Best Salon EVER! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Im treated with great care every time I go in weather it is for a service or to purchase from the fabulous line of products. There is not a stylist there that I would not trust to provide services for me. Additionally, Im currently undergoing chemotherapy with cold cap to try to retain my hair. Charline has been wonderful throughout the process and has gone the extra mile to educate herself on my situation to provide me with the best service. I could not ask for a better stylist!
I’ve been coming to Bella Vie for sometime now I had been to another hairdresser who never mixed products in front of me and gave me a comb to scratch my scalp.. Yup, So my hair got damaged.. Thank you Charlene for being so professional and never ever pushy .. I’m so glad I came to Bella vie I get Hairextensions ,color and cut. I love the quality of hair she suggested. Im from Texas and I happened to try out LaGegna at Belle La Vie Salon & Spa recently and I was blown away with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was taken back by the beautiful salon. You can tell by the entire place that they have great attention to detail. The vibe of the Salon is awesome is and stylish.I come here fairly often and have found myself holding off of haircuts from my salon in Texas to come get my haircut here as they are so much better than my regular salon. Ive never had someone touch up my beard after a haircut! Ive also gotten a massage from Raz which was amazing. The owner Charline talked me into an eye brow wax which Im now addicted to them.Belle La Vie is the place to go If youre looking for a salon that not only provides top-notch service but also creates a luxurious and comfortable environment! Charline really listened to me and gave me the exact haircut I asked for. All my friends keep asking where I had my hair done and I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life! First time client!I booked an appointment online for an eyebrow wax and was not disappointed. The ease of setting an appointment online is great, plenty of time slots available and many stylists to choose from. Julie does a phenomenal job with brow services, highly recommend. The hospitality at this spot is definitely top tier. Will be booking another service very soon!
If you have textured or ethnic hair, this establishment may not be suitable for your needs. During my appointment with Bianca, she left me midway to attend to another client who required her specific skills, despite my similar hair concerns. Subsequently, the substitute stylist lacked the expertise necessary to properly handle my hair. When attempting to proceed with a blow-dry, my hair suffered damage, prompting me to leave the appointment prematurely. Despite these issues, I was charged the full price for the service.
I love my hairstylist, Catherine! She was super kind and she did a great job on my hair. Everyone was super nice, and I didnt have to wait at all. I am glad I was able to find a salon I can trust!
Charline is absolutely amazing! I just recently moved to the area from Alabama, and I booked an appointment for a haircut with her. She is extremely talented and very knowledgeable in ALL things. The atmosphere was fantastic and the shop was extremely clean. I will definitely be back to see her!!
What a disappointment! 😒Its the first time I visit this salon on June 6, 8 days ago.I drove almost 2 hours to do it.cutting, dyeing, brushing and makeup.The staff is friendly, but the girl who helped me didnt really do the makeup I wanted, she gave me makeup that I could have done myself and not pay $80 for something so common and ordinary. The dye, apart from the fact that she didnt mix it well, left mealone and took a while to return. I felt like my scalp was burning. I had to ask another stylist for a favor to wash my hair because I felt like my head was burning.She arrived and finished applying the dye.leaving my gray hair unpainted and finally applying a spray dye to cover up a little of the bad job he did to me.In the end I tipped her $20 because I think that if this girl works so badly it must be because she is paid a bad salary.I didnt make a complaint because unfortunately I dont have good English.It is not possible for you, the owner and administrator of this establishment, to respond in this way, when you must accept your mistakes as a businesswoman and correct them immediately.If I didnt complain at that moment its because my English is very poor.Nobody here is looking for any benefit and I dont think that all of us who have posted our dissatisfaction with the bad service are looking for some kind of benefitI advise you, the owner, to call a meeting of employees and ask them why there are staff who work so mediocre or are you the one who does not give a decent salary and has products of very poor quality for the person who served me. Wasted my time and money leaving me totally disappointed with this place.Remember that a satisfied customer calls more customers and that MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES.Please do not give those answers that only denote being a mediocre person with very little education.
1st time to this Beautiful salon & spa! I was greeted and felt very welcomed prior to receiving my services. I had the opportunity to receive a massage from Razeeya and a facial from Vanessa! Both ladies provided me with exceptional service and care. I recommend these ladies for your next massage service or facial treatment!
I had permanent make-up applied by Julie and love the results. She knew exactly what would work for me and talked me into lip shading as well. I am so glad she did b/c I am obsessed with the results. I also had my lashes done and they held up through a surgery and with all my allergies. She is sweet and very thorough, she makes sure you like what she did.
My 12 year old son is a very sweet boy with anxiety and pretty particular when it comes to his hair. I used to always cut my boys hair. His brothers have ventured off on their own and hes the only one left but he no longer likes the crew cut hairstyle Ive been giving him for years so I let him grow it as long as he wants in the summer but now it has come time to go back to school and he was in need of a desperate hair cut but i was a little nervous since the last place I took him to cut it too short and my son stormed out of that place before i could even pay for it and when i got out to the car, I understood why this normally sweet boy that loves to talk to people and make them feel good by giving them compliments and is never rude to anyone. They chopped his hair so short and he had long beautiful hair with ringlet curls. So now it was time for school and his hair needed to be shaped and trimmed so I went to my mother and asked her what to do and she gave me her hair dressers name and number and said shes wonderful and will do exactly whatever you want her to do. And she got me right in the same day. Now Im why my mom loves her so much, Lagena was amazing! Not only did she have my anxious shy boy relaxed, she also did a phenomenal job on Christians hair! He was able to keep his curls and some of the length and she made it look so nice and cleaned up so that it looks cool but respectful and she was awesome at calming my nervous son down and made him feel more at ease so he was able to trust her enuf to at least tell her what he wanted when he was so angry at me for making him go to begin with that he wasnt even speaking to anyone. Needless to say we were all happy and even my son cracked a smile when he put his glasses back on and looked in the mirror and seen his new haircut for the first time. THANK YOU LAGENA and to the owner and the other girls at this salon, I enjoyed engaging in conversation and laughs with you as it was by far the best experience I have ever had at any sallon and I thank you all for that! I will be back with my son as well as for myself because I cant think of a better place that Id rather go to trust to do my picky sons hair and even my own!! Your the BEST and I highly recommend this place as they make you feel special and unique and have the utmost respect for people in general and have loads of experience and knowledge and are extremely qualified to do what they do which is a little bit of everything in a very spacious pretty comfortable place!! They say Moms always know best and this time she was right!! 🩷
I had a great experience at this hair salon. They are very professional cleaned, and I love the fancy details all over the salon itself. The staff here are very welcoming and warm. I absolutely love the way Caroline styled my hair. She did exactly how I asked her, but I wanted my hair to be styled. I will definitely recommend anyone in the Lakeland area or other nearby towns that is looking for a great hairstylist, who is ready to beautify them up.

