The therapist was actually good. However she was more interested in trying to not give me the time I paid for. Stopped close to 20 minutes early and still expected a tip. Crazy!!! Beware this place is a scam. When I told the lady at the front desk she tried to convince me also.

The ladies were very nice and accommodating. The ambiance was very relaxing. I even fell asleep during the massage. Great massage for a reasonable price. I have gone to some places where you can feel that they are in a hurry to do your massage. Here at massage beauty star, they take their time in massaging you which makes me feel valued .

Lily was simply amazing! Full body massage to help heal from minor back surgery for sciatica. She was very friendly, adding a warm spiritual ambiance to the massage with her gifted hands. This healer even added soothing hot stones for free! She also gave me a shower massage - an incredible experience laying on a bed of warm sprinkling water with a massage. Unforgettable - she made me feel like a king! Lily, you are an angel, and thanks for helping me heal! Highly recommend her! Plan to return next time Im in town.

I like this place I always get the same lady, Lily. She applies the pressure and is constantly asking If I need more pressure or if its hurting. Very professional and thoughtful. Thank you Lilly!

This was the worst massage I’ve ever received! I wouldn’t even give it a one star. She was all over the place, she kept leaving the room for long periods of time, she didn’t extend my time to make up for her leaving. I always tip but the second I came out the door she starts asking for a tip, she tried to block my friend in the door asking for a tip. they made fun of my friend when we came in for being “sweaty” and kept laughing and making fun of her. The ladies TALKED during our massage. She only massaged my left leg leaves again comes back in and doesn’t even do the other leg. I have heard lily was amazing, she was out of town so we had other people. Seriously so so awful. I wish I could get a refund. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the best massage Ive ever had in my life. I recommend that everyone try the hour long full body massage. I guarantee you that you will not regret it. This is exactly what I want when I think of the word massage. They use hot stones as well. Please come try them out!

The lady (I didnt get her name) was a very good masseuse. She told me that I should use the phone less because my right shoulder has a huge knot (holding the phone for long periods strains your back and neck muscles). She compared the right and left and yes! I should cut back on my phone lol.Overall the massage was very good: 4.5/5. The ambiance was very clean, inviting and relaxing: 4.5/5. The only thing that held me back a bit was in customer service because they ask for payment upfront (many people write similar experiences) and I waited a little more than five minutes at the massage table before the masseuse came in: 4/5.Overall: 4.33 out of 5... Ill come again some day!

The massage was good. The masseuse really tried walking on my back by holding a coat rack and balancing on my back but she kept leaving the door open and shouting at her coworker. The price just went up $10 to $60. Try Hello Foot Spa across the street, better price , better massage.

Me and my wife came here for a couples message let me start off by saying the older lady rubbing my wifes back rubbed her like if she was a toddler rubbing ur back my wife kept saying to rub harder but the lady did not know how to give a proper message. Now onto the lady rubbing my back she demanded tips for them both acting like we had to pay a tip she chased us down and was yelling like if she was gonna call the cops we already had paid 120 for the couples message definitely not professional or worth going to save your money and go someplace else

I’m a regular here and it’s always a great experience and massage. Two of us went in mid day and they arranged for another masseuse to come in and scheduled our appt. So kind to accommodate to our schedule. The massages were exactly what we needed. Staff was kind, courteous and friendly. My massage was outstanding - firm and hitting all my knotty spots- super place for a great massage. Will be sure to go back !!!

First of all, I didnt mind being charged ahead of time. However, the woman continuously demanded a tip, not only that she demanded a MINIMUM 10 dollar tip talking about you never get massage before? Like yeah, but they dont harass people for tips when they already make money charging for the massage. When I was starting to say I was just going to leave and refund she then took me to the room and continued to harass me during the rather mediocre massage about the tip. Moving on to the massage itself, I came in after I hurt my back needing help with pain relief and stiffness, the masseuse spent more time on my arms and legs than any part of my back. The best part of the massage was the brief moments I had the hot rocks touching my lower back. I left still feeling sore and stiff where it mattered. My suggwstions? Save the extra 15 bucks and go to Massage Envy

Martina is amazing. They have amazing prices. They are open good hours. They are across from my house. As someone who use to travel often for work and had my fair share of new and different massage places biweekly, I’ve grown to love this place. Everything else was overpriced and never lasted as long as theirs. I will be coming every mont or less. Thank you guys for your amazing services ❤️

Do not come here!! I made an appointment and when we got there they told us to go back an hour after. We waited and they were so rude we couldn’t understand anything they said to us. After the “massage” I gave the lady $3 of tip since I didn’t like her work and she looked at it and got literally so upset she said she worked hard and the minimum tip had to be $10 I just stayed in shock I couldn’t believe what she was telling us!! I only had a couple more dollars and gave them to her and she still made a face about it!

Bed is hard. Massage is OK. The lady that should be owner is the one that massaged me. She is an old lady but very nice and goes out of her way to please you. She should hire younger ladies.

This is a small, family run massage parlor. The proprietors dont speak much English and their accents are sometimes hard to understand but you can still get the message as to what they are asking. There are individual rooms and a couples room. The massages are thorough and professional and include a hot rock massage as well as warm, moist towels at the end to remove the massage oil. Foot reflexology is also available.If you are there during the day, you might here the dogs barking at the groomer next as the walls are thin. If you want a quiet massage, go in the evening when the groomer is closed.

Im about to make an appointment. I keep reading all these bad reviews. My sister goes here all the time she says its great and that Anie is the best. I hope my experience goes well and cant wait to be relaxed and peace of mind.

The lady I got was old and left my back aching and when I looked in the mirror to see why, there were bruises on around my upper back and shoulder blades. The lady was horrible, careless and very very rough. She was literally putting most of your weight on your elbow which was digging into my back. I will never go back to this place.

This place is terrible!!! I would give it NO STARS if I could!! First of all they don’t speak English so it’s hard to understand anything they are saying!! On top of that they charged me prior to the service so I’m paying for a massage that I would not even know if its good or not. Then they would leave the door open during my service which I thought was VERY strange & unprofessional since I’m naked in the room and anyone can walk in. To top it off she EXPECTED me to tip her for the massage that wasn’t even that good and she was VERY UPSET & RUDE after that point and basically told me I NEEDED to TIP her for the service! She should not FORCE anyone to TIP its optional not a requirement! She then was given me attitude and telling me with her hand gestures to get out and not to come back! I won’t, however that’s a good way to LOSE BUSINESS!!

Great service, super organized, and most importantly, an awesome massage. My therapist Apple was sweet and chatty. Rooms are clean and quite and price is great!

CALLand make an APPOINTMENT.. ahead of time they are Busy with clients....So you dont have to wait around the waiting area or the room..for a long time...The lady that gave me a massage was Pretty Good....

Wasnt what I expected and left but the Professionalism of the owner was immaculate when it came to my refund much respect she was mad she was Respectful . But the front desk clerk was upset idk why but hey the Owner I respect

The techniques combine Chinese and Western techniques. They are very effective in relaxing and relieving pain. The price is moderate. The whole body massage also comes with hot stones. With card points, the eleventh time is only $25 per hour. Water bed and microdermabrasion services have recently been added. This is a spa that has been serving the local community for nearly ten years. It has many old customers who have been visiting regularly for many years. Here, it can be seen that it has a good reputation and is a massage spa worth recommending.

This is a very good spa. I like the decoration in the store very much. It is very stylish. The masseurs are professional and enthusiastic. An hour-long full body massage is $50, which is moderately priced. It also comes with hot stones. It is worth recommending.
