Ive been shopping with these guys are a few years now, the whole team is great. Everyone is super friendly and always have new recommendations that havent done me wrong. Best vape shop in the Lakeland area, always plenty of liquids and coils in stock and prices cant be beat.

I purchase a Vapor online and then send me the wrong box they do not want to give me my money back and they want to give me something else that I dont want beware whatever you Porsche something online they will probably send you the wrong one and they will not give you money back

Ive been a long time customer with the establishment. I quit smoking before having brain surgery and depended on iconic Vape to help me quit. At the beginning of 2018 an employee gave me cards to put my name on the back, hand them out and Id receive a $5 discount for each new customer. After giving out 75 cards I thought something must be wrong. I took a friend to the store with the card, they made a purchase and they were a new customer. A few days later I went in for eliquid and requested to use my discounts. I did not receive sent discount ever. Im disappointed Ty. I hope youve read this since your comment was so very rude. I have been a customer here for a few years and have always had positive experiences. However, I came in last week and was attempting to exchange a D8 cart, as the one I had was defective and not working with my pen (it wasnt pulling and was acting like it was clogged). Cant remember who the associate was, but he gave me some very basic Vaping for Dummys troubleshooting tips as if this was my first cart Ive ever purchased. Ive never had a faulty cart until that one. Anyway, I tried to exchange it with him, and he said that Iconic didnt do exchanges on consumables and that he could offer me a discount on a new one instead. That was extremely disappointing, even if it is a store policy. Ive had other vape and wellness stores exchange faulty products before. I have spent A LOT of money in your store and am a familiar face. I typically never leave without spending $100 at your establishment. It would have been nice had he just exchanged it. Needless to say, I wont be returning to your store and will be shopping at Holy Moly Smoke Shop instead.

First time visit today and so happy to have found Iconic! Such a friendly welcome when I walked in. Brian was awesome, explained their reward system to me and didnt try to push other items I didnt need ... unfortunately I have experienced that in other shops. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is the best shop of its kind around. The people who work there are all beautiful humans. Ive been going since they opened and have had at least a nice experience every time,usually a great conversation and sharing of niceties. Very knowledgeable as well. Ive been to other vape shops out of necessity but iconic is a clear #1! Love the people there!

There is not one time that i have came into iconic and have not felt like the most important person in the store. I have had these two particular girls that have waited on me more times than others. They have completely went out of their way to make my experience special every time I have shopped at Iconic. that I have receive the best, out of your way type customer service than any other vapor store.I dont know their name . Not because they havent told me or even gave me a card. I just tend to forget names and I misplaced my card. But there faces and smile are unforgettable. All because of their top 5 service.However 1 of the girls, wears glasses and a baseball hat and the other young lady has the most beautiful strawberry blonde hair. These two girls go out of their way to make my experience special each time, CONSISTENTLY. They take care of anything I need with my pipe or my tank. HANDS ON SERVICE.The only way I can truly describe my experience is by giving an example. There is a Walmart and there is a Publix. Walmart is a place I can afford much more but Publix is the place I go because of the experience and because shopping is a pleasure. Publix is so much more than a grocery store they care about me and my experience, the extra money is worth it.Because of the experience. This is how I feel about ionic and different smoke shops. Been going here all of my vaping life (6yrs) and have an account. Today was the last day I will spend my money at this establishment of wellness. I was appalled by the treatment of someone that has been employed here a couple of months like they own the place . Was very disheartening.

I was visiting FL and was in need of vape juice. I’d never been to this shop, so I was unsure what to expect. Although, I’ve forgotten to the workers’ name, I haven’t forgotten how welcoming and knowledgeable they were. We had an absolutely amazing conversation. What was supposed to be a quick purchase turned into 35 minutes of great convo, so good that other patrons joined in. I wish I could meet more people like the ones who work here. By the way, visited in April and still think about them. Lol. I hope all is well. 👋🏾

Iconic has a kind, caring and knowledgeable staff, with a good selection of products. Many of the storefronts in Lakeland that sell vape products are basically smoke shop convenience stores and do not carry premium brands of e-liquid, opting for only the Chinese rechargeable mods and generic juices that are frankly pretty terrible. Ive been vaping since mechanical mods were all you could buy, there are real vape shops and then there are smoke shops selling cheap vape products. The lounge just up the road from Iconic sells 60ml bottles for $27, which is exorbitant. And on top of that they were not friendly when I tried them. Iconics juices generally are around $30\100ml, and around $20\60ml. As reasonable as it can get with the new nic laws screwing everything up. Mods are also reasonably priced and they take care of you if you have any issues. I summarize by saying this is pretty much the only real vape shop in Lakeland as far as Im concerned.