I was fortunate to have found the golden nugget Charlene over 13 yrs ago. I was just visiting Florida then, now a resident in Lakeland. There is not a day that goes by when I dont get a compliment on my beautiful natural soft curls blended blonde creation and magically weaved into a style of its own. When I receive such a sweet compliment I quickly make known, this is my hair stylists hair, Im just the fortunate one who wears it around! I cant compliment Charlene and her awesome salon and family their enough. I have experiences many of her services, especially Raze ( massages) truly the best massages ever, from variety of places all over the world. Everyone makes this place a true JOY to visit!
We got frustrated when we get there, my wife went to wax and it was the worst experience ever for her, the lady who attend tried her best but clearly she doesn’t have any experience doing that it looks she never did before , the wax quality horrible, the lady who did even worse and I spend almost 200 dollars paying for a terrible service. By the way more than 2 hours to do something that is done in 35 to 45 minutes max.Not forgot to mention that my wife was guiding her how to do to minimize the frustration.Anyway I don’t recommend for this specific service, I can’t say anything about the other things that the saloon offers.
Charline is beautiful inside and out! She is a true artist! I love my hair color, extensions, and the great conversation we had during the service. She also made sure I knew how to properly care for my hair before leaving and let me know I could call her with any questions. My visit was a great experience and I highly recommend her! Made a last min appointment for my wife yesterday, she was having a bad week, so I thought she should be treated. I came in today and has the best cut! She feels so much better about herself. She has never had a bad hair cut here all the girls are amazing and friendly. She used to go to another place down the street but so glad she switched to here. If you are looking for a new salon...this is the best place to go. Hubbys treat your wifey with a cut, colour style here...huge points.

