Joy and Taylor are the BEST!!! So good that I made the trek to Lakeland just for my toxins!!! Joy is an amazing service provider; she takes her time, listens to her clients, and does NOT push any product. She WILL answer any questions you have and give recommendations, but the choice is always yours with no pressure. She is super gentle and explains the process step by step to make sure you are most comfortable with your service and product choice. But it would not be a team without Taylor. She is so attentive and detail oriented. Taylor keeps tight track of my appointments and locations, and if there are any issues she provides plenty of notice and options if changes are needed. Don’t forget to ask her about the membership and rewards program…so WORTH IT!!!Want a fresher natural tighter face without plastic surgery, do think, just book at DayDreams Spa with Joy!!!

The entire spa is amazing! Joy and Taylor are phenomenal!! Since I have had a baby, I have had a difficult time losing any weight. After talking to Joy and Taylor I felt so comfortable that I started taking a weight loss medication. From January to June, I was able to lose 35 pounds and reach my goal weight. Yes the medication helped me lose the weight but I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Joy and Taylor’s support and guidance. DayDreams is the best day and medical spa in town!

I absolutely love Daydreams!!! It is the only place I go to for manicures, and they always do an incredible job! I get gel polish, and it lasts for 2-3 weeks. Everyone there is so friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the amazing quality. I love that I can get designs for no additional cost versus other salons that charge extra. Vanessa is my nail tech, and I adore her!! She is so sweet and very talented at what she does! Definitely recommend!!

Ive been to both the Brandon & Lakeland locations & have been impressed at both. Between the services offered, pricing, and most of all the service. Everyone is so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. You will leave insanely relaxed & refreshed.

DayDreams is definitely my go-to for nails. All the girls are great, but Natasha is my girl! She always makes my day! Each year at Christmas my husband blesses me with a full-day spa gift certificate and I feel so pampered and refreshed when I leave. I have in the past and will continue to recommend DayDreams. The staff is so friendly and professional from the moment you walk in the door. Why go anywhere else?

I went in for a couples massage and had a fantastic experience! The massage therapists who worked on us were friendly, courteous, and thorough. We were both very impressed with the service provides, as well as the environment. Everything was very calming, soothing, and clean. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are already planning our next couples massage. Absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Very serene. All of the employees were welcoming. The waiting area is relaxing. Molly did a fantastic job on my deep tissue massage and was receptive if I wanted more or less pressure.

I have gone to DayDreams for years for all of my massages and have never had a complaint! Today I had a deep tissue massage with Ciera and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Ciera is amazing, best massage I’ve ever had! She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing!! I can’t give her enough praise! Ciera will forever be the only one doing my massages from now on!!

This has easily became my favorite and #1 Spa. The customer service was amazing, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The place was so relaxing, refreshing, and beautiful. Kristina is my go to girl now. She gave me an amazing facial and beautiful brow tint. I’m so glad I found this place in Lakeland!

I can not say enough about the wonderful experience I had at daydream day spa. I was gifted a massage, facial and pedicure. Each part of my day spa was amazing. But that neck and shoulder massage really worked out some tight painful areas that I have been suffering with for a long time. I look forward to more visits in the future.

I have been a client of DayDreams spa for close to 20 years. Most recently I have been receiving regular massages. The message team a DayDreams is phenomenal. The services offered, the length of time and the therapist are exceptional. I leave each message fully relaxed, feeling like a ball of putty. I would highly recommend their massage services and all of their traditional spa services.

As usual my massage was amazing. My therapist Kaylie and the staff at Daydreams Spa always show care and concern in their professionalism while taking care of their guests. If you are looking for a relaxing, amazing experience, then this is the place.