Ive been shopping at iconic for just about 5 years and Ive never been treated like anything short of family. Kayla, Jess, Bre, Ryan, Tobias, and the rest of the team have always been more than helpful and kind. their more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the best customer service possible Ive never had a question go unanswered even if it means looking something up or going out of their way to get the answer I wouldnt recommend any other shop and I wouldnt shop anywhere else. I went yesterday with my wife and son. I was a first time user. The staff were very polite and professional. The gentleman that helped me really took his time and made sure I understood how everything worked. He didnt try to over sell me on expensive products. Some of the employees here just do what they gotta do, but some of the other employees go above and beyond expectations with amazing customer service and if you’re a regular that’s even better because they’ll suggest new product to me that they think I’d be into, and 99.9% of the time they’re spot on. They usually always remember the nicotine level I vape at. I love the dogs too! They’ve definitely sold me more stuff than I should’ve bought ;) I also love that most of them are knowledgeable and aren’t afraid to put out a personal opinion!! This is my favorite vape shop in town, they have the friendliest staff and the biggest selection of juices and mods and knowledge about products to best serve their customers. They also have a rewards system that helps save you money the more you buy from them. I will never go anywhere else.

Iconic is any outstanding shop , Every time I go there I have an great experience. Just today I was having issues with my mod and they got me setup with another but the thing is they took their time and showed me multiple different ones and then made sure I knew how to use it. I walked into Iconic Vape and Wellness several years ago for the first time. While I don’t remember the specific date, I do remember that I was having a terrible day. After a few minutes in the store I was treated by an Angel in disguise as a human. She recommended a few products to me and then asked me how my day was. So I told her it was rough. She immediately broke the “vendor-customer” relationship and spoke to me as a friend who cared rather than an employee trying to make a sale. From that moment onwards the staff at Iconic has become a family. I serve in the Army and to this date I only purchase vapes, coils, juices and anything else related to vaping through this store. These people form genuine relationships with their customers. They are an extremely important part of the community in Lakeland. They have helped me personally remain cigarette free for years and have even helped family members of mine with chronic pain manage their pain through some of the organic products they offer. I have never written a review on Google before and I’m honored that this place will be my first, and possibly only, one. It genuinely hurts my heart to see ONE PERSON give this establishment a one star review because they couldn’t get a veterans discount. Especially, when they never even served in the United States military. That’s flat out disgusting. Further, they are attempting to deter new members of the community from being brought into the Iconic family. So I write this extensive review in hopes to negate that comment. The owner of the store is a veteran and I’m honored to be following in his footsteps now. This store is legitimately the best vape store any genuine person could ask for. This establishment is a beacon of happiness. Take it from an openly gay active duty service member. These people are nothing but pure love.

Once I came in with a broken battery and one of the young men who works there fixed it himself for free instead of trying to sell me a completely new one. Wow! I have been a,customer for over a year. They recently told me I couldnt use the Veterans,discount for myself only my husband the Veteran. I truly understand this but no discount for spouses? I also lived the 22 yrs of my husbands military service. Deployments, missed holidays, birthdays, special days. I understand I didnt serve but I did serve along side him. At least a small discount would be nice. But I was told NO. So I will now buy my products further up on Florida,Ave. Where they recognize military spouses,as,well as,others in Lakeland & Bartow.

One of the best shops I’ve ever been to, the staff is super personable and helpful, and they have an awesome selection of juices. I recently moved to Tennessee and loved using them so much that I ordered online and had it delivered. It came incredibly quickly and they even emailed me to make sure everything was good.

Excellent customer service & knowledgeable staff. I explained that I knew nothing about vapes and Brina made it her mission to figure out what I needed. She asked me questions, listened to me, and gave me honest advice as to what supplies I should buy considering my needs and my budget. She spent at least a good 20 minutes after Id checked out helping me assemble the device and showing me how to use it, and told me to call the shop if I ever have any questions. I came here on the reccomendation of a friend and I will definitely be back!

I went there yesterday and was there about 45 minutes. The employee Ryan helped me step by step to get my 2 year old Vape going. He showed me everything I needed and showed me how to put in the coil, fill it, and change the settings on it. He was excellent. Than you Ryan for a great experience.

I did not get the guys name that was helping me, but he pointed me to a vape device and it was exactly what I was looking for. They also had 2 sweeties ( dogs) behind the counters that literally are such good dogs. I didnt even notice them until I saw one of there tails.