Had the pleasure of being paired with Mindy to get back to a nice bright blonde. She got to a beautiful color while keeping a close eye on my hair to be sure it didn’t get damaged! I really like Mindy and her energy, I liked that the salon was bright and clean, every client that walked out of there looked stunning and I can’t wait to go back!! She’s also great with vibrant colors if you’re looking for something fun and unique!! This salon is definitely a gem and from what I saw, I’d trust any one of those stylists!
I’ve had the pleasure of having Bianca, Mikayla and Caroline all work on my hair over the last few months and I can’t say enough great things about them all! Bianca and Caroline have done wonderful extensions and Mikayla has done a beautiful job on my color. They are all very attentive and the atmosphere of the salon is fun and inviting!

I’ve been to MANY hair salons. That had subpar service and just could not get my hair exactly how I wanted. Don’t get me wrong some of the stylists were good but just didn’t get my hair exactly the way I wanted. This business has amazing service and just a great atmosphere. Adrian is hands down the best stylist I’ve been to. He is the only one I trust with my hair. I’ve also seen the other stylists there do INCREDIBLE transformations. I can’t thank Adrian enough. I will continue to keep going to this salon because the service is amazing. Adrian is hands down the best. Extremely honest when it comes to hair and what to expect. Which is exactly what you want when it comes to hair. No unrealistic expectations. Which some places do just to get you in the door. With blonds you never know what to expect or how it will lift. Im no hair stylist but I know from experience it’s definitely a science and everyone’s hair is different, and going to so many salons and not getting it exactly how I wanted. Adrian always knocks it out of the park. He goes above and beyond. I had a last minute trip come up and he figured out a way to get me in before the trip. Again I can’t thank him enough. He’s a hard worker and everyone at the salon is always so pleasant and it just makes me happy stepping into a place that makes me feel at ease. And makes me feel like I can trust them. I cannot recommend this place enough! And the pricing is great.

I recently visited Belle La Vie for the first time. I scheduled an appointment with Charline for a shampoo and haircut. Wow, was I impressed! I loved my haircut and Charline was so personable! I’ve had lots of compliments on the cut including my husband, who said I looked 10 years younger. (He’s a good husband). I will definitely go back for my future cuts. I also scheduled a facial with Veronica. Absolutely the best facial I’ve had! It was very relaxing, loved the products and Veronica was great. Can’t wait to do that again either! Bianca is amazing!!! My daughter and I both have thick wavy hair that is difficult to style. Not only does Bianca know how to cut and style wavy hair, shes excellent in providing suggestions on what fits best, what products to use, and how to use them. Its so difficult to find a stylist that not only knows how to cut wavy hair, but takes the time to provide you with tips and tricks to have your best hair day everyday.

I have had the same long same length hair style for many years. It’s what I feel comfortable with. I went in to see Caroline and told her I wanted to keep my length and have a cut that would give me more body but that would be easy to style in braids, buns and ponytails. I was so happy with the results. It was the perfect cut. It was hard to trust a new stylist but I’m so glad that I did and I completed would recommend her.The salon and all the workers are incredibly friendly. It’s a fun and chic environment. It’s a very open and inviting shop. I completely recommend to anyone looking for people who know what they are doing when it comes to hair and beyond. Everyone that walked out when I was there was super happy with their service.

I came in about a month ago and got a cut and style from Susie and it was fantastic. Laid perfectly every time and able to get the same look at home.Went back in last week for highlights and they were phenomenal. I moved from Scottsdale and thought I would have to pay hundreds and hundreds like I did there and her highlights were better than I’ve ever had! And more reasonable😊 Highly recommend!
Lagena Boggs was my stylist and accommodated my wheelchair use. She made me feel very comfortable. I had some very bad issues in the past with other stylist at other salons and she made me feel relaxed and listened to me. I will be a repeat customer!
I booked an appointment with Denise and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I have anxiety about going to new places for things, that I just put my self care off or do it myself but it’s a different feeling getting pampered without having your kids yell your name every 5 seconds 😅. I love that they offer an array of services, it makes me feel so comfortable going to a familiar place where everyone is friendly and welcoming. I love that Denise took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all and she’s so knowledgeable about hair care. Definitely booking again and also plan on bringing my girls for a mommy daughter date.