Update: After having such a great experience on my birthday (April 2024), I went back a week or so ago expecting to have the same experience. I chose a deep muscle massage for 50 minutes. Day of, my appointment was changed to an earlier time due to an illness with the person they originally signed me up with (the person I went to in April is no longer there), and I was fine with that. Leaving early from work and rushing across town, I arrived at 4:59 for a 5 appointment (I know I know and I hate that) and check-in, filling out a card, being seated in another room, getting a drink, drinking half that drink... lets just say, I didnt get the full 50 minutes I paid for (my massage ended at 5:54), but thats the least of my problems. I want to start out saying that the lady giving me my massage was very nice, but she talked the entire time, and I am very new to massages and wasnt really sure how to tell her to stop without being rude and feeling guilty about it. The conversation was interesting, but not relaxing (some friends she had who committed suicide, family, parents, etc.) - I feel like she just needed someone to talk to - and the massage itself was not anything like the first one. I had explained to her, in the exact same way I did with the first woman, that I have anxiety and struggle with being touched and have been told that massages can help me with this. She assured me that she would walk me through each step of the way and she did not do anything like that. (The most she did was ask me if the pressure was okay at one point after she had me turn over to be on my stomach, which I said it was, but then she quickly changed it to a different pressure.) There was no consistency, so parts my back werent even touched (she put oil on, was rough in spaces, pulled the sheet over my back and then randomly pushed down in spots), she spent a very long time on spots (like the spot between my bra strap and neck, intermixed with some messing up of my hair and putting oil on my face - thats not a scalp massage or face massage like she had offered before we got started) while hardly spending any time on others (she put oil on the arches of my feet only, and spent about 30 seconds on each arch only). There was no massage to my legs at all (just simply spreading oil on them) and hardly any to my arms. It was not relaxing, and I left feeling way more tense than I did when I came in. I reached out to the spa that evening via email, telling them that I wasnt doing this to receive my money back or anything (I even tipped the lady) because I did receive the service even if it was a terrible massage, but just letting them know of my experience, and heard nothing back. I then filled out the survey that they sent out and heard nothing back that time either. Again, wasnt wanting my money back, just wanted an acknowledgement of what I went through. I wont be going back. Sad, really, but the two massages were night and day in difference from each other and they clearly werent interested.Original 5-star Review: My birthday was this past Friday and a friend of mine decided to get me (and her) massages to celebrate. I am someone who suffers from anxiety and struggles with being touched (not panic attack struggle, but a lot of stress) so I was (very) nervous about going in but figured it would be a good thing to try. When we went in yesterday, I told the ladies at the front desk about this, and they told me to talk to my massage therapist before we got started. They then moved us into a quiet (and beautifully decorated) room where I had a peach mimosa. Melissa was wonderful! She heard me out, made suggestions, explained how things were going to go, and had me disrobe as far as I felt comfortable. Each time she moved to a different part of my body, she told me what was happening and asked if I was okay with it. I felt very relaxed after speaking to her and ended up enjoying the massage quite a bit. I definitely plan to go back and will ask for her specifically.

I have visited Day dreams day multiple times. The first time was a gift from family. I returned because I enjoyed the experience. They do pressure you to buy additional services or products, which I love. I hated the high pressure sales at the end of other spas. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always recommend and will definitely return.

A friend who had scheduled a massage for her spouse suggested this place. So I booked a massage as a Valentines gift for my significant other. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My s/o said the massage itself was great, extremely relaxing and helped alleviate the tension in their back and shoulders. Cant recommend this place more!

My wife goes to see Joy and she’s gotten several treatments done over the last year like Botox and Filler. I was a little skeptical at first because i think she’s perfect the way she is but Joy has helped her gain her confidence back through the treatment plan she recommended and i can’t thank her enough.

Update: the customer service was excellent and I returned for another classic pedicure and was satisfied. I would go back!This review is for a classic pedicure. Not sure if it’s because it was a late appt or my nail associate was going through something, but she seemed tired and barely spoke to me. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails cut or just shaped. The first thing I noticed was the pedicure chair looked like it was falling apart( the seat part was either sticking way out or idk) The bowl was full of water with bubbles- when I’m home and reviews the website again to read the details and how long the pedicure should’ve been I confirmed - it says a salt soak- not sure if bubbles would be part of a salt soak. I was also kinda uncomfortable being that my feet were hitting the front of the bowl. It says 50 minutes but I was done in half an hour :(Don’t get me wrong- it’s a nice ambiance and of course no usual nail salon smell but i honestly don’t think I’ll be back- for a pedicure at least. -_-

What a gem of a place! Joy is So Smart and talented and just such a bright light you want to hug her! And Taylor is such an amazing assistant, and gives you such great care and pays attention to detail. Can’t say enough about this place!! Natasha is the love of my life!!! The facials that she conducts performs are just amazing. They are so good for my skin. They help with the different cycles of life that I typically am going through and she has some thing for everyone. It is amazing. She does a phenomenal job when doing nails as well and I am so over the moon that she is back!!!! She is gold when it comes to your skin and I love it here. I also love Charity she does amazing with my nails as well and it is such a family place like a second I just can’t wait for them to be done all their construction and remodeling.

I was blessed with a gift card from my kids for Christmas and love going to Daydreams Spa! Today I had a soothing , relaxing massage with Yami and she melted away my stress! 🥰It was then followed with a wonderful pedicure for my feet, that were in terrible shape, with Alyssa, I left with them as smooth as a baby’s bottom .😊💓 I’ve been visiting Daydreams for years and I’ve always enjoyed their tranquil, relaxing environment. I recently had a Dysport appointment with Joy and it was AMAZING! From start to finish it felt like I was with a friend, enjoying my time, and spoiling myself a little bit. I was done before I knew it and felt little to no pain at all. I couldn’t be happier with the results or my time spent here at Daydreams! :)

It was extremely easy to book our couples message and a great location in Lakeside Village. Upon arriving the staff was professional , courteous and enjoyable to speak with while filling out my paperwork. As soon as we were finished, we were taking into a waiting area which was relaxing and also had snacks if needed. There was virtually no wait time before we were taken back into the massage room. Both our masseuse were very friendly , courteous and did an amazing job! We left feeling refreshed and ready to book our next appointment.