100% TERRIBLEbought a mod, it was defective out-of-box. Over the phone I was told I could return it for store credit and use the credit to buy an upgraded Mod. I drive 20 minute to the store only to be told, no they cannot return it. The manager , after an hour of useless conversation , said she had to wait for upper management to make a decision. So, today i get a call from upper management and the owner. They say they will not upgrade the device and tried to blame me for their defective products. after 20 min of listening to them, telling me how its going to work the owner gets mad and hangs up on me. All i wanted to do was exchange a defective device for a more expensive one and pay the extra money.Why is that so hard?

Ive been here several times and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. Ive only had trouble with one item, a dual coil for a protank mini 3, only it was a single coil and didnt work in my tank. Other than that, Im very happy with the service that I received at iconic

They help you find the items you (as an individual)need to stop smoking. The prices are reasonable on everything and their juice selection is great!! There are flavors for everyone :) I love how they are so helpful with any questions you have with absolutely anything, even if you didnt purchase it from them. If you are considering quitting smoking this is the place to go!!

Iconic is a great store with a good staff. Unless they double charge you and refuse a refund. You did double charge me and left me screwed. I had checked my bank before I went to bed and had no pending transactions. To wake up and not be able to buy my medicine because of your messed up system. I can’t work a job. I have IBS-D and severe type 1 diabetes. You people are heartless. Never shopping there again.

Ive been going to Iconic for over 2 1/2 years now and I have to say that its seriously the best Vape shop that Ive been to. Amanda, Marcus, Curtis, and Ty have been absolutely wonderful. They are always able to help me fix problems (that usually result from operator error) and they help me find the best battery and tank combos that do what I want and need them to do.I think the pricing is extremely fair, especially when you consider the fact that online stores dont have high operating costs and often dont allow you to sample all of the different flavors like Iconic does. Be fair in reviewing- what might not work for you could very well work for someone else who is trying to quit smoking cigarettes. And a scathing review only satisfies yourself. All of the employees that I regularly deal with at Iconic will go out of their way to help you.

When I went there I was still trying to quit smoking cigarettes and so far wasnt having the best of luck. Came here and the woman talked to me for like 45 minutes about her story how she quit, and helped me figure out what flavors would work best for me and how much nicotine even what mod would work best. She helped me greatly and was very patient and helpful. Since then its been 4 weeks without a real cigarette for me!! This place is awesome and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I really like iconic they have a excellent selection and Ive been a loyal customer to them for a while although today I was sold a 30 ml ejuice vile that was already opened which wasnt that big of a deal however when I called to see why it may have been opened and slightly used I was met with a rude response and felt very insulted and told simply to bring it back which is extremely inconvenient to me seeing as how I live on the opposite side of town and had no relevance to the question I had. the only thing that kept me coming back to iconic is the staff and I dont have to wait for what I want cause as anyone knows you can find the same quality but of bigger quantity online for cheaper but Im starting to think it may be worth the wait.

I went here and have been going to Iconic Vape for about 3 months. I dont smoke and my fiancee does. I usually would go in here to pick up her stuff. At first, it seemed nice enough. A simple shop right?On one occasion, there was someone as an employee who was talking about their presidential candidate choices ( I dont care if you vote for either side, leave it out of the store and dont talk about it or insult political parties in front of a customer )After repeated visits I have seen that they do not care about their customers. I was trying to use her rewards today, and I was told that I couldnt because our last names dont match and I had to bring her in the store. For a $5 dollar reward point coupon. Its $5.00 on a $22.00 purchase.They do not do good business here. I will not be shopping here going forward.

There are so many amazing people that work at ICONIC, they are ready to help you and are very knowledgeable with all areas of their products. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. This is pretty much the only Vape shop I go to now. The staff are knowledgeable and professional but also welcoming. I love this place because Im the douche that has to try 8000 flavors and some of them twice. Its annoying I know, but they always play it off like its not and they dont make me feel rushed. They have a rewards program that has saved me lots of money. Ive walked in to other vape shops to find the employees not knowing how to help, trash talk the competition, and try to talk me in to something that I dont need or want. Buy your e-liquid here but dont buy ANY equipment. I have spent $200 on mods from Iconic, both of which lasted 1 month before they quit charging completely! Last one I bought I paid $50 for. I looked up the price online after it quit charging; $22...OVER a 100% markup!!! I dont mind supporting my local small business but to hell with them if they want to just rip me off!!!!! Buy your equipment online or at least at a place that doesnt ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!

I have been a costumer here since theyve first opened up and there is a reason why. Every one of the staff members and manager are great. Their products are top of the line. And I love the fact that the owner personally goes to the companies that he purchases from and inspects what and how they produce.

