my response on the exfoliating burning parts of my skin and adjusted it with gel and aloe.However, I did Enjoy my facial and massage. In spite of the cons. Thank you!

Overall, I had a great experience. Mason was very professional and took the time to put some extra effort on the pulled muscle in my back. The only part of my visit that was a little upsetting was that the one-hour long session was only about 40-45 minutes, but I got a deal through Groupon so I cant complain much there. This was my first time at Essentials Massage of Lakeland but it definitely wont be my last. Highly recommend.

The receptionist very friendly and I got Karen as my masseuse. She was amazing. Worked on the areas that have been my troubled spots first and then just pure relaxation. Maylynn was great! I came in a with a lot of anxiety because I had a personal issue right before I was treated. As soon as she started working I was immediately relaxed. There wasnt heavy pressure, by choice, but it still made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated! Most of my tension in my problem areas are gone. I purchased through Groupon. But I would definitely return here again! The service was great from door to treatment.

I cannot say enough great things about Mason. This entire establishment is absolutely amazing, but I truly lucked out by getting Mason as my masseuse. Not only are his massages on point, but the conversation is always fascinating and hilarious (I have to say, Im the one that wont stop talking first, Im sure if you wanted a quiet massage experience that he would be happy to provide) and I always leave feeling refreshed both physically and emotionally. Jeff and Jackie are both amazing. And I highly recommend both of them to everyone who ever asks. They are so kind, and make you feel extremely comfortable. Atmosphere was great! Massage therapists were very friendly, as was the manager at the front when we walked in. Very inviting, offering complimentary beverages like water, wine, and mimosa! Couples massage room was beautifully decorated with fireplaces on the walls and cute furniture! My only complaint was we waited about 15 minutes past our massage time to be called back and were shorted a few minutes at the end of the massage, but I brought it to their attention and they compensated my wife and I appropriately and apologized. They were perfect on timing and ambiance! After our couples massage, my wife and I discussed our experience on the way home and it sounded like we went to 2 totally different massage locations! My therapist was great but my wifes therapist was not very thorough, massaged her like a friend rubbing on suntan lotion, no specific strokes to speak of, and ignored her feet(which are beautiful, by the way, and I normally dont like feet )... Everything I told her my therapist did, she didnt get and now I feel bad that I got 2 really good therapists and she had 2 bad experiences. She is a massage therapist herself and we massage each other at home normally, so for us to splurge on massages is not normal for us. The whole office is beautifully laid out and designed but as far as massage techniques, it seems they have at least 2 so far, new, inexperienced therapists working there bringing down the expectation for the good therapists working there. Im going back for sure to try a different therapist and Id recommend the location again. Im just hoping for a better experience for my wife. She is not one to complain, she usually leaves that up to me! I could be harder on this business but they are so amazing at the customer service side of this, Ill just keep trying a few more times! I did bring all this up to the manager and she listened to my complaints for the 2nd time but didnt offer anything additional this time, which is fine.. I thought I was getting a message today but this place is 👎! I saw a ad this morning on Facebook I followed the ad made a appointment.. moments later I receive a text confirming my appointment. About 10 minutes later I receive a phone call from a 1-855 number asking for a credit card number…… sounded suspicious ( I could hear others talking in the background) sounded like a call center scam…..so I called the office and they informed me that this was call service they used. It would of been nice to know all this before hand. So I gave them the credit card booked the appointment.They send me a text confirmation, confirming my appointment which was at 6pm. I get a call at 5pm asking where I am …I respond “I’m on the way” she responds that they got the appointment time mixed up. I responded well I got a text that said 6pm and I made arrangements to be there at 6pm.As I driving to my 6pm appointment I get another call advising me that that the massage therapist couldn’t wait any longer…. as if I’m late. No apology for their mix up 😡If you book online just know that whatever time and date you select online might not be what time and date you’ll actually receive the service.I felt as if the staff was annoyed with their own student but took it out on me. By the way I never got a apology for their mix up.

We did a couples massage with Easter and James and they were fantastic, great pressure made it very relaxing while still getting all our knots out. We got strawberries and champagne afterwards! Definitely plan on doing this for our date nights!

Bought a Groupon for 50 minute aromatherapy relaxation massage and foot scrub. Gilberto was very professional and checked with me 2 or 3 times about the amount of pressure of the massage. He allowed me to rest in silence and truly relax and enjoy. My price was extremely reasonable with the Groupon, but the normal pricing appears to be good too. I think I will return to try more services!

The customer service was great! Everyone there was so welcoming. Unfortunately, the massage left much to be desired. I purchased an hour couples massage from Groupon for me and my husband. From the time we arrived, to the time we left was exactly 1 hour. Sadly our massage was only 50 minutes. In addition to losing massage time, neither one of our masseuses focused on troubled areas. I was under the impression that because ours was a couples massage, we would have the same or similar services, aside from pressure. My husband was given a full body sugar scrub whereas I was given the sugar scrub solely on my feet. Additionally, the location advertises wine for each massage, in which did not receive nor were asked. We have both had several massages from various locations, and unfortunately, were not pleased with the services of this particular place.

Tina was my masseuse. She made me feel amazing. She hands great hands. Asked me about my needs and wants beforehand. And the front counter ladies are amazing, answered all my questions and was thorough. Was able to book same day. I will be going back again and again. If you don’t try them out. You will be very disappointed. They are the best!

LOVED the massage by MayLin (as always, get a great massage there). Somewhat disappointed in the spa day special - I thought it was 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial, but the facial was only 1/2 hour. They mentioned a glass of wine, but one wasnt offered (I would not have taken it, but not offered.) They gave me a robe and slippers, but not until after I had waited in the lobby for 10 minutes, and was immediately taken to massage then immediately to the facial, so no time in the relaxation room. The facial was ok, but only 1/2 hour so nothing special. Partially my fault for not reviewing the details before buying it. All in all, I will continue to return for massage which is outstanding, but dont know about getting a facial there again, and will definitely avoid the spa day.