Day dreams Spa is my monthly getaway treat for an 80 minute massage. After I was diagnosed with herniated and bulging disks in my neck as well as an avid workout fanatic , I now treat myself to a monthly massage. The services and experiences they provide are outstanding and relaxing when you need to get away. Love enjoying my mimosa and snacks prior to my experience. The staff is amazing and always makes me feel special.

I have been going to Day Dreams Day Spa since it first opened. I have noticed a recent focus on customer service. The service was always professional and well done but now, it seems Day Dreams appreciates customers even more. I like the little touches and welcoming atmosphere. I now have my daughter going to Day Dreams and she loves the teen facial and massage services.

I was looking for an ultimate birthday gift for my wife of 20yrs and this place hit the spot perfectly. I did have some issues with attempting to book a full session online, which prompted me to visit the store in person. There I was met with very friendly, professional staff, I explained the occasion and was able to show them what I was looking for online. The exact day I wanted was not available (my fault) but they were able to book the following week due to our time constraints and I was given a nice simple but somewhat elegant gift bag with the appointment card wrapped up. It was sort of a nice thoughtful touch which I appreciated. I dropped my wife off at noon and was told to pick her up around 5pm. The Spa day started very nice, friendly staff, warm neck towels and Mimosas which are complimentary. She loved the Signature Tranquility Journey package which was super relaxing and then the Luxury Honey Treatment for the Manicure and Pedicure. We would definitely recommend this Day Spa and will be visiting again every few months.

I absolutely love Daydreams and try to go at least every month if not more. The staff are all so sweet and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They have comfortable chaises in the waiting area, snacks, and mimosas. Their hot stone massages are amazing, ask for Algenise- She got a knot out of my neck that Ive had for like 15 years, I feel like a new person now lol! And their manicures and pedicures are so relaxing and my nails always look great. It is definitely worth it to get a membership, its a permanent part of my self care routine now 😊.

I have been going to DayDreams for years now and they are the only place I’ve ever received massages. I get a deep tissue massage every month just about and they are always so nice and helpful. They greet me right away and get me checked in, ask if I want a beverage and take me back to the waiting area. I never have to wait long for my therapist (Kaylie K) and she knows my preferences (I don’t usually like to have the bed heated so she turns that off for me) and she is a godsend because no one can work out my tension like her. Once I’m done she gives me the option to keep relaxing and brings me a water. Their merchandise is always changing and they add new products regularly. They have continuously added services over the years to truly give you whatever you need at this one spa. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I will continue to go for as long as possible.

I visited this spa on Saturday for the first time and what a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff were all so friendly. My massage therapist Ciera was phenomenal. It was by far the best massage I have ever had in my life. Ciera is absolute magic and I will not go to anyone else, but her now. It felt like she healed me and I feel completely rejuvenated after just one visit. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the other services they offer, as this place is an oasis.

My fiancé and I received a couples massage twice at the Lakeland location. The staff was very friendly starting from the time you entered until you left. The massage therapist were excellent. They asked questions when needed, but otherwise, they made sure to provide you with a great experience to make you want to come back. Like I said, we have been twice. My now husband has purchased gift cards for this Christmas, so Day Dream Spa, well be back in 2024.

Came with my mom for a deep tissue couples massage as a Xmas gift to her. We had Ashley and Victoria and it was hands down the best spa experience ever! They were fun and made our muscles feel soooo much better afterwards!

I love the atmosphere of the spa. It smells great, it instantly relaxes you, the staff is always friendly and who doesnt love a mimosa? DayDreams Day Spa is so relaxing and calming. I have monthly massages with Katelynne. The staff is always welcoming and goes out of the way to make you feel relaxed. I always tell my family and friends to check out DayDreams Day Spa since I love going there.

Unfortunately with the renovation, Day Dreams has chosen looks over comfort. We wont be able to continue getting our monthly manicures with our pedicures because of the new manicure chairs they picked out. They dig into your thighs when you sit for a period of time. Very uncomfortable. After our manicure last time the technicians said other customers had expressed their displeasure with them as well and not sure they would be keeping them. I really dont want to go to different places for my mani and pedi. I hope they change their mind.