I started going to iconic from a recommendation of a friend after a mod I bought from another vape shop started leaking a ridiculous amount. I went in and they tried to fix the vape I had even though I didnt buy it from them. I ended up buying a new mod from them. I brought it in a few months later once I started back up again and needed a new coil and juice. They fixed it from where it had been dropped and changed the coil and provided education as to why you dont let the coils set for too long. Awesome service and I love the prices and the flavors. Even if they dont have a specific flavor in one mg, they will recommend others similar to that. I absolutely love the environment and the employees are awesome:)

Honestly, words do not do this place justice. From the first time I came into their store, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by the entire staff. I felt as if they had been expecting me to arrive, I know its cheesy and I know its just a vape shop but its so much more than that. Its a place where people can go to get educated on the vaping industry, where no judgement will be passed for asking stupid questions. The staff there will literally sit there for hours trying to get to know you and your preferences in hopes of matching you with the right mods or tanks as well as a diverse number of juices (which happen to be at the lowest price Ive found in this area). They clearly have a mission to help people, whether it be with pain management through CBD oil, trying to get someone to kick smoking cigarettes or just to have a friendly discussion about your day. They welcome everyone into their business as if youre family. They have set the bar extremely high for competing stores in the area just because they are so great at what they do and aim to accomplish. I will be a customer for life and will always respect and love the people who made this place more than just a shop, theyve helped shape a wonderful community around educating and promoting healthier alternatives to smoking.

I read many reviews about the customer service in this vape shop. They were right, customer service is awesome there !! Staff is warm and friendly, and very knowledgeable . I was impressed with the service my husband and I got from a very warm and knowledgeable young lady. We had many questions about CBD products, and she answered them all. We also vape so we found some new e-liquid too. We will be making many trips to this hidden gem of a vape shop !! Good selection of products and prices were in line with other places I have gone, but customer service is very important to me... and they know how to do customer service !!

Went in just to grab an e-liquid and ended up sampling nearly every flavor they had. From tobacco and menthol to your standard fruits plus a whole line of desserts and coffees. Easily over fifty flavors in five nicotine levels. The liquids come with blunt needles instead of just the drip top which makes filling much more precise. Staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and obviously happy to let you try out the goods. While I was there she walked another customer through their first e-setup and even demonstrated how to fill the chamber. Would recommend to anyone

Compared to other shops, their juice isnt very good. It has a dirty taste to it, and you can get the same volume for about half the price at shops with better liquid. The first tank I bought there fell apart after about a month.The people there are nice, but thats really the only good thing I can say about the place.

I was visiting from Michigan and needed a disposable vape to get me by. I chatted online with an employee about product availability and was very pleased when I went into the store. I was immediately assisted by staff who recommended a good vape, and even left with some of the tastiest CBD gummies I’ve ever had. Try the blue raz! Highly recommend this store!

Personally, I dont vape nor smoke, never have. However, my husband got off the cigarette habit about 4 years ago. He was up to a pack and a half a day. He started vaping. I was hoping it would be a temporary thing, however it hasnt. Never having the addiction, I try to be as accepting and supportive as I can. We have utilized a few vape shops and this one is the best. They are very friendly and helpful here. I come in frequently to get his juice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Went in as a noob to CBD oil and had no equipment or clue on what to do. The person working there was helpful and he gave me good suggestions on what to buy as a first timer. Even showed me how to load the pen. I highly recommend just based on the friendly and helpful staff.

I figured out what my gmail info was just to leave this review. The people here are fantastic! Especially Curt, I will wait around just so that he can help me. I never leave without a smile in my face. Just to prove a point about how helpful this group is I bought my first RTA here and Curt showed me step by step have to build the coil and wick it! These guys are the best atcustomer service. This is my favorite shop and will be for a long time. I recommend every vaper go here at least once because after that you wont go anywhere else. (Also I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars)

I have been shopping here for 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. That in itself says a lot about the people who work there even when I had issues with a vapor cigarette or the liquid they have always work to make it better or right. Even when it meant giving away products. I have shopped at other stores, like when out of town and have never had service as good as at Iconic, additionally it doesn’t matter at what time of day, I’ve been the first customer of the day and the last customer of the day, and I’ve been treated the same, excellent customer service!!

A older black man came up to us asking if he could help us find anything and i told him I was looking for a mod or a new tank and he brings me to the side and keeps saying we dont sell smoke products as I am looking at vapes. this was the worst experience I have ever had at a vape store.