I got a haircut with layers. I tried to like it. It looked wonderful when i left. However after a closer inspection my hair just looks totally uneven. I HAD LONG HAIR, now its short and butchered. Layers are not blended. One side is shorter than the other side. Im just too upset. I will never go to a salon ever again. I dont care about the negative response. My hair speaks for itself.
My husband and I were walk-in’s and we were fit in right away! The atmosphere here is so inviting and everyone is so fun and outgoing. I got my haircut by Bianca and she did a FABULOUS job. My hair was long (mid-back length) and I asked to cut it right below my shoulder blades. I got a wash, cut, and blow-dry done. I walked out feeling beautiful and my hair looked so healthy and smooth. I’m literally obsessed!! My husband got his beard trimmed and cleaned by Lagena and he loves it! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back here 💛
Scheduled my first appointment online with Mindy Holder. It was very easy to schedule times dates and services were clearly listed. Arrived a few minutes before scheduled time and was taken right back for my appointment. The salon is beautiful and well kept. Mindy listened to my wants and communicated well. I’ve been to several hair stylists since cutting my hair short and so far she is my favorite! I showed her a photo of what I wanted but told her she had freedom to do what she thought would look good and it turned out perfect!

I do not have enough good things to say about this salon. First, let me talk about Raz. I was referred to her because I had terrible back pain when I first moved to Lakeland. She was concerned and caring. After a few sessions, I was able to stand and ambulate much better. I have been going to her now for over a year and a half. She has helped and continues to help with my back issues. I highly recommend her services and sing her praises from the rooftops.I also started seeing Susie for my haircuts. She listens to what you want and does a really good job.All in all this is a fun, kind and caring place that makes you feel like family.

Brooke was absolutely amazing! She gave me my first facial treatment and dermaplaning and it felt so relaxing and my skin felt brand new when I was done! I’m absolutely booking another session, and she’s my go to! Always supported her back when she was just doing waxing, and now I’m happy I can support her in her other ventures!
Excellent experience with Kelly. I asked for layers, side swept bangs and volume. Came in for cut and style. She listened to what I wanted, was very understanding and super patient and sweet.She styled my hair very nicely and gave style ideas and reassurance. She also told me ways to give volume to thin, fine hair. Extremely disappointed. I booked a full highlight for my grown out blonde. I mentioned multiple times that I wanted a super bright, neutral blonde (Not too warm and not too ashy). I showed my stylist, Denise, a photo matching what I described but ended up with gray/silver hair. It is very over-toned and some parts even look blue. I regret paying for this service and not bringing this up with a manager while still in the salon. Would not recommend.

Claudia was so amazing with my hair! I had wanted to get a lighter brown because my hair was dyed dark brown/black and she used lightener to get me exactly where I wanted with no damage at all! My hair feels so healthy, and she offered 10/10 customer service. I will definitely be back, everyone was very attentive and friendly. Claudia is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had, I definitely recommend her.
I went in for a deep scalp treatment and Denise took care of me. I came in with itchy flaky scalp that was very uncomfortable for me and she really listened to my needs and concerns. My hair and scalp feel so much better after the first treatment. I definitely recommend!
I just had my first massage with Razz and wow. I have been getting massages for the last 15 years, and I can honestly say Ive only had 2 masseuse that have blown me away, and Razz is one of them.A few key things to note, I went in for a prenatal massage as I am almost at my due date. I did not know how much I needed this until 5 minutes into the session. Im so glad I booked the 90 minutes because it was heavenly. Im sad its over lol!Razz made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. She is highly intuitive with the pressure and movements. Its nothing short of amazing, and I will definitely be going back soon! If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. If they ever invented an AI masseuse, I really hope they would use her as the prototype, lol. I also love the space theyve created at the salon where it feels like you have your own private space thats really beautiful and quiet, too.Thank you so much love!!!

First time at the salon, new to the area and I really liked the overall decor and vibes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and extremely professional and the other surrounding stylist were as well. Adrian was my stylist he did an amazing job he had a thorough conversation with me prior to doing anything to ensure he understood what my goal was and vision overall for my hair. I had a color and cut done he did an amazing job with a color it was a two-step process which I don’t think I’ve had done before and I really think it’s going to last for a good long time. I can tell you that Adrian knows how to cut hair I’ve had a few good stylists in my day and I’m glad to know that I was able to sit down in the chair of a professional who knew how to cut hair to shape properly not only for my face but for my hair type. Not to mention he was just fun to be around extremely kind and very professional but really enjoys what he does I would highly recommend the salon and Adrian as a stylist.