Received a massage by Kaylie Knaak and it was fantastic! By far one of the best massages I have ever had. Everyone here is so welcoming. The spa is so peaceful and relaxing. They offer you drinks and they have snacks. They have relaxing waiting rooms that are not waiting rooms but relaxing rooms that you can go to before and after your massage or whatever procedures you are having. I continue to go back to Daydreams because they do such a nice job in so many areas.

It was my first time here, as Ive had many massages at other places. I was referred by my boss and it was the most amazing experience Ive had. The environment was so calm and peaceful, everyone was nice. The only complaint I would have is that when I first started my massage the girl kept trying to have a conversation about random things while I was trying to relax, but when she really got going, she was quiet. I went in to get filler for the very first time and Nurse Joy was an absolute dream, I was a nervous wreck going in but she was so incredibly patient and calm and has an incredible amount of knowledge to share. My experience was painless and she made sure I looked as natural as possible while achieving what I was asking for. I’m beyond happy with my result.

I have no complaints about this place! Ever since I have started going here I have been treated with respect and I am always taken care of! Taylor does my pedicure/manicure and she does a PHENOMENAL job! Erin does my waxing, facials, and massages and she also does a PHENOMENAL job! If I am unable to fit in with my go to people at the spa, the staff really go above and beyond to find someone who can make you feel comfortable and provide you with excellent care and service. I had a custom facial done at Day Dreams and it was AMAZING! I was greeted with a Mimosa and then taken back to a very peaceful waiting area. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and listened and treated my concerns appropriately. Ill definitely be booking more services in the future :)

Wife bought me a gift certificate for a deep tissue massage. What a great time! They gave me drinks when I walked in. Great receptionist. Kaylie was my therapist and she did an excellent job! I recently had some cosmetic work done at Daydreams Spa after a free consultation. I had PDO threads for my lower face and jowls. It was an instant transformation! I felt very confident in Joy Sherman as she explained everything in detail and showed me what she was doing the whole time. There was minor pain with the numbing but after that i was very comfortable. Joy also put fillers in my lips to even them out and I am thrilled with the way they look!Thanks, Joy and Taylor!

I was a little nervous when my kids gave me a gift certificate to visit the spa since I had never been to one. All of the staff in Lakeland were so friendly and welcoming, I was nice and relaxed in no time at all! Perla did my massage and she did not disappoint! She is so friendly and I felt so relaxed when it was over! Natasha had her hands full with my facial, as I had never had one. She discussed what I was concerned about, addressed those issues plus some! Jazzy had the chore of cleaning up my rough hands from work and my feet! Jazzy was a lot of fun, while providing a nice calm environment. My polish lasted over 2 weeks… which is longer than the normal 3 days if I had gone elsewhere. Jazzy has also gone out of her way to help me out before a work event!These 3 ladies are truly amazing and do not disappoint!

I went for permanent makeup in December after they started offering it. Erin did an amazing job, both in walking me through the process and the actual service. We decided on a combination brow with both micro blading and shading. I absolutely love them! Getting my follow up appointment went great and getting the touch up went just as smoothly. I will and have already recommended her and Daydreams to friends and even strangers who ask me!

Joy did an amazing job on my aesthetic services. She has such a talent for her craft and I would call her a true artist. Beautiful spa but didn’t feel quite comfortable. The front desk ladies were super sweet and welcoming.We had 3 appointments -10 year old son - Massage9 year old daughter - Massage and facialComputer glitches double booked the kids and I was told I could only get 2 massages and 1 facial. I learned upon exiting, Bryce could get this facial…..My son’s massage therapist was sweet as well and she also informed him on how the process goes and asked questions during his massage (are you comfortable, does it hurt, is the towel too hot, etc).My daughter’s massage therapist needs to work on her bed side manner….she gave us a peculiar look when my daughter said that she has a massage before and stated “you had a massage before? Rolled her eyes and said “oh ok….” She hardly said 5 words to Bella during the entire process….(I was in the room when it happen).While the kids were getting their massages (we were all in the same room), someone was outside coughing uncontrollably for a good 10-15 minutes. It didn’t bother the kids but if I was getting a massage, it would have pissed me off.Odd encounter with my daughter’s esthetician for her facial as well (I am all about the first impression). I asked her which room will they be in she too gave me an odd look and said “DO WE NEED A PARENT IN THE ROOM TODAY?….” I don’t know, do we! My daughter is 9 and I don’t know these people and this is our 1st time visiting a spa in Florida (we are from up North).I drove 40 minutes to this Spa and supported this business. The kids enjoyed their service (s) but I have so many mixed feelings and not sure if we will ever return to Lakeland again.

I’ve been coming to Daydreams since the beginning of the year a few times per month. The facility is beautiful, relaxing ambience in both waiting rooms, complementary mimosas. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The one thing that keeps me coming back to this location is my massage therapist, Perla. She is the best massage therapist I’ve had in twenty years. She’s extremely talented, well-trained, and knows how to find the muscles that need attention. I’ll keep coming back as long as Perla is here.

