I love coming here,I usually go to another store further from my house,but this shop is way closer to me and they carry the tubes that I buy,and theyre cheaper than the other store! The environment is very laid back. Xavier is always there when I come in,hes super nice,relaxed, and knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint I have(not about Xavier) is the store doesnt carry The Good Stuff menthol pipe tobacco. But still gets 5 stars from me 😊

Ive shopped here a few times now, and the experience has been awesome. Xavier was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visits and made sure I got the product that best suited my needs. I will definitely continue to shop here and recommend it to anyone I know.

I used to go out of my way to a place in Bartow because the previous shop was lame. Since Smoke and Vape took it over, this is the only place I go. Staff are always nice and knowledgeable about juice and disposable flavors. The fact that they have a reduced price when you buy 2 disposables is the cherry on top. Xavier is always patient with me because I like to try new disposables. He knows the flavor profiles and more often than not can compare it to something that it tastes like. Give this shop a try, you wont regret it!!!

Thus place is awesome!!!!! Xavier has been completely hospitable every time we go in. Always makes sure we get the best deals!!! Raz is the best vape and lasts the longest.Would highly recommend thus vape shop to anyone in Polk County!!! So if youre driving down on the south side, come see Xavier and hell take care of you!!! Huge selection of just about everything you need from a vape shop!!

I have been going here every other week for a year. I loved Jani and T. Now that they are gone Vern (sp?) has been awesome, but that other guy not sure of his name is definitely not accommodating at all. I will not be going back as I told him I wanted to check the vapes before I left because I have had problems previously. He said you get what you get. I’m not going to just throw money away. There are several other smoke shops in the area that are totally accommodating. Don’t waste your money here.Well I spoke with the owner Trevor and I went back today Bern was there and I was so happy to see him. As Trevor said they made good on the bad Vape. I greatly appreciate Trevor and taking the time to talk to me. That shop needs more people like Bern, while I was there he was so accommodating and friendly to everyone that walked in. I have changed my stars to 5 again.

This is by far one of the best vape shop in Lakeland! The staff is great, especially Jani! I usually buy vape juice, pods, and coils. They have a crazy amount available in flavors for juices and disposables. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place if you are new to vaping or can’t find what you’re looking for at your current store.

So Ive been coming here a year and have really talked this store and its location up quite a bit. I had the worst experience in a headshot here as well. I went in yesterday around 1pm or 2pm had Brandon to try and deal with a faulty disposable court (Thc-p ) specifically the Blue Ridge have the original box and receipt as well as the original purchase of the house brand blue ridge also comes with with an edible let me say initially bern took care of me I got a house brand cart they have which is their house brand at Smoke Vape Unlimited and I got a grand daddy purp, instead of og kush or strawberry cough. Had a huge problem with leaking on that took it back bern replaced it no problem and was so nice and professional that I ended up upgrading and gave me a 15$ towards the blue ridge. Im big on morals and values so since he did that I didnt take the replacement for the original Grand Daddy purp Kart or the old 1 #gratitude. I get in there and Brandon is there off bat completely against my issue every cart is gonna leak verbatim 🤣 then he puts his mouth on my cart that I bought PULLS AS HARD AS HE CAN ( because at this point the guy is saying everything he can to not just help me with this faulty product ) Hits it... GUESS WHAT!? Nothing and does it again and.... NOTHING the 3rd he did and at this point all that money I spent as well as the juice in this 5ML kart is just pouring into the ( billow tube where the water vapor runs thru to get to your lungs ) so fights me doesnt wants to do it because it happens to EVERY KART seriously get this guy on the camera footage literally lied to his assistant manager out right yesterday or acting like he talked to them and maybe got a voicemail and hung up and acted like he was on the phone. He said I came in for a clog and leak issue and said I pulled it and there wasnt a problem never have I ever felt like and called out to scream at a person on the phone with their manager like I did yesterday. I have never ever had an experience to bring back something and basically feel inclined to bring a person to be a witness at a commercial business. I will be following up and letting everyone that I have went out of my way to let them know not to go here especially not to go there at least when this seemingly sociopath is working bring genie back, Brandy, Bern any one but this individual. He called and waited for the main manager to get back and talked or acted like he talked to the assistant manager. This guy could have disease I dont but mouthed up and smooched my vape also lied to his manager and about the whole situation. Whats right is right and what is wrong is wrong. What I experienced was immensely unprofessional and immoral on a very concerning level. Guy seems really like he doesnt like his job or people just by my experience

After trying about 5 other shops throughout Lakeland I can say without a doubt that this is hands down the best. They offer the best selection at the best price and the staff is awesome. Jani is extremely knowledgeable and will always go above and beyond to make sure you leave the store happy. I seriously will not go anywhere else.

They also stock hard to source items like the VFIRE refillable pods and the IKrusher batteries as well, at a fair price. Always my go-to spot.

Probably the rudest female to answer the phone. Snappy for no reason. If you dont have customer service skills maybe apply to a job to work from home that just involves computers. Your job is to literally answer questions and ring up merchandise. If there was a half star, Id pick that one. Sorry for the owner that missed out on a potential frequent buyer due to this individual.

Went in to buy some new coils and pods and was sold the wrong coils then told I had to rebuild the right ones and they were the wrong ones again. In the end I paid 20 dollars and got nothing that will even work for what I have. If the young lady is not there I would walk right back out

They have great selections of vapes. One employee i met was respectful with me as it was my first time getting my own vape. Second time going in, i met an employee that felt like they did not want to be working that day and they talked to me in such a rude way.