They took me as a walk in and gave me a 10% discount since it was first time going here. Veronica made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down to during the waxing process. My stylist was Claudia Olivera whom did an outstanding job on my long hair. Her efficient work included a vegan keratin treatment, haircut, and blow-dry. My salt and pepper long hair was gorgeously transformed - I absolutely loved it. And my husband too! I finally found the place for my hair searching for more than a year after moving from New Jersey to Florida. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

So I almost cried after I got my hair done and NOT for the reason you may think. I have had numerous tears fall down my face from bad experiences in the past with my hair. This is the first time the end result almost bought me to tears due to how happy I was. I have very long and thick hair so it is a project to do. My experience here is probably one of the best I have ever had at a salon. All the members of the staff I came into contact with were exceptional. My stylist Belinda is definitely one of a kind. She is a super sweet and beyond a talented individual. (I may cry myself to sleep tonight because I found her). I came in with what I like to think of is a mess. I had a lot of damaged hair due to a pervious bleach job. I love that she was honest about what she felt comfortable with doing with the state of my hair. Sometimes I need people to tell me no, that’s not a good idea. The end result of the color is beyond anything I thought she would be able to accomplish. I have been trying to get my hair fixed back to what I like for the past two years. I still can not believe this talented lovely individual got me back to where I feel like myself again when I look in the mirror. Thank you so much! Words can not even describe the gratitude I feel right now. In addition to the fantastic color her blow dry skills are absolutely insane. I have never had someone only style my hair with a blow dryer, achieve smooth straight hair, and me absolutely not hate it. I grew out my hair to its natural grey and just decided that it aged me too much. Caroline and I had a consult, and decided to take it back to blonde. I LOVE IT!! I had the pleasure of visiting this salon for the first time today. Liz washed, cut and styled my hair and she was the sweetest! Also she massaged my head during the shampoo and that just made my day. The front desk (Im so sorry I didnt catch her name) girl was also so sweet and made me comfortable while I waited. 10/10, lovely atmosphere, people and just over all a great place to be.
I am from Michigan and you still cannot get your hair done there. I was in Florida for a week and chose this wonderful salon. I’ve had the same hair dresser for 33 yrs and was nervous to try a place I knew nothing about. I Chose them based by their reviews and from their fabulous website.The Bios about them were very helpful and the photos of the salon looked like it was a nice place. I chose Charline to do my partial highlights. She was absolutely Amazing! Very nice and made you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve had my hairdresser for so long I never have to tell him much he just knows what to do for my hair. I told Charline to just do what she thought would be best for my hair. And she did such a Fabulous Job! I had existing highlights she touched up, added some more with some lighter lights, some low lights, and some grays to cover. I just LOVE what she did! My first visit to the salon. My stylist was Mindy. What a wonderful experience. Salon itself was very stylist. Receptionist was very customer focused I am sorry I did not get her name. Mindy took her time to listen to my past hair experiences and what I would like. Mindy cut and styled my hair exactly as I had asked. Mindy cut my hair styled it then had me take a look to make sure it was what I wanted, Mindy was very willing to correct anything I wanted changed.I am so happy that after four years of searching for a salon I have finally found one.

My first visit in February was with Monique. She did such a great job on my hair!! I came back two days ago to get a touch up. My stylist was Mindy. She was super nice however she colored my roots a very DARK brown which didn’t match the rest of my hair. And there was no blending of the dark with the lighter part of my hair so it didn’t look very good overall.Belle La Vie was very understanding and scheduled a free color correction the next day with Belinda. Belinda was also very sweet however Belinda re-bleached my hair and now it’s falling out 😔. I’m 42 years old and never knew I’d cry this much over hair but having my hair literally fall out in chunks has been a very sad experience. Charlene was extremely gracious to offer a free cut next week for free since I’m going on vacation tomorrow, but I declined and she immediately refunded the total cost of the original appointment. She also gave me a free bottle of K18 to help repair my hair.Overall I absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere of the salon. Everyone is very nice, and they were more than willing to work with me to fix the issue. But I found out today we should’ve NEVER re bleached the hair less than 24 hours later. And now my hair is literally fried and falling out. I can share pics. The entire experience was traumatic. And I’m stuck with bad hair for a while. 😔

I’m very unhappy after this hair consultation. I drove 25 minutes to get here as the reviews were all good. The girl I was booked with barely talked to me while I was telling her about my hair. She offered no suggestions and then said that she doesn’t even do bob haircuts. I have never been to a hair salon that does not do a specific hair cut/style. That is very strange to me. The “consultation” lasted about 2 minutes and I never was given any advice or suggestions on what I wanted to do with my hair. Totally bewildering!Edit in response: I felt the “need” to write a negative review because my experience was not up to the standard I expected, that is the reason for reviews. I understand that she could not do the style but nowhere on the booking site does it specify who can or cannot do what haircut or style. Otherwise, I would have booked with someone that would. Also, for your information I have never heard of someone in the industry being unable to complete or do a specific hairstyle or cut. I have been to multiple salon my whole life and never heard of that before so it’s just very strange. But beyond all of that, I felt like the consultation was a waste of my time and I was never offered any suggestions for my hair. The whole experience lasted for only a couple minutes where I was rushed in and out of the chair, that is not a consultation. The whole experience was misleading and confusing hence my review.