I was gifted a Spa Day from my daughter. I do not get pedicures, ever, because of a very bad experience, but was assured by my daughter that Danielle was amazing and I would love it. She was 100% RIGHT. Danielle was very kind and very professional. When I left the pedicure appointment , I felt as if I had brand new feet ! Her gentleness and ability to make me feel comfortable was above and beyond what I was expecting . She took the pedicure trauma off of me that day and I definitely will be back .The other part of my gift was a facial . I have never gotten a facial and I will say , Christine had me so relaxed to where I almost fell asleep . She took her time and explained each step and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the process . My face had never felt and looked so healthy in all of my adult years . After getting the Royal treatment by Danielle and Christine , I will be back for both.

DayDreams has the best atmosphere for a relaxing massage. I decided to treat myself to a Serenity Stone massage. I arrived early and was greeted with a complimentary drink and quiet area. My masseuse was Perla and she was fantastic! I will definitely be booking with her again next time. She made sure I was comfortable and had a soothing experience.

Got a pedicure/deep tissue massage and they were able to schedule it quickly. My massage was originally a Swedish, but after talking to my therapist about having a little kid I’m holding constantly she did some pressure points to relieve some lower back issues and gave me some stretches that would help, and they have!

Day Dream Day Spa is a friendly, clean, and safe environment. I had a pedicure just recently and the tech was so nice and did a wonderful job. Also the front staff was amazing. They are also so friendly and helpful. Upon coming in I was greeted right away then my temperature was taken and questions asked. It was fast and simple. I would recommend everyone to them for any spa needs!

Absolutely loved this place for years however lately their service is terrible. Drove in today for my massage I booked on online with confirmation and was told it was cancelled. The employee was entirely unhelpful, unapologetic and rude said YEAH sometimes its an online glitchThe last time I came in they did not check me in properly and I waited nearly 30 min and ran into my massge therapist in the hall who said oh they told me you had cancelled so i did not recieve my full session.Ive suported this business for so long and will no longer due to the disrespect to my time and poorly trained staff at the desk. There are lots of options in Lakeland and they need to remember that.

I’ve been coming to daydreams for awhile now because I like the relaxing atmosphere when getting my nails done. I always book Jasmine for my gel manicures because she’s always delightful and does such a great job! She always listens to what I want and helps me when I’m indecisive. I absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a beautiful manicure.

Ive been here multiple times. Upon arrival Im offered a drink and snack as I change into a plush robe. Soft lighting, gentle music, a fireplace & chaises make waiting in the lounge nice in itself. I was surprised at how much I liked my first facial- yes, Ive gone back for more. My favorite service is the massage. Ive had the basic massage and the stone massage. I went in skeptical of the stone massage, but really enjoyed it. Once my husband joined me for a couples massage. It was the most relaxed Ive ever seen him- worth every penny. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect way to pamper yourself or a loved one.

There is a large waiting area where you have access to tea, coffee, champagne, mimosa, and a variety of cookies etc. The masseuse that I go to always takes her time and I feel prioritized. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming with nice dim lights and calming music.

I had a massage at 34 weeks pregnant and they were very accommodating, my husband was able to have a massage with me as well. Massage therapist Hope and Algenise were incredible.

I’ve been getting my lips and Botox done by Joy for over 3 years now and I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. I drive 1.5 hours just to see her. Her attention to detail and passion for her craft and clients are like no one else.

I currently live in another state but visit Florida frequently because we have family there. One day I had some spare time so decided to stop in for a quick massage. To say the least I was blown away. I was greeted immediately by a friendly front desk attendant. I was taken to the back and offered champagne, where I waited for my therapist. The back is dimly lit and built for relaxation. As for the massage itself, it was wonderful. I’m a bit older but still like the massage therapist to really work out my knots. The therapist was very careful and considerate and asked whether the level of pressure was comfortable. It was perfect! Not painful but definitely got “in there.” Since then, every visit to Florida (last visit was earlier last week), my husband and I make it a tradition of stopping in for a service or two. I’ve yet to encounter anything beyond stellar.

I have had the best service at Daydream. The staff at the desk when you come in to the technician. Joy and her assistants have been the best. I recommend Daydream to everyone.

Nor could I even get a pedicure Not too happy at this point. Hopefully my daughter enjoyed her alone time as that was not how it was supposed to be.

Algenise is an amazing masseuse!!! Ive had more massages than I can count, but hers was the best deep tissue Ive ever received! Im currently visiting from Indiana, and I woke up yesterday with the most painful back knots. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Im sooo glad I was scheduled with her. I feel like a new person. I will definitely be seeing her every time I come down to visit my family!!The spa itself is also wonderful. I loved the seating area and tranquil mood. I also loved all the nice products they sell. I definitely bought a few things!

