Not very pleased with some products that I bought.The concentrate It is synthetic it is not made from the plant cannabisThey do not have any c b d productsI dont understand why not.I was.Told it is but I researched and its not.I was misled I was given False information.I would not smoke these products that are not cannabis It is not natural.It is not healthyit Should be banned It is like smoking incenseAgain what is wrong with c b d productsThats what they should haveNot happy with these productsC b d is 3% percenthat t h cits perfectly legal, but the stuff theyre selling.Thats what they should take off the market.My medical marijuana expiredThis cost me $40 dollars.Ill just save my money to renew my card.When you buy from a dispensary everything is tested and approved this stuff is not.Dont know what youre smoking if it tastes like incense.It probably is like that, Mr.Happy stuff that was taken off the marketGave me a headache.Like I said, its not natural.What the hell is wrong with selling CBD?Thats whats NaturalI dont care what the person behind the counter says or tries to convince me that this stuff is natural when I know damn well its not after I smoked itIts not made from the plant.It is synthetic I am NOT HAPPYDO NOT BUY THIS CRAPAnd the pre rolls suck also!THC-P Its not natural, its not cannabis.Its all syntheticIf they dont sell it at the medical marijauna dispensary , then dont buy itI suffer in chronic pain.I dont need to get ripped off.I cant afford to get ripped off.And I dont like to be in pain.It pisses me off.

I absolutely loved the variety of everything at this store. Super clean and organized as well.Only giving 3 stars because the young lady that helped me and my mom today should definitely not be working in customer service. We walked in (only 2 in there besides another gentleman), werent welcomed whatsoever. We were looking around to see a lot of the beautiful glass pieces but also because the employee behind the desk was on the phone complaining about her job saying how stressed out she was (making the environment super uncomfortable for me and my mom). We finally picked out wraps that we needed (she didnt ask if we needed help or suggest anything new for us) she gets off the chair she was sitting on and said did you FINALLY decide what you needed? (Making us feel like we are an inconvenience to be in the store at all). As my mom is telling her what wraps she needed the employee has someone on speaker on her phone speaking over my mom. My mom payed and the employee instantly sat back down and was on her phone again, no thank you or have a good night.For such a mellow work place.. definitely didnt feel that vibe at all.

I bought a battery at $30 and after a day it wouldnt take a charge. I went to return it for the same battery and was told I could only return it to the person who who sold it to me which is their employee. For this reason alone I wouldnt spend another dollar in this place.update I had a receipt and dont appreciate being called a lier.

We went inside and were not even greeted and we spent more or less 15 minutes there. It is understandable that the big guy was taking care of a customer but ignored us like we didn’t existed, he should have said something like “we will be with you shortly” or something that a common sense and customer centered business should do. We will take our business and spend our money somewhere else.

Pretty awesome, I was looking for a specific Geekvape (M100) model and this place was my 2nd stop after checking a vape store in the mall which didnt have what I was looking for at all. Not only did this place have it but it was at a discounted price to what geekvape charges on their own site. I dont even know how they make a profit this way, but yeah - I ended up saving what I wouldve paid on shipping plus like another $20 just because. Very satisfying. Ill be coming back here if I need anything else

This place is so cool! they have sooo many glass pieces, a huge vape selection with tons of mods, juices, coils, tanks, etc! they also have super cheap prices and a loyalty program, which is dope. friendly atmosphere, clean and organized

Yeah I wouldnt come back here again. Rude employees and an uninviting atmosphere. Makes you want to go somewhere else. Anywhere else. (Edit) I WILL be going to one of your competitors from now on thanks for the recommendation!

Pretty much the worst vape shop in Lakeland. They tried to insinuate I was on crack or something. The chemotherapy makes me sick and feeble not my fault. Anyway Id go literally anywhere else. Vaporhouse is getting my business from now on.
