The place is always in order and clean. Prices are reasonable the staff is very helpful and friendly they are knowledgeable of the products they sell, if you have any questions about an item they have or you have at home there more than happy to answer any questions you have.

I bought a brand new vape about a day ago stopped working on me. I bought it from them on Friday and it stopped working on me.

Best shop ever!! One of the Employees Noah has been great for business as well as his wonderful and proper people skills. I always stop by to just see how the shop is doing or whats new in stock. They always have a wide selection and many different varieties of any kind of THC product your looking for. Prices are Excellent!

I have been going here for years and I love it! They have a huge selection of vaping products, from pens and juice to replacement wicks. They also stock tobacco and tubes and pipes as well. Theres even kratom and gummies to choose from. The employees are super helpful and always are eager to assist. Especially one named Noah. His customer service is just awesome! He really cares about his customers and it shows. If you are looking for a really great smoke shop, I highly recommend them.

Luis is an amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly worker. He already knows what I need when I come in. It’s nice being remembered. He even came out to the car one time when I was hurt and couldn’t lift my baby’s car seat to take him in. Very lucky to have him on your staff.

I have been going to this shop for a month or so due to purchasing a home close by. I go 1-2 times a week for various supplies etc and each time I have been the people working are phenomenal! Always friendly and ready to help. Good source of information and the pricing is fair. They appreciate my business!

Love this place! I moved so I’m almost 20min away but it’s worth the drive because not only is their product selection great, so is the staff. The owner is also frequently in there and they really know their stuff. 10/10

I bought 2 just cbd vapes went to the car and found the one protective package was opened before I bought it. I went back inside to ask for a refund and Noah took the vape smoke it infront of me said it works and refuse to refund my money. I dont know if he has herpes it was gross.

Guys like I cant even with these ladies! They are so awesome at a return there there to help you with whatever you need. They go as far as setting up your vape for you before you leave their shop. Like I cant even theyre amazing I love these girls.

Hands down, best shop. We have been going here since 2018, first for cbd and since 2019 for vape. The whole staff is awesome, from helping me pick my next juice flavor to always having my coils in stock. We pass so many vape/smoke shops every day and always end up at GrovePark Smokeshop when we need to reup.

The policy of this smoke shop is really weird, one of the employees(victor cass) girlfriend will come and sit with him at work from time to time and I’ve been a customer here probably since the shop opened and now I can’t even go because the girlfriend has followed me from his job stalking me and starting problems. I called to talk to management and couldn’t get through. So I decided to come into the store to talk to a “manager” they wasn’t very professional and told me I needed to stop coming to the store so I wouldn’t be stalked.

Extremely wonderful service! I came in for juice didnt know what i wanted the gentlemen was patient friendly and helpful. I noticed they have kratom and explained id tried some from elsewhere for my migraines and sleep problems and was given the wrong kind. The gentlemen at this store was very informative and told me what i need. I came home with it took some and within less than 30 minutes my migraine is gone! I take 4 prescriptions twice a day for these migraines and they have never worked like this kratom has. I am so happy i am in tears. I thank you guys so very much and will be back soon

There no return Policy sucks. I bought a 350 smok box and not even 2 days later it was going down in volts by its self. I took it back and they said they have no returns but would send it back for me to be repaired so i went ahead and bought another one to have while i was waiting on the repair. The new box lasted me 2 weeks and started the same thing so at this point im mad. I had over $200 in box mods that was jacked up. Took that box back to with no return again but was told they would send it back to. 2 months i called them Several times with no answers on when I will get my Box back so i drove to the shop to speak to both owners and they never even sent the box back at all and told me they didnt know thats what i wanted them to do.... Really? Why would i spend that amount of money at ur shop to just give them back to you with no refund? So i got the address to send them back myself and just got word today they dont warrenty the boxs and only the shop can. Im very frustrated at this point. The shop said they dont like sending them back cuz its a Hassle..... Really? Im the Customer and your running a Business. Very disappointed which i spent alot of money at this shop. Not even joking but over $500 in 2 weeks.

Sold me a CBD product at a high price ($110). Went back tried to sell me a different product I didnt want. Not happy especially when I bought better CBD product at convenient store for$10. There was other issues but not wasting my time. Very unhappy! Not going back!

The young gentleman helped get my celtio aspire tank off my mod. When he realized he had no rubber rings to fix it.. Man, he was awesome got the broken tank off in a flash ... Even gave a deal on the newest aspire tank.... I love it.. Thanks alot you made my day!!!

This vape store is amazing. Went in for a seal for my wifes cleito. The tank was stuck on the mod, but the guy not only got it off, saving her Smok mod, but gave a free juice when we purchased the Aspire Odan. Another vape shop told us the tank was stuck on the mod, but buddy gottit right off, sold us an amazing tank, and hooked us up with a watermelon tummy juice. Highly recommend...

Great sales representative who knew a lot about their product and was very helping with picking out various strains of Kratom and has a wide range of CBD oils and vaping supplies.

I was searching all around Lakeland and even made a few calls to some shops in Tampa before speaking to a gentlemen from Grove Park and they were the only place around that had the product I needed. And I needed it ASAP! One problem, they were 6 minutes away from closing. I knew that I wouldn’t make it there in time but the gentlemen closing said he would wait for me since I was just a few minutes away!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Best vape shop in town. For several reasons. They actually acknowledge you when you walk in to the store. No matter how busy they are they make time to help you however they can. One of the only places locally to buy liquid extracts or kilos. Was having trouble with my coil and they put a new one in for me and showed me a couple tricks to prime it better. Most importantly i dont feel like im bothering them like i do at other stores in town when i walk in needing help and interrupt other vape shops Netflix movie.