Salon:I can’t say enough about this salon. The salon itself is gorgeous and very tasteful with just the right amount of classy decor. The staff is amazing, and that means a lot coming from someone like me. I’m typically a quiet person because new people make me nervous (anxiety), but the girls and Rodney (I hope that’s his name?) made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Even the receptionist was a sweet girl. I especially like that although the stylists had one on one conversations with their clients, the salon atmosphere was so friendly to the point where clients and stylists would engage in group conversations as well. The entire experience was so relaxing, and I’m so happy to have found Lucille! She is by far the best stylist I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning not only for Lucille, but the rest of the staff as well. This salon is the definition of how a small business should be ran, staffed, and presented. Kudos to the owner and her awesome team!Stylist:Lucille was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her if you’re nervous about getting your hair done! I had my very FIRST Brazilian Wax today and it was THEE BEST experience! I was SO nervous but Eryn was nothing but caring and professional. SHE is what made this experience so great! I recently moved to Lakeland and had a tough time finding someone willing and experienced to perm my hair. The salon was clean, bright and everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I took my 9 yr old daughter in last week to get a bit of a crazy haircut. The stylists worked together to make sure the cut was done to the way my daughter wanted. She is extremely happy with the outcome. The stylists were hyping her up and encouraging her for choosing such a bold cut.I went in yesterday and had my hair chopped off and added some bangs. I loved my experience at Belle a Vie! I had an appointment with the amazing owner who helped me change my hair pretty drastically. She made me feel comfortable giving feedback when I wanted to adjust something and left me feeling light and bright after the appointment. This was an amazing experience! Ive never had a massage before, but Raz was wonderful! She was very caring and professional and was able to give me some great advice regarding some self care. I would definitely recommend her for anyone seeking out or thinking about getting a massage: its the best thing you can do for yourself. Oh what to sayy!!! Everyone there is so sweet and easy to get along with. The environment is a we awesome and laid back. Also conversations going on. If you go into your appointment feeling down or out you definitely will come out feeling happy and up. Eryn did my brazilian(side note* Im a first timer) she made me feel very comfortable. We conversations the entire time and it didnt hurt as bad as I expected. The after math as well is awesome! I am very satisfied with her services and will definitely be visiting again! Not only did he give me pricing options on my budget, but was awesome to talk to, amazing vibe, and amazing colorist and cut! He takes that extra step called good old fashion stellar service. My hair is very thin and fragile which makes it difficult to find a good stylist.I had a follow up appointment to have my hair done. Charline did an amazing job. I can not rave enough about this place. I had my first appointment today and truly fell in love with this place. I got a cut, a color corrector, color, shampoo and style by Kellie 😍. She did any amazing job on my hair. She cut my hair and made sure that she asked questions along the way like for example: I had layers in my hair and before she cut she asked me if I wanted her to cut more layers into my hair since she was cutting off 2 inches. She cut the layers perfectly, she colored my hair great, and she styled it cute in curls for me. She didn’t keep it boring either. We talked so it wasn’t awkward and she made sure that I was accommodated. Other staff members there were welcoming, and made sure I was accommodated too. Other staff members frequently asked if I wanted something to drink or wanted anything. The owner was very happy, out going, and she was also checking on customers. The place is clean, stylish and a chic spa. I loved my visit so much that I have already booked a lash appointment with kellie for next week. Thank you so much.08/10/2020 I went back for my lash appointment and I honestly walked out with a lot more done. my lashes Are looking so natural and on point. I ended up getting my brows waxed and colored. I also go acrylic nails. I came out a new woman and it was worth every penny. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.