I had a Day of Serenity (Lakeland) with Natalie for massage and Heather for facial/Pedi. Both ladies were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Natalie targeted my trouble areas and completely eleviated my achy back muscles. Heather introduced me to a facial cleanser that is so amazing I grabbed a bottle at check out. The atmosphere here is very warm, welcoming, relaxing, clean, and fragrant. I enjoyed every second of my experience here and will most certainly be back :)

The individuals who are managing the appointments need help! The environment in this Spa is the best ever!! However, if you keep having issues with bookings being cancelled, because they dont have enough nail techs or other employees on staff to back up when someone calls out sick, it hurts business. This is not a problem with the nail tech. This is a management problem. You need to be prepared for people to call out and if that means you have to spend a little more to keep more folks on staff you should do it. This is supposed to be a luxury spa, if I book 2 weeks in advance I dont expect to have to reschedule 80% of the time. Im sure all of your customers would agree if we wanted this kind of stress we could go elsewhere and pay less. Step up your game, hire someone who knows how to manage issues and keep more techs on hand so you dont have to reschedule peoples appointments. Still all that said once you get in this is still the most relaxing spa in the area due to the ambiance and the techs who perform the actual spa services.

I dont even live in town but I am willing to travel a bit to come here rather than other places. They also have a great membership deal where you get discounts and special offers. I recently received a gift card to DayDreams for a work promotion and then my husband added to it, therefore I was able to book my half day spa treatment on my birthday! It was the best present ever!! I had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I had never been to this or any other spa before so I didnt know what to expect. The staff were extrememly friendly!!!! The services were excellent! I left feeling like a new woman! I cant wait until my next day of pampering!

I come to DayDreams Day Spa every month and get a massage. Ive tried several other spas in town and this one is by far the most relaxing and pampering. I saw several therapist since Ive been visiting, but Perla is by far the best! I definitely recommend seeing Perla, she is very educated and knows exactly what is needed if you are having any issues. Go give her and try and you wont be disappointed.

This is the go to place for massage and facials! I havent tried any medical procedures (yet) but my husband and I really love our monthly massages!! The membership is well worth it and you can even apply it towards any services or even in items in the store. HIGHLY recommend!

I scheduled an appointment to get my nails done here for my daughters wedding. My nail specialist was becky. She was AMAZING!! she was very precise with her work and took her time. She made small talk with me and was very friendly. The service was finished and my nails looked great!! And an added bonus, I felt super relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend her!!

I go to DayDreams often, the staff are always really nice. The environment is always quiet. Algenise is by far the best, hands down! I normally book the deep therapy massage and she does just that and more! She is really great at what she does and I will continue to book with her every time I go.

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and decided to try out a mommy to be massage and I’m going back in 7 weeks for another! Michael took care of me and he was amazing. The establishment was clean and relaxing. I went for my birthday and treated myself to an 80 min massage, luxury pedi, and a facial. What I did not like about this experience was your told if you arrive late they take time off your appointment I was not late in fact early and made sure to have a gap in between my services for extra relaxation. I was called back for each service after my scheduled time but each service ended at the time it was supposed to except my pedi she carried over a little longer which made up for being called back a little later. My 80 minute massage was more like a 60 minute massage. The facial was great with Erin. It was a little loud during my pedi but im not one to complain about kids making noise as a mom myself, all in all I just didnt feel like I got a $300 dollar experience.

I visited this spa yesterday to get a deep tissue massage and it was horrible. I’m having horrible neck pain and it all started as soon as he finished the neck area. At first it was a discomfort. Woke up this morning now it’s a pain. During the deep tissue massage I had to tell him to go deeper 4 times. In some areas it felt like my 3 year was trying to give me a rub. Physical he was 4’11 which made it hard for him to maneuver over the table. I’m a female and it was as it he felt uncomfortable massaging me. The energy and relaxation just wasn’t there. I will say find a more personalized spa this was my second bad experience also

It was exactly the relaxing day I needed. Being a mom to a toddler and pregnant while working full time can definitely have it’s exhausting moments. The atmosphere of Day Dreams immediately relaxes me upon walking in and the services are wonderful. I have been going to the Lakeland Spa for any of my massage needs for 11 years now, they are wonderful.

I bought my wife a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. She came home raving about the experience. She is still gloating from the pampering but was the most impressed with the customer service and the waiting room she relaxed in before her appointment. The only tip I would offer is that you are better off to run early for your appointment. They told her that but she got there right on time and still had to fill out paperwork and didnt get to relax in the waiting area as long as she would have liked (have tea, coffees, snacks, warm heating for shoulders, etc.) They seriously made me look awesome for getting that as her birthday present. She was blown away by her experience which made me look good!!!