I wanted hair extensions and this was my first time, she literally made my hair look very natural and even matched the hair color the way I wanted it! I was nervous at first but so glad I did! The salon is comfortable . I had a great haircut the first visit so I went back for a 2nd visit and when I explained what I wanted and was told the price we decided on just a root touch up as I wasnt in the position to pay 200$ for more services at that time .. so during the root touch up I was asked if I would like her to pull a little of the color down I said yes as thats what always happens when I have a root touch up to blend it . When it came time to pay it was 200$ she charged me for a halo and root touch up. I said I told you I couldnt afford a halo and root touch up .. First off she DID NOT DO A HALO!!! I cannot believe the dishonesty ... I called my hairdresser at home and googled the Halo process ... definitely not a root touch up!!!

The salon is so updated and I love the ambiance. Marisela, was such a professional.She took my hair to the next level! She takes time with her client and trys to achieve what the client wants ( within reason because you know a professional can only do so much depending on the hair). I finally found a hairdresser AND it is in my town!Since I moved to Florida 3 years ago this week, I have been through - I think -7 hairdressers! I have VERY delicate, thin, fine hair. Hairdressers always say they can do it, and invariably, they fry it or it comes out orange or yellow, etc.I saw Charline last month. Not only did she listen to me, she did what I asked. It is not fried or brassy! AND the salon and other employees were lovely. Charline is a gem also-great personality and fun.Im grateful!

My favorite salon ever! Charlene is a pro with every aspect of hair; she is the only person I trust for color and every time I leave, I feel like a million bucks. The salon is beautiful and relaxing, as well. I drive all the way from Orlando to go here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
It wasn’t a bad experience. But I do have some critiques. I do like how my hair turned out. The trim and layers made it more healthy. But the customer is always right when they state explicitly how they want their hair. I specifically said I did not want my roots BLEACHED/TOUCHED. And I was EXPLICIT that I did not want it bleached. My shirt got bleached as well. Which was my mistake. But still I felt like a lot could have been different. I understand she showed me her roots and said would I like it like that the tone fade but not bleaching down my roots. I said yes. And my roots were bleached. With her explaining to me that she would use a different toner to darken and fade it out. My hair got toned. But still it wasn’t exactly what I agreed too and I just need my hair to fade in from my dark roots. And I wanted a icy blonde. I know it takes time which isn’t a problem. It’s just the root thing was a deal breaker for me. If I pay you. And I’m treating you kindly. As a artist you should give me my vision. Not yours.
I just had my first massage with RAZ and hands down it was the BEST massage I have ever had. 90min is the way to go! She took her time and worked areas throughly, listened to where I wanted her to focus and previewed what a hot stone massage would feel like. Sold! I had to immediately schedule another hot stone massage for me and my husband. She also educated me on proper stretching and home care in between visit. She truly cares about your well being. The lovely lady who helped at the front desk was also as kind as could be and helpful. This salon is clean and beautiful, really allowing you to relax and feel pampered.

The girls at the front desk were very attentive. I was a little nervous going in, I had never had a Brazilian wax before. Eryn did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. The entire experience I had at the salon was great and I will definitely return!
Had a few services today. Started the day with Razeeya getting a Swedish massage. Awesome!Then preceded to Rodney to get my hair cut and colored. Again, Awesome!While waiting the required time for my color, I had a pedicure from Veronica for the third Awesome!Highly recommended!!
Just left the salon and Sunny was awesome. She did a full color and Keratin treatment. She was so friendly and professional. The end result was beyond perfect and I can’t wait to come back! I would 10/10 recommmend this to anyone in the area!

If you want a Brazilian wax well done this is the place. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Eryn is the only one that do Brazilian wax and let me tell you... this girl knows what shes doing. Her professional and experience speaks for itself. I came mentally prepared for the pain to get almost a full body wax. Instead Eryn is super social and the music had help to think not at all about the pain. My appointment was at 4pm and didnt get out almost at 6pm. I was super embarrassed to keep her up so late but she stayed to get the job done. I will definitely will come back to this place.
Facials & sugar waxing with ERYN is a must!!!!!For the best service ever, go to Eryn for any and all of your body waxing and facial needs. Instead of regular wax I get sugar wax for my Brazilian waxes and it barely hurts. I love how silky and smooth my skin always feels after! For facials, she offers many different services based on your skin’s needs. I recommend adding dermaplaning to a facial because it removes so much excess dead skin and leaves your face feeling flawless. I have been going to Eryn for years and her professionalism and skill is unmatched! 💝
Amazing! All the ladies are very nice. Hillary always does a great job of getting my hair exactly how I want it. When I first came in to get my pixie cut I had no idea what I wanted and Hillary took my I dont know just make it cute and turned it into the best hairstyle Ive ever had! Definitely would recommend.
Ive had two teeth whitening sessions (2 treatments each time, a total of 4 treatments). Each teeth whitening treatment builds on the previous, so the results get better after each session. For me, this is a good option, its comfortably in the middle of going to a dentist and paying a mini fortune or buying a DIY home kit. Every employee from the girl at the counter to the assistant in the room was extremely professional, genuinely welcoming, and knowledgeable about the salon, product, and process.

Highly disappointed with my first time visiting the salon. I went there wanting something different than I’ve ever had so I could have a new look for my birthday, 3 days away. I was convinced by the stylist to do something completely different than the idea I had in mind, hoping they would enhance the look I walked in there with. My hair is fried at the ends and it’s butchered. I thought by day 2 I would get used to it, but I still can’t stop crying. The salon is beautiful, and I was expecting so much better than what I was given.
Got rescheduled with another esthetician on the day of the waxing service. Granted it was her first day, the second she placed the wax on my eyebrow, I let her know it wax cold. She insisted it was melted and kept going , pulling in the wrong direction , resulting in minimal hair removal and repeated tweezing which I begged her to stop doing. I ended up stopping the service and cancelling the others . My eyebrows are extremely easy to do; most people get them neatened up in 2-3 minutes. This took over 15 minutes and my eyebrows are poorly shaped and uneven now. Still paid full price for a horrible service

WONDERFUL! Rodney knows his perms!!! My hair was in desperate need of some body and volume, a perm seemed to be the only solution. Rodney helped me understand the process and answered all my questions using his expertise knowledge and executed flawless curls with beautiful volume and body to my previous very very straight hair. I got a Brazilian wax with Amber, and she was absolutely amazing. She’s was super quick and very gentle. This was probably the most painless wax I’ve gotten done. She was fantastic
For my birthday my daughter and husband gave me gift certificates to go to the spa. I went to Belle La Vie not knowing what I will find. From the time I made the appointment until I left the salon everyone was very friendly yet very professional. I had a facial and Eryn have so much knowledge and gave me some good tips. Before she started she told me about her experience as an Esthetisian and I felt very comfortable. My hair was done by Marisela and Charline did my mani/pedi. I felt like a princess by the time I left. What an experience. I tell everyone about my time in the spa and recommend it.

I have had a hair cut and a massage at this salon. Both have been “top notch.” Raz gave me the best massage I have ever had. She explained to me her therapy plan and briefed me on how my body responded after treatment was complete. Customer service was great. Planning on a massage, book here.
Went into for my first Brazillian and Eryn was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I was inside I was warmly welcomed. Went in for my first sugar brazilian wax (first time waxing ever) Eryn was beyond amazing! She makes you feel as if youve known each other for years. SUGAR WAX WITH ERYN!OMG where do I begin! So I booked the last appt at 6:30 and rushed after work! Once I met Eryn she wasn’t rushing me and overall extremely patient. When I was brought into the room I told her how scared I was because I hadn’t waxed in quite a while so she told me I can yell at her etc! Her conversations were funny, entertaining, and super down to earth! I drive an hour just to get my sugar waxing with her! She’s a doll and I highly recommend her services! Thank you Eryn!
I usually go here for my eyebrows. Recently I saw a certain person who cut my hair and did my eyebrows. It was the first haircut I’d received there. I paid $40 plus the eyebrow wax. The day after he did my eyebrows I realized he butchered them. One was wayyyy shorter than the other and they were not waxed evenly. I was extremely upset but there was nothing I could do except let them grow out. Today I went somewhere else for a haircut. She pointed out everything wrong with my previous haircut from Belle la Vie. It’s only been about two months since he cut it. My layers were uneven and non existent in some places etc. Thank God she was able to fix it. I will NEVER get my hair cut here again and will only let Erin do my eyebrows from now on. He also cut my boys hair and it was obvious he had no idea how to give them a fade etc. A young lady there told my husband she couldn’t give him anything but a scissor cut. I would go anywhere else but here for a haircut.To the owner: Reviews are for both good and bad experiences. I don’t need to check with you before reviewing your place of business. There is/was no way for you to fix my eyebrow that is still too short on one side and still filling in. As for the haircuts, when a stylist tells you they have no idea how to cut a mans hair it doesn’t make the salon seem attractive anymore especially given your high prices. I will pass. Thank you.