So from the moment you enter it’s really nice I scheduled an appointment for my mom and I for classic facials (50 minutes). We get placed in the quiet room and my mom gets called back within minutes mind you our appointment was at 4 I get called back at 4:06 the rep left the room came back at 4:13pm we get into my facial and the first thing I was ask how much I was willing to spend on facial care. I’m sorry but I was a bit annoyed by that comment I came to relax and have my face treated after having my baby boy a year ago. After that comment it became more of a selling products and prices thrown left and right instead of explaining what was going on my face. My facial was completed at 4:40 pm. For my first experience I was not impressed. My mom and I compared our experiences and they had given her a massage and the whole facial experience nothing was brought up about face products and prices or what she could afford. Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll be going back.

My Son-in-law and I bought our wives a package for Mother’s Day and they loved it. Today we redeemed our Father’s Day present that they gave to us. A deep tissue 80 minute massage. I’m 54 and this was my first massage. Life changing. Carrie was my masseuse and let me just say that she was amazing. I have pain that has disappeared that I didn’t know I had. I will be back. A super clean, safe, and professional business during this craziness we are all living in. Thank you!!

What a great experience! The Spa is a local small business with big city spa benefits. When you walk in the staff immediately greets you with a smile, they were very friendly. You are quickly taken to the changing room that provides lush robes, then its off to the relaxation room to wait. A quiet, calm space that prepares you for bliss as you sip champagne. The services are wonderful with professional staff. Facilities are very clean! I would recommend this spa to anyone relaxing, clean and professional.

I have been here a few times after getting gift cards from my husband. I have loved it each and every time. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is super friendly. I’ve done massages, facials, and mani/pedis and have never been disappointed.

I had been wanting to get a relaxation massage for a few weeks now, so after looking around I decided to give daydreams a try, and I’m glad I did! The girl at the front desk got me in quickly and back to the waiting room to wait for my therapist, who came within 2 minutes. She was super nice and the massage was incredible. She really focused on my problem areas and I could tell she really got rid of some knots because I was a litte sore after I left. The only negative thing I could say was I had heard that they offer complimentary mimosas, which I was looking forward to, but I wasn’t offered one, which wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t ask either! Can’t wait to go back!

Just moved to Lakeland yesterday. Drive from NYS to FL and after being in the car 20 hours my body was HURT. I looked up massage spas and DayDream had the best reviews. Upon entry every one was super nice! The atmosphere was nice serene and clean! My massage therapist was Victoria S. She was SO SO SO POLITE! Her techniques were ON POINT! I felt very comfortable. She recognized my tension points and worked out all the knots. That girl is GOOD!!!!!!!!!! I felt so so much better when I left and I will definitely be back!!!!After my massage I was offered water and a mimosa in their relaxation quiet area and it was so good!! Daydreams is by far my favorite place to get a massage. The setting looks so inviting and comfortable. You don’t feel like you are in a commercial massage parlor. If you want to feel like you are at a luxury massage parlor but without spending too much this is the place. I wish they offered monthly massage deals the mimosas are amazing and everyone is professional and great.

This is my sanctuary and Algenise, Ciera & Kaitlynn are the best massage therapistsI’ve had! Everyone is so nice and the environment is so relaxing.

It would be impossible to say enough about how much I loved DayDreams. The moment I walked into the spa, I loved it. Its beautiful and calming, and smells amazing. I had a phenomenal deep tissue massage from Natalie. I cant wait to come back!

10/10 I would recommend Algenise. She was friendly and welcoming and has many years under her belt in this field of work. I had a relaxation massage and she paid attention to my problem areas as well adjusted pressure when needed throughout the massage. I had a strain in my neck and it was relieved after 1 session. I am confident that she can assist with whatever your needs are.

Because Erin is amazing. I came from Brandon because she truly is my favorite. The spa was cute. The decor is a little outdated but Im not there for decor. I’m there for the complimentary mimosas and an amazing massage! Some days it can be a little noisier than I like for a spa but I overlook that with their amazing service.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday with a spa day. This spa is simply amazing, as soon as you check in they take you to the wonderful spa area, it is tranquil, dark and relaxing. I had a great massage, pedicure and facial. Highly recommend!

My massage was the first ever to relieve the kinks in my neck/shoulders! Everyone working was so pleasant and kind too. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at DayDreams Day & Medspa. We enjoyed an incredible couples massage and we separately treated ourselves to a pedicure and facial. The staff was great and the owners of this business were accessible and kind. This was literally the best spa experience we have ever had! I highly recommend this spa to anyone in the area.

I had the spa package and had my facial and massage but was really disappointed when they told me they didn’t have time to do my pedicure in the same day. They rescheduled my pedi and upgraded me to luxury honey and it was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had, not to mention the amazing mimosas! I don’t think I could ever go back to a normal nail salon now. Definitely will be returning!

I love walking into this place, it always smells so great! When getting a manicure and pedicure here, their nail techs do a wonderful job! Also I have had a massage a time or two here and the rooms are nicely done and the massage therapists do a great job at relaxing my tight muscles, especially because I work on a computer all day. i love DayDreams Day Spa and & Bath Shop, I recommend them to everyone.

This is by far the best spa I have had the pleasure of being pampered in. The entire facility in inviting and beautiful. The staff are welcoming and accommodating at every turn. Their services are all wonderful. The entire package makes you feel like a princess. From facials to massages, from pedicures to mud wraps, DayDreams is a fantasy come true!

I have gotten three Swedish massages here and each time has been so wonderful and I cannot wait to go back. The free mimosas are such a plus!

Great experience. From the massage to the facial to the mani and pedi - it is the whole package. Fantastic packages with discounts offered on multiple services. I was so happy my first visit, I took my 14 year old and did a spa day for my second visit. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly. Everyone adhered to COVID protocols and I felt safe and cared for. My 14 year old had a fantastic time (and she was not thinking she would like it at all). Pleasant and perfect experience.

Double charging customers!! While the service is great, they always charge my debit card even though we pay with a gift card at the end of service. I have had to call multiple times to have the charge removed. ALWAYS check your account after you leave.

UpdateI received a phone call from Daydreams and they apologized for the issues with not calling me back after leaving multiple messages during business hours. Apparently they were having difficulties with their phones and answering machine. They apologized and offered to make it right so that ups my review and feelings toward them. I have been here multiple times and at least twice with gift certificate purchase of $500.00 or more so to pay that kind of money you want good service. Although I had this issue and wasnt very happy with having to $10 after having my husband pay close to 600$ for services that day just for a small design on 2 nails and then the phone issue pretty much had me feeling I wouldnt go back however, I feel with the phone call and offer to try and make things right, I will continue go back especially since the services are normally great with very nice employees.Update, 6 days have past since I left the message during business hours and still have not received a call back. Whats the point of having voicemail if they dont listen to them and return the calls especially when they have the voicemail picking up during their normal business hoursMost of the staff are great and do great work. Most are also very nice. Only draw back is you leave a message and no one ever calls you back, happened when I tried to schedule to use my gift certificate. Waited several days for a call back and just gave in called back. Then my gel polish was peeling 3 days after my manicure. I called to try and come in to get them re painted, had to leave a message, again never got a call back. Its upsetting since I paid extra for the gel and a design on 2 nails then to have it only last 3 days. Its been a week now and the gel is completely gone. Every other part of the services have been great. My favorite is the massage. Renee is amazing!

I have my first ever Facial at Daydreams. Erin Sparks is my esthetician. She is so amazing. I have very sensitive skin. I must say this spa USE THE HIGHEST QUALITY skincare products that do not contain alcohol and fragrance. And Erin did my extraction, my face is so much better. I am very pleased with the services. And she is knowledgeable about skincare and I am able to correct what I have been doing wrong with my routine. Will definitely return every 4-6 weeks and recommend. Thank you. Wai

My mother and I were vacationing here from Missouri and visited the spa. I reserved a time for a mani/pedi. Taylor was extremely professional and proficient. She did an excellent job on my nails, and was very sweet tempered with a delightful personality.My mother had a Swedish massage booked. Erin did a wonderful job! My mom suffers from RA and other pain issues. Erin provided a gentle, relaxing massage. As a result, mom left the spa feeling much better with good pain relief. I have been here twice now and each experience has been a pleasure. The massages are amazing. My husband and I are going to make it a monthly thing for us to go and relax. I do recommend the facial too. All of it was so relaxing and refreshing.

This place lives up to its name. Its very luxurious they make you feel like a pampered VIP as soon as you are brought in for your service. Its a very tranquil experience between the low lighting and calming music the stress fades away. I didnt realize I enjoyed facials so much until I tried one here. It was just as relaxing as a massage and made my skin look and feel great. Also, the mimosas-yes please! Ill be back!

Recently had my sisters 30th birthday here. Was 4 of us total. We had to go to the Lakeland location because Brandon is closed on Sundays and Im glad we did. They had a private area we could sit in while we waited in between services that was so relaxing and fun. Amy gave 2 of us AMAZING massages. Erin gave us fantastic facials. We felt like we were in a movie. Everything was perfect. Thank you ladies for making our day. It was a little pricey but worth every penny.

Amazing Spa...booked a half day worth of services with them, was put in a luxury robe given a drink and it got better from there! Everyone was fantastic, my massage and nail techs were great. I didnt have to wait long for anything and enjoyed more drinks and snacks between services😁
